Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present application and the technical solutions of the present application will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present application is not limited to these embodiments.
As an important component of modern information technology infrastructure, computer cables are widely used in data centers, server rooms, high-performance computing devices, and other scenarios. With the rapid development of computer technology, particularly the increase of high-performance computing and big data processing demands, higher requirements are put on the transmission performance, anti-interference capability, heat dissipation performance and safety reliability of computer cables.
Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a computer cable including a conductor 100, an insulating layer 200, a shielding layer 300, a heat dissipation layer 400, and a sheathing layer 500.
Conductor 100 is the core of a computer cable for power transmission and signal transmission.
The insulating layer 200 includes an inner insulating layer 210 and an outer insulating layer 220, the inner insulating layer 210 is coated on the surface of the conductor 100, and the outer insulating layer 220 is coated on the surface of the inner insulating layer 210. The insulation layer 200 is coated on the conductor 100 to insulate the surface of the conductor 100. The inner insulating layer 210 and the outer insulating layer 220 form a double-layer insulating structure, enhance insulating properties, reduce the risk of electrical failure, and ensure signal transmission stability.
The shielding layer 300 includes an inner shielding layer 310 and an outer shielding layer 320, the inner shielding layer 310 is coated on the surface of the outer insulating layer 220, and the outer shielding layer 320 is coated on the surface of the inner shielding layer 310. The inner shielding layer 310 and the outer shielding layer 320 form a double shielding layer structure, so that the anti-interference capability is improved, and stable transmission of signals in a complex electromagnetic environment is ensured.
The heat dissipation layer 400 is coated on the surface of the outer shielding layer 320, and the sheath layer 500 includes an inner sheath layer 510, a middle sheath layer 520 and an outer sheath layer 530, which are sequentially coated from inside to outside, wherein the inner sheath layer 510 is coated on the surface of the heat dissipation layer 400. The inner sheath layer 510, the middle sheath layer 520 and the outer sheath layer 530 form a three-layer sheath layer 500 structure, so that the impact resistance and corrosion resistance of the cable are remarkably improved, and the cable is suitable for complex installation environments. The inner jacket layer 510 provides basic mechanical protection against internal structural damage, the middle jacket layer 520 enhances the overall strength of the cable, resists external impact (e.g., extrusion, impact), and the outer jacket layer 530 serves as an outermost layer for protection against harsh environments (e.g., acid-base corrosion, ultraviolet radiation), extending the service life of the cable.
By arranging the heat dissipation layer 400 between the shielding layer 300 and the sheath layer 500, the heat conduction of the internal heat of the cable is accelerated to the outside, the heat dissipation efficiency of the cable is improved, the working temperature of the cable is reduced, the ageing or signal attenuation caused by overheating is reduced, and the service life of the cable is prolonged.
Wherein, the conductor 100 is formed by twisting a plurality of silver-plated copper wires, and the diameter of each silver-plated copper wire is less than or equal to 0.5mm. High frequency signals (e.g., 10GHz or more) tend to flow on the surface in the conductor 100, and silver-plated copper wires are better in conductivity than pure copper wires, so that surface resistance is remarkably reduced, and signal attenuation is reduced. The conductor 100 is formed by twisting a plurality of silver-plated copper wires, the skin depth of the single wire is reduced, the surface utilization rate of the whole conductor 100 is improved, and the high-frequency loss is further reduced.
In practical use, the silver-plated copper wire is manufactured by firstly drawing a copper wire into a thin wire and then electroplating a silver layer on the surface of the copper wire. A plurality of silver-plated copper wires are stranded at a certain pitch and angle to form the conductor 100. The twisting mode adopts concentric twisting, namely a plurality of silver-plated copper wires are twisted around a central wire. The use of silver-plated copper wire not only improves the conductivity of conductor 100, but also enhances the oxidation resistance and high frequency signal transmission performance of conductor 100.
The material of the inner insulating layer 210 is foamed polyethylene, which is prepared by a physical foaming process. The dielectric constant of the inner insulating layer 210 is less than or equal to 1.3, which is an indicator of the ability of the material to store electrical energy, the lower the dielectric constant, the less energy is lost in the inner insulating layer 210 by the signal. The dielectric constant of the foamed polyethylene is less than or equal to 1.3, which is reduced by about 50 percent compared with the traditional solid polyethylene (dielectric constant is about 2.3), and the signal attenuation is obviously reduced. The low dielectric constant of the inner insulating layer 210 reduces signal attenuation by about 20% -30% at a high frequency of 10 GHz.
The material of the outer insulation layer 220 is a polyolefin elastomer (TPE) having a high elastic recovery rate and a low modulus, and can withstand frequent bending without breaking. The bending radius of the cable in a small space (such as a data center cabinet and an industrial robot joint) can be reduced to 5 times of the cable diameter, which is far lower than that of the traditional PVC (about 10 times of the diameter).
Through the outer insulating layer 220 with the polyolefin elastomer coating material on the surface of the inner insulating layer 210 with the foamed polyethylene material, the whole insulating layer 200 has lower dielectric constant and good flexibility, so that the loss of signals in the transmission process can be reduced, the signal transmission quality is improved, the risk of cracking of the insulating layer 200 caused by bending can be reduced, and the service life of the cable is prolonged.
The inner shielding layer 310 adopts a copper wire woven net, the coverage rate of the inner shielding layer 310 is more than or equal to 85 percent, and the mesh number is more than or equal to 120. The copper wire mesh grid forms a compact electromagnetic shielding layer 300 through high coverage rate (more than or equal to 85%) and high mesh number (more than or equal to 120), and effectively reflects and absorbs external electromagnetic interference (EMI) and crosstalk of internal signals.
The copper wire woven net is woven by copper wires, and the weaving density is at least 120 meshes per square centimeter. The copper wire woven net has good shielding effect, can effectively block external electromagnetic interference and ensures the stability of signal transmission.
The outer shield layer 320 is formed by welding a silver-plated copper tape, which is spirally wound along the surface of the inner shield layer 310, and then the lap joint portion is firmly welded by an ultrasonic welding process, thereby forming the complete outer shield layer 320. The resistivity of the outer shielding layer 320 is less than or equal to 0.01 ohm/m, and the resistivity is far lower than that of a common copper strip (about 0.017 ohm/m) or an aluminum strip (about 0.028 ohm/m), so that the outer shielding layer 320 formed by welding silver-plated copper strips has lower resistivity, the shielding effect can be improved, and signal leakage and external interference are reduced.
The heat dissipation layer 400 is formed by spirally winding a silica gel strip on the surface of the outer shielding layer 320, and the heat conductivity coefficient of the heat dissipation layer 400 is more than or equal to 3W/(m.K). The silica gel strip is spirally wound along the surface of the outer shielding layer 320 to form a spiral heat conduction channel, so that an axial heat dissipation path is provided for the cable, heat generated in the working process of the cable can be effectively dissipated, the cable is prevented from being overheated, and the service life of the cable is prolonged.
The spiral winding structure of the heat dissipation layer 400 increases the contact area between the heat dissipation layer 400 and air, and forms an efficient heat conduction channel. The silica gel material has high heat conductivity (more than or equal to 3W/(m.K)), which is far higher than that of common rubber (about 0.2W/(m.K)) or plastic (about 0.1W/(m.K)), and improves heat dissipation performance.
The inner sheath layer 510 is made of flame-retardant polyurethane, and the oxygen index of the inner sheath layer 510 is more than or equal to 32. When the flame-retardant polyurethane (the oxygen index is more than or equal to 32) burns in the air, the oxygen concentration is more than or equal to 32% to maintain the combustion, which is far higher than that of common polyethylene (the oxygen index is about 17.4%) or polyvinyl chloride (the oxygen index is about 25%), so that the flame-retardant polyurethane has good flame-retardant performance and can prevent fire from spreading.
The material of the middle sheath layer 520 is graphene modified TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane). The graphene modified TPU is prepared by uniformly dispersing 0.5% of graphene in the TPU, and the addition of the graphene not only improves the mechanical property of the TPU, but also enhances the heat conduction property and electromagnetic shielding property of the TPU.
The outer sheath layer 530 is made of crosslinked polyethylene, and the weather-proof temperature of the outer sheath layer 530 ranges from-40 ℃ to 125 ℃. The crosslinked polyethylene is prepared by an irradiation crosslinking process, has excellent temperature resistance and mechanical strength, improves UV (ultraviolet) resistance, and can protect the internal structure of the cable from the influence of external environment. The outer jacket layer 530 maintains flexibility at-40 ℃ without embrittlement, and is suitable for use in polar or cold regions. The upper weather-proof limit of 125 ℃ is far higher than that of common polyethylene (70 ℃) and can bear long-term operation under high-temperature environment.
The computer cable of the embodiment of the application realizes high-speed signal transmission, good shielding effect, excellent heat dissipation performance and reliable mechanical protection function through the multilayer structure design. The conductor 100 is formed by twisting silver-plated copper wires, so that the conductivity is improved, the insulating layer 200 is made of foamed polyethylene and polyolefin elastomer, the signal loss is reduced, the shielding layer 300 is made of copper wire woven mesh and silver-plated copper strips, the shielding effect is enhanced, the heat dissipation layer 400 is made of silica gel strips in a spiral winding mode, the heat dissipation performance is improved, and the safety and durability of the cable are guaranteed due to the fact that the sheath layer 500 is made of flame-retardant polyurethane, graphene modified TPU and crosslinked polyethylene. The structural design ensures that the cable can stably and reliably work in a high-speed computer system, and meets the requirement of modern computers on high-speed data transmission.
