Description

喷气式增氧机
本实用新型涉及一种水产养殖场所使用的喷气式增氧机设备。
众所周知，在淡水池塘里人工饲养鱼和虾，在生长过程中，鱼、虾吃剩的食物集聚池底腐烂，易产生硫化氢和甲烷等有毒害气体，一旦外界气压降低，这些有毒害气体纷纷从池底溢出，污染水质，有可能在几分钟之内使全池塘的鱼或虾死亡，同时还受供给饵料多少，水中含氧的多少，均影响鱼或虾的生存条件和产量。在现有所用的增氧机采用电机为动力，通过一级或二级减速机构，再带动叶轮搅拌水，使水翻起浪花，在空气中爆气(即吸收氧气)，但存在着如下不足：
1.增氧机需减速机构，设备费用高，同时也增加保养维修费用支出；
2.所需动力大，而搅拌起来的水花吸氧结合时间短，作用面积小，故吸氧很少，效率低；
3.增氧效率低，很不适宜养殖虾。
在专利申请号95239624.6的专利公开了″高效增氧机″也存在上述不足。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术存在的上述不足，而提供一种结构简单，作用面积大漂浮式、强制向水中充气的喷气式增氧机。
本实用新型的上述目的是通过这样的结构来实现的，包括有遮雨罩、船舟、动力线，其支架固定在船舟上，并安装有风机，风机一端联接有电机，另一端固定有锥形的扩散管和尾管，在风机立着定位杆，定位杆有滑动轴承，横起摇臂分别与滑动轴承、滚动轴承联接，固定杆上部有滚动轴承。固定杆下端固定在池塘泥土内，动力通过固定杆上部、滚动轴承、摇臂、滑动轴承，然后通过定位杆，达到电机，通电后，电机使风机工作，产生强力高压气流，经扩散管、尾管而进入池底中，将大量新鲜空气带入水中，一方面排除有毒害气体，同时增加了水中含氧量。在强力高压气流流入水中，在水反作用力下，形成喷气式的，使整个船舟以摇臂为半径，固定杆为中心，在水中作360°回转，增加了增氧面积。

本实用新型的风机13采用横流式风机。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，结构简单，成本低，向水中低下层、大面积强力输送高压气流，有效排除水中有毒害气体，并使水中含氧量增加等特点。适用于各种养殖水域的增氧或用于水的净化处理。
