The pipe blank A is a blank for processing parallel double-branch pipes, and the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 are dies for manufacturing the pipe blank A into the parallel double-branch pipes.
The upsetting means includes a left side press plate 3 and a right side press plate 4 for upsetting the left and right radial directions of the pipe blank a, the left side press plate 3 and the right side press plate being disposed in the gap of the upper die 1 and the lower die 2. The left punch is arranged on the left side of the tube blank A and used for radially pressing the left side of the tube blank A, and the right punch is arranged on the right side of the tube blank A and used for radially pressing the right side of the tube blank A.
The movable punches are respectively arranged at two ends of the tube blank A and used for clamping the tube blank A and filling pressure into the tube blank A. The movable punch comprises a key groove plate 5, a polished rod 6, a movable top plate 7, a spring 8 and a punch 9.
The key groove plate 5 is frame-shaped, the polish rod 6 is vertically arranged in the key groove plate 5, specifically, the upper end and the lower end of the polish rod 6 extend out of the key groove plate 5 and are provided with threads, the threads vertically fix the polish rod 6 on the key groove plate 5 through being matched with the nut 10, and the spring 8 is movably sleeved on the polish rod 6.
The punch 9 comprises a limiting end 91 and a clamping end 92, the limiting end 91 is provided with a through hole, and the through hole is movably sleeved on the polished rod 6 and is located above the spring 8. When the key slot plate is not in operation, the spring 8 jacks up the punch 9 to attach the punch 9 to the inner side of the top of the key slot plate 5, the punch 9 is positioned at the uppermost end, and the top end of the key slot plate 5 is used as a positioning point of the punch 9 by utilizing the characteristic. The clamping end 92 extends beyond the keyway plate 5 and is in sealing contact with the a port of the tube blank.
