Most molds rely solely on vertical orientation and lack lateral spacing. In the injection molding process, the side impact force (especially the asymmetric structural product) generated by the high-speed injection of the molten plastic into the cavity can push the mold cavity on the mold core plate to slide laterally. Secondly, dislocation offset of key components such as a model cavity and a die core plate can lead to incomplete alignment of an upper die and a lower die during die assembly, dislocation exists at the initial position of the model cavity, dynamic offset in the initial dislocation superposition injection molding process is remarkably reduced, product consistency is remarkably reduced, deformation is carried out under frequent high-pressure impact, gaps are easy to generate on a closed surface, periodic size fluctuation of products is caused, yield is reduced during mass production, and product precision after injection molding is easily reduced.
