本实用新型涉及一种自来水管上使用的防漏水水龙头。
众所周知,水龙头广泛地使用于人们的日常生活之中,但因阀芯上的橡胶密封圈易于老化损坏或因阀杆螺纹磨损而造成漏水,浪费大量的自来水。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以防止漏水的压簧式防漏水水龙头。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:该水龙头由阀杆、压杆、橡胶密封圈、阀芯、弹簧等组成,阀芯上有凹槽,橡胶密封圈压入阀芯的凹槽内,压杆下端穿过橡胶密封圈与阀芯连为一体,阀芯下有弹簧,阀体腔内有一挡水口,阀体腔内上部固定一平密封圈,压杆上端穿过平密封圈与阀杆连为一体。
本实用新型的优点是,结构简单,维修方便,有效地防止了渗漏水现象,达到了节约用水的目的。

图中(1)阀杆、(2)填料压盖、(3)填料、(4)上盖、(5)平密封圈、(6)压杆、(7)挡水口、(8)橡胶密封圈、(9)阀体、(10)阀芯、(11)底盖、(12)弹簧。
当压簧式防漏水水龙头关闭时,旋转阀杆(1),使压杆(6)向上旋转,阀芯(10)受弹簧(12)的上推作用,使阀芯(10)凹槽内的橡胶密封圈(8)与阀体(9)腔内的挡水口(7)接触,阻断水流的通路。
当压簧式防漏水水龙头开启时,旋转阀杆(1),使压杆(6)向下旋转,带动阀芯(10)向下挤压弹簧(12),使橡胶密封圈(8)与阀体(9)腔内的挡水口(7)脱离,两者之间有间距,水流便经过间距流向阀体(9)出水口。
阀杆(1)上装有填料(3)可以防止水龙头开启时,水通过阀杆(1)周围螺纹的间隙向外渗漏,但当填料(3)磨损失去密封时,只要将阀杆(1)继续下旋至最低位置,并稍加用力,使阀杆(1)下端面与平密封圈(5)接触,即可阻止水流流向螺纹,起到双重防渗作用。
