The battery cell assembly (Battery Cell Assembly) may include a plurality of battery cells connected in series, parallel, or series-parallel by a bus bar. The Battery device also comprises a high-voltage power distribution device (BDU, battery Distribution Unit) and a Battery management system (BMS, battery MANAGEMENT SYSTEM), wherein the high-voltage power distribution device mainly controls a charging and discharging circuit of the Battery device to be carried out stably, and the Battery management system is mainly responsible for intelligent management and maintenance of the Battery system, monitors the Battery state and ensures safe operation of the Battery. In a battery device, a high-voltage power distribution device mainly controls a charging and discharging circuit of the battery device to be carried out stably and is responsible for controlling a power-on and power-off process, a pre-charging process and a charging process of a high-voltage electric loop, wherein the high-voltage power distribution device comprises various electric parts, electric connecting parts for realizing circuit connection, sampling parts for collecting circuit signals and connectors for transmitting electric signals, for example, the electric parts comprise a high-voltage relay, a current divider, a pre-charging relay, a pre-charging resistor, a fuse and the like, the electric connecting parts comprise copper bars, aluminum bars, wire harnesses and the like, the sampling parts comprise low-voltage sampling wires, sampling terminals and the like, and the connectors comprise a low-voltage plug-in unit, a high-voltage plug-in unit and the like.
The main functions of the battery management system include data acquisition, state detection, safety protection, charge control, energy management, equalization management and the like, and the battery management system comprises a main control unit, namely a battery management unit (BMU, battery Management Unit), wherein the BMU comprises a data acquisition circuit, a sensor and a Microcontroller (MCU) and is used for processing the acquired data and communicating with other systems of a vehicle, the battery management system can also comprise a slave control unit (CSC, cell Supervisory Controller) in a distributed architecture, the CSC is responsible for detecting a certain number of battery cells or modules, collecting voltage, current and temperature data and sending the information to the BMU, and the CSC mainly comprises a sensor and a data acquisition circuit for detecting the battery cells.
However, the electrical components, electrical connectors, sampling members, connectors in the high voltage distribution device of the related products are distributed or integrated in one housing, and the BMU integrates the functional module circuits through the PCB board and then into another housing, and the CSC also integrates its functional module circuits through the PCB board and then into a third housing. Furthermore, the three components are arranged in the battery device, and the battery device is in communication connection through the low-voltage wire harness and the low-voltage connector, so that the space occupation of the battery device is very large, and the energy storage capacity of the battery device is further affected.
In view of this, the embodiment of the application provides an electric control device, which integrates a high-voltage distribution device and at least a part of a battery management system together, and integrates a PCB board of the battery management system on a base assembly after the PCB board is shelled, so that the whole integration of the electric control device is higher, the arrangement of each electric element is more compact, the occupied space in the battery device is smaller, and a larger space can be provided for a battery unit assembly, thereby improving the capacity of the battery device.
Referring to fig. 3 to 7, the embodiment of the present application provides an electronic control device 100, which includes a base assembly 10 and a battery management main control board 30, wherein the battery management main control board 30 is disposed on the base assembly 10.
It will be appreciated that the base assembly 10 is the main body portion of the electronic control device 100 for supporting and securing the components, i.e., the base assembly 10 is a load bearing structure.
The battery management main board 30 is a main component in the battery management system, where the battery management main board 30 may be a circuit board of the BMU, or may be a circuit board formed by integrating a circuit of the BMU with a circuit of the CSC, and the battery management system should have a corresponding protective housing to protect devices such as the battery management main board 30 therein, and after the protective housing is removed, the battery management main board 30 is disposed on the base assembly 10, so that a space occupied by the protective housing, that is, each device in the battery management system and the high-voltage power distribution device is disposed at a corresponding position by using the base assembly 10 as a support carrier.
Here, the battery management main control board 30 is disposed on the base assembly 10, which may mean that the battery management main control board 30 is directly disposed on the base assembly 10, for example, the battery management main control board 30 is connected with the base assembly 10 through corresponding connection structures such as screws, rivets, and clamping structures, or the battery management main control board 30 is disposed on the base assembly 10 through an intermediate structure, for example, the intermediate structure may be a bracket, a fixing plate, or the like, that is, the battery management main control board 30 may also be indirectly disposed on the base assembly 10.
Therefore, the electric control device 100 provided by the embodiment of the application has higher overall integration level, the arrangement of the devices can be compact, the occupied space in the battery device is smaller, and a larger space can be provided for the battery single component, so that the capacity of the battery device is improved.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the electronic control device 100 includes an electrical component disposed on the base assembly 10, and the electrical component is connected to the battery management main control board 30.
It is understood that the electrical component is a working element in the electronic control device 100, and for example, the electrical component may be a high voltage relay, a shunt, a precharge relay, a precharge resistor, a fuse, and the like. Because of the difference in shape and structure, the electrical components can be directly connected to the base assembly 10, for example, by screws, clamping structures and the like, or by providing corresponding groove structures or cavities on the base assembly 10, so as to accommodate the electrical components.
The electrical components and the battery management main control board 30 may be directly connected or indirectly connected, wherein "directly connected" refers to connection between the two components without complicated wire harness, but connection in short-distance splicing, bonding, welding, bolt locking, clamping, etc., and "indirectly connected" refers to connection between the two components with long distance through wire harness, etc.
Of course, in other embodiments, a portion of each electrical component may be selectively connected directly to the battery management main board 30, and another portion of each electrical component may be selectively connected indirectly to the battery management main board 20.
Therefore, the battery management main control board 30 can collect the high voltage signals of the corresponding electrical components, and the low voltage signals of the electrical components are transmitted to the battery management main control board 30, especially, each electrical component and the battery management main control board 30 are directly connected, so that the integration degree can be further improved.
The electric control device comprises a high-voltage relay, the high-voltage relay is used for controlling on-off of a circuit and generally comprises a high-voltage main positive relay and a high-voltage main negative relay, and the electric control device can further comprise a quick charging relay, a battery management main control board and the high-voltage relay need to be subjected to low-voltage control signal transmission, signals sent to the high-voltage relay through the battery management main control board are used for on-off of the high-voltage relay, in the related technology, a connector socket is generally arranged on the high-voltage relay, at least one connector socket is arranged on the battery management main control board, a wire harness with plugs at two ends is further needed, one end of the wire harness is connected to the connector socket on the high-voltage relay, and the other end of the wire harness is connected to the connector socket on the battery management main control board, so that control signals of the battery management main control board are transmitted to the high-voltage relay, and low-voltage control signal transmission of the battery management main control board to the high-voltage relay is achieved. The transmission mode has the advantages that the space occupation of the electric control device is large due to the fact that the number of the wire harnesses is large and the arrangement of the wire harnesses is complex, meanwhile, the grouping efficiency of the electric control device is reduced, the maintenance difficulty is improved, in addition, the using amount of the wire harnesses, the connector sockets and the connector plugs is high, and the failure probability of components is improved.
In view of this, referring to fig. 4 to 14, in the embodiment of the present application, the low voltage transmission member 31 is disposed on the battery management main control board 30, the low voltage terminal 21 is disposed on the high voltage relay 20, one end of the low voltage transmission member 31 is connected to the battery management main control board 30, and the other end extends out of the battery management main control board 30 to be connected to the low voltage terminal 21 on the high voltage relay 20, so that the low voltage transmission member 31 replaces the socket on the battery management main control board and the wire harness with plugs at both ends in the related art, and the low voltage terminal 21 replaces the connector socket on the high voltage relay 20, thereby simplifying the parts, reducing the failure probability of the element, and greatly improving the space utilization.
The low voltage transmission member 31 may be a sheet-like, wire-like or wire-like metal member capable of transmitting an electric signal, such as a copper sheet, a nickel sheet, a copper wire, an aluminum wire, or the like.
One end of the low-voltage transmission piece 31 is fixedly connected with the battery management main control board 30 in a welding, bonding and threaded connection mode, a copper sheet is optionally used as the low-voltage transmission piece 31, and one end of the copper sheet is fixedly connected with the battery management main control board 30 in a welding mode. The other end of the low voltage transmission member 31 extends out of the battery management main control board 30, and is provided with a pad area or a structure such as a mounting hole and a mounting groove at the end portion thereof, and is connected to the low voltage terminal 21 on the high voltage relay 20.
The low voltage transmission members 31 may be disposed at the edge of the battery management main control board 30, alternatively, a plurality of low voltage transmission members 31 may be sequentially disposed along the edge of the side of the battery management main control board 30 having the longest length, so as to facilitate connection with the low voltage terminals 21 of the high voltage relays 20, and when the plurality of high voltage relays 20 are disposed on one side of the battery management main control board 30 in the thickness direction, the low voltage transmission members 31 may be disposed on one side of the battery management main control board in the thickness direction in a concentrated manner, preferably, the low voltage transmission members 31 extend toward the high voltage relays 20.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the low voltage transmission member 31 is sheet, and the length a of the low voltage transmission member 31 extending out of the battery management main board 30 is in the range of 10mm to 20mm, for example, the length a of the low voltage transmission member 31 extending out of the battery management main board 30 may be 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, etc. Meanwhile, the thickness B of the low pressure transmission member 31 is in the range of 0.5mm to 1.0mm, so as to ensure that the low pressure transmission member is not deformed and bent, for example, the thickness B of the low pressure transmission member 31 may be 0.5mm, 0.64mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, etc. In addition, the width C of the low-voltage transmission member is controlled within a range of 6mm to 10mm, for example, the width C of the low-voltage transmission member 31 may be 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, etc., so as to ensure the overflow area and the locking area of the low-voltage transmission member 31. For example, a hole structure having a diameter of 4mm may be opened in the low voltage transmission member 31, and a screw having a diameter of M3 may be used to lock with the low voltage terminal 21.
The high voltage relay 20 used in the battery device 100 is typically an electromagnetic relay, and the two low voltage terminals 21 on the high voltage relay 20 are respectively two terminals of an electromagnetic coil inside the high voltage relay 20, and at least part of the metal of the two low voltage terminals 21 is exposed on the high voltage relay 20.
The low voltage terminal 21 may be a sheet metal member, a columnar metal member, or a boss-like metal member, and may be a copper sheet, an aluminum column, a copper column, or the like.
The low voltage terminal 21 and the low voltage transmission member 31 may be electrically connected by welding, screwing, clamping, plugging, etc., for example, a pad area may be provided on the low voltage terminal 21, the low voltage transmission member 31 and the low voltage terminal 21 are connected by welding, alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, a press-riveting nut or a welding nut is pressed at the bottom of the low voltage terminal 21, a hole structure is provided at one end of the low voltage transmission member 31, and a screw is threaded through the hole structure to connect with the press-riveting nut or the welding nut. Or the low-voltage transmission piece 31 is a female terminal, and the low-voltage terminal 21 is a male terminal, so that the two terminals can be connected in a plugging manner.
The low-voltage terminal 21 may protrude outward from the end face of the high-voltage relay 20, or the low-voltage terminal 21 may protrude outward from the peripheral side face of the high-voltage relay 20, or the low-voltage terminal 21 may be provided directly on the end face, or the peripheral side face. Specifically, the two low-voltage terminals 21 may be extended in parallel at a narrow pitch, as in the case of the two low-voltage terminals 21 in fig. 14, may be extended at a wide pitch on the same side, as in fig. 15, or may be extended at a different side, as in fig. 16.
Referring to fig. 14, the length D of the low voltage terminal 21 ranges from 5mm to 10mm, the length D of the low voltage terminal 21 may range from 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, etc., and the width E of the low voltage terminal 21 ranges from 5mm to 10mm, the width D of the low voltage terminal 21 may range from 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, etc., so that it is ensured that the low voltage terminal 21 does not occupy too much space on the basis of providing a certain connection area and overcurrent area.
In addition, referring to the figure, the minimum distance F (i.e., the electrical gap) between the exposed metals between the two low voltage terminals 21 on the same high voltage relay 20 needs to be controlled within a range of more than 3.0mm, so as to ensure that the requirements of electrical safety are met.
It is to be understood that, as shown in fig. 11, the high-voltage relay 20 may have a cubic structure or a similar cubic structure, and thus, in the XYZ space coordinate system, the X-axis direction is the width direction of the high-voltage relay 20, the Y-axis direction is the length direction of the high-voltage relay 20, and the Z-axis direction is the height direction of the high-voltage relay 20, then the top end or the bottom end of the high-voltage relay 20 refers to a surface structure (or may also be a top or bottom, or an end surface) perpendicular to the Z-axis direction, and the peripheral side wall of the high-voltage relay 20 refers to a surface structure (or may also be a peripheral side surface) perpendicular to the plane in which XY is located.
Alternatively, the extending direction of the low voltage terminal 21 of the high voltage relay 20 may be selected according to the actual requirement, the high voltage relay 20 has a cubic structure or a quasi-cubic structure, and should have two end faces disposed opposite to each other and a peripheral side face connecting the two end faces, and then the low voltage terminal 21 may extend outward from the end face of the high voltage relay 20, or the low voltage terminal 21 may extend outward from the peripheral side face of the high voltage relay 20, or the low voltage terminal may also be disposed directly on the end face, or the peripheral side face. And, the base assembly 10 may be of a cubic structure or a cube-like structure, so that, as shown in fig. 7, in an XYZ space coordinate system, an X-axis direction is a width direction of the base assembly 10, a Y-axis direction is a length direction of the base assembly 10, and a Z-axis direction is a height direction of the base assembly 10, then an end surface of the base assembly 10 refers to a top surface or a bottom surface (or may also be a top surface or a bottom surface) perpendicular to the Z-axis direction, a peripheral side surface of the base assembly 10 refers to a surface structure perpendicular to a plane in which XY is located, and the battery management main board 30 may be disposed on the peripheral side surface of the base assembly 10 or the battery management main board may be further disposed on the end surface of the base assembly 10 according to an extension direction of the low voltage terminal 21 of the high voltage relay 20.
Here, the low voltage terminal 21 of the high voltage relay 20 and the low voltage transmission member 31 of the battery management main control board 30 may be screwed, welded, clamped, adhered or plugged. For example, the low voltage transmission member 31 of the battery management main control board 30 is a sampling copper sheet, and mounting holes or threaded holes are formed in both the sampling copper sheet and the low voltage terminal 21, and two mounting holes or threaded holes are formed through screws so as to realize connection between the sampling copper sheet and the low voltage terminal 21. For another example, the low voltage transmission member 31 of the battery management main control board 30 is a female terminal, and the low voltage terminal 21 is a male terminal, so that the two terminals can be connected by plugging.
As shown in fig. 4 and 8, for example, a mounting groove 10a is provided on one of the end surfaces of the base assembly 10, the high voltage relay 20 is provided in the mounting groove 10a, and two low voltage terminals 21 extending in parallel at a narrow interval on the same side are provided on the peripheral side surface of the high voltage relay 20, a rivet nut or a weld nut is press-fitted to the bottom of the low voltage terminals 21, and a battery management main control board 30 is provided on the peripheral side surface of the base assembly 10, a low voltage transmission member 31 is extended from the battery management main control board 30, one end of the low voltage transmission member 31 is welded to the battery management main control board 30, and one end is provided with a mounting hole through which a screw passes to be screw-coupled with the rivet nut or the weld nut.
In the electronic control device 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, after the battery management main control board 30 is shelled, the battery management main control board 30 is directly integrated on the base assembly 10 and is directly connected with the high-voltage relay 20 on the base assembly 10, i.e. the low-voltage terminal 21 is connected with the low-voltage transmission piece 31 of the battery management main control board 30. Thus, the electric control device 100 has higher overall integration, more compact arrangement of all electric elements and smaller occupied space. When the electric control device 100 is applied to a battery device, a larger space can be provided for the battery cell assembly, so that the capacity of the battery device is improved.
Referring to fig. 7 to 12, in one embodiment, the high voltage relay 20 has a peripheral sidewall 20a, the low voltage terminal 21 extends outward from the peripheral sidewall 20a of the high voltage relay 20, and the low voltage transmission member 31 is a sampling copper sheet connected to the low voltage terminal 21 by a fastener.
It will be appreciated that the peripheral side wall 20a is an outer peripheral surface of the high voltage relay 20, and the surface structure perpendicular to the plane in which XY is located should be such that when the high voltage relay 20 is disposed in the mounting groove 10a, a portion of the peripheral side wall 20a is exposed to the outside of the mounting groove 10a, and at this time, the low voltage terminal 21 is connected to the partially exposed peripheral side wall 20a so as to satisfy the extension of the low voltage terminal 21. The sampling copper sheet is electrically connected with the battery management main control board 30, a first through hole is formed in the sampling copper sheet, a second through hole is formed in the low-voltage terminal 21, and fasteners such as screws and pins are used for penetrating through the through holes in sequence to realize locking connection between the sampling copper sheet and the low-voltage terminal 21.
In this way, the low-voltage terminal 21 is extended outwards from the peripheral side wall 20a of the high-voltage relay 20, a wider installation view angle can be provided, the installation of operators is facilitated, meanwhile, the low-voltage terminal 21 and the sampling copper sheet are connected through the fastener, the reliability of the connection mode is higher, the connection precision is relatively low, and the operation is easier.
In other embodiments, the high voltage relay 20 has a peripheral sidewall 20a, the low voltage terminal 21 extends outwardly from the peripheral sidewall 20a of the high voltage relay 20, the low voltage transmission member 31 is a female terminal, and the low voltage terminal 21 is plug-connected to the female terminal.
It will be appreciated that in this embodiment, the low voltage terminal 21 is connected to the low voltage transmission member 31 by a plug connection. Specifically, the low voltage transmission member 31 is a female terminal, and at this time, the low voltage terminal 21 is a male terminal or a male terminal, which are inserted into the female terminal by means of an opposite insertion manner.
The plug connection mode is suitable for use scenes with smaller number of high-voltage relays 20 and higher precision of opposite plug positions.
Of course, in other embodiments, the low voltage terminal 21 may be welded to the low voltage transmission member 31, and the connection reliability of the welded connection is high.
In one embodiment, the high voltage relay 20 has a top end portion, and the low voltage terminal 21 is extended from the top end portion of the high voltage relay 20, and then the battery management main board 30 may be disposed on the base assembly 10 and cover the mounting groove 10a, and the low voltage terminal 21 is connected with the low voltage transmission member 31.
It can be understood that the top end portion is the end portion of the high-voltage relay 20 extending from the mounting groove 10a to the outside, that is, the surface structure perpendicular to the Z-axis direction, and the low-voltage terminal 21 extends from the top end portion to the outside of the mounting groove 10a and exactly corresponds to the battery management main control board 30 covered on the mounting groove 10a, at this time, the low-voltage transmission member 31 may be a sampling hole formed on the battery management main control board 30, and the low-voltage terminal 21 is inserted into the sampling hole to realize electrical connection.
Similarly, the low-voltage terminal 21 is extended from the top end of the high-voltage relay 20 to be connected to the low-voltage transmission member 31 of the battery management main board 30, and the integration degree is relatively high.
Of course, in other embodiments, when the low voltage terminal 21 extends from the top end of the high voltage relay 20, the battery management main board 30 may also be disposed on the peripheral side surface of the base assembly 10, that is, the plane of the battery management main board 30 is parallel or approximately parallel to the peripheral side wall 20a of the high voltage relay 20, and then the low voltage terminal 21 is connected to the low voltage transmission member 31.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in one embodiment, the extending direction of the low voltage terminal 21 is perpendicular to the plane of the battery management main board 30.
It is to be understood that the extending direction of the low-voltage terminal 21 should refer to the direction in which the low-voltage terminal 21 is exposed to the high-voltage relay 20, for example, the extending direction of the low-voltage terminal 21 may be a direction perpendicular to the peripheral side wall 20a of the high-voltage relay 20, or may be a direction perpendicular to the tip end portion of the high-voltage relay 20. The plane of the battery management main control board 30 is the plane of the surface of the battery management main control board 30 with the largest area, for example, the plane of the large surface of the battery management main control board 30.
The extending direction of the low-voltage terminal 21 is perpendicular to the plane where the battery management main control board 30 is located, so that the distance from the low-voltage terminal 21 to the surface of the battery management main control board 30 is shortest, and meanwhile, a better installation view angle can be provided, and the connection mode of plugging and bolt locking by operators is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 7, the battery management main board 30 is disposed on a peripheral side surface of the base assembly 10, and extends along a length direction of the base assembly 10, and the extending direction of the low voltage terminal 21 is perpendicular to a plane of the battery management main board 30. Here, the extending direction of the low voltage terminal 21 is perpendicular to the length direction along the base assembly 10, and also perpendicular to the Y-axis direction, that is, the extending direction of the low voltage terminal 21 is parallel to the width direction of the base assembly 10, and also parallel to the X-axis direction, and then the low voltage terminal 21 does not encroach on the dimension of the base assembly 10 in the length direction thereof, so that the length of the base assembly 10 can be smaller, that is, the overall length of the electronic control device 100 is more compact.
Of course, in other embodiments, the extending direction of the low voltage terminal 21 may also be parallel to the plane of the battery management main board 30. Then, the shape and structure of the low voltage terminal 21 may be adjusted to meet the corresponding connection requirements, for example, the shape of the low voltage terminal 21 may be set to be L-shaped, U-shaped, or the like. Then, the extending direction of the low voltage terminal 21 requires an increase in the length of the base assembly 10 or an increase in the height, that is, a relatively longer overall length or a higher height of the electronic control device 100, while satisfying the connection with the low voltage transmission member 31 of the battery management main board 30. But in this case the overall width of the electrical control device may be reduced.
Referring to fig. 11 to 14, in one embodiment, the low voltage terminal 21 extends outward from the peripheral side wall 20a of the high voltage relay 20, the low voltage terminal 21 includes a main body 211 connected to two adjacent peripheral side walls 20a of the high voltage relay 20, and a separation portion 212 disposed on the main body 211, two connection points 213 connected to the low voltage transmission member 31 are disposed on the main body 211, and the separation portion 212 is located between the two connection points 213.
It will be appreciated that the connection point 213 is a structure for connecting with the low pressure transmission member 31, for example, the connection point 213 may be a hole structure formed on the main body 211, the hole structure may be a through hole, a blind hole, a threaded hole, etc. to correspond to the through hole structure on the low pressure transmission member 31, and finally two through hole structures are penetrated by bolts to achieve the purpose of locking connection, or the connection point 213 may be a protrusion formed on the main body 211, which is adapted to be inserted with a female structure of the low pressure transmission member 31 to achieve the insertion connection, or the connection point 213 may also be a welding spot formed on the main body 211 to correspond to the low pressure transmission member, and finally two welding spots are connected by welding.
The main body 211 is connected to the yoke iron in the high voltage relay 20, the main body 211 extends outwards to transmit corresponding electric signals to the battery management main control board 30, and the separation part 212 is used for separating two connection points 213 and increasing the creepage distance of the two connection points 213.
In this way, the two connection points 213 of the low-voltage terminal 21 are arranged to extend from the same side, so that the assembly of the high-voltage relay 20 is more convenient.
Here, in the present embodiment, the two connection points 213 of the low voltage terminal 21 are respectively protruded from both sides of the high voltage relay 20, and the distance between the two connection points 213 is larger with a sufficient creepage distance, so that the partition 212 can be omitted.
In this way, the two connection points 213 of the low-voltage terminal 21 are provided on the high-voltage relay 20 at a distance from each other, and the body 211 does not need to protrude from the peripheral wall of the high-voltage relay 20 in the longitudinal direction of the base assembly 10 as shown in fig. 5 and 7, so that the space of the base assembly 10 in the longitudinal direction can be saved.
Referring to fig. 14, in one embodiment, the distance H from the low voltage terminal 21 to the yoke external rounded corner 23 of the high voltage relay 20 is 3mm or more.
As will be understood, the yoke external rounded corner 23 of the high-voltage relay 20 means a rounded corner formed between the peripheral side wall 20a and the tip end portion of the high-voltage relay 20 from which the low-voltage terminal 21 protrudes outward, that is, the yoke external rounded corner 23 of the high-voltage relay 20 is a rim side formed by connecting the tip end portion and the peripheral side wall 20a of the high-voltage relay 20.
The distance H of the low-voltage terminal 21 to the yoke outer fillet 23 of the high-voltage relay 20 refers to the minimum distance of the low-voltage terminal 21 to the yoke outer fillet of the high-voltage relay 20, which is also referred to as the electrical gap.
In this way, when the minimum distance H from the edge of the low-voltage terminal 21 to the yoke external rounded corner 23 of the high-voltage relay 20 is 3mm or more, electrical safety can be satisfied.
Referring to fig. 8, in one embodiment, the low voltage transmission member 31 includes a sampling copper sheet for connection with the low voltage terminal 21.
As will be appreciated, one end of the sampling copper sheet is connected to the battery management main board 30, and the other end thereof protrudes outward to be connected to the low voltage terminal 21. The structural form of the sampling copper sheet can be adjusted accordingly according to the actual connection mode with the low voltage terminal 21.
For example, when the low voltage terminal 21 and the sampling copper sheet are connected by bolt locking, through holes or threaded holes are respectively formed on the low voltage terminal 21 and the sampling terminal for the bolts to pass through. Or when the low voltage terminal 21 is in plug connection with the sampling copper sheet, the sampling copper sheet is curled to form a female terminal or a structure similar to the female terminal, so that the low voltage terminal 21 is in plug connection.
The electric control device further comprises a plurality of high-voltage tabs, the high-voltage tabs are used for realizing electric connection between electric components in the electric control device, the high-voltage tabs can be connected with the high-voltage relay 20, the current divider, the fuse and the pre-charging relay, so that a high-voltage discharging loop and a high-voltage charging loop of the battery device are formed, the pre-charging loop can be further formed, and the battery management main control board monitors the total voltage of the battery pack through collecting voltage signals on the high-voltage tabs, judges the working state of charge and discharge of the battery pack and carries out SOC estimation. In the related products, the high-voltage tabs are generally fixed with the electric parts and the shell of the electric control device through bolts, the fixing mode enables the assembly efficiency of the high-voltage tabs to be low, in addition, after voltage signals of the high-voltage tabs are generally connected with connectors arranged on a battery management main control board through wire harnesses and terminals connected to the high-voltage tabs, the transmission mode of the signals is achieved, the number of parts is large, and therefore the problems of high maintenance cost and high failure probability are caused, and in addition, the occupied space of the wire harnesses and the connectors is large, so that the grouping efficiency is low.
In view of the above, in the embodiment of the application, the electric control device comprises a base assembly, the base assembly comprises a base shell, at least part of high-voltage tabs are embedded in the base shell, part of areas, which are used for electric connection, of the high-voltage tabs embedded in the base shell are exposed on the surface of the base shell and are used for forming electric connection with electric parts, a battery pack, an electric circuit and the like, the electric control device further comprises a high-voltage sampling piece, one end of the high-voltage sampling piece is connected with the high-voltage tabs, and the other end of the high-voltage sampling piece is directly or indirectly connected with a battery management main control board, so that the battery management main control board collects voltage signals on the high-voltage tabs through the high-voltage sampling piece, the high-voltage tabs are embedded in the base shell, the integration of the high-voltage tabs and the base shell is realized, the part of the high-voltage tabs embedded in the base shell directly utilizes the thickness space of the base shell, so that the space utilization rate is improved, the high-voltage tabs and the base shell are integrally injection molded, and the assembly efficiency of the electric control assembly is improved, and the high-voltage sampling piece is used for replacing a wire harness, a terminal and a connector, so that the simplification of parts is realized, and the failure rate of the element is reduced, and the space utilization rate is improved.
Referring to fig. 17 and 18, in the embodiment of the present application, the high voltage tab 101 includes an embedded tab 102, the embedded tab 102 includes a first end 1021, an embedded connection section 1022 and a second end 1023, the first end 1021 is connected to the high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20, the embedded connection section 1022 is embedded in the plastic of the base housing 10p, and the second end 1023 is electrically connected to other electrical components or a battery or a power circuit.
It can be understood that the embedded tab 102 should be integrally formed with the base housing 10p, i.e. the embedded tab 102 is first disposed in a mold, and then injection molded together with the base housing 10p to release the mold, thereby realizing that the embedded connection section is disposed in the plastic of the base housing 10 p.
Thus, the embedded tabs 102 are manufactured in synchronization with the base housing 10p, so that the process that the subsequent tabs need to be manually installed is omitted, the production efficiency is further improved, and the requirement of the electric control device on mechanical full-automatic production can be met.
As illustrated in fig. 17, the high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20 is disposed at the bottom of the base housing 10p, and then the first end 1021 is disposed at the high voltage terminal 23 and connected to the high voltage terminal 23, the embedded connection section 1022 is embedded in the sidewall of the base housing 10p, and the second end 1023 extends outside the base housing 10p to be connected to other electrical components or battery or power circuit.
Here, the first end 1021 and the high voltage terminal 23 are connected by a fastener such as a screw or a pin, and the second end 1023 may be connected to other electric components, a battery, or an electric circuit by a fastener such as a screw or a pin.
Referring to fig. 17 and 18, in one embodiment, the first end 1021 is located on one side of the base housing 10p along its height direction (i.e., Z direction), and the second end 1023 is located on the other side of the base housing 10p along its height direction, and optionally, the direction from the second end 1023 to the first end 1021 is the direction in which the electronic control device 100 is housed in the casing of the battery device 101.
It will be appreciated that the first end 1021 is adjacent to the bottom of the case of the battery device 1001, and in the case of providing a heat exchanger at the bottom of the case, it is convenient to exchange heat between the first end 1021 and the heat exchanger at the bottom of the case, and the second end 1023 is connected to other electric components, a battery pack, or an electric circuit, so that the second end 1023 faces the opening side of the case, to facilitate assembly operation, and then the high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20 is connected to the first end 1021, so that the high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20 faces the bottom of the case, and also exchanges heat with the heat exchanger at the bottom of the case.
Further, referring to fig. 17 and 18, in one embodiment, the first end 1021 includes a first side 1021a and a second side 1021b along the thickness direction thereof, and each of the first side 1021a and the second side 1021b has at least a portion of metal exposed on the outer surface of the base housing 10p, wherein the exposed metal of the first side 1021a abuts against the high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20 to achieve electrical connection, and the metal of the second side 1021b is exposed on the outer surface of the base housing 10p to facilitate heat dissipation through the exposed portion.
It will be appreciated that the first side 1021a is a face structure of the first end 1021 facing the high voltage terminal 23, and the second side 1021b is a face structure of the first end 1021 facing away from the high voltage terminal 23, so that the first side 1021a should be at least partially exposed to the outer surface of the base housing 10p when it is satisfied that it is connected to the high voltage terminal 23, and the second side 1021b should be at least partially exposed to the outer surface of the base housing 10p in order to satisfy the corresponding heat dissipation requirement.
Further, referring to fig. 3, a heat exchanger 400 may be disposed on the second side 1021b, and heat of the high-voltage chip 101 may be conducted out through the heat exchanger 400, and a heat-conducting pad may be sandwiched between the high-voltage chip 101 and the heat exchanger 400, so as to facilitate improving insulation performance between the high-voltage chip 101 and the heat exchanger 400, and meanwhile, improving heat transfer performance through the heat-conducting pad.
It should be understood that the heat exchanger 400 may be a heat exchanger of a battery device, that is, each battery pack of the battery device and the electric control device adopt the same heat exchanging system, so that the internal space of the box of the battery device and the energy density of the battery pack can be further saved. Or the heat exchanger 400 can also be an independent heat exchanger, and as the high-voltage relay 20 of the electric control device is a main heating electric component and generates heat greatly, the independent heat exchange is realized through the independent heat exchanger 400, so that the stability of the electric control device in the use process can be improved.
Further, referring to fig. 19, in a direction along the thickness of the first end 1021, the second side 1021b of the first end 1021 exposes the base housing 10p by a height G >0.5mm.
It is understood that the height of the second side 1021b exposed out of the plastic of the base housing 10p refers to the height of the second side 1021b extending from the plastic of the base housing 10p to the plastic surface of the base housing 10 p. The degree of contact between the second side 1021b and the heat exchanger 400 can be achieved by exposing the second side 1021b of the first end 1021 to the plastic of the base housing 10p, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency between the high pressure bar 101 and the heat exchanger 400.
Alternatively, the height of the second side 1021b of the first end 1021 exposing the plastic of the base housing 10p is set to 1.0mm. Here, the first end 1021 and the second side 1021b can be made to abut against the heat exchanger 400, and sufficient abutting reliability is provided for both.
Further, referring to fig. 19, the first side 1021a further includes a metal exposed surface 1021a1 and a metal embedded surface 1021a2, the metal exposed surface 1021a1 of the first side 1021a is abutted against the high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20, the metal embedded surface 1021a2 of the first side 1021a is embedded in the plastic of the base housing 10p, the base housing 10p is provided with a terminal connection hole 10r, the metal exposed surface 1021a1 is located in the terminal connection hole 10r, and the high voltage terminal 23 is connected with the metal exposed surface 1021a1 at the terminal connection hole 10r, so as to realize electrical connection of the two. The metal embedding surface 1021a2, i.e., the part not connected to the high voltage terminal 23, is embedded in the plastic housing, so that the insulation reliability of the electronic control device 100 can be improved.
Referring to fig. 18, in one embodiment, the second end 1023 includes a third side 1023a and a fourth side 1023b along its thickness direction, the third side 1023a is exposed on the outer surface of the base housing 10p, and the fourth side 1023b is embedded in the base housing 10p.
It will be appreciated that third side 1023a is a face structure facing away from base housing 10p and fourth side 1023b is a face structure facing toward base housing 10 p.
Further, a hole structure is provided at the second end 1023, and threads may be provided inside the hole structure, through which fasteners such as screws, pins, etc. are inserted to achieve connection with an electrical component or a battery or an electrical circuit.
Optionally, two hole structures may also be provided at the second end 1023 to prevent rotational displacement of the hand pieces during connection, improving connection reliability.
Further, referring to fig. 19, in the thickness direction of the second end 1023, the third side 1023a of the second end 1023 exposes the base housing 10p to a height J >0.5mm.
It is understood that the height of the third side 1023a exposing the plastic of the base housing 10p refers to the height of the third side 1023a extending from the plastic of the base housing 10p to the plastic surface of the base housing 10 p. The third side 1023a is mainly used for electrically connecting with other electrical components, battery packs and power circuits, so that the third side 1023a is raised to be exposed out of the plastic of the base housing 10p, thereby facilitating the implementation of operation by operators.
Optionally, the height of the third side 1023a of the second end 1023 exposed to the plastic of the base housing 10p is set to 1.0mm. Here, the second end 1023 and the third side 1023a can be brought into contact with other electric components, a battery pack, and an electric circuit, and sufficient contact reliability is provided therebetween.
Further, referring to fig. 17 and 18, the embedded connection section 1022 is embedded in plastic of the base housing 10p, and opposite ends of the embedded connection section 1022 are perpendicular to the first end 1021 and the second end 1023, respectively.
It is understood that, the perpendicular direction of the embedded connection section 1022 and the first end 1021 means that the angle between the extending direction of the first end 1021 and the extending direction of the embedded connection section 1022 can be regarded as 90 degrees, and the perpendicular direction of the embedded connection section 1022 and the second end 1023 means that the angle between the second end and the embedded connection section 1022 can be regarded as 90 degrees.
In this way, the opposite ends of the embedded connection section 1022 are respectively connected to the first end 1021 and the second end 1023 perpendicularly, so that the routing distance between the high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20 and other electrical components, the battery pack and the power circuit can be further shortened, that is, the overall material consumption of the high voltage tab 101 can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 21 and 22, in one embodiment, the high voltage tab 101 includes a tab 103, the tab 103 includes a third end 1031, an intermediate connection section 1032, and a fourth end 1033, the third end 1031 is connected with the high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20, the fourth end 1033 is connected to the base housing 10p, and the intermediate connection section 1032 connects the third end 1031 and the fourth end 1033.
It will be appreciated that the loose tabs 103 are not embedded in the bottom shell assembly 10, and have a higher flexibility than the embedded tabs 102, and require manual work to install the loose tabs 103. The third end 1031 is a portion for connection with the high voltage terminal 23, the fourth end 1033 is a portion for connection with the base housing 10p, the intermediate connection section 1032 is a portion of the intermediate wiring, and the intermediate connection section 1032 is completely exposed outside of the plastic of the base housing 10p, i.e., the intermediate connection section 1032 is not connected with the base housing 10 p.
The loose tabs 103 may further promote the effectiveness of the high voltage relay 20 during installation, as compared to integrally forming at least a portion of the embedded tabs 102 to the base assembly. Specifically, when the embedded connection section 1022 of the embedded bar 102 is integrally formed in the base component 10, the overall setting position of the embedded connection section 1022 is fixed, and the adjustable range is smaller, then, in the installation process, the position of the high-voltage terminal 23 of the high-voltage relay 20 needs to be adjusted to adapt to the connection position on the first end 1021 of the high-voltage bar 101, at this time, the high-voltage terminal 23 of the high-voltage relay 20 can generate corresponding deformation, this also causes the increase of failure probability of the high-voltage relay 20 in the subsequent use process, however, the fourth end 1033 of the high-voltage relay 103 is connected with the base component, the third end 1031 of the high-voltage relay 20 is connected with the high-voltage terminal 23 of the high-voltage relay 20, then, the deformable range of the third end 1031 of the high-voltage relay 103 is obviously larger than the deformable range of the embedded first end 1021 of the copper bar, thereby, the high-voltage terminal 23 of the high-voltage relay 20 can be adapted to the connection requirement by increasing the deformation of the third end 1031 of the high-voltage relay 103, especially, the high-voltage relay 20 can be twisted, after the high-voltage relay 20 is subjected to the subsequent use, the high-voltage relay 101 is required to be connected with the high-voltage terminal 101, the high-voltage relay component is not to be twisted, the high-voltage relay component is required to be twisted, and the high-voltage relay component is connected, and the high-voltage relay component is well is connected, and the high-voltage relay 101 is stressed, and the high-voltage relay assembly is well is subjected to the high, and the high-voltage relay assembly is required to be connected.
In this way, the tab 103 can further improve the stability of connection with the high-voltage terminal 23 of the high-voltage relay 20.
Optionally, the fourth end 1033 is connected with the base housing 10p through a fastener, further, a threaded hole may be provided on the base housing 10p, the fourth end 1033 is provided with a through hole, and the through hole is fixedly connected with the threaded hole of the base housing 10p through a bolt, and the number of through holes may be 2 to improve connection reliability.
Further, in one embodiment, the high voltage relay 20 includes two high voltage terminals 23, wherein one high voltage terminal 23 is connected to the first end 1021 of the embedded tab 102 and the other high voltage terminal 23 is connected to the third end 1031 of the radiating tab 103.
It can be appreciated that, since the deformation degree of the embedded bar 102 is small, after one of the high voltage terminals 23 is connected with the embedded bar 102, the high voltage relay 20 is initially positioned, and meanwhile, the deformation degree of the loose bar 103 is large, when the other high voltage terminal 23 is connected with the third end 1031 of the loose bar 103, the tolerance gap between the high voltage terminal 23 and the bar can be absorbed by adjusting the setting position of the third end 1031 of the loose bar 103.
Further, referring to fig. 21 and 22, in one embodiment, the third end 1031 includes a fifth side 1031a and a sixth side 1031b along the thickness direction, wherein the fifth side 1031a abuts against the high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20 to realize the electrical connection, the sixth side 1031b is approximately in the same plane with the second side 1021b, or the difference in height between the sixth side 1031b and the second side 1021b in the thickness of the bottom case assembly 10 is less than or equal to 1mm.
It can be appreciated that, the fifth side 1031a is a surface structure facing the high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20, the sixth side 1031b is a surface structure facing away from the high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20, and since the second side 1021b of the first end 1021 of the embedded bar 102 is also a surface structure facing away from the high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20, when the embedded bar 102 and the dissipating bar 103 are used in the high voltage relay 20 at the same time, the sixth side 1031b and the second side 1021b are approximately in the same plane, both face the heat exchanger 400 and perform heat exchange with the heat exchanger 400, which is beneficial for the two high voltage terminals 23 of the high voltage relay 20 to satisfy the same-frequency heat exchange, thereby greatly reducing the operating temperature difference of the two high voltage terminals 23.
Alternatively, the difference in height between the sixth side 1031b and the second side 1021b in the thickness of the bottom chassis assembly 10 is 0.5mm or less.
It can be appreciated that the smaller the height difference between the two side surfaces is, the two side surfaces are in the same plane, and the contact area between the two side surfaces and the heat exchanger 400 can be controlled in the same or similar range, so that the same-frequency heat exchange between the two high-voltage terminals 23 of the high-voltage relay 20 is further realized, and the working temperature difference between the two high-voltage terminals 23 is reduced.
Referring to fig. 23 to 26, in the electronic control device 100, a high voltage signal of the high voltage relay 20 is output to the battery management main control board 30 through the high voltage sampling member 104, one end of the high voltage sampling member 104 is connected to the high voltage tab 101, and one end is connected to the battery management main control board 30, so as to perform a signal transmission function. The high voltage sampling member 104 may be integrated on the battery management main control board 30, or may be integrated with the high voltage tab 101 and the base housing.
Optionally, the high pressure sampling member 104 is connected to the high pressure tab 101 by a pin, rivet, or like fastener. Fasteners such as pins and riveting columns penetrate through the high-pressure sampling piece 104 and the high-pressure tab 101 in sequence to achieve connection of the high-pressure sampling piece and the high-pressure tab 101, wherein the high-pressure tab 101 and the high-pressure sampling piece 104 are connected through 2 fasteners generally, so that the high-pressure sampling piece 104 cannot deflect in the connecting process. As shown in fig. 24, when the high-pressure tab 101 and the high-pressure sampling member 104 are connected by at least two fasteners, the spacing K between two adjacent fasteners is 3mm or more.
For example, the high pressure sampling member 104 and the high pressure tab 101 may be connected by at least two fasteners, and after the two fasteners are connected, the high pressure sampling member 104 and the high pressure tab 101 are integrally formed to the base assembly 10.
Referring to fig. 23 to 26, in one embodiment, the high voltage sampling member 104 includes an embedded sampling member 105, at least a portion of the embedded sampling member 105 is embedded in the base housing 10p, and the embedded sampling member 105 includes a fifth end 105a and a sixth end 105b, wherein the fifth end 105a is connected to the high voltage tab 101 and is injection molded together with the base housing 10p, and is fixedly connected to the base housing 10p by embedding, and meanwhile, the sixth end 105b of the high voltage sampling member 104 extends out of the base assembly 10 for connection with the battery management main control board 30.
It will be appreciated that the embedded sampling member 105 is partially injection molded together with the base housing 10p, for example, the fifth end 105a thereof is embedded in the base housing 10p, and the sixth end 105b is disposed outside the base housing 10p for connection with the battery management main control board 30.
Alternatively, the fifth end 105a is connected to the high pressure tab 101, and the two may be connected using welding, riveting, screwing, crimping, bonding, or the like. For example, the fifth end 105a and the high-pressure tab 101 may be connected by at least two fasteners, so as to reduce the angular displacement generated between the fifth end 105a and the high-pressure tab 101, thereby ensuring the connection reliability, and after the connection, the embedded sampling member 105 and the high-pressure tab 101 are integrally formed in the base housing 10p.
In this way, the high-pressure sampling member 104 is fixed to the base housing 10p in an integrally formed manner, so that the number of mounting steps can be reduced, the space can be saved, and the connection reliability can be improved.
Referring to fig. 26, 31 and 32, in one embodiment, when the effective length M of the embedded sampling member 105 embedded in the base assembly 10 is greater than or equal to 15mm, at least two core holes 10b are required to be provided on the base assembly 10, each core hole 10b corresponds to the embedded sampling member 105 and is spaced apart along the length direction of the embedded sampling member 105, and the distance between two adjacent core holes 10b is N, where N is greater than or equal to 10mm and less than or equal to 30mm.
It will be appreciated that the embedded sampling member 105 is typically a longer and thinner copper foil that is susceptible to deformation by the impact of injection molding fluid when injection molded with the base assembly 10, particularly when the length of the copper foil is longer, where the effective length of the embedded sampling member 105 is the length of the embedded sampling member that is injection molded into the base assembly 10. When the effective length M of the embedded sampling member 105 embedded in the base assembly 10 is 15mm or more, the degree of deformation due to the impact of the injection fluid is increased, and therefore, when the base assembly 10 is injection-molded, cores are provided at positions corresponding to the injection mold, the embedded sampling member 105 is supported by the cores, and after the injection molding is completed, core pulling is performed, and thus, core holes 10b are formed in the base assembly 10, and the core holes 10b are provided at intervals along the length direction of the embedded sampling member 105.
And, depending on the size of the effective length M of the embedded sampling member 105, the size of the pitch N of each core hole 10b may be set depending on that, the pitch N of each core hole 10b may be 10mm、11mm、12mm、13mm、14mm、15mm、16mm、17mm、18mm、19mm、20mm、21mm、22mm、23mm、24mm、25mm、26mm、27mm、28mm、29mm、30mm. and, when the effective length M of the embedded sampling member 105 is large, two or more core holes 10b may be provided along the insertion length direction of the embedded sampling member 105.
In this way, when the distance between the battery management main control board 30 and the high-voltage chip 101 is far, the effective length M of the embedded sampling piece 105 can be correspondingly increased, and meanwhile, the corresponding number of core holes 10b are arranged on the base assembly 10, so that the corresponding supporting force of the embedded sampling piece 105 with a longer length is obtained in the injection molding process, and the risk of deformation is reduced.
In the embodiment of the present application, the high-voltage sampling element 10432 may be a sheet, wire or wire metal element capable of realizing electric signal transmission, for example, may be a copper sheet, a nickel sheet, a copper wire, etc., preferably, the high-voltage sampling element 104 may be a copper sheet, and the same material as the high-voltage tab 101 is used for convenient connection.
Further, the high-voltage sampling member 104 may be bent to facilitate assembly connection, and in one embodiment, the embedded sampling member 105 is a copper sheet, and a bending portion is disposed between the fifth end 105a and the sixth end 105b of the embedded sampling member 105, and the bending portion makes the fifth end 105a and the sixth end 105b approximately perpendicular.
It will be appreciated that the opposite ends of the bent portion are respectively connected to the fifth end 105a and the sixth end 105b in a perpendicular or approximately perpendicular manner, so that the trace length can be effectively shortened, and the use length of the buried sample member 105 can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 23 to 26, in one embodiment, the high voltage tab 101 includes an embedded tab 102, where the embedded tab 102 includes a first end 1021, an embedded connection section 1022 and a second end 1023, the first end 1021 is connected to the high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20, the embedded connection section 1022 is embedded in the plastic of the base housing 10p, the second end 1023 is electrically connected to other electrical components or a battery pack or an electrical circuit, the first end 1021 is located on one side of the base assembly along the height direction of the base assembly 10, and the second end 1023 is located on the other side of the base assembly 10 along the height direction of the base assembly 10.
Optionally, the direction from the second end 1023 to the first end 1021 is the direction in which the electronic control device is mounted in the box, and the fifth end 105a of the embedded sample piece 105 is connected to the embedded connection section 1022 of the embedded tab 102 and is located on the same side of the base assembly along the height direction of the base assembly as the first end 1021.
Further, referring to fig. 17 to 20, the first end 1021 includes a first side 1021a and a second side 1021b along the thickness direction thereof, wherein the first side 1021a includes a metal exposed surface 1021a1 and a metal embedded surface 1021a2, the metal exposed surface 1021a1 of the first side 1021a abuts against the high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20, the metal embedded surface 1021a2 of the first side 1021a is disposed in the plastic of the base housing 10p, the base housing 10p is provided with a terminal connection hole 10r, the metal exposed surface 1021a1 is disposed in the terminal connection hole 10r, and the high voltage terminal 23 is connected with the metal exposed surface 1021a1 at the terminal connection hole 10r, thereby realizing the electrical connection of the two. The fifth end 105a of the embedded sample piece 105 is laminated on the first side surface 102a and embedded in the plastic of the base case 10p together with the metal embedded surface 1021a2, that is, the fifth end 105a is laminated at the metal embedded surface 1021a 2.
It will be appreciated that, when the fifth end 105a of the embedded sample piece 105 is connected to the metal embedded surface 1021a2, the fifth end 105a is disposed on the inner side surface of the embedded tab 102, so that the connection reliability of the fifth end 105a can be improved, and further, the fifth end 105a is embedded in the plastic of the base housing 10p together with the metal embedded surface 1021a2, so that the connection surface between the embedded sample piece 105 and the embedded tab 102 can be protected by the plastic of the base housing 10p, and the connection effect can be improved.
Synchronously, the sixth end 105b is located at one side of the electric control device along the width direction, and the battery management main control board, the sixth end 105b and the high-voltage relay 20 are sequentially arranged along the width direction of the electric control device.
Here, referring to fig. 20 and 25, the length L of the sixth end 105b ranges from 8mm to 15mm, that is, the length L of the sixth end 105b, that is, the length of the sixth end 105b extending in the direction away from the fifth end 105a, and the length is controlled within 15mm, so that the sixth end 105b is prevented from being deformed due to excessive length, and meanwhile, the length of >8mm can be conveniently connected to the battery management main board 30, alternatively, the length of the sixth end 105b can be 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, and 15mm, and can be adjusted according to practical use requirements.
Referring to fig. 25 and 26, in one embodiment, a support member 32 is disposed between the sixth end 105b of the embedded sample piece 105 and the battery management main board 30, and the battery management main board 30 and the support member 32 are sequentially penetrated by fasteners such as screws and pins to be connected with the sixth end 105 b.
It can be appreciated that the supporting member 32 can be disposed on the battery management main control board 30 by welding, bonding, crimping, etc., so as to form a connection relationship with the battery management main control board 30, and then be locked and attached to the sixth end 105b, the supporting member 32, and the battery management main control board 30 by fasteners, so as to realize high-voltage sampling.
Illustratively, the support 32 includes a first portion 321 and a second portion 322 disposed on the first portion 321, the outer diameter of the second portion 322 is smaller than the outer diameter of the first portion 321, and the second portion 322 is connected to the battery management main board 30, and the first portion 321 abuts against the sixth end 105 b.
Thus, the battery management main control board 30, the supporting piece 32 and the embedded sampling piece 105 are sequentially penetrated through by the fasteners to be locked, so that the connection stability is higher, and the requirement of automatic assembly can be met.
In the electronic control device, the high-voltage relay is usually disposed on the base assembly in a forward direction, and the forward direction means that the high-voltage terminal of the high-voltage relay faces the same direction as the top end of the base assembly, that is, when the electronic control device is placed in the box body of the battery device, the high-voltage terminal of the high-voltage relay is disposed in a forward direction and faces away from the bottom of the box body of the battery device. This then makes the heat exchange of the high-voltage relay a major problem.
In view of this, an embodiment of the present application provides an electrical control device, including a base component and a high-voltage relay 20, where a mounting groove is formed on the base component, a bottom end of the mounting groove corresponds to a bottom end of the base component, a groove opening end of the mounting groove corresponds to a top end of the base component, and a high-voltage terminal 23 of the high-voltage relay 20 is disposed at a bottom end of the mounting groove, so that the high-voltage relay 20 is integrally disposed on the base component in an inverted manner, thereby meeting the requirement that the high-voltage terminal 23 of the high-voltage relay 20 faces the bottom end of the base component in the same direction, and further meeting the requirement of the bottom end of the base component for heat exchange of the high-voltage relay 20.
Referring to fig. 4 and 28 to 32, in one embodiment, a mounting groove 10a is formed in the base assembly 10, a bottom end of the mounting groove 10a corresponds to a bottom end of the base assembly 10, an open end of the mounting groove 10a corresponds to a top end of the base assembly 10, the high voltage relay 20 is placed upside down in the mounting groove 10a, a high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20 is disposed toward a bottom end of the mounting groove 10a, and the high voltage terminal 23 is connected to the high voltage tab 101.
It will be appreciated that the high voltage terminal 23 and the high voltage tab 101 of the high voltage relay 20 are the positions of the electric control device 100 where the working heat is the greatest, so that the high voltage relay 20 is inverted with the high voltage terminal 23 facing downward, so that the working heat is formed at the bottom end of the base assembly 10, and then the working heat of the electric control device 100 is concentrated at the bottom end of the base assembly 10, thereby providing convenience in structural design for the concentrated heat exchange.
Referring to fig. 28 to 32, in one embodiment, a supporting structure 10c is disposed on a wall of the mounting groove 10a, the supporting structure 10c extends toward the direction of the high-voltage relay 20, and two adjacent supporting structures 10c, the wall of the mounting groove 10a and the surface of the high-voltage relay 20 enclose to form a containing space, and the containing space is filled with a gel 10k.
It can be appreciated that the structural form of the supporting structure 10c includes, but is not limited to, ribs, columns, bumps, etc. formed on the groove wall of the mounting groove 10a, and meanwhile, according to the actual use requirement, the accommodating spaces may be disposed in a communicating manner or may not be disposed in a communicating manner. The gel 10k is a fluid having fluidity when not cured, and can fill the accommodating space, so that no gap exists between the surface of the high-voltage relay 20 and the wall of the mounting groove 10a, and the gel 10k is cured and formed into a non-flowing gel after a period of time when the accommodating space is filled.
For example, the supporting structure 10c is a plurality of ribs formed on the groove wall of the mounting groove 10a, one end of each rib, away from the groove wall of the mounting groove 10a, is used for limiting the outline of the high-voltage relay 20 so as to achieve the purpose of initial positioning, meanwhile, two adjacent ribs, the groove wall of the mounting groove 10a and the surface of the high-voltage relay 20 enclose to form a containing space, an operator can stretch the glue injection end of the glue injection structure into the containing space from the notch of the mounting groove 10a, and glue injection is performed on the containing space, so that no or less relative movement of the high-voltage relay 20 occurs in the mounting groove 10 a.
Of course, in other implementations, the protruding ribs may be of a non-connection structure, or corresponding notches or holes are formed in the protruding ribs, so that each accommodating space is communicated, and the glue injection efficiency is improved.
So, each bearing structure 10c can be utilized to carry out initial positioning, so as to meet the installation requirement of the high-voltage relay 20, and simultaneously, colloid 10k is injected into the accommodating space, and the high-voltage relay 20 is secondarily fixed, so that the probability of relative movement of the high-voltage relay 20 in the installation groove 10a is reduced, the connection stability of the high-voltage relay 20 on the base assembly 10 is improved, and the stability of the connection position of the high-voltage terminal 23 of the high-voltage relay 20 and the high-voltage tab 101 is also higher.
Alternatively, the gel 10k may have good thermal conductivity and insulation in addition to good fluidity.
It will be appreciated that a portion of the working heat generated by the high voltage relay 20 may also be carried away by the gel 10k, which may be more efficient in conducting heat than by air, and may be beneficial for reducing the temperature rise of the high voltage relay 20.
In other embodiments, the glue may be selectively injected at least two outer surfaces of the high voltage relay 20 opposite to the mounting groove 10a to form a glue layer according to actual use requirements.
Optionally, the glue injection height of the glue in the mounting groove 10a is 20 mm-35 mm. Here, the injection height of the gel in the mounting groove 10a may be 20mm, 21mm, 22mm, 23mm, 24mm, 25mm, 26mm, 27mm, 28mm, 29mm, 30mm, 31mm, 32mm, 33mm, 34mm, 35mm, etc.
For example, the high-voltage relay 20 has a hexahedral structure, and a total of five faces are accommodated in the mounting groove 10a except for the surface protruding from the mounting groove 10a to the outside, so that at least two surfaces are selected for injection at the time of injection.
In one embodiment, the end of the support structure 10c facing away from the slot wall of the mounting slot 10a is in a clearance fit with the surface of the high voltage relay 20.
It can be understood that clearance fit means that a certain rotation allowance is further provided between the high-voltage relay 20 and the base assembly 10, especially when the high-voltage relay 20 is connected with the high-voltage tab 101 through a screw, the screw will drive the high-voltage relay 20 to rotate synchronously in the screwing process, so that clearance fit is provided between the high-voltage relay 20 and the high-voltage tab 101, and the high-precision alignment requirement between the high-voltage relay 20 and the high-voltage tab 101 can be just met.
Of course, in other embodiments, the end of the support structure 10c facing away from the slot wall of the mounting slot 10a is in an interference fit with the surface of the high voltage relay 20.
It should be understood that, the interference fit refers to no space allowance between the high voltage relay 20 and the base assembly 10, that is, once the high voltage relay 20 is disposed in the mounting groove 10a, the high voltage relay 20 is limited by each supporting structure 10c, and the high voltage relay 20 and the base assembly 10 cannot rotate relatively, and this mounting manner is suitable for a situation that the alignment accuracy requirement between the high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20 and the high voltage tab 101 is relatively low, for example, the high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20 is welded with the welding plane of the high voltage tab 101.
Referring to fig. 29 and 30, in one embodiment, a fence 10d is provided on the bottom wall of the mounting groove 10a, the fence 10d is provided around the high-voltage terminal 23 of the high-voltage relay 20, and one end of the fence 10d facing away from the bottom wall of the mounting groove 10a abuts against the high-voltage relay 20.
It will be appreciated that when the high voltage tab 101 is connected to the high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20 by a fastener such as a screw or a pin, a corresponding hole is formed in the base assembly 10, however, the hole is in communication with the accommodating space, so that before the gel 10k is not solidified, there is a risk of overflowing from the hole in the base assembly 10, and therefore, a surrounding barrier 10d needs to be provided on the base assembly 10 to block the gel 10k, so as to reduce the probability of glue overflow. In this way, by adding the enclosure 10d, the risk of glue overflow can be reduced, so as to improve the cleanliness of the connection between the high-voltage terminal 23 of the high-voltage relay 20 and the high-voltage tab 101.
Referring to fig. 12, 13 and 30, in one embodiment, the high-voltage relay 20 includes a relay main body 24 and an upper housing assembly 25, the upper housing assembly 25 includes a magnetic steel frame 251 and a magnetic member 252 disposed on the magnetic steel frame 251, a mounting post 10e is disposed on a bottom wall of the mounting slot 10a, a plugging hole 10f is disposed in the mounting post 10e, the magnetic steel frame 251 is inserted into the plugging hole 10f and enclosed on the periphery of the relay main body 24, and the magnetic member 252 and the relay main body 24 are in clearance fit.
It will be appreciated that the high voltage relay 20 provided in this embodiment is a unshelling high voltage relay 20, and thus, the relay body 24 and upper housing assembly 25 of the high voltage relay 20 are exposed in both parts. Specifically, the magnetic steel frame 251 is used for fixing the magnetic member 252, and the magnetic steel frame 251 is fixed in the insertion hole 10f of the mounting post 10e, so that the magnetic member 252 and the relay main body 24 are in clearance fit.
In this way, the high-voltage relay 20 after shelling is lighter in weight, so that the electric control device 100 is lighter in overall weight and smaller in volume.
For example, the magnetic steel frame 251 includes a first plate body 2511 and second plate bodies 2512 disposed on two opposite sides of the first plate body 2511, where the two second plate bodies 2512 are bent in opposite directions, the magnetic members 252 are disposed on the first plate body 2511, the two second plate bodies 2512 are provided with support arms 2513, the support arms 2513 are inserted into the insertion holes 10f on the mounting posts 10e, and the support arms 2513 are in interference fit with the insertion holes 10 f.
In the actual installation process, the magnetic piece 252 is first arranged on the first plate body 2511, then the whole magnetic steel frame 251 is arranged on the installation mechanism, then the supporting arm 2513 of the magnetic steel frame 251 is inserted into the corresponding plug hole 10f through mechanical force, and interference fit is formed between the supporting arm 2513 and the plug hole 10f, so that the supporting arm 2513 is difficult to pull out from the plug hole 10 f.
Specifically, the cross section of the support arm 2513 is square, and the support arm 2513 has two long side walls 2513a and two short side walls 2513b, and similarly, the socket 10f is a square socket 10f adapted thereto, so that the two long side walls 2513a and the inner wall of the square socket 10f may be selected to have an interference fit, or the two short side walls 2513b and the inner wall of the square socket 10f may also be selected to have an interference fit.
Referring to fig. 29 and 30, in one embodiment, the mounting post 10e is provided with a avoidance notch 10j, where the avoidance notch 10j is used to avoid the end face of the relay body 24, so as to reduce the probability of collision between the end face of the relay body 24 and the mounting post 10 e.
It will be appreciated that the mounting post 10e is provided on the bottom wall of the mounting groove 10a, which interferes with the relay body 24 in the height direction thereof, and that in order to reduce the probability of such interference, a relief notch 10j may be provided on the mounting post 10e to reduce the partial height of the mounting post 10 e.
Of course, in other embodiments, the overall height of the mounting post 10e may be reduced to avoid when sufficient depth of the mating hole 10f is ensured.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 33, in one embodiment, the electronic control device 100 includes a heat conducting member 41, the heat conducting member 41 is disposed at the bottom end of the base assembly 10, and the heat conducting member 41 is configured to conduct heat of the high-pressure bar 101 to the heat exchanger 400 for heat dissipation.
It is understood that the heat conducting member 41 is a structural member having good heat conductivity, and the material of the heat conducting member 41 may be resin, rubber, silica gel, or the like. And, the heat conductive member 41 serves to transfer the working heat generated from the high pressure strip 101 to enhance the heat exchange efficiency of the high pressure strip 101.
In this way, the additional heat conducting member 41 is beneficial to the concentrated heat exchange of the high-voltage tab 101, so that the heat exchange efficiency is improved, structural support is also provided for the heat exchange mechanism of the battery device directly used by the electric control device 100, and one side of the electric control device 100 with the heat conducting member 41 can be directly placed on the heat exchange mechanism of the battery device for heat exchange treatment.
Referring to fig. 4, 33, 34 and 35, in one embodiment, the electronic control device 100 further includes a bottom case 40, the bottom case 40 is covered on the bottom end of the base assembly 10, the heat conducting member 41 is disposed on a side of the bottom case 40 facing away from the base assembly 10, the high-voltage tab 101 is at least partially exposed on the bottom end of the base assembly 10, and a first opening 40a is formed in the bottom case 40 to enable the high-voltage tab 101 to be at least partially abutted against the heat conducting member 41.
It will be appreciated that since the high pressure patch 101 is partially exposed to the bottom end of the base assembly 10, the exposed portion of the high pressure patch 101 is susceptible to attack by moisture, and thus the high pressure patch 101 located on the base assembly 10 may be lifted by the bottom shell 40 to reduce the risk of the high pressure patch 101 being directly attacked by moisture. And, the first opening 40a on the bottom case 40 may directly contact the high pressure tab 101 with the heat conductive member 41, thereby improving heat transfer efficiency between the high pressure tab 101 and the heat conductive member 41. Thus, the addition of the bottom case 40 can improve the waterproof performance of the high-pressure tab 101.
Referring to fig. 34 and 35, in one embodiment, the high voltage tab 101 is connected to the high voltage terminal 23 of the high voltage relay 20 by a flat head bolt 106, and a sinking stage is formed on the end face of the high voltage tab 101, and the end face of the flat head bolt 106 is equal to or less than the end face of the high voltage tab 101.
It will be appreciated that the end face of the grub bolt 106 refers to the portion of the grub bolt 106 exposed after being screwed, and that the end face of the high pressure bar 101 refers to the portion of the high pressure bar 101 exposed to the base assembly 10. When the end face of the grub bolt 106 is equal to or less than the end face of the high-voltage tab 101, the degree of tightness with which the end face of the high-voltage tab 101 abuts against the heat conductive member 41 is increased.
Of course, in other embodiments, the high-voltage tab 101 may be connected to the high-voltage terminal 23 of the high-voltage relay 20 by a bolt, and the head of such a bolt is placed in the sink, so that the tightness of the abutment of the end surface of the high-voltage tab 101 with the heat conductive member 41 can be improved.
In the electronic control device, the bottom shell is connected with the base component in a connection manner such as plugging, clamping or screw connection, and in order to meet certain heat exchange requirements, a corresponding opening should be formed on the bottom shell to meet the heat exchange between the exposed high-pressure bar 101 and the heat exchanger 400, but this also causes that external water vapor can enter the bottom shell through the opening, thereby influencing the insulativity of the high-pressure bar 101.
In view of this, in the electronic control device provided in the embodiment of the present application, an insulating member 42 is added at the bottom shell, and the opening on the bottom shell is plugged by using the insulating member 42, and meanwhile, the function of heat conduction can be satisfied.
Referring to fig. 4 and 33, in one embodiment, the electronic control device 100 includes an insulating member 42, where the insulating member 42 is disposed between the bottom shell 40 and the heat conducting member 41, and the insulating member 42 is used to perform a corresponding insulation protection function on the high voltage tab 101.
It will be appreciated that there is a connection gap between the bottom shell 40 and the heat conductive member 41, and that external moisture may enter the bottom shell 40 from the connection gap, thereby eroding the exposed portion of the high pressure patch 101. Therefore, the insulation member 42 is added between the bottom case 40 and the heat conductive member 41, so that the insulation and protection performance of the high voltage tab 101 can be effectively improved.
As shown in fig. 4, the insulating member 42 includes an insulating sheet 421 and an insulating rib 422 disposed on an edge of the insulating sheet 421, wherein the insulating sheet 421 is disposed between the bottom shell 40 and the heat conducting member 41, and the insulating rib 422 is disposed around a sidewall of the bottom shell 40. In this way, the insulating member 42 is similar to a box-like structure with an open end, and the insulating treatment of the high voltage tab 101 is achieved by sleeving, and meanwhile, the insulating flange 422 can also achieve a certain waterproof function, that is, the waterproof height of the bottom shell 40 is the height from the insulating flange 422 to the insulating sheet 421.
Referring to fig. 30, in other embodiments, a ring of sealing groove 40b is formed on an end of the bottom shell 40 facing the heat conducting member 41, a sealing member is disposed in the sealing groove 40b, and the sealing member may be a rubber ring, glue, or the like, optionally, the sealing groove 40b may be filled with sealing glue, and the bottom shell 40 and the heat conducting member 41 may be waterproof treated, and at this time, the insulating member 42 may not be used.

The abutting piece 43 functions to fill the gap between the cover plate 50 and the top of the high-voltage relay 20, thereby making the cover plate 50 more stably apply pressure to the high-voltage relay 20, and improving the stability of the high-voltage relay 20 fixed to the base assembly 10. At the same time, the abutting piece 43 can reduce the hard contact between the top cover part 51 and the high-voltage relay 20, and play a certain role in buffering.

Further, the circuit of the signal transmission part 72 of the shunt 70 is integrated on the battery management main control board 30, that is, the circuit part is directly provided on the battery management main control board 30, or may be common to the circuit on the battery management main control board 30.
