Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, a test fixture for a light blocking strip comprises a test seat 1, wherein the test seat 1 comprises a base plate 11, a first side plate 12 and a second side plate 13, the first side plate 12 and the second side plate 13 are respectively and vertically arranged on two sides of the base plate 11, the first side plate 12 and the second side plate 13 are integrally formed, an adjustable screw frame 2 is horizontally arranged in the first side plate 12, a first clamping frame 3 is arranged in the adjustable screw frame 2, the first clamping frame 3 is in threaded connection with the adjustable screw frame 2, a second clamping frame 4 corresponding to the first clamping frame 3 is horizontally arranged in the second side plate 13, and a vertical pressing frame 5 capable of sliding back and forth is further arranged on the base plate 11. The test seat 1 adopts the integrally formed base plate 11, the first side plate 12 and the second side plate 13, so that the overall stability and strength of the test seat 1 are ensured, and the stability of clamping the light blocking strip in the test process can be born. Referring to fig. 3, the adjustable screw frame 2 includes a first auxiliary bearing 21 and a screw tube 22, an outer ring of the first auxiliary bearing 21 is fastened and fixed in a first horizontal groove, the screw tube 22 is installed in the first auxiliary bearing 21, and the screw tube 22 is fixed with an inner ring of the first auxiliary bearing 21. The first auxiliary bearing 21 in the adjustable screw frame 2 can ensure that the workpiece can be flexibly turned and adjusted after being clamped, and further the light blocking strip to be detected can be flexibly turned to be in a vertical state for height measurement. Meanwhile, the outer ring of the first auxiliary bearing 21 is clamped and fixed in the first horizontal groove, so that the installation stability of the adjustable screw pipe frame 2 is ensured.
Referring to fig. 2, the first clamping frame 3 includes a long screw 31 and a locking nut 32, the long screw 31 is screw-coupled in the screw pipe 22, and both ends of the long screw 31 protrude from the screw pipe 22, and the locking nut 32 is screw-coupled to the long screw 31. The long screw 31 of the first clamping frame 3 is in threaded connection with the threaded pipe 22, and the left and right movement of the first clamping frame 3 can be realized by rotating the long screw 31, so that the clamping force on the light blocking strip is adjusted. The lock nut 32 can lock after the long screw 31 is adjusted to the appropriate position, prevents that long screw 31 from taking place not hard up in the test process, has guaranteed the fixed effect of strip that is in light, conveniently presss from both sides tightly simultaneously and keeps off the condition that can not appear loosening when turning through first auxiliary bearing 21 after the light modulation. The operating handle 311 at the outer end of the long screw 31 facilitates the operator to rotate the long screw 31, thereby improving the convenience of operation. The anti-slip groove 312 on the outer side surface of the operation handle 311 increases the friction between the hand and the operation handle 311, prevents the hand from slipping during the operation process, and further improves the safety and accuracy of the operation.
Referring to fig. 4, the second clamping frame 4 includes a second auxiliary bearing 41 and a stepped strut 42, the second auxiliary bearing 41 is fixedly installed in the second horizontal groove, and the second auxiliary bearing 41 is sleeved and fixed on the stepped strut 42. The second auxiliary bearing 41 in the second clamping frame 4 enables the step support rod 42 to flexibly rotate, the other end of the light blocking strip can be better clamped through the step support rod 42, and the supporting effect on the light blocking strip is improved. The second auxiliary bearing 41 is fixedly arranged in the second horizontal groove, so that the installation stability of the second clamping frame 4 is ensured, and the light blocking strip can be flexibly turned over after being clamped conveniently.
Referring to fig. 5, the vertical pressing frame 5 includes a movable seat 51 and a positioning vertical plate 52, two ends of the movable seat 51 are integrally formed with a sliding block 511 matched with the guiding chute 111, and a plurality of inserting holes 512 are uniformly formed on an upper end surface of the movable seat 51, and a lower end of the positioning vertical plate 52 is inserted and fixed in the inserting holes 512. The movable seat 51 of the vertical pressing frame 5 is matched with the guide chute 111 through the sliding block 511, so that the vertical pressing frame 5 can slide back and forth. The plugging holes 512 on the movable seat 51 facilitate the installation and the disassembly of the positioning vertical plates 52, operators can select proper positions to install the positioning vertical plates 52 according to the specific conditions of the light blocking strips, and the light blocking strips are vertically fixed more accurately through the positioning vertical plates 52.
When the test tool for the light blocking strip is used, firstly, the light blocking strip is placed between the first clamping frame 3 and the second clamping frame 4, the position of the first clamping frame 3 is adjusted through rotating the operating handle 311, so that the light blocking strip and the second clamping frame 4 are clamped together, and then the locking nut 32 is used for locking. Then, the vertical pressing frame 5 is slid to a proper position according to the position and the shape of the light blocking strip, the plug holes 512 at the proper position are selected to insert the positioning vertical plates 52, the positioning vertical plates 52 are abutted against the side walls of the light blocking strip by workers to position the light blocking strip, then the height of the highest point of the light blocking strip is measured through the height ruler, and if the height is within a limited tolerance range, the size of the part is qualified.
