本实用新型公开了一种增氧、搅拌装置,包括导气管,导气管上穿装爆气筒,在爆气筒内部的导气管上开通气孔。本实用新型结构简单、布气均匀,耐腐蚀,治污效率高。
Description
本实用新型涉及水、废水、污水的处理,具体地说是一种水域的爆气装置。
现有处理废水、污水的增氧装置,一般仅采用导气管,导气管上直接开孔,气体直接散入水中。这样的装置布气不均匀、废水处理效率低。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种布气均匀、废水处理、增氧效率高的增氧、搅拌装置。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种增氧、搅拌装置,其与现有技术的不同之处是:包括导气管,导气管上穿装爆气筒,在爆气筒内部的导气管上开通气孔。
通气孔开在导气管的下方部位。
爆气筒与支架连接。
本实用新型布气均匀、耐腐蚀、结构简单、操作方便。本装置由于压缩空气在爆气筒中呈螺旋线上升,大大延长了界面接触时间,气水混合效率高于一般装置的两倍以上;压缩空气不断撞击爆气筒壁,形成无数微型气泡,使气、液接触界面的面积增加,使氧气在液体中的溶解度达到极限;气泡以约1小时/秒的速度高速旋转,形成最大的湍流流动,尤其是在废水处理系统中,这种湍流使得地底的水与池面的水得到充分的混合,各组分得到最佳的组合,提高了废水处理的效率,整个装置全部由固定部件组成,没有任何转动机械,加上气体的旋转速度快,磨擦阻力小,因此投入运行后,没有维护工作量。

一种增氧、搅拌装置,导气管2上穿装爆气筒1,爆气筒1呈筒形,顶部开口。在爆气筒1内部的导气管2的下部开有通气孔3,爆气筒与支架4连接。导气管2采用增强抗老化聚丙烯材料。
当然,本实用新型还可以有其他合适实施例。
