Abstract
一种钥匙冲孔压印机,具有箱体、液压系统、机械传动、送料升降机构及冲孔、气动装置。其液压系统包括高、低压泵、电机、集成阀、主油路等,安装在箱体左后上方,油缸底座装在箱体内,其上安装冲孔凹模和压印下模,底座两侧设有左右导柱,导柱上配装有横梁及冲孔装置。箱体上方的传动机构由直流调速电机拖动,蜗轮心轴前端设有蜗轮和蜗杆,其中部与后端,分别设有凸轮间歇机构和给油凸轮,间歇机构使进料转盘作间歇回转,匙坯自动进入凹、下模内,升降机构工作,达到冲孔压印目的。

本实用新型涉及一种钥匙冲孔压印机,是制锁行业用于钥匙冲孔、压制商标或花纹图案的专用设备。
目前,在众多的中小和乡镇企业中,钥匙的冲孔压印大多采用传统方式(冲床)加工,且两道工步单独进行,多年实践已经证明,用此类设备冲压出的钥匙,精度低,清晰程度及质量较差,且设备噪声、劳动强度大,工作效率低。为了提高冲压质量和效率,曾在模具方面进行过单项革新,设计使用过冲孔、压印一次完成的复合模具,虽在质量和效率方面有所提高,但因没有从加工设备这一主要矛盾和关键进行综合改进,致使其工作环境、劳动条件和噪声问题未能得到彻底改变,与目前机械加工应向自动、高效、高精度发展的形势要求很不适应,不宜在制锁行业继续沿用。
鉴于上述现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的在于,利用液压传动技术平稳可靠,无震动冲击等特点,设计一种采用复合泵卸荷回路控制升降冲压装置,利用直流调速电机拖动机械传动及送料机构的结构紧凑、稳定可靠、噪声低、效率高的机电液一体化钥匙冲孔压印机。
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下:该钥匙冲孔压印机具有箱体、液压系统、机械传动、送料、升降机构、冲孔及气动装置,其主要技术特征在于,该机液压系统是由低噪声内啮合的低压大流量齿轮泵和高压小流量轴向柱塞泵及异步立式电机、集成阀、主油路等构成,系统整体安装在箱体之左后上方,主油路与油缸相连接,油缸底座固装在箱体内部,其上方安装冲孔凹模和压印下模,底座两侧设有左、右导柱,其上配装有横梁及冲孔装置。
机械传动机构设置于箱体的上部,由设在箱体前侧面的直流调速电机拖动,该机构之蜗轮心轴的前端装有蜗轮和蜗杆,于蜗轮心轴的中部与后端,分别设有凸轮间歇机构和给油凸轮。给油凸轮是一形似椭园的盘状构件,其外缘轮廓中之44°停油和171。升压工作段是由两段半径不同的弧线构成;92°进油(顺时针方向)和53°排油(逆时针方向)段,为两段长度不同的渐开曲线,两曲线的首、尾端分别与44°停油和171°升压工作段之弧线两端相吻合,其工作轮廓面与分配阀上的分配阀滚轮直接接合,凸轮间歇机构由固弧凸轮和转盘拨锁组成。
本技术方案中送料机构之进料转盘,是一内外直径分别为153和312毫米、厚度为15.1毫米的园盘构件,由左、右两半部分组成,其上端面外缘沿径向均布制有容通匙坯的24个矩形沟槽,并于其∮184毫米构成的园周处开有用以与套装在导柱上的大齿轮相组配的6个∮9毫米的紧固孔。
由于本实用新型采用液压与机械传动相结合,匹配控制升降机构及冲压工作过程,所以具有性能稳定、工作可靠、无震动冲击及噪声小等特点;又因液压系统采用高、低压复合泵供油这一独特形式,由5.5KW电机驱动即可,使电机功率大为减小(一般情况下需35KW),无多余能量转换,节约了能源;控制和决定给油凸轮、园弧凸轮及进料转盘回转速度的电机为直流无级调速电机,故大大提高了工作效率,最高达90件/分。该机已批量投入生产,用户使用后一致认为是目前制锁行业钥匙冲孔、压制商标的理想换代设备。
下面结合附图进一步说明本实用新型最佳实施方案。
图1—本实用新型总体结构主视图图2—本实用新型液压系统原理图图3—本实用新型传动机构示意图图4—本实用新型凸轮组成剖视图图5—图4之A向视图图6—进料转盘主视图图7—图6A—A剖视图图1、2分别给出了本实用新型的总体结构与构件组合配置情况及液压系统工作原理,它由箱体5、液压系统7、传动机构8、送料机构10、升降机构13和冲孔、气动装置12、2及电气控制箱1组成,其设计要点、特殊之处在于,液压系统7系由低压大流量齿轮泵7-2和高压小流量柱塞泵7-1及异步立式电机6(5.5KW)、集成阀7-3、主油路7-9构成,系统整体安装在箱体5的左后上方,主油路7-9与油缸7-8相连接,油缸底座固装在箱体5内,其上方安装冲孔凹模和压印下模,底座两侧设有左、右导柱,其上配装有横梁及冲孔装置12。液压系统7之集成阀7-3,是控制系统油路压力的阀门组合(图2双点划线以内部分),卸荷溢流阀7-3-1、高压溢流阀7-3-3,分别接通二位四通电磁阀7-3-2,并于低压大流量齿轮泵7-2与主油路7-9间设有单向阀7-3-4。系统低压大流量齿轮泵7-2之压力由卸荷溢流阀7-3-1调定,主油路7-9工作最大压力由高压溢流阀7-3-3调定,其压力值分别由压力表7-3-6、7-3-5显示。起初,由于油缸主油路压力低于卸荷溢流阀7-3-1调定压力(低压状态时),此时,大小泵同时供油,以达到快进、快退目的;当主油路7-9压力升高(压头下行至接触工件瞬间)至超过卸荷溢流阀7-3-1调定压力时,系统高压油将7-3-1阀打开,低压大流量齿轮泵7-2处于卸荷状态,而高压小流量柱塞泵7-1油流由于单向阀7-3-4作用,继续流入主油路7-9,由给油凸轮8-9和分配阀7-4协调控制其油液进入或排出油缸7-8。液压系统7之可靠性和工作性能与油液质量紧密相关,该机油液可选用W46或W68低凝、抗磨、稠化液压油或精密机床液压油,其清洁度应不低于WAS11级。
图1和图3所示的机械传动机构8置于箱体5的上部,由设在箱体5前侧面的直流调速电机4拖动,在蜗轮心轴8-4的前端装有蜗轮8-3及蜗杆8-2,于蜗轮心轴8-4的中部与后端,分别设有凸轮间歇机构9和给油凸轮8-9。传动机构8之蜗杆8-2为2A型,头数21=2,螺旋线升角r=12°31′44”(导程角),采用优质碳结钢制做;铜合金制成的蜗轮8-3,齿数22=30,齿形角d=20°,通过i=1∶15的蜗杆传动带动给油凸轮8-9旋转。凸轮间歇机构9由园弧凸轮9-2和转盘拨锁9-1组成,是将蜗轮心轴8-4的匀速转动转变为进料转盘10-1的不停的间歇旋动的一种装置,它以i=1∶5带动2=30的小齿轮8-6转动,小齿轮8-6与套装在导柱上的大齿轮8-5啮合,以i=1∶4的传动比带动固装在大齿轮8-5上端面的进料转盘10-1作不停的间歇回转,每次间歇旋动角度为15°±30”。进料转盘10-1是一由左、右两半部分组成,采用45碳结钢制作的园盘构件(参阅图6、7),其内、外直径分别为153和312毫米、厚度为15.1毫米,其上端面外缘沿径向均布制有容通匙坯的24个矩形沟槽10-1-1,并于其∮184毫米构成之园周处开有用以与套装在导柱上的大齿轮8-5相组配的6个∮9毫米的紧固孔10-1-2。
用40铬合金钢制作的给油凸轮8-9(参阅图2、3、4、5),是一形似椭园的盘状构件,其外缘轮廓中之44°停油和171°升压工作段是由两段半径不同的弧线构成;92°进油(顺时针方向)和53°排油(逆时针方向)段,为两段长度不同的渐开曲线,两曲线的首、尾端分别与44°停油和171°升压工作段弧线两端相吻合,其工作轮廓面与分配阀滚轮7-4-1直接接合,用以控制分配阀7-4进行给、排、停油。凸轮升程从R39.5毫米开始,在92°升程进油范围内,每升进18°24′,R增加1.9毫米,升程轮廓面所对应的角度误差为±5′;工作过程171°区内R均为49毫米;53°排油范围内,每隔13°15′,R减少2.375毫米,44°停油区为R39.5,整个凸轮工作轮廓线径向公差为0.15毫米。凸轮每转一周,分配阀7-4之阀芯往复一次,完成给油、升压、排油、停油四个步骤,油缸活塞上下往复运动一次,冲孔凸模和压印上模同时下降、工作、回升及进料转盘10-1间歇回转15°±30″。可根据具体情况及要求,适当调定决定凸轮转速和工作效率的直流调速电机4。控制气动阀开启与关闭的给风凸轮8-10装在给油凸轮8-9的外侧(参阅图4示),用以清除压印模表面残屑、灰尘等脏物,确保压印清晰度,其风压要求0.5-0.7KPa。图5、4标出了给油、给风二凸轮的相对位置,此时油轮控制分配阀7-4排油、停油两个步骤,上模抬起,钥匙坯离开下模,风轮控制开启气动阀给风清屑除尘。为确保设备的正常工作性能,于箱体5右前方设置手动润滑泵3,用以对沿油缸底座升降滑动的左、右导柱实施润滑。
冲孔压印工作过程是:按动“QA”启动钮,电机6和4同时运转,齿轮泵7-2和柱塞泵7-1及传动机构8、间歇机构9等协调工作,给油凸轮8-9控制分配阀7-4完成供油、升压、排油和停油四个步骤,与此同时,冲孔凸模和压印上模对应上述四步骤依次进行下降、工作、回升和进料转盘10-1间歇回转。装入料斗11中的钥匙坯,由送料导板10-2(图中未示出)托起,经进料转盘10-1将其带入冲孔凹模中,随即凸模(冲头)下行将匙坯孔冲出,然后回升至离开退料板下平面位置,进料转盘10-1回转,带着冲好孔的匙坯离开凹模进入压印下模,与此同时,下一个匙坯又进入凹模。已冲孔的匙坯进入下模后,上模即行下压,完成压印,随即抬起,压好印的钥匙坯进料转盘10-1带走。这样,在进料转盘10-1不停的旋转过程中,冲孔和压印两道工步平稳可靠地同步协调继续进行。如需临时停车,按动电器接钮站之“XTA”协调停止钮即可,一次性冲压完成后便正常停止;若出现紧急情况,需接“JTA”紧急停止钮,此时立即停机,按钮灯亮,进料转盘10-1停止转动。
Claims (5)
1.一种钥匙冲孔压印机,它具有箱体(5)、液压系统(7)、机械传动机构(8)、送料机构(10)、升降机构(13)、冲孔装置(12)及气动装置(2),其特征为:a、该机液压系统(7)系由低噪声内啮合的低压大流量齿轮泵(7-2)和高压小流量轴向柱塞泵(7-1)及异步立式电机(6)、集成阀(7-3)、主油路(7-9)构成。系统整体安装在箱体(5)左后上方,主油路(7-9)与油缸(7-8)相连接,油缸底座固装在箱体(5)内,其上方安装冲孔凹模和压印下模,底座两侧设有左、右导柱,其上配装有横梁及冲孔装置(12)。b、机械传动机构(8)设置于箱体(5)的上部,由设在箱体(5)前侧面的直流调速电机(4)拖动,该机构之蜗轮心轴(8-4)的前端装有蜗轮(8-3)及蜗杆(8-2),于蜗轮心轴(8-4)的中部与后端,分别设有凸轮间歇机构(9)和给油凸轮(8-9)。
2.如权利要求1所述的钥匙冲孔压印机,其特征是所述液压系统(7)之集成阀(7-3),是控制系统油路压力的阀门组合,卸荷溢流阀(7-3-1)、高压溢流阀(7-3-3),分别接通二位四通电磁阀(7-3-2),并于低压大流量齿轮泵(7-2)与主油路(7-9)间设有单向阀(7-3-4)。
3.如权利要求1所述的钥匙冲孔压印机,其特征是进料转盘(10-1)是一内、外直径分别为153和312毫米、厚度为15.1毫米的园盘构件,由左、右两半部分组成,其上端面外缘沿径向均布制有容通匙坯的24个矩形沟槽(10-1-1),并于其∮184毫米构成之园周处开有用以与套装在导柱上的大齿轮(8-5)相组配的6个∮9毫米的紧固孔(10-1-2)。

5.如权利要求1所述的钥匙冲孔压印机,其特征在于凸轮间歇机构(9)是由园弧凸轮(9-2)和转盘拨锁(9-1)组成。
