The application provides a flat plate type burner which comprises a burner, at least one fire cover and a fire cover arranged at the top of the burner. The fire cover comprises a first fire outlet part and a second fire outlet part. The roof of first play fire portion is provided with a plurality of first fire mouths. The second goes out fire portion and is connected with first fire portion, and the second goes out fire portion is located the week side of first fire portion, and the roof height of second fire portion is higher than the roof height of first fire portion, and the roof of second fire portion is provided with a plurality of second fire mouths. Therefore, the first fire port and the second fire port are positioned on the horizontal planes with different heights, the secondary air supplement and the fluidity are good, and the first fire port can also obtain more secondary air supplement, so that the flat plate type burner has good combustion effect and less smoke. Moreover, the top wall of the second flame discharging part is higher than the top wall of the first flame discharging part, and the inner flame can be realized by forming the height difference.
In some embodiments, the top wall height of the second firestop portion is greater than the top wall height of the first firestop portion by a value greater than 3mm and less than 5mm.
When the top wall height of the second fire outlet part is higher than that of the first fire outlet part by a value smaller than 3mm, the first fire outlet can obtain less secondary air, the flue gas is higher, and the combustion effect is poorer. When the top wall height of the second fire outlet part is higher than the top wall height of the first fire outlet part by a value larger than 5mm, the distance between the first fire port and the cooker is larger, and the heat transfer efficiency is poorer.
In some embodiments, the number of fire covers is at least two, the at least two fire covers including an inner fire cover and an outer fire cover, the outer fire cover being located on a peripheral side of the inner fire cover;
the top wall of the second fire outlet part in the inner fire cover is different from the top wall of the second fire outlet part in the outer fire cover in height.

When the top wall height of the second fire outlet part in the inner fire cover is higher than that of the second fire outlet part in the outer fire cover by a value smaller than 3mm, the amount of secondary air supplement available to the first fire port of the inner fire cover is less, the flue gas is higher, and the combustion effect is poorer. When the top wall height of the second fire outlet part in the inner fire cover is higher than the top wall height of the second fire outlet part in the outer fire cover by a value larger than 5mm, the distance between the first fire port of the outer fire cover and the cooker is larger, and the heat transfer efficiency is poorer.
In some embodiments, the first fire port has an opening area that is greater than an opening area of the second fire port.
Thus, the first fire hole is close to the outer side, the secondary air supplementing effect is good, and the requirement of high firepower is met. Therefore, the opening area of the first fire port is larger than that of the second fire port, which is beneficial to improving combustion efficiency. Moreover, the opening area of the first fire port is larger than that of the second fire port, so that the flame height of the second fire port is improved, the consistency of the flame heights of the first fire port and the second fire port is improved, and the panel combustion performance of the fire disc is improved.
In some embodiments, the first fire port is circular;
the second fire port is larger than the second fire port along the second fire outlet part.
Like this, the secondary air of first burner is less, adopts the round hole structure, and its injection is better with secondary air supplement effect, and is higher to the utilization ratio of secondary air. The secondary air of the second fire hole is more sufficient, and the strip fire hole structure is adopted, so that the requirement of high firepower is met.
In some embodiments, the plurality of first fire ports are spaced apart along the circumference of the first fire exit portion;
And/or, the plurality of first fire ports are arranged along the circumferential direction and the radial direction of the first fire outlet part in an array manner.

It can be appreciated that the second fire discharging portion 225 in the inner fire cover 221 and the second fire discharging portion 225 in the outer fire cover 222 form a height difference, so that the secondary air is better in supplement and fluidity, and more secondary air is obtained from the fire hole on the inner fire cover 221, so that the flat plate burner 200 has better combustion effect and less smoke.
In some embodiments, the top wall height of the second fire exit 225 in the inner fire cover 221 is lower than the top wall height of the second fire exit 225 in the outer fire cover 222.
In some embodiments, the top wall height of the second fire exit 225 in the inner fire cover 221 is higher than the top wall height of the second fire exit 225 in the outer fire cover 222.
Thus, the distance between the fire hole on the inner fire cover 221 and the cooker is smaller, and the heat transfer efficiency is higher.
In some embodiments, the top wall height of the second fire exit 225 in the inner fire cover 221 is greater than the top wall height of the second fire exit 225 in the outer fire cover 222 by a value greater than 3mm and less than 5mm.
When the top wall height of the second fire outlet portion 225 in the inner fire cover 221 is higher than the top wall height of the second fire outlet portion 225 in the outer fire cover 222 by a value smaller than 3mm, the amount of secondary air supplement available to the first fire port 224 of the inner fire cover 221 is smaller, the flue gas is higher, and the combustion effect is worse.
When the top wall height of the second fire outlet 225 in the inner fire cover 221 is greater than 5mm, the distance between the first fire port 224 of the outer fire cover 222 and the pot is greater, and the heat transfer efficiency is poor.
The top wall height of the second fire escape 225 in the exemplary inner fire cover 221 may be 3.5mm, 4mm, or 4.5mm higher than the top wall height of the second fire escape 225 in the outer fire cover 222.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of an outer fire cover in a flat plate burner according to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 8 is a top view of fig. 7, fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of an inner fire cover in a flat plate burner according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 10 is a top view of fig. 9.
Referring to fig. 7-9, in some embodiments, the opening area of the first flame ports 224 is greater than the opening area of the second flame ports 226.
It will be appreciated that the primary air ports 224 are located closer to the outer side, and the secondary air is more effective in supplementing the primary air, thus realizing the need for high fire power. Therefore, the opening area of the first flame ports 224 is larger than that of the second flame ports 226, which is advantageous for improving combustion efficiency. Moreover, the opening area of the first fire hole 224 is larger than that of the second fire hole 226, so that the flame height of the second fire hole 226 is improved, the consistency of the flame heights of the first fire hole 224 and the second fire hole 226 is improved, and the panel combustion performance of the fire disc is improved.
Referring to fig. 7-9, in some embodiments, the first flame ports 224 are circular.
In some embodiments, the size of the second fire port 226 along the radial direction of the second fire exit 225 is greater than the size of the second fire port 226 along the circumferential direction of the second fire exit 225.
Specifically, the second flame ports 226 are elongated.
It can be appreciated that the secondary air of the first fire hole 224 is less, and the circular hole structure is adopted, so that the injection and secondary air supplementing effects are better, and the utilization rate of the secondary air is higher. The secondary air of the second fire hole 226 is more sufficient, and the strip fire hole structure is adopted, so that the requirement of high firepower is met.
Since the first flame discharging portion 223 and the second flame discharging portion 225 of the flame cover have a height difference, the second flame port 226 is cut by a turning tool, and the first flame port 224 is processed by a drilling method. Compared with the processing mode of all turning tool grooving in the related art, the processing technology and the implementation path of the fire cover provided by the application are simpler.
In some embodiments, the plurality of first fire ports 224 are disposed at intervals along the circumference of the first fire outlet 223. In this way, the number of first ports 224 provided is advantageously increased.
Specifically, the first fire ports 224 on the inner fire pan are disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the first fire outlet 223.
In some embodiments, the plurality of first fire ports 224 are arranged in a circumferential and radial array of the first fire outlet 223. In this way, the number of first ports 224 provided is advantageously increased.
Specifically, the first fire ports 224 on the outer fire pan are arranged in a circumferential and radial array of the first fire outlet portions 223.
In some embodiments, the plurality of second flame ports 226 are spaced apart along the circumference of the second flame out portion 225. In this way, the number of the second ports 226 is advantageously increased.
