Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种单层炉排立式正烧常压锅炉,包括炉体、燃烧室和铸铁炉排,其特点是在燃烧室的中部设有一排平行热水管,该热水管上铺设一层消烟过滤除尘块;铸铁炉排的下方设有下封头,其与炉体构成水箱;燃烧室的上方的炉膛上设有与水箱连通的水管和水囊,炉膛上方设有封顶式旁开烟道和环形烟套。该炉采用立式结构,占地面积小,操作简便,热效率高,可烧劣质煤,常压安装,安全可靠,使用范围广。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种单层炉排立式正烧常压锅炉,是对现有同类锅炉的改进。
现有技术中,小型锅炉不少采用手烧固定炉排结构方式,煤的着火条件非常优越,但是要将煤投在固定炉排上,由于煤在燃烧过程中的不同阶段所需氧气是不同的,新投入的煤是在缺氧状态下进入炉膛的,因此来不及燃烧会裂解还原生成碳黑,被烟气带走形成黑烟,污染环境,热效率低、浪费能源。因此有的生产厂家采用双层炉排来解决这些问题,双层炉排锅炉基本能满足国家对环境保护的要求,但是煤要被投到上层水冷炉排上,因为水冷炉排水冷度大,不能烧劣质煤,只能烧块煤、好煤,因而有的用户在水冷炉排上烧不着劣质煤时,又将煤投到下层铸铁炉排上,从而失去了双层炉排的意义。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种仍为单层炉排但可烧劣质煤且燃烧充分,热效率高,无环境污染的立式正烧常压锅炉。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:包括炉体1、铸铁炉排2、燃烧室3,其特征在于还包括:a.燃烧室3的中部设有一排平行热水管5,其上方铺设一层消烟过滤除尘块6;b.铸铁炉排2的下方设有下封头13,其与炉体1构成水箱21;c.燃烧室3的上方与上炉膛8连接,上炉膛8上设有与水箱21连通的水管9和水囊10;d.上炉膛8的上方设有封顶式旁开烟道24和环形烟套7。
本方案中,燃烧室3设有环形二次风道14。
本实用新型的优点在于:由于在燃烧室内设置了一排平行热水管,增加了受热面;同时由于在热水管上铺了一层消烟过滤除尘块,该除尘块被燃烧室内高温烟气加热烧红,铸铁炉排上新加的煤所产生的高温烟气被二次风搅拌燃烧进入被烧红的消烟过滤除尘块上再次燃烧即通过消烟过滤除尘块来吸蓄能量和通过热辐射使可燃挥发物充分燃烧,这样不仅消除黑烟而且提高炉膛内温度;同时将炉膛顶部的开口式烟道改为封顶式旁开烟道,并增设了一个环型烟套,使高温烟气在烟道的抽力下,至下而上冲刷到顶部,经环型烟套从后部烟道经烟筒排入大气,这样增加了受热面,使烟气在炉内延长了冲刷时间,降低了排烟温度,增加了热效率;由于整个装置浸没在水箱里,使其每个部分都是有效的换热面;燃烧室设有环形二次风道,保证了加入新煤所需氧气的供给,使燃烧充分。该炉采用立式结构,充分利用空间,占地面积小,操作简单,出力足,热效率高,常压安装,安全可靠,使用范围广。

下面结合附图对本实用新型给予详细说明。如图所示,本实用新型的燃烧部分由炉体1、燃烧室3、铸铁炉排2构成,本实用新型的改进部位是在燃烧室3的中部设置了一排平行热水管5,平行热水管5上铺设了一层消烟过滤尘块6。设置水管是为了增加受热面,在热水管上铺设一层消烟过滤除尘块,是为了吸蓄能量和通过热幅射使可燃挥发物充分燃烧,更好地消除黑烟,提高炉膛内的温度。消烟过滤除尘块是在锅炉运行时,经投料门11在热水管5上铺满一层,该除尘块是一次性投入,永久性使用。除尘块用耐火材料制成,本实施例中,用耐火水泥制成的骨料制成。本实用新型中,在铸铁炉排2的下方设置下封头13,其与炉体1构成水箱21,整个装置浸没在水箱内,使每个部分都成为有效的换热面。铸铁炉排2的下方设有一次风道12。燃烧室3的上方与上炉膛8连接,该炉膛的作用是使燃烧室3内的烟气不能直接从烟道出去。上炉膛8上设有水管9,水管9上设有水囊10且与水箱21相通,冷水从低处进入水囊10,被烟气加热后,从水管9中流到水箱21内,热水经出水管26进入取暖系统,系统回水由回水管15进入水箱21内。在炉膛的顶部设有封顶式旁开烟道22并增设了一个环型烟套7,高温烟气在烟筒的抽力下,至下而上冲刷到顶部经环型烟套7从后部烟道和烟筒排入大气,这样增加了受热面,使烟气在炉内延长了冲刷时间,降低了排烟温度,增加了热效率。为保证加入新煤所需氧气的供给,使之充分燃烧,在燃烧室3的中部沿炉胆设有环形二次风道4。图1中,14是铸铁炉排2的落灰室,19是落灰室14的清灰门,16为水箱21的排污管,17为燃烧室3的投煤门,18、23为烟道清灰门7,24为上炉膛8的清灰门,20是水位计。本实用新型除炉排2用铸铁制造外,其余均用钢板制成

1.一种立式正烧常压锅炉,包括炉体(1)、燃烧室(3)、铸铁炉排(2),其特征在于还包括:a.燃烧室(3)的中部设有一排平行热水管(5),其上方铺设一层消烟过滤除尘块(6);b.铸铁炉排(2)的下方设有下封头(13),其与炉体(1)构成水箱(21);c.燃烧室(3)的上方与上炉膛(8)连接,上炉膛(8)上设有与水箱(21)连通的水管(9)和水囊(10);d.上炉膛(8)的上方设有封顶式旁开烟道(24)和环形烟套(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立式正烧常压锅炉,其特征在于燃烧室(3)设有环形二次风道(4)。
