The laundry treatment apparatus 1 may be a washing machine, a dryer, a washing and drying integrated machine, or the like.
The drum assembly 20 is disposed in the cabinet 10, and the drum assembly 20 has a laundry treating chamber (not shown) and an opening (the opening is covered by the door assembly 30 in fig. 1) communicating with the laundry treating chamber. It will be appreciated that the laundry treatment chamber is for placing laundry and the opening is for a user to take and place laundry.
It should be noted that the axis of the drum assembly 20 may be along the height direction of the laundry treating apparatus 1, in which case the opening is located at the top side of the drum assembly 20, and the axis of the drum assembly 20 may be parallel to the front-rear direction of the laundry treating apparatus 1, in which case the opening is located at the front side of the drum assembly 20. Of course, in other embodiments, the axis of the barrel assembly 20 may be in an oblique direction between the height and horizontal directions.
A door assembly 30 is coupled to the case 10 for opening or closing the opening.
It should be noted that, the specific connection manner of the door assembly 30 and the case 10 is not limited, for example, the door assembly 30 may be rotatably connected to the case 10, or may be translationally connected to the case 10, so long as the door assembly 30 can move relative to the case 10 to open or close the opening. In a state that the opening is opened, a user can take and put laundry into the laundry treating chamber. When the laundry treating apparatus 1 is in the operating state, the door assembly 30 is in a state of closing the opening.
In another aspect, referring to fig. 2 and 3, a door assembly 30 is provided, where the door assembly 30 includes a handle portion 34 and a door outer ring 32 and a door inner ring 33 sequentially arranged along a first direction.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the door outer ring 32 forms part of the exterior surface of the door body assembly 30. It is understood that the exterior surface refers to the surface of the door body assembly 30 that is exposed to the user's field of view.
The first direction refers to the inner and outer directions of the door assembly 30 in fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 4, 7 and 8, the portion of the edge of the door outer ring 32 is recessed toward the direction approaching the door inner ring 33 to form a recessed region 32a. The catch portion 34 is connected to the door inner ring 33, and extends from the door outer ring 32 toward the outside of the door body assembly 30 to the outside of the recessed area 32a. It will be appreciated that the clasp portion 34 can act to conceal the recessed area 32a, reduce the area of the recessed area 32a exposed to the user's field of view, and improve the aesthetic appeal of the exterior surface of the door assembly 30.
In addition, the handle portion 34 can transmit the acting force to the door inner ring 33, so that the user can apply the acting force to the handle portion 34 to drive the whole door assembly 30 to move, so as to open or close the opening of the door assembly 30.
The outer side of the door body assembly 30 refers to a side of the door body assembly 30 in the inner and outer direction, for example, a direction shown at an outer end in the inner and outer direction in fig. 2.
In some related arts, in order to reduce the possibility that the handle is exposed on the appearance surface of the laundry treatment apparatus, the handle is disposed on the outer periphery of the door body assembly, which results in a larger thickness of the door body assembly, so that the door body assembly protrudes from the surface of the case, and the ornamental value of the appearance surface of the laundry treatment apparatus is affected.
In other related art, the door handle is integrally connected to the door outer ring, and in this case, in order to enable the handle structure to be easily released, it is necessary to provide a recessed area corresponding to the handle on the protective cover to accommodate the handle. However, as known, a general protective cover is made of glass material, a concave area is formed in the glass material, and a handle is arranged in the concave area, so that the molded structure has high process cost, and even if the protective cover is made of plastic parts, the plastic parts are provided with the concave area, so that the protective cover has relatively large number of processes and is not friendly to mass production models.
According to the door body assembly 30 provided by the embodiment of the application, the concave area 32a is formed on one side of the door outer ring 32, the buckling handle 34 extends to the outer side of the concave area 32a, the buckling handle 34 and the concave area 32a are matched with each other in the first aspect, the size of the door body assembly 30 protruding out of the surface of the box body 10 is reduced, the concave area 32a is only formed on the door outer ring 32, the buckling handle 34 is not arranged on the door outer ring 32, so that core pulling demolding is not needed in the manufacturing process of the door outer ring 32, the manufacturing difficulty of the door outer ring 32 can be reduced, the possibility that a parting line generated by core pulling demolding is exposed on the appearance surface of the door body assembly 30 can be reduced, and in the third aspect, the buckling handle 34 is connected with the door inner ring 33, when a user applies force to the door inner ring 33, the door inner ring 33 has a trend of moving towards the door outer ring 32, the door inner ring 33 and the door outer ring 32 is not easy to separate, and the structural reliability of the door body assembly 30 is improved.
The specific manner of forming the recessed region 32a of the door outer ring 32 is not limited.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, 7 and 8, in a radially outward direction, the non-recessed region of the door inner ring 33 extends obliquely away from the door outer ring 32, and the recessed region 32a extends toward the door inner ring 33. It will be appreciated that the non-recessed area of the door outer ring 32 and the recessed area 32a extend obliquely in two opposite directions from the middle of the door outer ring 32 in a direction of the radially outer edge, which can increase the degree of recession of the recessed area 32a so that the user's fingers extend into the recessed area 32a to apply force to the clasp hand 34.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the inside-out direction of the door body assembly 30, the edge of the non-recessed area of the door outer ring 32 is flush with the edge of the catch portion 34. That is, the surface of the knob portion 34 is flush with the surface portion of the non-recessed area of the door outer race 32, so that the possibility of protrusion of the knob portion 34 in the inward and outward directions with respect to the door outer race 32 can be reduced, and the integrity of the exterior surface of the laundry treating apparatus 1 can be improved.
The specific connection of the catch portion 34 to the door inner ring 33 is not limited.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the handle portion 34 is integrally formed with the door inner ring 33, so that the structural strength of the handle portion 34 connected with the door inner ring 33 can be improved, the possibility that the handle portion 34 is separated due to the action of the user on the handle portion 34 can be reduced, and the stability of the door assembly 30 in use can be improved.
In addition, the handle portion 34 is connected with the door inner ring 33, so that the parting line generated by core pulling and demolding in the manufacturing process of the door inner ring 33 can be shielded by the door outer ring 32, and the probability that the parting line is exposed in the field of view of a user can be reduced.
In other embodiments, the buckling handle 34 and the door inner ring 33 are in a split structure, and the buckling handle 34 is detachably connected with the door inner ring 33, so that the buckling handle 34 is convenient to repair or replace, and the maintenance convenience of the door body assembly 30 is improved. In addition, the door inner ring 33 does not need to be subjected to core pulling and demolding in the manufacturing process, so that the manufacturing difficulty of the door inner ring 33 can be reduced, and the possibility that a parting line generated by core pulling and demolding is exposed on the appearance surface of the door body assembly 30 can be reduced.
It should be noted that, the specific manner of detachably connecting the knob portion 34 to the door inner ring 33 is not limited. For example, one of the catch portion 34 and the door inner ring 33 has an insertion hole, and the other has an insertion portion that is inserted into the insertion hole for insertion and extraction engagement to achieve detachable connection of the door inner ring 33 and the catch portion 34.
The specific dimensions of the catch portion 34 and the recessed area 32a are not limited.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, 7 and 8, the dimension of the recessed area 32a along the radial direction (indicated by L1 in fig. 8) of the area blocked by the catch portion 34 in the plane orthogonal to the inner and outer directions of the door body assembly 30 is not less than 1/4 of the radial dimension (indicated by L2 in fig. 8) of the projection of the recessed area 32a, i.e., L1/L2 is not less than 1/4. In this way, the grip portion 34 can better shield the recessed area 32a, so as to reduce the area of the recessed area 32a exposed in the user's visual field, and improve the ornamental value of the appearance surface of the laundry treatment apparatus 1.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, 7 and 8, the radial dimension (indicated by L1 in fig. 8) of the region of the recessed region 32a blocked by the catch portion 34 is not more than 4/5 (indicated by L2 in fig. 8) of the radial dimension of the projection of the recessed region 32a, i.e., 4/5+.l1/L2, in a plane orthogonal to the inner and outer directions of the door body assembly 30. In this way, the area of the concave area 32a which is not blocked by the buckling part 34 can provide enough space for the user, so that the user can conveniently enter the concave area 32a from the area of the concave area 32a which is not blocked by the buckling part 34 and apply force to the buckling part 34, and the operation convenience of the user can be improved.
Illustratively, in a planar orthographic projection perpendicular to the inner and outer directions of the door body assembly 30, the ratio of the radial dimension (shown as L1 in FIG. 8) of the area of the recessed area 32a that is blocked by the catch portion 34 to the radial dimension (shown as L2 in FIG. 8) of the projection of the recessed area 32a is 1/4~4/5, i.e., 4/5. Gtoreq.L1/L2. Gtoreq.1/4.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, 4, 7 and 8, the door body assembly 30 further includes a decorative ring 35, wherein the decorative ring 35 is disposed on the outer periphery of the door inner ring 33 and the door outer ring 32, and shields the seam between the door inner ring 33 and the door outer ring 32. It will be appreciated that the bezel 35 reduces the likelihood of the seam between the door inner and outer rings 33, 32 being exposed to the user's field of view to improve the integrity of the exterior surface of the door body assembly 30 and thereby the ornamental value of the exterior surface of the laundry treating apparatus 1.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, 7 and 8, a portion of the bezel 35 abuts against a side of the handle portion 34 away from the door inner ring 33, and shields the handle portion 34. It will be appreciated that the decorative ring 35, while shielding the seams of the door inner ring 33 and the door outer ring 32, also serves to shield the hand-locking portion 34, so as to reduce the possibility of exposing the hand-locking portion 34 to the user's field of view, and fully utilize the decorative ring 35 to further enhance the integrity of the exterior surface of the door body assembly 30.
In addition, the handle part 34 can also play a supporting role on the decorative ring 35, so that the probability of sinking or shaking of the decorative ring 35 due to external force disturbance can be reduced, and the decorative ring 35 is stably installed.
The specific structure of the bezel 35 is not limited.
For example, referring to fig. 4 to 6, the door assembly 30 includes a window assembly 31, and a rim 312a is provided on a periphery of the window assembly 31.
