一种除油烟机,包括圆筒外壳、底盘、抽风机、排油孔、导气罩、开关板、集油杯、进风口和排风口,其特征在于还包括由打上小孔的、用聚四氟乙烯薄膜驻极体材料制成的除油网,除油网安装在机内底盘上。由于驻极体存在电场力,油分子能被吸附在驻极体表面,因此在除油机内底盘安装上驻极体除油网,使除油烟机的除油效果非常显著,不会产生机内积油污染现象,清洗方便。

一种除油烟机
本实用新型属于家用电器，具体地说涉及一种除油烟机。
目前在家庭厨房广泛使用的抽油烟机，仅仅是将厨房的油烟抽出室外，但总有油烟在机内凝结成液化油，造成整个抽油烟机沾满油污，而且对机内部清洗困难，维护困难，形成二次污染，给使用者带来许多不便。
本实用新型的目的，就是要克服以上技术的不足，提供一种在抽油烟的同时能自动清除油烟中油的除油烟机。
一种除油烟机，包括圆筒外壳、底盘、抽风机、排油孔、导气罩、开关板、集油杯、进风口和排风口，其特征在于还包括由打上小孔的、用聚四氟乙烯薄膜驻极体材料制成的除油网，除油网安装在机内底盘上。
由于驻极体带有空间电荷和极化电荷，存在电场力，油分子能被吸附在驻极体表面，因此在除油机内底盘安装上驻极体除油网，使除油烟机的除油效果非常显著，不会产生机内积油污染现象，清冼方便；驻极体电场能长期保存，因此使用寿命长；而且除油网不用电源供电，使用安全方便可靠。本实用新型将传统的简单抽油烟改变为除油。

下面结合附图详细说明。
驻极体即是将一些物质极化后，能将极化“冻结”起来，极化强度并不随外电场的撤除而完全消失，并能持久地保存电荷的物质。选用聚四氟乙烯薄膜PTFE，简称F4，采用现有的电晕注入法技术，即可得到本实用新型所需的驻极体材料。
如图1、图2所示，1是圆筒外壳、2是底盘、3是除油网、4是抽风机、5是排油孔、6是导气罩、7是开关板、8是固定构件、9是集油杯、10是进风口和11是排风口。导气罩6采用大半圆形，并有一定向下斜角，有利于油烟导入机内，后部成直线形状，便于墙面安装。将驻板体打上小孔，并做成高度不同的两种规格的圆锥形，圆锥的直径与底盘的直径相同；将两种规格的圆锥形除油网相叠放在底盘上，以增加油烟与除油网接触面积，达到更好的除油效果。
当除油烟机工作时，抽风机4启动，油烟从进风口10被吸入圆筒外壳1中，油烟经过除油网3时，由于驻极体上电场力的存在，油分子被吸附在3的表面，并形成油珠，由于F4有不沾性，油珠在自重的作用下沿F4的表面流入底盘2中，从排油孔5流入集油杯6中；其它气体经除油网3后从排气口11排出。
由于本实用新型结构简单，经实验证明除油效果很好，具有推广价值。

1、一种除油烟机，包括圆筒外壳、底盘、抽风机、排油孔、导气罩、开关板、集油杯、进风口和排风口，其特征在于还包括由打上小孔的、用聚四氟乙烯薄膜驻极体材料制成的除油网，除油网安装在机内底盘上。
2、如权利要求1所述的除油烟机，其特征在于除油网呈圆锥形，圆锥的直径与底盘的直径相同，将两种规格不同的圆锥形除油网相叠放在底盘上。
