In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 5-11 and 13-17, a plurality of air deflectors are vertically arranged at the air outlet 150 at intervals, and the rotation axes of the air deflectors are parallel to the left-right direction of the air outlet 150, so as to vertically adjust the flow direction of the air flow. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 4-17, the number of air deflectors in the air conditioning indoor unit 10 according to the embodiment of the utility model is two, and the two air deflectors include an upper air deflector 500 and a lower air deflector 600. Thus, the upper and lower air deflectors 500 and 600 are vertically spaced apart from the air outlet 150 to adjust the flow direction of the blown air flow from the upper and lower outlets 150, respectively.
In the indoor unit 10 of the air conditioner of the present utility model, a plurality of air deflectors are vertically arranged at the air outlet 150 at intervals, and the rotation axes of the air deflectors are parallel to the left-right direction of the air outlet 150, so as to vertically adjust the flow direction of the air flow. Therefore, the air deflector of the indoor unit 10 of the air conditioner can accurately adjust the flow direction of the forward-blown air flow in the vertical direction, so that the directivity of the air flow is clearer and more controllable, the air flow is conveniently and accurately guided to a target area, and the guiding efficiency of the air deflector is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 5-11 and 13-17, the rotation axes of the air deflectors are arranged in parallel, so that the air deflectors have a wind dispersing position for guiding the airflow in the housing 100 to diffuse forward from the air outlet 150, a wind collecting position for guiding the airflow in the housing 100 to converge forward from the air outlet 150, an upward blowing position for guiding the airflow in the housing 100 to blow forward and upward obliquely, and a downward blowing position for guiding the airflow in the housing 100 to blow forward and downward obliquely from the air outlet 150. In addition, the plurality of air deflectors also have a closed position that completely closes the air outlet 150.
In this embodiment, each air deflector is individually controllable to switch between a wind dispersing position, a wind collecting position, an up-blowing position, a down-blowing position, and a closing position. Therefore, in the air conditioning indoor unit 10 according to the embodiment of the present utility model, the plurality of air deflectors can be switched between the air dispersing position, the air collecting position, the upper blowing position, the lower blowing position and the closing position, so as to realize the switching of a plurality of air supply modes of forward diffusion, forward convergence, upper blowing and lower blowing, thereby realizing the multi-mode axial flow air supply, avoiding the problem of single air supply mode, further improving the heat exchange effect of the air conditioning indoor unit 10, and further improving the use experience of users.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 11, the housing 100 of the indoor unit 10 of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present utility model has a horizontally extending column shape. In addition, the air outlet 150 is located at a vertically lower portion of the front side of the housing 100 and is in a horizontally extending strip shape. That is, the size of the casing 100 of the air conditioning indoor unit 10 in the left-right direction is larger than the size of the casing 100 in the up-down direction, and the size of the air outlet 150 in the left-right direction of the casing 100 is larger than the size of the air outlet 150 in the up-down direction of the casing 100.
Further, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 5-11 and 13-17, the air deflectors are all horizontally extending strips and vertically distributed at intervals at the air outlet 150, and the rotation axes of the air deflectors are all horizontally extending to vertically adjust the flow direction of the air flow. That is, the plurality of air deflectors may be rotated in the left-right direction around the air outlet, and the flow direction of the air flow blown out from the air outlet 150 in the vertical direction is changed by adjusting the positions of the air deflectors.
Therefore, in the air conditioner indoor unit 10 of the embodiment of the utility model, the air outlet 150 which extends horizontally and takes the shape of a strip is formed at the vertical lower part of the front side of the housing 100 which extends horizontally, and the plurality of air deflectors which extend horizontally and take the shape of a strip are arranged at the air outlet 150, so that the shape matching arrangement of the air deflectors, the air outlet 150 and the housing 100 is realized, and the appearance uniformity and the aesthetic degree of the front panel 130 are improved. Meanwhile, the size of the air outlet 150 in the left-right direction is larger than that in the up-down direction, and the air deflector can conduct vertical air guiding, so that the air supply range in the left-right direction is improved while the air supply angle in the vertical direction is improved, the heat exchange air flow can reach to cover the room more uniformly, the distribution uniformity of the heat exchange air flow in the room is improved, and the heat exchange uniformity of the air conditioner indoor unit 10 is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the case 100 includes a rear cover case 110, an air outlet frame 120, and a front panel 130, which are disposed in order in the front-rear direction.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the rear cover case 110, the air outlet frame 120, and the front panel 130 are sequentially connected and fixed in the front-rear direction of the housing 100. In addition, the rear housing shell 110 is provided with an air inlet 140, and the lower edge 131 of the front panel 130 is spaced from the bottom wall front side 122 of the air outlet frame 120 to define an air outlet 150, so that the air flow in the housing 100 has a tendency to be blown out obliquely downward toward the air outlet 150. Thus, the air inlet and outlet direction of the indoor unit 10 of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the utility model is the back air inlet and front air outlet.
Therefore, the air conditioning indoor unit 10 of the present utility model uses the layered casing 100 structure, so that the flow path of the air flow in the casing 100 is clearer and controllable, a clear air flow channel is formed between the air inlet 140 on the rear casing 110 and the air outlet 150 on the lower side of the front panel 130, so that the air flow can efficiently flow from the air inlet 140 on the rear part to the air outlet 150 on the lower side of the front part, and the axial flow air supply of the air flow before the rear air inlet is realized, at the same time, the turbulence and energy loss of the air flow in the casing 100 are reduced, and the air flow guiding performance and the overall air supply efficiency are improved, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioning indoor unit 10.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the air inlet 140 includes a plurality of air inlet holes 141 spaced on the outer circumferential side of the rear cover case 110 so that air flow can enter the case 100 from various directions of the rear of the case 100.
Specifically, the plurality of air inlets 140 are uniformly spaced apart at the outer circumferential side of the rear housing case 110 to improve the distribution uniformity of the air flow entering the housing 100 and to reduce the vortex and turbulence of the air flow inside the housing 100, thereby improving the stability and efficiency of the air flow.
Therefore, in the air conditioning indoor unit 10 of the embodiment of the utility model, the plurality of air inlet holes 141 are formed on the outer periphery side of the rear housing 110, so that compared with the traditional design of the single air inlet 140, the plurality of air inlet holes 141 arranged at intervals can increase the air inlet area, thereby improving the air inlet efficiency, and meanwhile, the impact force when the air flow enters the housing 100 is effectively dispersed, the noise is reduced, and the comfort and the use experience of users are improved.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 10, the front panel 130 is a flat plate obliquely disposed from back to front and downward, and is used to guide the airflow in the housing 100 to flow obliquely downward to the air outlet 150, so that the airflow at the air outlet 150 has a tendency to blow out forward and downward.
Further, in this alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 10, the plurality of air deflectors are all horizontally extending strip-shaped flat plates and vertically distributed at intervals at the air outlet 150, so as to adjust the air outlet direction of the air outlet 150 in the vertical direction. The rotation axis of the air guide plate 500 is parallel to the left-right direction of the air outlet 150, and the rotation axis of the air guide plate 500 is parallel to the length direction thereof and is located at the middle in the width direction thereof. In addition, as shown in fig. 9, the plurality of air deflectors are all in the same plane as the front panel 130 when in the closed position. Specifically, when the air deflectors are in the closed position, the upper edge of the air deflector located at the uppermost position of the plurality of air deflectors is abutted against the lower side edge 131 of the front panel 130, the lower edge of the air deflector located at the lowermost position of the plurality of air deflectors is abutted against the bottom wall front side 122 of the air outlet frame 120, and two adjacent side edges of each two adjacent air deflectors are abutted to completely close the air outlet 150.
Therefore, in the air conditioning indoor unit 10 according to the embodiment of the utility model, the design style of the horizontally extending strip-shaped air deflector and the horizontally extending columnar casing 100 are unified, so that the appearance aesthetic degree of the air conditioning indoor unit 10 is ensured. In addition, the air deflector is positioned in the same plane as the front panel 130 when in the closed position, thereby improving the uniformity and aesthetic appearance of the front panel 130.
Further, in the above-described alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the bottom front side of the housing 100 is provided with the auxiliary air port 160 opened downward, and the auxiliary air port 160 is used to communicate with the air outlet 150 when the air deflector is in the down-blowing position, so that part of the air flow in the housing 100 is blown out obliquely downward while the other part of the air flow is blown out vertically downward. Therefore, when the air conditioning indoor unit 10 is operated in the heating mode, a downward blowing air mode can be entered, and the auxiliary air port 160 is opened and vertically and downwardly blown at this time, thereby achieving the effect of downward blowing of hot air, and further improving the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioning indoor unit 10.
In another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 13-17, the front panel 130 is an arc-shaped plate with a rearward opening, so that when the airflow in the housing flows forward to the front panel 130, the airflow can flow downward smoothly along the arc-shaped front panel 130, so that the airflow flowing downward to the air outlet 150 has a forward downward blowing tendency.
Further, in this alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 13 to 17, the air deflectors are all horizontally extending strip-shaped arc plates and vertically distributed at intervals at the air outlet 150, and at least a part of the air deflectors form a continuous arc surface with the front panel 130 when the air deflectors are in the closed position so as to completely close the air outlet 150. In addition, the rotation axis of the air deflector 500 is parallel to the left-right direction of the air outlet 150, and the rotation axis of the air deflector 500 is parallel to the length direction thereof and is located at one side thereof adjacent to the air outlet 150 in the width direction thereof. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 17, when the plurality of air deflectors are in the closed position, the upper air deflector 500 is retracted into the housing 100 and is located inside the lower air deflector 600, and the upper and lower ends of the lower air deflector 600 are respectively abutted with the lower side edge 131 of the front panel 130 and the bottom wall front side 122 of the air outlet frame 120 to completely close the air outlet 150.
Thus, in the air conditioning indoor unit 10 according to the embodiment of the utility model, the design style of the horizontally extending arc-shaped air deflector and the horizontally extending arc-shaped front panel 130 are unified, so that the appearance aesthetic degree of the air conditioning indoor unit 10 is ensured. In addition, when the plurality of air deflectors are in the closed position, at least part of the air deflectors form a continuous cambered surface with the front panel 130, so that the appearance uniformity and the aesthetic degree of the front panel 130 are further improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 or 13, when the plurality of air deflectors are in the air dispersing position, the plurality of air deflectors are arranged in parallel and each incline downward from back to front. As shown in fig. 6 or 14, when the plurality of air deflectors are in the wind collecting position, the distance between two adjacent air deflectors gradually decreases from the rear to the front. As shown in fig. 7 or 15, each air deflector is inclined upward from the rear to the front when the plurality of air deflectors are in the up-blowing position. As shown in fig. 8, 10 or 16, when the plurality of air deflectors are in the downblowing position, each air deflector is inclined downward from rear to front, and the angle of downward inclination of each air deflector is larger than the angle of downward inclination of each air deflector when in the wind dispersing position.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 5-17, the number of air deflectors in the air conditioning indoor unit 10 according to the embodiment of the present utility model may be two, that is, the air conditioning indoor unit 10 may include an upper air deflector 500 and a lower air deflector 600. In this embodiment, the upper air deflector 500 and the lower air deflector 600 are vertically arranged in the air outlet 150 at intervals, and the upper air deflector 500 and the lower air deflector 600 are both in a horizontally extending strip shape and can rotate around a horizontal axis so as to adjust the air outlet direction of the air outlet 150 in the vertical direction.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 or fig. 13, when the upper air deflector 500 and the lower air deflector 600 are at the air dispersing position, the upper air deflector 500 and the lower air deflector 600 are parallel and are all inclined downward, and the included angle between the plate surfaces of the upper air deflector 500 and the lower air deflector 600 and the air outlet is selected from any value between 45 ° and 90 °, so that the air flow blown from the air outlet obliquely downward can continue to flow obliquely downward gently. Accordingly, the airflow is diffused forward in the airflow direction and blown out in a wide range, so that the air-conditioning indoor unit 10 is realized in the form of scattered air supply.
As shown in fig. 6 or 14, when the upper and lower air deflectors 500 and 600 are at the wind collecting position, the distance between the upper and lower air deflectors 500 and 600 gradually decreases from the rear to the front. Thus, in the airflow flowing direction, the airflows are converged forward and blown out at a high speed, so as to realize the wind-gathering and air-feeding form of the air-conditioning indoor unit 10.
As shown in fig. 7 or 15, when the upper and lower air deflectors 500, 600 are in the up-blowing position, both the upper and lower air deflectors 500, 600 are inclined upward from the rear to the front. Thereby, in the airflow flowing direction, the airflow flows forward and upward, and is blown obliquely upward, so as to realize the upwind form of the air conditioning indoor unit 10.
As shown in fig. 8, 10 or 16, when the upper and lower air deflectors 500 and 600 are at the down-blowing position, the upper and lower air deflectors 500 and 600 are inclined downward from rear to front, and the included angle between the plate surfaces of the upper and lower air deflectors 500 and 600 and the air outlet is selected from any value between 5 ° to 45 °, so that the air flow blown down from the air outlet obliquely downward flows downward at an angle closer to the vertical direction under the blocking and guiding of the upper and lower air deflectors 500 and 600. Thereby, in the airflow flowing direction, the airflow flows forward and downward, and is blown obliquely downward, so as to realize the downwind form of the air conditioning indoor unit 10.
Therefore, in the air conditioning indoor unit 10 according to the embodiment of the present utility model, the plurality of air deflectors have the air dispersing position, the air collecting position, the upper blowing position, the lower blowing position and the closing position, and can be switched between the plurality of air blowing positions, so that the switching of the plurality of air blowing modes of forward diffusion, forward convergence, upper blowing and lower blowing is realized, the multi-mode axial flow air blowing is realized, the problem of single air blowing mode is avoided, and the heat exchanging effect of the air conditioning indoor unit 10 is further improved, thereby improving the use experience of users.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the central axis of each axial flow fan 200 extends horizontally and is disposed in parallel with the front-rear direction of the housing 100. That is, the air outlet direction of each axial flow fan 200 is horizontally forward air outlet along the front-rear direction of the housing 100.
Thus, in the air conditioning indoor unit 10 of the present utility model, each axial flow fan 200 blows forward, so that the airflow in the housing 100 has a tendency to flow forward and blow forward from the air outlet 150, and compared with the conventional forward downward air outlet scheme, the adjustability of the air supply angle and the maximum air supply distance are improved, which is helpful for the heat exchange airflow to reach a farther area to cover the room more uniformly, thereby improving the distribution uniformity of the heat exchange airflow in the room, and further improving the heat exchange uniformity of the air conditioning indoor unit 10.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 to 4 and 12, the air conditioning indoor unit 10 may include a plurality of axial flow fans 200. The plurality of axial flow fans 200 are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction of the housing 100 so that the air flow in the housing 100 is blown forward under the urging of the plurality of axial flow fans 200. Specifically, the central axes of the plurality of axial flow fans 200 are parallel.
Thus, the plurality of axial flow fans 200 arranged at intervals in the left-right direction can be operated simultaneously, and the air supply uniformity and the air supply amount in the left-right direction of the air conditioning indoor unit 10 are improved while the left-right synchronous forward air supply is realized, so that the overall air supply amount and the heat exchange effect of the air conditioning indoor unit 10 are increased.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, each axial flow fan 200 rotates in a direction opposite to that of the adjacent axial flow fan 200 so that airflows blown out of the plurality of axial flow fans 200 are collected in front of the housing 100.
Therefore, when the plurality of axial flow fans 200 reversely rotate by the adjacent axial flow fans 200, the airflows generated by each two adjacent axial flow fans 200 form certain interaction and superposition in the air conditioning indoor unit 10, so that the disturbance and mixing of the airflows are enhanced, and the airflow circulation efficiency and uniformity in the air conditioning indoor unit 10 are improved. In addition, each two adjacent axial flow fans 200 reversely rotate, so that the opposite impact and offset of air flows when meeting can be reduced, the air supply distance of each axial flow fan 200 is increased while the overall noise level of the air conditioner indoor unit 10 is reduced when the air conditioner indoor unit 10 is operated, and therefore air flows blown out by a plurality of axial flow fans 200 are conveniently collected in front of the shell 100, and the air supply effect of the air conditioner indoor unit 10 is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, 5-10 and 12-17, the air conditioning indoor unit 10 may further include a heat exchanger 300. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 to 10 and 13 to 17, the heat exchanger 300 is disposed in the housing 100 and located between the axial flow fan 200 and the air outlet 150, and is used for exchanging heat with the air flow blown out by the axial flow fan 200. That is, the heat exchanger 300 is disposed between the axial flow fan 200 and the air outlet 150. In a specific embodiment, the air outlet frame 120 is provided with a mounting member 121 for mounting the heat exchanger 300, so that the heat exchanger 300 is disposed in the air outlet frame 120. Thus, the air flow entering the housing 100 from the air inlet 140 can be sufficiently contacted with the heat exchanger 300 by the axial flow fan 200 and then blown out through the air outlet 150.
Therefore, the air conditioning indoor unit 10 of the utility model realizes downward air outlet in an inclined way, avoids the problems of insufficient contact between the air inlet air flow and the heat exchanger 300, uneven heat exchange and larger noise caused by directly arranging the axial flow fan 200 at the air outlet 150, ensures that the air flow in the air conditioning indoor unit 10 fully enters the inner space of the air conditioning indoor unit 10 before being driven by the axial flow fan 200 to pass through the heat exchanger 300, and improves the contact time and contact uniformity of the air flow and the heat exchanger 300, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioning indoor unit 10 and further improving the heat exchange effect of the air conditioning indoor unit 10.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, 5-10 and 13-17, the heat exchanger 300 is in a vertically arranged flat plate shape, and the heat exchanger 300 is spaced from the front panel 130 to form an air outlet space 310 for the air flow after heat exchange to flow forward and upward. That is, the heat exchanger 300 is optionally designed to be in-line and is vertically disposed in the housing, so as to save the overall thickness space of the indoor unit 10.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 5 to 10 and 13 to 17, in the air conditioning indoor unit 10 of the present utility model, the heat exchanger 300 is disposed perpendicularly to the central axis of the axial flow fan 200.
Therefore, the posture of the heat exchanger 300 is matched with the postures of the plurality of axial flow fans 200, so that the heat exchanger 300 and the plurality of axial flow fans 200 are more closely attached, the distance between the air flow blown out by each axial flow fan 200 and the heat exchanger 300 is reduced, the air speed uniformity of the air conditioner indoor unit 10 is improved, and the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioner indoor unit 10 is further improved. Meanwhile, the heat exchanger 300 is vertically arranged in the shell, so that the occupied space of the heat exchanger 300 in the air conditioner indoor unit 10 is reduced, and the space layout in the air conditioner indoor unit 10 is further optimized.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2-10 and 12-17, the air conditioning indoor unit 10 may further include a blower housing 400. Specifically, the fan housing 400 is disposed in the casing 100 and located between the axial flow fan 200 and the heat exchanger 300, and is used for guiding the airflow blown out by the axial flow fan 200 to flow toward the heat exchanger 300. That is, the fan housing 400 is fixedly disposed at the air outlet end of the axial flow fan 200, and guides the air flow blown out by the axial flow fan 200 to flow to one side surface of the air outlet 150 of the heat exchanger 300.
In the present embodiment, the fan housing 400 may include a baffle 410 vertically extending and having a flat plate shape and a plurality of ring-shaped fan mounting portions 420 formed to protrude rearward from a vertically lower portion of the baffle 410 and arranged at intervals in the left-right direction. Specifically, an air outlet cavity 411 may be defined between the baffle 410 and the heat exchanger 300. The fan mounting part 420 is used to mount and fix the axial flow fan 200 such that the baffle 410 is covered on the outer circumferential side of the air outlet end of the axial flow fan 200.
In addition, the fan housing 400 may further include a bar-shaped partition plate located between the adjacent two fan mounting portions 420 and formed to protrude forward from the front side of the baffle 410. Thus, the baffle 410, the partition plate between two adjacent axial flow fans 200, the heat exchanger 300, and the case 100 may define a plurality of air outlet cavities 411 disposed corresponding to each axial flow fan 200 around, such that each axial flow fan 200 corresponds to an independent air outlet cavity 411.
Therefore, in the air conditioning indoor unit 10 according to the embodiment of the present utility model, the fan housing 400 can ensure that the airflow blown by the axial flow fan 200 flows to the heat exchanger 300 directly and orderly, so as to reduce turbulence and energy loss of the airflow, and meanwhile, the directional airflow helps to enhance the convective heat transfer coefficient of the surface of the heat exchanger 300, so that the overall heat transfer efficiency of the air conditioning indoor unit 10 is improved. In addition, the air flow in the air conditioning indoor unit 10 is guided by the fan housing 400, so that the air flow is distributed more uniformly on the surface of the heat exchanger 300, and the phenomenon of local overheating or supercooling is avoided.
