本实用新型是涉及一种可烧多种燃料的节能炉,可烧煤、柴、草燃料。
现有的炉灶,其炉腔的燃烧室与下支撑是采用分体式,下支撑与燃烧室连接处有接缝,由于制造上存在误差,安装时,接缝一般不能保证连接严密,在炉子燃烧过程中,由于冷缩热涨现象,接缝变大,使放置于炉膛外壁的保温材料从接缝不断漏出,久而久之,保温材料越来越少,逐步丧失保温节能作用,直接影响炉子的燃烧效率。
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种能长久保持节能,燃烧效率不会下降,使用方便的可烧多种燃料的节能炉。
本实用新型的解决方案是这样的:将炉膛2的下支撑与向上展开呈曲线型的燃烧室整体采用金属制成一体,炉桥3的边缘卡在下支撑与燃烧室交接处,消除了接缝,使保温材料不会漏出。
本实用新型的优点是燃烧效率不会下降,能长久保持节能,使用方便。

本实用新型是在炉壁6内放置炉膛2,炉膛2外壁放满保温材料1,炉桥放置于炉膛2内燃烧室的下端,炉膛2的下支撑与向上展开呈曲线型的燃烧室整体采用金属制成一体,炉桥3的边缘卡在下支撑与燃烧室交接处,在炉膛2的燃烧室上开有加料口4,下支撑开有气道5。
炉桥3可制成附图1所示圆弧形,其上开有圆孔或条状孔,也可采用附图2所示开有圆孔或条状孔的平面形炉桥,还可采用附图3所示的底面或侧边开有圆孔或条状孔的花蓝形炉桥,炉桥3可方便地取下更换。
本实施例中,炉膛2是采用金属铸造成型连为一体,实际制造时,也可采用金属焊接成型连为一体。
为使燃烧室内燃烧火苗产生旋转集中在锅底,在炉膛2的燃烧室内设置有若干块倾斜的导风块7,导风块7可以是附图1所示的圆弧形,也可以是直条形。

1、一种可烧多种燃料的节能炉,是在炉壁6内放置炉膛2,炉桥3放置于炉膛2内燃烧室的下端,其特征在于炉膛2的下支撑向上展开呈曲线型的燃烧室整体采用金属制成一体,炉桥3的边缘卡在下支撑与燃烧室交接处。
2、根据权利要求1所述的可烧多种燃料的节能炉,其特征在于炉桥3可以是圆弧形,平面形,也可以是花蓝形。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的可烧多种燃料的节能炉,其特征在于炉膛2是采用金属铸造成型连为一体,也可采用金属焊接成型连为一体。
4、根据权利要求3所述的可烧多种燃料的节能炉,其特征在于炉膛2的燃烧室上开有加料口4,下支撑开有气道5。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的可烧多种燃料的节能炉,其特征在于在炉膛2的燃烧室内设置有若干块倾斜的导风块7。
