In view of the problems mentioned in the background section, embodiments of the present application provide a wire cassette. Referring to fig. 11, the wall plate 20 is provided with a cassette through hole 21, and the wiring cassette 10 can be directly mounted at the cassette through hole 21 of the wall plate 20, thereby avoiding the situation that the wiring cassette 10 and the cassette through hole 21 of the wall plate 20 cannot be aligned.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the junction box 10 according to the embodiment of the present application includes a box body 11, and the box body 11 includes a back plate 111, a top plate 112, a bottom plate 113, and two side plates 114, which are respectively connected to the peripheral edges of the back plate 111. The cassette 10 further includes at least one connector 12 formed on the upper surface of the top plate 112 and/or the lower surface of the bottom plate 113 for connecting the cassette 11 to the back 22 of the wall plate 20.
The embodiment of the application provides the wiring cassette 10, by arranging the connecting piece 12, and by fixing the connecting piece 12 at the periphery of the cassette through hole 21 of the back surface 22 of the wallboard 20, the wiring cassette 10 is installed at the cassette through hole 21 of the wallboard 20, thereby avoiding the situation that the wiring cassette 10 and the cassette through hole 21 of the wallboard 20 cannot be aligned.
Compared with the connecting pieces 12 formed at the left and right ends of the box body 11, the connecting pieces 12 can avoid the influence on the installation of the row switch sockets because the connecting pieces 12 occupy the positions of the left and right ends of the box body 11 when the row switch sockets are installed at the left and right ends of the wiring cassette 10.
In some embodiments, the top plate 112, the bottom plate 113, and the edges of the side plates 114 that are remote from the back plate 111 together define an opening 110 that forms the box 11, and the surface of the side of the connector 12 that is remote from the back plate 111 lies in a plane in which the opening 110 lies. In such an embodiment, the surface of the connector 12 on the side facing away from the back plate 111 is flush with the end surfaces of the top plate 112, the bottom plate 113, and the side plates 114 on the side facing away from the back plate 111, and when the connector 12 is connected to the back surface 22 of the wall plate 20 in abutment with the wall plate 20, the end surfaces of the top plate 112, the bottom plate 113, and the side plates 114 on the side facing away from the back plate 111 are flush with the back surface 22 of the wall plate 20.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 6 to 10, the top plate 112, the bottom plate 113, and the edges of the two side plates 114 on the side far from the back plate 111 together define an opening 110 of the box 11, and a predetermined distance exists between the surface of the side of the connecting member 12 facing away from the back plate 111 and the plane in which the opening 110 is located. In such an embodiment, by providing a predetermined distance between the surface of the connector 12 on the side facing away from the back plate 111 and the plane in which the opening 110 is located, a portion of the top plate 112, the bottom plate 113, and the two side plates 114 can be inserted into the cassette through-hole 21 of the wall plate 20 when the connector 12 is tightly connected to the back surface 22 of the wall plate 20 with the wall plate 20. In such an embodiment, the depth of the cassette 11 can be greater, thereby providing a larger accommodation space, while the space of the wall plate 20 can be utilized, thereby reducing the external space occupied by the wiring cassette 10, since a portion of the cassette 11 is located within the cassette through hole 21 of the wall plate 20. Since the case 11 can provide a larger accommodation space, the volume of the cavity in the groove which is not occupied by the pipeline after the pipeline is placed can be reduced, thereby reducing potential leakage hazards and making the tightness of the junction box 10 better.
Further, since a portion of the case 11 is located in the cassette through hole 21 of the wall plate 20, misalignment between the wiring cassette 10 and the cassette through hole 21 of the wall plate 20 is prevented, and sliding of the case 11 with respect to the wall plate 20 is prevented when the wall plate 20 is connected by the connection member 12, facilitating quick installation.
In some embodiments, the predetermined distance between the surface of the side of the connector 12 facing away from the back plate 111 and the plane in which the opening 110 is located may be one third or one fourth of the distance between the side of the top plate 112 or the bottom plate 113 facing away from the back plate 111 and the back plate 111, so that stability when the junction box 10 is mounted to the wall plate 20 using the connector 12 can be ensured while the depth and volume of the box body 11 are sufficient to accommodate the pipeline. In some embodiments, the location of connector 12 may be determined based on the thickness of wall panel 20.
In some embodiments, two openings 115 are formed in the top plate 112 and the bottom plate 113, respectively, for threading the pipeline. The connector 12 on the top plate 112 or the bottom plate 113 is closer to the opening 110 of the cassette 11 than the two openings 115 on the top plate 112 or the bottom plate 113, thereby enabling the openings 115 to be located outside the cassette through-hole 21 when a portion of the cassette 11 is inserted into the cassette through-hole 21, so that a pipeline can be threaded into the cassette 11 from the opening 110.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the upper surface of the top plate 112 and the lower surface of the bottom plate 113 are respectively provided with two connection pieces 12, and by providing the wire cassette 10 with a plurality of connection pieces 12, the connection stability between the wire cassette 10 and the wall plate 20 can be increased. Each connector 12 may be positioned adjacent one of the side plates 114, i.e., the connectors 12 are distributed on both sides of the housing 11, increasing the stability of the connection between the cassette 10 and the wall plate 20.
In some embodiments, the connector 12 and the housing 11 may be integrally formed, thereby facilitating both production and ensuring the strength of the junction box 10.
In some embodiments, the connector 12 is an ear plate. The ear panels may have mounting holes 120 that may be fixedly connected to the wall panel 20 by fasteners such as screws. In some embodiments, the ear panels may be adhered to the wall panel 20 using structural adhesive.
In some embodiments, the junction box 10 may further include a second connector 14, the second connector 14 being disposed on a facing side surface of the side plate 114 for connecting a switch or receptacle panel.
In some embodiments, the opposite side surfaces of the two side plates 114 form a clamping groove 150, and the second connecting piece 14 is clamped with the clamping groove 150. In some embodiments, the card slot 150 may be formed by a U-shaped plate 15 formed on the side plate 114.
In some embodiments, the second connecting member 14 includes a first connecting plate 141 and a second connecting plate 142 perpendicular to each other, the first connecting plate 141 is fixedly connected to the second connecting plate 142, and the first connecting plate 141 is inserted into the slot 150 to fix the first connecting plate 141 and the second connecting plate 142 to the side plate 114. The side of the first connecting plate 141 away from the second connecting plate 142 may be provided with a buckle 1410 for cooperating with the card slot 150 to prevent the first connecting plate 141 from being separated from the card slot 150.
The second connection plate 142 is parallel to the back plate 111, and the second connection plate 142 is used for connecting a switch or a socket panel. In some embodiments, the second connection plate 142 forms a mounting hole 1420, and fasteners (bolts or screws, etc.) may be used to pass through the mounting hole 1420 of the second connection plate 142 and the mounting hole of the switch or socket to connect the switch or socket panel with the box 11. Wherein, there is a space between the surface of the second connection plate 142 facing away from the side of the back plate 111 and the opening 110 of the box 11, so as to provide a location for mounting the switch or socket panel.
In some embodiments, the first and second connection plates 141 and 142 may be metal sheets. The first and second connection plates 141 and 142 may be one piece.
In some embodiments, a plurality of through holes 1110 are formed on the back plate 111. In some embodiments, back plate 111 forms 4 through holes 1110,4 through holes 1110 near the four corners of back plate 111, respectively.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a wall panel assembly 1, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, that includes a wall panel 20 and a junction box 10 in any of the embodiments described above. The wall plate 20 is provided with a cartridge through hole 21 adapted to the cartridge body 11 of the wiring cartridge 10, and the wiring cartridge 10 is mounted on the back surface 22 of the wall plate 20 through the connecting member 12. Wherein the cassette through-hole 21 faces the opening 110 of the cassette 11.
The embodiment of the application has the advantages that the wallboard 20 is provided with the cartridge through hole 21, the connection cartridge 10 is provided with the connecting piece 12, the connection cartridge 10 can be fixed on the back surface 22 of the wallboard 20 by utilizing the connecting piece 12 of the connection cartridge 10, and the connection cartridge 10 is arranged at the cartridge through hole 21 of the wallboard 20, so that the situation that the connection cartridge 10 and the cartridge through hole 21 of the wallboard 20 cannot be aligned is avoided. Thus, the entire assembly is beautiful after the junction box 10 and the wall plate 20 are mounted, and the one-time delivery rate is high.
In some embodiments, wall panel 20 may be a fabricated wall panel, an integrated wall panel, a dado panel, an integral bathroom wall panel, or the like.
In the illustrated embodiment, the upper surface of the top plate 112 and the lower surface of the bottom plate 113 are provided with two connectors 12, respectively. When the wallboard assembly 1 is installed, the opening 110 of the box 11 can be aligned with the through hole 21 of the cartridge, and then the four connecting pieces 12 are fixedly connected to the back 22 of the wallboard 20 respectively by screws, so as to complete the installation of the wallboard assembly 1 (as shown in fig. 12).
In some embodiments, a preset distance exists between the surface of the side of the connecting piece 12 away from the back plate 111 and the plane where the opening 110 is located, the box 11 is inserted into the box through hole 21 from the opening 110 to the part between the connecting pieces 12, the connecting pieces 12 are abutted with the back surface 22 of the wallboard 20, and the wire box 10 is mounted on the back surface 22 of the wallboard 20 through the connecting pieces 12. In such an embodiment, the depth of the cassette 11 can be greater, thereby providing a larger accommodation space, while the space of the wall plate 20 can be utilized to reduce the external space occupied by the wiring cassette 10 because part of the cassette 11 is located within the cassette through hole 21 of the wall plate 20.
In some embodiments, when installing the wallboard assembly 1 shown in fig. 11 and 12, the box 11 may be inserted into the through hole 21 of the cassette first until the connecting piece 12 abuts against the back surface 22 of the wallboard 20, and then the connecting piece 12 is fixedly connected with the wallboard 20 by using a screw, so as to complete the installation of the wallboard assembly 1.
In some embodiments, the predetermined distance between the surface of the side of connector 12 facing away from back plate 111 and the plane in which opening 110 is located may be determined based on the thickness of wall plate 20. It will be readily appreciated that the depth of the cassette through-hole 21 is the same as the thickness of the wall plate 20. The preset distance can be less than or equal to the depth of the cartridge through hole 21, so that the cartridge 11 inserted into the cartridge through hole 21 is prevented from extending out of the cartridge through hole 21 to protrude out of the front surface of the wallboard 20, and the aesthetic degree of the wallboard assembly 1 is prevented from being influenced.
Since a portion of the box 11 is located in the cartridge through hole 21 of the wall plate 20, the space of the wall plate 20 can be utilized, and the external space occupied by the wiring cartridge 10 can be reduced. Since the case 11 can provide a larger accommodation space, the volume of the cavity in the groove which is not occupied by the pipeline after the pipeline is placed can be reduced, thereby reducing potential leakage hazards and making the tightness of the junction box 10 better.
For example, if the thickness of the wall plate 20 is 10mm, the predetermined distance between the surface of the side of the connecting member 12 facing away from the back plate 111 and the plane in which the opening 110 is located may be 10mm.
The present utility model has been described in detail with reference to the drawings and the embodiments, but the present utility model is not limited to the embodiments described above, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present utility model. The utility model may be practiced otherwise than as specifically described.
