The panel frame 310 has an air outlet 312. Wherein the inner side of the upper part area of the air outlet 312 is the air channel of the through-flow fan. The lower part area is a fresh air outlet area, the inner side is provided with a fresh air module.
The left and right sides of the panel frame 310 are provided with a plurality of hanging buckles 315 at intervals along the up-down direction, the air inlet grid assembly 200 is provided with hanging grooves corresponding to the hanging buckles 315, and the panel frame 310 is hung in the hanging grooves of the air inlet grid assembly 200 through the hanging buckles 315.
The front panel is fixed to the front side of the panel frame 310 by means of, for example, screws or snaps, and forms an exterior surface of the air conditioner.
The air outlet frame 320 is disposed inside the air outlet 312 of the panel frame 310, and is generally used for providing an air deflector (not shown) to adjust the air outlet direction. The air outlet frame 320 is detachably connected with the panel frame 310 through a fastening structure, and final fixing is achieved through fasteners.
In particular, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the bottom of the air outlet frame 320 is extended to form a cantilever fixing portion 321 protruding toward the rear side of the panel frame 310, and the cantilever fixing portion 321 has a stepped configuration, and the width dimension of the end connected to the air outlet frame 320 is greater than the width dimension of the free end.
A receiving part 316 matched with the cantilever fixing part 321 is arranged above at least one hanging buckle 315 of the panel frame 310, and a mounting hole 3125 is arranged at the free end of the cantilever fixing part 321 and is connected with the receiving part 316 through a fastener (such as a screw) so as to realize reliable fixation of the bottom of the air outlet frame 320.
According to the cabinet air conditioner, the cantilever fixing part 321 with the step structure is arranged at the bottom of the air outlet frame 320, the width dimension of the free end of the cantilever fixing part 321 is smaller, and when the front panel assembly 300 is lifted upwards integrally for assembly, the fan and other parts above the air outlet frame 320 can be effectively avoided, so that sufficient travel clearance is reserved for the whole lifting of the front panel assembly 300, and the convenience and fluency of assembly are obviously improved. Meanwhile, the width dimension of the connecting end of the cantilever fixing part 321 is larger, and the stepped structure can effectively transfer and disperse the stress born by the screw fixing of the free end under the stressed or severe experimental condition to the region with larger width of the connecting end, so that the fixing reliability of the air outlet frame 320 is effectively ensured.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the panel frame 310 includes a front frame portion 311 and a side plate portion 314.
The front frame portion 311 is used for mounting a front panel, forming a front profile of the air conditioner.
The side plate portions 314 extend rearward along the left and right side edges of the front frame portion 311, constituting the side walls of the panel frame 310. The hanging buckle 315 is disposed on the inner side surface of the side plate 314, and extends out of the side plate 314 backward, so as to cooperate with the hanging groove on the air intake grille assembly 200, thereby realizing the primary positioning and hanging of the front panel assembly 300.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, the snap-fit structure includes a plurality of pawls 313 and a plurality of detents 322.
The plurality of clamping claws 313 are arranged at intervals along the up-down direction on the rear side surface of one side of the front frame part 311, and the plurality of clamping grooves 322 are arranged on one side of the air outlet frame 320 in a one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of clamping claws 313.
When the air outlet frame 320 is installed into the air outlet 312 of the panel frame 310, the claw 313 can be clamped into the clamping groove 322, so as to realize preliminary fixing and connection of the air outlet frame 320 and the panel frame 310.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, in order to further improve the positioning accuracy and stability of the air outlet frame 320, a positioning groove 323 is disposed on a side of the air outlet frame 320 opposite to the clamping groove 322, and a first positioning portion 317 is disposed on the side plate portion 314 of the panel frame 310 corresponding to the positioning groove 323. The first positioning portion 317 and the positioning groove 323 cooperate to effectively limit the movement of the air outlet frame 320 in the vertical direction (upward and/or downward), so as to prevent the air outlet frame from shaking or misplacement during the assembly process.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to more fully limit the displacement of the air outlet frame 320, as shown in fig. 6, a second positioning portion 318 is further disposed at a position of the front frame portion 311 near the claw 313. The second positioning portion 318 can be simultaneously matched with the clamping groove 322 on the air outlet frame 320. By such a combination, the displacement of the air outlet frame 320 in the horizontal direction (left-right direction) can be effectively restricted, and the stability and accuracy of the installation of the air outlet frame 320 in the panel frame 310 can be ensured.
Through the clamping of the clamping jaw 313 and the clamping groove 322, the cooperation of the first positioning part 317 and the positioning groove 323 and the cooperation of the second positioning part 318 and the clamping groove 322, the stable and detachable connection between the air outlet frame 320 and the panel frame 310 can be realized, thereby not only facilitating the assembly and maintenance, but also ensuring the reliability of the air outlet frame 320 in the use process.
Further, a plurality of screw fixing structures are further arranged between the air outlet frame 320 and the panel frame 310, and the air outlet frame 320 and the panel frame 310 are firmly fixed through screws.
In some embodiments of the present application, cantilever securing portion 321 includes a cantilever root portion and an extension securing portion 3214.
The cantilever root is the main structure of the connection between the cantilever fixing portion 321 and the air outlet frame 320, and the strength of the cantilever root directly affects the fixing reliability. As shown in fig. 5, the cantilever root is formed by connecting a plurality of vertical connection rib plates 3212 and a plurality of horizontal reinforcing rib plates 3211 arranged up and down. The transverse reinforcing rib plate 3211 can provide main supporting strength and resist bending deformation, and the vertical connecting rib plates 3212 are used for connecting each transverse reinforcing rib plate 3211 to form a stable integral structure.
The extension securing portion 3214 is formed to extend outwardly along the lower portion of the cantilever root portion and has a main function of providing a region to which the receiving portion 316 of the panel frame 310 is coupled. The mounting hole 3125 is provided at a free end of the extension fixing portion 3214 for receiving a fastener (e.g., a screw) to achieve a fixed connection with the panel frame 310.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to further improve the structural strength and stability of the cantilever root, longitudinal bracing ribs 3213 are further provided between the transverse reinforcing ribs 3211. The longitudinal supporting ribs 3213 can be connected with the upper and lower adjacent transverse reinforcing rib plates 3211 to form a net-shaped reinforcing structure, so that stress is effectively dispersed, and the integral bending resistance and torsion resistance of the cantilever root are improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, the extended securing portions 3214 are positioned at an angle to the vertical connecting web 3212 in the horizontal plane to facilitate better alignment with the receiving portions 316 of the panel frame 310 during assembly.
In some embodiments of the present application, the mounting hole 3125 is an elliptical hole, and the long diameter of the elliptical hole is disposed in the up-down direction. The elliptical holes provide a certain assembly adjustment margin, allowing fine adjustment of the position of the air outlet frame 320 in the vertical direction, thereby compensating for dimensional deviations during manufacturing or assembly, allowing for smoother installation of fasteners, and avoiding stress concentrations due to hole site deviations.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to facilitate the preliminary installation of the front panel assembly 300, as shown in fig. 3, the bottom of the panel frame 310 is provided with a downward protruding socket 319, and the base 100 is provided with a socket groove corresponding to the socket 319. Such a plug-in structure can provide an initial location point and support for the installation of the front panel assembly 300.
The front panel assembly 300 is assembled as follows:
(1) Preliminary positioning as shown in fig. 8, the front panel assembly 300 is tilted at an angle such that the insertion portion 319 at the bottom thereof is aligned with and inserted into the corresponding insertion groove on the base 100. The front panel assembly 300 can be primarily fixed to the base 100 and supported by the engagement of the socket 319.
(2) The front panel assembly 300 is rotated to approach the vertical state gradually by rotating the front panel assembly with the insertion portion 319 of the bottom portion as a fulcrum. In this process, the hanging buckle 315 located on the side plate portion 314 of the panel frame 310 is still in an inclined state, and thus, the front panel assembly 300 is not yet buckled into the corresponding hanging groove on the air inlet grille assembly 200.
(3) Alignment hitching, the operator lifts the front panel assembly 300 upward after the front panel assembly 300 is nearly vertical. The hanging buckle 315 on the side plate part 314 of the panel frame 310 can be accurately aligned with the hanging groove on the air inlet grid assembly 200 through the lifting action.
(4) After the assembly is completed, the operator drops the front panel assembly 300 downward after the hanging button 315 is aligned with the hanging slot. Under the action of gravity, the hanging buckle 315 on the panel frame 310 is smoothly buckled into the hanging groove of the air inlet grid assembly 200, so that reliable connection between the front panel assembly 300 and the air inlet grid assembly 200 is realized, and the assembly process of the front panel assembly 300 is finished.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present utility model, but not for limiting the same, and although the present utility model has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the technical solution described in the above embodiments or equivalents may be substituted for some of the technical features thereof, and the modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solution as claimed in the present utility model.
