Abstract

一种门窗扇,窗框中装双层玻璃,两层玻璃间装百页窗帘;百页窗帘的页片角度调节杆通过传动轴与调节旋钮相连。百页窗的升降吊索绕过定滑轮与拉柄相连,拉柄处于滑槽中可移动,拉柄上铰接压板靠紧滑槽壁,可随意控制百页帘的升降高度。所述的窗扇可省却安装窗帘架的麻烦,且隔音隔热性能好。

一种门窗扇
本实用新型涉及门窗扇,特别是一种双层玻璃中夹有百页窗帘的门窗扇。
各种窗扇或带有窗口的门扇一般均是单层玻璃,没有挂窗帘的设施,若需遮挡光线,必须另外安装窗帘架以便挂窗帘或门帘。单层玻璃门窗的隔热、隔音效果也较差。在室内开启致冷或采暖装置时,因单层玻璃的隔热性差,会浪费能源。现代城市噪音繁杂,尤其夜间汽车噪音会影响休息,单层玻璃隔音差,难以保证室内的安静环境。
本实用新型之目的是给出一种双层玻璃中夹有百页窗帘的窗扇,以省却安装窗帘架的麻烦,并提高门窗扇的隔热、隔音性能。
本实用新型所述的门窗扇,在窗框中装有双层玻璃,两层玻璃之间安装百页窗帘,百页窗帘的页片角度调节杆通过传动轴与安装在窗框下部且局部突出窗框的调节旋钮相连,百页窗帘的升降吊索绕过窗框上角的定滑轮与拉柄相连,拉柄处于窗框外的纵向滑槽中,拉柄上铰接一个压板,有弹簧对压板施力使其在常规状态贴紧滑槽壁。
本实用新型所述的门窗扇,在双层玻璃中夹有百页窗帘,该窗扇本身就带有窗帘,不必另外安装窗帘架,可使窗口处更整洁。百页窗的调节也很方便,拨动调节旋钮通过传动轴带动页片角度调节杆转动,可随意调节所需的页片遮光角度。沿窗框外的纵向滑槽推动拉柄,可牵动吊索使页片上升或下降,因拉柄上铰接的压板可自动压紧滑槽壁,即放开拉柄时,依压板与滑槽壁的摩擦力可控制拉柄在滑槽中停在任意位置。由于采用了双层玻璃还带来诸多优点,如百页窗帘装在中间,可避免灰尘落在页片上,以保持百页窗帘的清洁。另外,窗扇的隔热、隔音性能得以明显提高,经测试窗外约70分贝的噪音在窗内可降至32分贝以下。双层玻璃的窗扇刚性好,抗风压性能亦好,气密性、水密性均得以提高。所述的门窗扇既可用于门窗,也可作为室内的间隔墙。

实施例一
窗框1中装两层玻璃,两层玻璃中装百页窗帘2。百页窗帘本身是由页片、吊索3、角度调节杆4组成,是先有技术。页片的角度调节杆4一端装伞齿轮4a与传动轴5一端的伞齿轮5a啮合传动轴5的另一端装有调节旋钮6,该旋钮的局部突出至窗框1之外以便于用手拨动。百叶窗帘的吊索3绕过窗框上角的定滑轮3a与拉柄8相连。拉柄8处于窗框外的纵向槽7中可移动。拉柄8上铰按压板8a,弹簧8b对压板8a施力使其贴紧滑槽7壁。弹簧8b可以是如图4所示的压簧,也可以是套在铰链轴上的扭簧。
实施例二
传动轴5是钢丝软轴,其一端与页片角度调节杆4相连,另一端通过啮合齿轮组9与调节旋钮6相连,其余与实施例一相同。

1、一种门窗扇,其特征在于,窗框(1)中装有双层玻璃,两层玻璃之间装有百页窗帘(2),百页窗帘的页片角度调节杆(4)通过传动轴(5)与安装在窗框(1)下部且局部突出窗框(1)的调节旋钮(6)相连,百页窗帘的升降吊索(3)绕过窗框上角的定滑轮(3a)与拉柄(8)相连,拉柄(8)处于窗框外的纵向滑槽(7)中,拉柄(8)上铰按一个压板(8a),有弹簧(8b)对压板(8a)施力使其在常规状态贴紧滑槽(7)壁。
2、按权利要求1所述的门窗扇,其特征在于,页片的角度调节杆(4)一端装伞齿轮(4a)与传动轴(5)一端的伞齿轮(5a)啮合,传动轴(5)另一端装有调节旋钮(6)。
3、按权利要求1所述的门窗扇,其特征在于,传动轴(5)是钢丝软轴,其一端与页片的角度调节杆(4)相连,另一端通过啮合齿轮组(9)与调节旋钮(6)相连。
