Description

喷气式增氧机
本实用新型涉及一种水产养殖场所使用的喷气式增氧机设备。
众所周知,在淡水池塘里人工饲养鱼和虾,在生长过程中,鱼、虾吃剩的食物集聚池底腐烂,易产生硫化氢和甲烷等有毒害气体,一旦外界气压降低,这些有毒害气体纷纷从池底溢出,污染水质,有可能在几分钟之内使全池塘的鱼或虾死亡,同时还受供给饵料多少,水中含氧的多少,均影响鱼或虾的生存条件和产量。在现有所用的增氧机采用电机为动力,通过一级或二级减速机构,再带动叶轮搅拌水,使水翻起浪花,在空气中爆气(即吸收氧气),但存在着如下不足:
1.增氧机需减速机构,设备费用高,同时也增加保养维修费用支出;
2.所需动力大,而搅拌起来的水花吸氧结合时间短,作用面积小,故吸氧很少,效率低;
3.增氧效率低,很不适宜养殖虾。
在专利申请号95239624.6的专利公开了″高效增氧机″也存在上述不足。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术存在的上述不足,而提供一种结构简单,作用面积大漂浮式、强制向水中充气的喷气式增氧机。
本实用新型的上述目的是通过这样的结构来实现的,包括有遮雨罩、船舟、动力线,其支架固定在船舟上,并安装有风机,风机一端联接有电机,另一端固定有锥形的扩散管和尾管,在风机立着定位杆,定位杆有滑动轴承,横起摇臂分别与滑动轴承、滚动轴承联接,固定杆上部有滚动轴承。固定杆下端固定在池塘泥土内,动力通过固定杆上部、滚动轴承、摇臂、滑动轴承,然后通过定位杆,达到电机,通电后,电机使风机工作,产生强力高压气流,经扩散管、尾管而进入池底中,将大量新鲜空气带入水中,一方面排除有毒害气体,同时增加了水中含氧量。在强力高压气流流入水中,在水反作用力下,形成喷气式的,使整个船舟以摇臂为半径,固定杆为中心,在水中作360°回转,增加了增氧面积。

本实用新型的风机13采用横流式风机。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,结构简单,成本低,向水中低下层、大面积强力输送高压气流,有效排除水中有毒害气体,并使水中含氧量增加等特点。适用于各种养殖水域的增氧或用于水的净化处理。
