本实用新型涉及一种立式水管锅炉。
目前使用的立式水管锅炉内部布置普通较复杂，从而增加了烟道阻力，提高了烟筒的高度，致使炉膛负压加大，烟气流速过快，燃料燃烧不充分，高温烟气来不及换热，造成环境污染和热损失。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种能使燃料充分燃尽，排出的烟气温度低的一种高效立式水管锅炉。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的：
一种高效立式水管锅炉，包括炉体2、对流水管4、烟筒1、炉排8，其特征在于在炉膛7内设有若干条隔板3。
本实用新型可减少大气污染，降低热损失，具有结构简单、操作方便等优点，有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

本实用新型包括炉体2、对流水管4、烟筒1、炉排8，其特征在于在炉膛内设有三条隔板3，将炉内烟道分为内烟道6和外烟道5。当燃料在炉膛7内燃烧后，烟气经过内烟道6和外烟道5的几次折流后，由烟筒8排出。本实用新型增加隔板后，使辐射受热面加大，燃烧集中，炉膛温度提高，燃料充分热解，排烟温度大大降低，从而减少了环境污染，降低热损失。
