In the present application, unless explicitly specified and limited otherwise, the terms "connected," "fixed," and the like are to be construed broadly, and for example, "fixed" may be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally formed, mechanically connected, electrically connected, directly connected, indirectly connected via an intervening medium, or in communication between two elements or in an interaction relationship between two elements, unless otherwise explicitly specified. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to the specific circumstances.
The sewage treatment is a process for purifying sewage to meet the water quality requirement of being discharged into a certain water body or reused. The sewage treatment is widely applied to various fields of buildings, agriculture, traffic, energy sources, petrifaction, environmental protection, urban landscapes, medical treatment, catering and the like, and the sewage treatment is increasingly carried into the daily life of common people.
In the related art, the sewage treatment sludge discharge device can be fine to the inside silt of sewage tank to drain, and the sludge discharge effect is relatively poor, and the structure is comparatively complicated, has the dead angle to influence the efficiency of sludge discharge.
In order to solve the problems in the related art to a certain extent, the embodiment of the application provides a sludge discharging device, when sludge is required to be discharged from the inside of a sewage tank 11, a motor 151 is only required to be started to drive a movable plate 14 to move on the outer side of a toothed plate 13, so that a sludge scraping plate 19 is driven to move, sludge at the bottom of the inner side of the sewage tank 11 is pushed to the inside of sludge discharging mechanisms 12 on two sides, the sludge is conveyed out through a packing auger in the sludge discharging mechanisms 12, and then the motor 151 is reversed, so that the sludge scraping plate 19 can be driven to move reversely, and the sludge is pushed to the inside of the sludge discharging mechanism 12 on the other side.
The application is described below with reference to specific embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings:
Referring to fig. 1-3, an embodiment of the application provides a sludge discharging device, which comprises a sludge discharging assembly 1, wherein the sludge discharging assembly 1 comprises a sludge discharging mechanism 12 symmetrically arranged at the bottom of a sewage tank 11, a toothed plate 13 arranged at the top of the sewage tank 11, a movable plate 14 arranged at the outer side of the toothed plate 13, a through groove 141 arranged on the movable plate 14, a mounting groove 15 arranged at the inner side of the movable plate 14, a motor 151 arranged at the inner side of the mounting groove 15, a gear 152 arranged on an output shaft of the motor 151, a fixed plate 16 symmetrically arranged on the movable plate 14, a movable rod 17 arranged at the top of the fixed plate 16 and penetrating through the fixed plate 16, a stop block 171 arranged at the outer side of the movable rod 17, a spring 18 sleeved at the outer side of the movable rod 17, and a sludge scraping plate 19 arranged at the bottom of the movable rod 17.
When the sludge at the bottom of the inner side of the sewage tank 11 needs to be discharged, the motor 151 is started through the external power supply to drive the gear 152 to rotate, and as the gear 152 is meshed with the toothed plate 13, the movable plate 14 can be driven to move outside the toothed plate 13, and as the fixed plate 16 is symmetrically arranged at the two sides of the movable plate 14, the movable rod 17 passes through the fixed plate 16 and is connected with the sludge scraping plate 19, when the movable plate 14 moves, the sludge scraping plate 19 can be driven to move, and as the bottom of the inner side of the sewage tank 11 is inclined, the sludge scraping plate 19 can be pressed down through the spring 18 to prop against the bottom of the inner side of the sewage tank 11, the sludge at the bottom of the inner side of the sewage tank 11 is pushed into the sludge discharging mechanism 12 at the two sides, and is conveyed out through the auger inside the sludge discharging mechanism 12, and the sludge discharging mechanism belongs to the common sense, and is not repeated herein, and then the motor 151 is reversed, so that the sludge is driven to move reversely, the sludge is pushed into the sludge discharging mechanism 12 at the other side through the sludge scraping plate 19 to move back and forth.
