Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present application and the technical solutions of the present application will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present application is not limited to these embodiments. In the following description, specific details such as specific configurations and components are provided merely to facilitate a thorough understanding of embodiments of the application. It will therefore be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made to the embodiments described herein without departing from the scope and spirit of the application. In addition, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted for clarity and conciseness.
In addition, the embodiments of the present application and the features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without collision.
It should be understood that the conventional submersible electric pump has high integration of internal structure and complicated relationship among various parts in order to reduce weight and volume. When realizing light and small, greatly increase the degree of difficulty of equipment maintenance and part change. Meanwhile, the performance of a single pump is limited by hydraulic components, the adjustable range is limited, and the adaptability to complex and changeable situations on site is limited. Therefore, the hydraulic module is improved in structure, so that the difficulty in equipment maintenance and part replacement is reduced, and the hydraulic module is convenient to replace, so that the hydraulic module is better suitable for complex and changeable situations on site.
Specifically, when the common submerged electric pump and the hydraulic components are replaced, the structures such as sealing, bearing and lubrication of a unit are destroyed, and key functions and safety performance of equipment are affected. According to the scheme, functions of all parts are fully distinguished and isolated structurally, so that independent disassembly and assembly of the hydraulic component and the sealing component are realized, and disassembly, assembly and maintenance are more convenient. On the basis of the advantages, the replacement of hydraulic components of different specifications and different types is realized at the same time, and further, the wide-range change of the water conveying performance is realized. The following is a detailed description with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the submersible electric pump includes a motor module 10, a hydraulic module 20. The motor module 10 includes a motor inner structure 11, an outer cylinder 12, and a driving shaft 13, wherein the outer cylinder 12 is used for surrounding the motor inner structure 11, and the driving shaft 13 partially extends out of the outer cylinder 12. The hydraulic module 20 is disposed at an extended end of the driving shaft 13, and the hydraulic module 20 includes a guiding casing 21 and an impeller 22, where the impeller 22 is accommodated in the guiding casing 21 and detachably mounted on the driving shaft 13.
A mounting plate 14 is provided between the outer cylinder 12 and the deflector housing 21, the mounting plate 14 sealing the motor inner structure 11 within the outer cylinder 12. On the side of the mounting plate 14 close to the interior of the outer cylinder 12, a bearing 15 for rotatably supporting the drive shaft 13 is arranged, and on the side of the mounting plate 14 close to the hydraulic module 20, a sealing structure 30 is arranged. The seal structure 30 is detachably arranged on the mounting plate 14, and the diversion housing 21 is detachably mounted on the mounting plate 14 or the seal structure 30.
Specifically, the motor module 10 is used for providing power, and includes a motor inner structure 11, an outer cylinder 12, a driving shaft 13, and a mounting plate 14. The motor inner structure 11 is enclosed by the outer cylinder 12 and the mounting plate 14, and the drive shaft 13 protrudes from the side of the mounting plate 14 to the outside for outputting power. In this structure, the sealing structure 30 is independent of the mounting plate 14, has a detachable relation with the mounting plate 14, and can be directly detached from the mounting plate 14 during maintenance without detaching the mounting plate 14, so that the maintenance is more convenient and less disturbed by other structures. In addition, compared with the scheme that the bearing and the sealing structure are integrated on the same mounting seat, the bearing of the driving shaft is mounted on the mounting plate, and the sealing structure is arranged separately from the mounting plate, so that the manufacturing precision required by the mounting plate is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the inducer housing 21 is removably mounted to the mounting plate 14 with the impeller 22 received within the inducer housing 21 and removably mounted to the drive shaft 13. Therefore, the guide casing 21 and the impeller 22 are both detachably mounted, and when the hydraulic module 20 is replaced by a different hydraulic module, the guide casing 21 can be detached from the mounting plate 14, and then the impeller 22 can be detached from the driving shaft 13. When installing the hydraulic module 20, a new impeller 22 may be first installed on the drive shaft 13, followed by a new inducer housing 21 being installed on the mounting plate 14. In addition, in other embodiments, the guiding shell is detachably mounted on the sealing structure, which is not shown in the drawings, and the dismounting process is similar and will not be repeated here.
In the structure shown in fig. 1 and 2, the seal structure 30 is surrounded by the guide housing 21, and the guide housing 21 needs to be detached first when the seal structure 30 is detached and maintained. Specifically, the deflector housing 21 is first removed from the mounting plate 14, and after maintenance or replacement of the seal 30, the deflector housing 21 is reinstalled on the mounting plate 14 without removing the mounting plate 14 and the bearings on the mounting plate 14.

Since the part B structure is not affected when the part a structure is detached, maintenance of the hydraulic module 20 and the seal structure 30 is more convenient and is not affected by the part B structure from below the mounting plate 14.
It should be appreciated that the hydraulic module 20 may be directly detached without affecting the critical functionality, safety structures of the machine set such as seals, lubrication, bearings, etc., thereby greatly facilitating replacement and maintenance of the hydraulic module. The hydraulic modules with different parameters and specifications can be replaced when the pump is replaced, and the hydraulic modules with different types can also be replaced so as to change the type of the pump.
