The present utility model will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present utility model more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the utility model.
In order to solve the technical problem that products obtained by the existing injection molding technology are connected with runner congeals and need to be manually sheared, the utility model provides an injection molding device which is provided with a cutting unit, so that finished products and runner congeals can be cut off before demolding, subsequent manual cutting and separation are not needed, and the production efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an injection molding apparatus according to an embodiment of the present utility model, fig. 2 is a front view of a first mold in fig. 1, and fig. 3 is a front view of a second mold in fig. 1. The injection molding device comprises a mold unit 1 and a cutting unit 2.
The mold unit 1 includes a first mold 11 and a second mold 12 arranged opposite to each other, wherein the first mold 11 and the second mold 12 are formed with a first molding groove and a second molding groove, respectively, on opposite sides. The first molding groove comprises a plurality of first cavities 111 and runners 112 which are communicated with each other, and the second molding groove comprises a plurality of second cavities 121 which are in one-to-one correspondence with the first cavities. When the first mold 11 and the second mold 12 are closed, the first cavity 111 and the second cavity 121 are opposed to each other to form a cavity for molding a finished product. The runner 112 also forms an interface on the outer surface of the first mold 11 for connecting to a molten plastic supply apparatus.
The cutting unit 2 includes a plurality of cutters 21 and a cutting driving mechanism 22, and the cutters 21 are respectively arranged toward the junction of the first cavity 111 and the runner 112. The cutting driving mechanism 22 is connected with each cutter 21 to drive each cutter 21 to synchronously move, so as to cut off the finished product and the runner gel. In some embodiments, the molten plastic may be left to solidify before cutting off the finished product and the runner gel. In another embodiment, the cutter 21 may be driven to move to cut off the finished product and the runner solidified material when the injection of the molten plastic is completed but not yet solidified.
In some embodiments, the second cavity 121 is less deep than the first cavity 111 such that after solidification of the plastic, the first mold 11 and the second mold 12 are split and the finished product and runner condensate are located within the first mold 11.
In some embodiments, the second mold 12 is formed with a plurality of through holes, and the cutter 21 is correspondingly slidably embedded in the through holes, and the cutting edge faces the connection between the first cavity 111 and the runner 112. One end of the cutter 21, which is far from the cutting edge, is connected with a cutting driving mechanism 22.
In some embodiments, the cutting driving mechanism 22 includes a cutting driver 221, a connection plate 222 and a plurality of connection rods 223, the connection rods 223 are in one-to-one correspondence with the cutters 21, one ends of the connection rods 223 are located in the through holes and fixedly connected with the cutters 21, the other ends of the connection rods 223 extend out of the through holes and are fixedly connected with the connection plate 222, and the cutting driver 221 is connected with the connection plate 222. The cutting driver 221 may adopt an air cylinder, an oil cylinder, an electric push rod, or the like, and drives each cutter 21 to synchronously move through the connecting plate 222 and the connecting rod 223.
In some embodiments, the injection molding apparatus further comprises a clamping unit 3, the clamping unit 3 being connected to the first mold 11 to drive the first mold 11 towards or away from the second mold 12. The clamping unit 3 preferably employs a hydraulic cylinder to provide the driving force, and may be directly connected to the first mold 11 or indirectly connected through a suitable transmission mechanism. In other embodiments, the clamping unit 3 may be connected to the second mold 12. However, since the second die 12 is provided with the cutting drive mechanism 22, the connection of the clamping unit 3 to the first die 11 is a more preferable solution in order to simplify the difficulty of the arrangement of the apparatus.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, fig. 4 is an enlarged view at M in fig. 1. In some embodiments, the injection molding apparatus further comprises a demolding unit 4, the demolding unit 4 comprising a plurality of demolding mechanisms 41. The first mold 11 is also formed therein with a plurality of mounting holes, part of which communicate with the first cavity 111, and the remaining mounting holes communicate with the runner 112. The demoulding mechanisms 41 are embedded in the mounting holes in a one-to-one correspondence. The demolding mechanism 41 includes a retractable top piece 411 for separating the finished product from the first cavity 111 and for separating the runner condensate from the runner 112. It will be readily appreciated that the shape of the ejection face of the ejector 411 facing the first row of cavities 111 is to be matched to the shape of the corresponding part of the finished product, i.e. the ejection face of the ejector 411 also participates in the finished product formation when the ejector mechanism 41 is in the non-ejected state.
In some embodiments, the first mold 11 is further formed therein with air supply passages 113 communicating with the respective mounting holes, and the ejector unit 4 further includes an air supply mechanism (not shown) communicating with the air supply passages. The demoulding mechanism 41 further comprises a return spring 412, and the return spring 412 is connected with the top block 411 and the bottom surface of the mounting hole. That is, in the pneumatic ejection mode, the air supply mechanism supplies air into the air supply channel 113 to pressurize, so that the ejector 411 ejects out to push the finished product to be separated from the first cavity 111, and the runner condensate is separated from the runner 112. Then the air supply mechanism stops supplying air, and the return spring 412 pulls the top block 411 to return.
The cross section shape of the top block 411 is matched with the cross section shape of the mounting hole, so that the top block 411 can slide smoothly in the mounting hole, and a large gap is not formed between the top block 411 and the mounting hole, thereby causing obvious air leakage.
In the preferred embodiment, the ejector 411 further has a vent slot communicating the side of the ejector 411 with the opposite side of the ejector, when the ejector 411 ejects a certain distance, the vent slot communicates with the outside after ejecting the finished product or the runner gel, and the internal pressure is relieved, so that the ejector 411 does not continue to move outwards and slides out of the mounting hole completely, so as to facilitate the resetting of the return spring 412.
In some embodiments, the mounting holes include a first mounting hole that communicates with the first cavity 111 and a second mounting hole that communicates with the runner 112, and the demolding mechanism 41 includes a first demolding mechanism 41A disposed within the first mounting hole and a second demolding mechanism 41B disposed within the second mounting hole. The first mounting hole is a stepped hole, and the top piece 411 of the first demoulding mechanism 41A abuts against a stepped surface of the stepped hole. The second mounting hole is a straight hole, and the second demoulding mechanism 41B further comprises a push rod 413, one end of the push rod 413 is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the second mounting hole, and the other end of the push rod is abutted to the top block 411 of the second demoulding mechanism 41B. The stepped hole and the ejector pin 413 are used to restrict the ejector block 411, preventing the ejector block 411 from being moved inward by the pressure of the molten plastic. The size of the finished product is larger, and a step hole is arranged in a wider space. The flow passage is small in size, limited in size, and the ejector pins 413 can be used to achieve the same technical effect. It will be readily appreciated that in other embodiments, it is also possible to take the form of both the first mounting hole and the first demoulding mechanism 41A, or both the second mounting hole and the second demoulding mechanism 41B.
In some embodiments, the injection molding apparatus further comprises a receiving mechanism 5, the receiving mechanism 5 being arranged below the first mold 11 and the second mold 12 for receiving the finished product and the runner solidification. Because the shape and the size of the finished product and the runner condensate are different, the required finished product can be obtained only through simple separation.
In other embodiments, the utility model further provides an injection molding machine comprising the injection molding device. Also included are the housing, the slide rail carrying the first mould 11, etc.
For a better understanding of the present utility model, the following description will describe the technical scheme of the present utility model in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 4, in which the mold clamping unit 3 pushes the first mold 11 to clamp the second mold 12, the molten plastic feeding device injects the molten plastic into the runner 112, and the cutting driving mechanism 22 drives the cutter 21 to cut off the finished product and the runner solidified material after the plastic solidifies. The die clamping unit 3 is pulled lower than the die 11 and separated from the second die 12, the demoulding mechanism 41 ejects out the finished product and the runner condensate, and the finished product falls into the receiving mechanism 5 and is separated to obtain the required finished product.
The above-described embodiments of the present utility model do not limit the scope of the present utility model. Any other corresponding changes and modifications made in accordance with the technical idea of the present utility model shall be included in the scope of the claims of the present utility model.
