First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a central drain assembly 100, which includes a central water collector 110, a deodorizing member, a drain screen cover 120, a tooth seal 150 and a plug cover 160.
The deodorizing member in this embodiment is specifically a floor drain valve core 130, where the floor drain valve core 130 may be an existing valve core structure, and in order to prevent the central drain collecting device 100 from generating the odor returning condition, the floor drain valve core 130 may be a valve core structure that, for example, automatically opens when water meets the water and closes when no water exists.
Referring to fig. 3, the central water collector 110 has a multi-way structure, including a water collecting area 111, a water discharging joint 112 and five water inlet joints 113, wherein an inner cavity of each water inlet joint 113 is communicated with an inner cavity of the water discharging joint 112 through the water collecting area 111. Thus, the five water intake connectors 113 may be in communication with five drain structures (e.g., floor drains, hand sink, etc. other water usage structures) such that multiple water usage structures may be collected into the same drain connector 112 for draining.
Referring to fig. 3 in conjunction with fig. 6, the design may reduce the number of drain connectors 112, thereby reducing the number of drain pipes 300 for connection with the drain connectors 112, and reducing installation costs.
The drain connector 112 comprises a first diameter section 1121 and a second diameter section 1122 which are sequentially arranged along the direction far away from the catchment area 111, the diameter of the first diameter section 1121 is larger than that of the second diameter section 1122, the first diameter section 1121 and the second diameter section 1122 are connected through a limiting platform 1123, and the drain valve core 130 is accommodated in the drain connector 112 and is limited and fixed through the limiting platform 1123.
Drain 300 currently used in household drain systems is typically of two sizes, DN75 and DN90, respectively. The conventional central drain collecting apparatus 100 has a drain joint 112 to which a deodorizing member is attached, and a drain pipe 300 of a certain size. This results in increased costs for the drain pipe 300, the drain connector 112 and the stinking-proof member, and the drain pipe 300 of different sizes needs to correspond to the stinking-proof member of different sizes, with increased difficulty in subsequent maintenance.
In this embodiment, by integrating the drain connectors 112 into one, the condition of preventing the odor from returning can be realized by using only one floor drain valve core 130 as the odor-preventing member, and the drain connector can be connected with only one drain pipe 300, so that the installation cost is greatly reduced, the integration level of the central drain collecting device 100 is improved, the risk of error specification selection of the odor-preventing member in the maintenance process is also reduced, and the maintenance difficulty is reduced.
Further, the central drain collecting device 100 provided in this embodiment has the structures of the first diameter section 1121 and the second diameter section 1122 at the drain joint 112, which can be suitable for installing the drain pipes 300 with different specifications, and improves the applicability of the central drain collecting device 100 in the household drain system. In addition, the stepped structures of the limiting platform 1123, the first diameter section 1121 and the second diameter section 1122 can also be used for limiting and fixing the deodorizing members such as the floor drain valve core 130, so that the integration level of the central drainage collecting device 100 is further improved, and the application of the central drainage collecting device in a household drainage system is facilitated.
In the present embodiment, among the five water inlet joints 113, one water inlet joint 113 is coaxially disposed with the water collecting area 111 and the water discharging joint 112, the other four water inlet joints 113 are perpendicular to the axis of the water discharging joint 112, and two adjacent water inlet joints 113 are also perpendicular to each other.
That is, assuming that one of the water inlet joint 113, the water collecting region 111, and the water discharge joint 112 is disposed in the vertical direction, the remaining four water inlet joints 113 are disposed in the horizontal direction.
It should be understood that the number of the water inlet connectors 113 in this embodiment is five, but the number of the water inlet connectors 113 should not be limited by the present utility model, and in other embodiments, the number of the water inlet connectors 113 may be adjusted to six, seven, eight, nine or ten according to the difficulty of producing the central drainage collecting device 100 and the application scenario of the central drainage collecting device 100, for example, the number of the water consuming devices that need to be connected increases, and the number of the water inlet connectors 113 may be adjusted to two, three or four if the number of the water consuming devices that need to be connected decreases.
In addition, the position of the water inlet joint 113 may be designed according to the actual installation requirement, for example, the included angle between two adjacent water inlet joints 113 may be 30 °, 60 °, 90 °, 120 ° or 150 °.
In the present embodiment, one of the water inlet joints 113 is coaxially provided with the water collecting zone 111 and the water discharge joint 112 for the convenience of direct communication with the floor drain port and for the convenience of installation. In other embodiments, if the central drain collection device 100 does not need to communicate with the drain, the water inlet joint 113 coaxially disposed with the catchment area 111 and the drain joint 112 may not be provided.
In the present embodiment, since the water inlet joint 113 coaxially provided with the water discharge joint 112 is used for communication with the floor drain, the water discharge screen cover 120 is installed at an end of the water inlet joint 113 remote from the water discharge joint 112. In other embodiments, the drain screen cover 120 may not be used if the water inlet joint 113 coaxially disposed with the drain joint 112 communicates with other water-consuming structures, such as the drain pipe 300 of the hand-washing basin.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the drain cover 120 includes ribs and mesh holes uniformly arranged to filter large particles of impurities in water, so as to avoid the blockage of the central drain collecting device 100.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in the present embodiment, the floor drain valve core 130 is fixed in the drain joint 112 by the limiting platform 1123, and extends from the limiting platform 1123 into the second diameter section 1122. In order to avoid odor overflow caused by the installation gap between the floor drain valve core 130 and the drain connector 112, a first sealing ring installation position 1124 is arranged on the inner wall surface of the second diameter section 1122 of the drain connector 112, and a sealing ring is accommodated in the first sealing ring installation position 1124 so that the odor-preventing member is in sealing installation with the second diameter section 1122.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, since there are five water inlet connectors 113, when a part of the water inlet connectors 113 do not need to be connected with a water structure, the end face of the water inlet connector 113 can be plugged by the plugging cover 160. It will thus be appreciated that no plug is required if all of the water inlet connectors 113 have a correspondingly installed water usage profile.
Further, the central drainage collection device 100 provided in the embodiment of the utility model not only can adapt to the connection requirement of the water device by adjusting the design number of the water inlet joints 113, but also can adapt to the connection requirement of the water device by using the blocking cover 160 when the number of the water inlet joints 113 is fixed, so that the applicability of the central drainage collection device 100 is stronger.
In this embodiment, two protrusions 161 are provided on the cap 160, and the two protrusions 161 are symmetrically designed and protrude along the side surface of the cap 160 to facilitate the installation and removal of the cap 160. In other embodiments, the number of the protrusions 161 may be designed as required, as long as the installation of the cap 160 is facilitated. In addition, in other embodiments, the protrusion 161 may also protrude along the upper surface of the cap 160 as desired.
In the present embodiment, since the drain joint 112 has the first diameter section 1121 and the second diameter section 1122, the drain joint 112 can be adapted for installation of the drain pipe 300 of two specifications.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in order to secure the tightness of the installation between the drain joint 112 and the drain pipe 300, to prevent the occurrence of water leakage, a tooth-shaped seal 150 is provided between the drain joint 112 and the drain pipe 300.
Referring to fig. 5, the tooth seal 150 includes a sealing end surface 151 and a sealing extension surface 152, the sealing extension surface 152 extends along one side of the sealing end surface 151, and a plurality of teeth 153 are disposed on the inner surface and the outer surface of the sealing extension surface 152, and the tooth seal 150 is mounted on the surface of the first diameter section 1121 or the second diameter section 1122, so that the drain joint 112 is configured to be connected to the external drain pipe 300 by the tooth seal 150.
Referring to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, when the second diameter section 1122 is used for connecting with the drain pipe 300, the toothed seal 150 is used to seal the second diameter section 1122 and the drain pipe 300, two sides of the sealing end surface 151 are respectively contacted with the limiting platform 1123 and the end surface of the drain pipe 300, two sides of the sealing extension surface 152 are respectively contacted with the outer wall surface of the second diameter section 1122 and the inner wall surface of the drain pipe 300, and the convex teeth 153 are embedded into the second diameter section 1122 and the drain pipe 300, so that the connection therebetween is tighter.
Referring to FIG. 7, when the drain pipe 300 is connected to the first diameter section 1121, the tooth seal 150 may be used to seal the two or an O-ring may be directly used to seal the two.
The working principle of the central drainage collection device 100 provided in this embodiment is as follows:
Referring to fig. 1, water drained from a water drain, a sink, etc. by a water structure is collected into a water collecting area 111 from an inlet joint through a pipeline, a floor drain valve core 130 is opened when meeting water, water flows through the floor drain valve core 130 and is drained from a water draining joint 112, and when the water in the water collecting area 111 is drained, the floor drain valve core 130 is automatically closed to avoid odor reversion.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the present embodiment provides a central drain collecting system 10, which includes a water inlet pipe 200, a water outlet pipe 300, and the central drain collecting device 100 according to the first embodiment.
Wherein, the water inlet pipeline 200 is sealed and installed with the water inlet joint 113, and the water outlet pipeline 300 is sealed and installed with the water outlet joint 112.
Specifically, the drain pipe 300 may be in sealing connection with the first diameter section 1121 or the second diameter section 1122 of the drain joint 112 of the central drain collecting device 100 (as shown in fig. 6 or 7), so as to realize connection and installation of the drain pipe 300 with various specifications, and have wider applicability.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the working principle of the central drainage collecting system 10 provided in this embodiment includes that water drained from a water drain, a hand sink, etc. by a water structure is collected into a water collecting area 111 from an inlet joint through a water inlet pipeline 200, a floor drain valve core 130 is opened when meeting water, water flows through the floor drain valve core 130 and is drained from a drainage pipeline 300 connected with the drainage joint 112, and when the water in the water collecting area 111 is drained, the floor drain valve core 130 is automatically closed to avoid the smell of return.
Third embodiment
Referring to fig. 8, the present embodiment provides a central drain collecting device 100, which has a similar structure to that of the first embodiment, and differs from the first embodiment in that:
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in this embodiment, the deodorizing element is a water seal cover 140, the water seal cover 140 includes a cover body 141 and a water seal isolation element 142, the cover body 141 includes a sealing area 1411 and a water passing area 1412, the water passing area 1412 is located around the sealing area 1411, the water seal isolation element 142 is connected with the periphery of the sealing area 1411 in a sealing manner, and extends along one side of the cover body 141, and a plurality of water leakage through holes 1413 are provided on the water passing area 1412.
In this embodiment, the sealing area 1411 is located at the center of the cover 141, the water passing area 1412 is located at the edge of the cover 141, and the position of the cover 141 corresponding to the water passing area 1412 is located at the outer side of the water seal separator 142, so that water can flow out from the water leakage through hole 1413 of the water passing area 1412.
In this embodiment, the water passing area 1412 is composed of a plurality of ribs 1414 distributed in radial direction, and water leakage through holes 1413 are formed between adjacent ribs 1414.
