At this time, the remaining portion of the rear cover 61 may be set to be light-transmissive or light-opaque as needed. Alternatively, referring to fig. 10, a through hole 601 may be provided in the rear cover 61, penetrating the rear cover 61 in the thickness direction of the rear cover 61, and the garnish 100 penetrates the through hole of the rear cover 61 and extends to a side of the rear cover 61 away from the first bracket 81. Alternatively, the decoration 100 is fixedly engaged with the through hole of the rear cover 61.
In an embodiment of the present application, one decoration 100 may correspond to a plurality of optical devices, and the decoration 100 may transmit light beams emitted or received by the plurality of optical devices. Compared with the scheme that one ornament 100 corresponds to one optical device, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can reduce the number of parts and improve the structural compactness and the assembly convenience of the electronic equipment.
In an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 11 and 12, the first portion 110 and/or the third portion 130 includes a body and an outer sidewall, the outer sidewall is around an outer periphery of the body and fixedly connected with the body, the body is transparent, the outer sidewall is opaque, and the outer sidewall forms at least part of an outer contour of the decorative piece 100.
Specifically, the first portion 110 includes a first body 111 and a first outer sidewall 112, the first outer sidewall 112 is fixed on an outer periphery of the first body 111, and the first body 111 further includes a first inner sidewall 113 remote from the first outer sidewall 112. The first outer sidewall 112 is opaque, and the first body 111 is transparent. The second portion 120 includes a second body 121 and a second outer sidewall 122, the second outer sidewall 122 being fixed to an outer periphery of the second body 121, the second body 121 further including a second inner sidewall 123 remote from the second outer sidewall 122. The third outer sidewall 132 is opaque, and the third body 131 is transparent. Alternatively, the third outer sidewall 132 and the third body 131 are both transparent.
The first inner sidewall 113 of the first body 111 and the second inner sidewall 123 of the second body 121 are fixedly connected, two ends of the first outer sidewall 112 are fixedly connected with two ends of the second outer sidewall 122, and the first outer sidewall 112 and the second outer sidewall 122 are part of the outer contour of the decoration 100. The first body 111 and the second body 121 are spliced into a plate-like member, and both side surfaces of the first body 111 and the second body 121 in the thickness direction of the garnish 100 are flush. The first and second exterior side walls 112, 122 are joined into a complete ring shape to form the exterior profile of the trim piece 100.
Meanwhile, since the edges of both the first portion 110 and the third portion 130 are opaque, light emitted/entered by the third portion 130 does not cross light to the first portion 110 or light emitted/entered by the first portion 110 does not cross light to the third portion 130. In addition, the whole decoration 100 is not transparent at the edge, so that the first portion 110 is not exposed to external light or affects the nearby light sensor/light module, and the overall (light sense, lamp) function and display effect are ensured. That is, the decoration 100 also has a light blocking function.
The back of the electronic device 1 is designed with various light sensors and lamps for emitting and receiving light sources, and the above design has good isolation effect, so that the judgment of the ambient light by the light sensor can be prevented from being influenced if the light sensor is influenced by the flash lamp, and the display effect of the main display screen module 20 or the back display module 50 which is adjusted accordingly is influenced.
In the embodiment of the present application, the decoration 100 may be circular, that is, the first body 111 and the second body 121 are spliced to form a circular plate, and the first outer sidewall 112 and the second outer sidewall 122 are spliced to form a circular ring. In other embodiments, the decoration 100 may have a regular shape such as a square shape, an oval shape, or the like, or the decoration 100 may have an irregular shape, which may be designed by those skilled in the art according to actual needs.

Specifically, the third portion 130 may be bonded within the mounting through hole 124. The shape of the mounting through-hole 124 and the third portion 130 may be the same, for example, the mounting through-hole 124 and the third portion 130 may each be circular. In other embodiments, the mounting through-hole 124 and the third portion 130 may have regular shapes such as square, oval, or triangle, or the mounting through-hole 124 and the third portion 130 may have irregular shapes.
The first outer sidewall 112 is opaque, so that the third light beam is prevented from entering the position of the first optical device 200 from the first outer sidewall 112, and the third light beam is prevented from interfering with the first optical device 200. The third outer sidewall 132 is opaque, so that the third light beam is prevented from being emitted from the third outer sidewall 132 to the position of the second optical device 300, and the third light beam is prevented from interfering with the second optical device 300. In the embodiment of the application, the back display module is closer to the decoration 100, so the third light beam may be the light beam emitted by the back display module.
In an embodiment of the present application, the light-transmitting area of the first portion 110 and/or the third portion 130 is provided with an effect layer for changing the light-transmitting effect of the first portion 110 and/or the third portion 130. That is, the effect layer may be provided only in the light-transmitting region of the first portion 110, or only in the light-transmitting region of the third portion 130, or both the light-transmitting region of the first portion 110 and the light-transmitting region of the third portion 130.
Taking the example that the light transmitting area of the first part 110 is provided with an effect layer, the effect layer may be that the light transmitting area of the first part 110 is provided as a light transmitting member with a color, such as pale yellow, pale pink, etc. The color may be the color of the first portion 110 itself or a color layer attached to the first portion 110. The effect layer may also be provided as a diffuse reflecting surface for one surface of the light transmitting area of the first part 110. The effect layer may also be realized by providing the light transmittance of the light transmitting area of the first portion 110. By providing an effect layer in the light transmitting area of the first part 110, the first part 110 is made light transmitting but the underlying first optical device 200 is not visible. The manner of the light-transmitting area of the third portion 130 with the effect layer is the same as the manner of the light-transmitting area of the first portion 110 with the effect layer, and will not be described again.
In the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 11 and 12, the first portion 110 is provided with a stepped portion 114, and the stepped portion 114 and the second portion 120 are laminated and fixed. It is understood that the step 114 may be protruded from the first inner sidewall 113 of the first portion 110, and the height of the step 114 is smaller than that of the first body 111. The overlapping portion of the second portion 120 and the step 114 may be recessed downward, so that both side surfaces of the first portion 110 and the second portion 120 may be flush to increase the compactness of the decoration 100.
By providing the stepped portion 114, the first portion 110 and the second portion 120 are reliably connected, and structural strength of the garnish 100 is improved.
Further, the stepped portion 114 is provided with a positioning hole 115, and the positioning hole 115 penetrates the stepped portion 114 in the thickness direction of the garnish 100. The second portion 120 and the step 114 are provided with a positioning post 125 at a position where they are stacked, and the positioning post 125 is fixed in the positioning hole 115. It will be appreciated that the number of locating holes 115 and locating posts 125 are the same and the positions correspond. Specifically, the number of the positioning holes 115 and the positioning columns 125 may be plural, where plural refers to more than two, and the plural positioning holes 115 are arranged at intervals along the circumference of the decoration 100, and further, the plural positioning holes 115 are arranged at equal intervals along the circumference of the decoration 100, so as to increase the connection stability of the first portion 110 and the second portion 120.
It is to be understood that the positioning post 125 may be disposed at the step 114, and the positioning hole 115 may be disposed at a position where the second portion 120 and the step 114 are stacked, which is not limited in the present application.
In other embodiments, the second portion 120 is provided with a step 114, and the step 114 and the first portion 110 are laminated together. It is also possible to reliably connect the first portion 110 and the second portion 120 and to enhance the structural strength of the garnish 100. Also, the stepped portion 114 may be provided with a positioning hole 115, and a position where the first portion 110 and the stepped portion 114 are laminated may be provided with a positioning post 125. Alternatively, the stepped portion 114 may be provided with a positioning post 125, and a positioning hole 115 may be provided at a portion where the first portion 110 is laminated with the stepped portion 114. The positioning posts 125 and the positioning holes 115 cooperate to promote the stability of the connection of the first portion 110 and the second portion 120.
In some embodiments, first portion 110 and second portion 120 are integrally formed. Specifically, the first portion 110 and the second portion 120 may be integrally molded using an injection molding process. When the decoration 100 is manufactured, the first part 110 of the decoration 100 is injection molded by using a semitransparent material, the molded first part 110 is used as an in-mold piece, and the second part 120 is injection molded by using an opaque material, so that the decoration 100 is formed by the first part 110 and the second part 120. When the second portion 120 is injection-molded, the injection molding liquid flows into the positioning hole 115, the positioning column 125 is formed after the injection molding liquid in the positioning hole 115 is dried, and the positioning column 125 is embedded in the positioning hole 115, so that the connection strength between the first portion 110 and the second portion 120 is increased.
After the first portion 110 and the second portion 120 are injection molded into the decoration 100, the first outer sidewall 112 of the first portion 110 may be roughened, or a light shielding layer may be attached to the first outer sidewall 112, so that the first outer sidewall 112 is opaque.
In other embodiments, referring to fig. 13, the trim piece 100 further includes a light guiding rod 500, the front projection of the light guiding rod 500 on the trim piece 100 is at least located on the first portion 110, the front projection of the first optical device 200 on the trim piece 100 is located on the second portion 120, and one end of the light guiding rod 500 is connected to the first optical device 200.
The light guide column 500 may be made of polycarbonate, glass, epoxy, or the like. The light guide pillar 500 can efficiently transmit light inside. By providing the light guiding pillar 500 to guide the light beam that the first optical device 200 needs to receive or emit from the first portion 110 to below the second portion 120, the first optical device 200 may be disposed below the second portion 120 such that the first optical device 200 is blocked by the opaque second portion 120, so that the light transmittance of the first portion 110 may be designed to be higher.
In some embodiments, the light transmittance of the light-transmissive portion of the first portion 110 is between 4% and 10%. That is, the first body is translucent, and the light transmittance of the first body may be 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, or 10%. The first body is provided to be translucent, not only to allow the first light beam to pass therethrough, but also to block the first optical device 200 to increase the aesthetic property.
In an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 14, the back cover assembly 60 or the decoration 100 further includes a protective layer including a first protective layer 63 and a second protective layer 64, and the first protective layer 63 and the second protective layer 64 are respectively identical in shape and size to the two light transmitting areas on the back cover 61. The first protective layer 63 and the second protective layer 64 are attached to the first surface 611 of the rear cover 61.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first protection layer 63 may increase the mohs hardness of the light-transmitting region, preventing the surface of the light-transmitting region from being scratched. Therefore, by providing the protective layer at the position of the rear cover 61 corresponding to the light-transmitting region, the mohs hardness of the surface of the light-transmitting region can be increased, and the scratch-resistant and scratch-resistant effects can be increased, so that the picture display definition of the optical device corresponding to the light-transmitting region can be improved, and the display effect of the optical device can be further improved. For example, the mohs hardness of the light-transmitting region to which the first protective layer 63 is attached may be 7H (Hard).
In the embodiment of the present application, the second protection layer 64 may increase the mohs hardness of the light-transmitting region corresponding thereto, preventing the surface of the light-transmitting region from being scratched. Therefore, by disposing the second protective layer 64 at the position of the rear cover 61 corresponding to the light-transmitting region, the mohs hardness of the surface of the light-transmitting region can be increased, and the scratch-resistant and scratch-resistant effects can be increased, so that the light transmittance of the light-entering optical module corresponding to the light-transmitting region can be improved, and the light-entering optical module can be the camera module 40 or the first optical device 200. Thereby improving the effect of the optical device. For example, the mohs hardness of the light-transmitting region to which the second protective layer 64 is attached may be 7H.
The back cover assembly 60 or trim piece 100 further includes an electrochromic layer 66, the electrochromic layer 66 being disposed on a surface of the color layer 65 facing away from the back cover 61. The electrochromic layer 66 is used for adjusting the color and/or transparency of the light emitted from the light emitting optical module, which may be the second optical device 300 or the back display screen module 50, thereby improving the visual effect and the aesthetic appearance of the electronic device 1. It will be appreciated that the electrochromic layer 66 may be adhered and fixed to the surface of the color layer 65 facing away from the rear cover 61 by any one of an optical adhesive layer, an adhesive layer, and a double-sided adhesive layer. The electrochromic layer 66 may reserve a second light-transmitting area, that is, the electrochromic layer 66 does not cover the second light-transmitting area, for example, a through hole with a corresponding shape and size may be formed in the electrochromic layer 66 corresponding to the second light-transmitting area, so that the second light-transmitting area exposes the electrochromic layer 66.
In an embodiment of the present application, the rear cover assembly 60 or the decoration 100 may further include an anti-glare layer 67, where the anti-glare layer 67 is disposed on a surface of the electrochromic layer 66 facing away from the color layer 65, and the anti-glare layer 67 is used to improve a visible angle of the rear cover 61 and the light-emitting optical module, reduce interference of ambient light on the light-entering optical module, and reduce reflection of light from the rear cover 61. It is understood that the antiglare layer 67 may be adhered and fixed to the surface of the electrochromic layer 66 facing away from the color layer 65 by any one of an optical adhesive layer, an adhesive layer, and a double-sided adhesive layer.
In other embodiments of the present application, the electrochromic layer 66 may be omitted in order to reduce the overall thickness of the back cover assembly 60 or the decorative piece 100, i.e., the anti-glare layer 67 is disposed on the surface of the color layer 65 facing away from the back cover 61. The antiglare layer 67 may be bonded and fixed to the surface of the color layer 65 facing away from the rear cover 61 by any one of an optical adhesive layer, an adhesive layer, and a double-sided adhesive layer.
The back cover assembly 60 or the trim 100 further includes an anti-fingerprint (AF) layer 68, and the anti-fingerprint layer 68 is disposed on a first surface 611 of the back cover 61 (i.e., an outer surface of the back cover 61) and covers the first protective layer 63 and the second protective layer 64. The fingerprint resistant layer 68 serves to protect the back cover assembly 60 or the decoration 100 from the external environment, and also may improve the appearance characteristics and visual effect of the back cover assembly 60 or the decoration 100. The principle of the fingerprint-resistant layer is to disperse the textures of the fingerprints, so that the fingerprints on the rear cover assembly 60 or the decoration 100 cannot be displayed to play a certain antibacterial role, and the surface of an object after being subjected to fingerprint-resistant coating treatment can be good in hydrophobicity and oleophobicity, so that the fingerprint-resistant film can also reduce the adhesion of various stains, prevent water and oil, easily remove the adhered stains, and can continue to play a role after being wiped by tissues and the like due to the high-adhesion film, and meanwhile, the film layer cannot be peeled off, so that the appearance cannot be deteriorated. It is understood that the anti-fingerprint layer 68 may be adhered and fixed to the first surface 611 of the rear cover 61 by any one of an optical adhesive layer, an adhesive layer, and a double-sided adhesive layer.
In an exemplary embodiment, the thickness of the anti-fingerprint layer 68 is 80nm to 120nm, for example, 80nm, 82nm, 85nm, 88nm, 90nm, 95nm, 98nm, 100nm, 105nm, 108nm, 110nm, 115nm, 118nm, 120nm, or other values, which the present application is not particularly limited to.
In the embodiment of the present application, the rear cover assembly 60 or the decoration 100 further includes a light-reducing layer 69, and the light-reducing layer 69 is adhered to the second surface 612 of the rear cover 61 (i.e. the inner surface of the rear cover 61), and corresponds to the position of the optical device. The light-reducing layer 69 is used to reduce or eliminate reflected light from the light-emitting surface of the optical device and increase the transmittance and light transmission of light to reduce or eliminate stray light. In an exemplary embodiment, the light reduction layer 69 may be an Anti-reflective (AR) film that increases the transmittance and the light transmission amount of light by reducing the surface reflection of the light. Therefore, by performing the anti-reflection treatment on the second surface 612 of the rear cover 61 corresponding to the optical device, the light transmittance of the optical device can be improved, and the light reflectance can be reduced for the purpose of anti-reflection.
In the embodiment of the present application, the light-reducing layer 69 may be directly formed on the second surface 612 of the rear cover 61 by a vacuum evaporation coating method, and corresponds to the position of the optical device. Specifically, an antireflection film is formed by performing an antireflection coating treatment at a position corresponding to the optical device on the inner surface (i.e., the second surface 612) of the rear cover 61.
In an exemplary embodiment, the thickness of the light reduction layer 69 may be 650nm to 750nm, for example, 650nm, 670nm, 680nm, 700nm, 710nm, 730nm, 740nm, 750nm, or other values, which is not particularly limited by the present application.
In summary, the back cover assembly 60 or the decoration 100 disclosed in the embodiment of the present application is applied to the back surface of the electronic device body having the center frame 11. The rear cover assembly 60 includes a rear cover 61, and the rear cover 61 or the decoration 100 is at least partially a light-transmitting area, and the light-transmitting area is at least overlapped with the orthographic projection of the optical module of the electronic device 1 in the direction of the middle frame 11, where the optical module includes the first optical device 200 and/or the second optical device 300, and the light-transmitting area is used for transmitting light emitted by the optical devices and/or transmitting light through the rear cover 61 and being received by the optical devices. The light-transmitting area includes a first surface 611 far away from the electronic device body and a second surface 612 near the electronic device body, the first surface 611 is provided with a protective layer, the protective layer at least corresponds to the optical module, and the mohs hardness of the protective layer is greater than that of the rear cover 61. Therefore, the rear cover 61 or the decoration 100 of the rear cover assembly 60 of the present application adopts a transparent design at least partially, and solves the problem of the related art that the rear cover of the housing assembly lacks in appearance ornamental value and integrity by providing the protection layer on the first surface 611 (i.e., the outer surface) of the light-transmitting area corresponding to the optical module, and the mohs' hardness of the protection layer is greater than that of the housing body, thereby improving the scratch and scratch resistance effect of the rear cover 61.
Moreover, the rear cover assembly 60 not only increases the protection of the optical module and improves the integrity and the aesthetic property of the electronic device 1 by providing the corresponding protection layer on the outer surface (i.e. the first surface 611) of the rear cover 61 or the position of the decoration 100 corresponding to the optical module, but also can enable the rear cover 61 to have a general Deco function by thickening the outer side of the rear cover 61 or providing a certain radian on the outer surface of the rear cover 61, so that the rear cover assembly 60 or the decoration 100 does not need a decorative ring (CAM Deco) design, so that the rear cover 61 has a simple structure, a simpler appearance, a higher appearance integrity and further improves the appearance integrity of the electronic device 1.
In addition, compared with the light-emitting optical module in the related art, which requires an additional lampshade to reduce the brightness of the lamp beads, the rear cover assembly 60 of the embodiment of the application performs the coating/polishing treatment on the inner surface (i.e., the second surface 612) of the rear cover 61, and the rear cover with the light-transmitting effect is integrally designed to achieve the effect of reducing the brightness of the lamp beads, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 14, the rear cover assembly 60 or the decoration 100 further includes a light enhancement layer 72, and the light enhancement layer 72 is adhered to the second surface 612 of the rear cover 61 (i.e. the inner surface of the rear cover 61), and corresponds to the position of the optical device. The light enhancement layer 72 is used to reduce reflection and scattering of light from the optical device to achieve a predetermined brightness, so as to improve the luminous efficiency and brightness of the light entering the optical device. In an exemplary embodiment, the brightness enhancement layer 72 may be a brightness enhancement film.
In the embodiment of the present application, the light enhancement layer 72 mainly uses Polycarbonate (PC), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) or PET (polyester) as a base film, and the surface prepares a prism pattern or a micro-nano optical structure by a precision molding technique. The double-layer brightness enhancement film compounding process can be adopted, and the light effect is further optimized by bonding the base film and the functional layer with the diffusion particles through the UV resin glue.
In an embodiment of the present application, the rear cover assembly 60 or the decoration 100 may further include a light equalizing layer, where the light equalizing layer is adhered to the inner surface (i.e. the second surface 612) of the rear cover 61 and covers the light-transmitting area, and specifically, the light equalizing layer covers the light enhancing layer 72 and the light reducing layer 69, and corresponds to the first optical device and the second optical device. The light equalizing layer is used for optimizing the optical device and the light distribution of the optical device so as to realize the uniform distribution of the light intensity in the whole area.
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 14, the rear cover assembly 60 or the decoration 100 further includes a color layer 65, and the color layer 65 is adhered to the second surface 612 of the rear cover 61 (i.e., the inner surface of the rear cover 61), and covers the light-reducing layer 69 and the light-homogenizing layer. The color layer 65 is used to adjust the color and brightness of the image displayed by the optics. Therefore, the color layer 65 may be color-tunable, and by attaching the color layer 65 to the second surface 612 (i.e., the inner surface) of the rear cover 61 and making the color layer 65 correspond to the position of the optical device, the color and brightness of the image displayed by the optical device may be adjusted, so that the optical device may display a preset image color and brightness. Moreover, the screen brightness and the color of the optical device are adjusted by arranging the color layer 65, so that the optical device does not need to add a dot matrix screen cover on the rear cover 61, the structure of the product is simpler, the appearance is simpler, and the appearance integrity, the aesthetic property and the appearance display effect of the electronic equipment 1 are further improved.
It can be appreciated that by attaching the color layer 65 to the inner surface of the rear cover 61, the screen can be effectively buffered and cracked, or the breakage and scattering of the glass rear cover caused by accidental impact of the electronic device 1 can be prevented, the hidden damage of the glass rear cover can be reduced, the extra luster, texture and surface hardness of the reinforced glass rear cover can be maintained. The color layer 65 may include a protective film, a hardened layer, a transparent polyester film, a glue layer, and a release film in this order.
In an embodiment of the present application, the back cover assembly 60 or the decoration 100 may include at least one or more of a light reduction layer, a light enhancement layer, a light balancing layer, and a color layer.
