The embodiment of the application discloses a portable water quality monitoring and collecting device. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a portable water quality monitoring and collecting device comprises a first support plate 1, the inside sliding connection of the first support plate 1 is provided with a second support plate 2, the top of the second support plate 2 is provided with a monitoring device, the inside of the second support plate 2 is fixedly connected with a threaded rod 3, the inside of the first support plate 1 is rotationally connected with a driving cylinder 4, the inner wall of the driving cylinder 4 is in threaded connection with the outer surface of the threaded rod 3, the outer surface of the first support plate 1 is fixedly provided with a first motor 5, the inside of the first support plate 1 is provided with a power supply, the power supply is electrically connected with the first motor 5, the output end of the first motor 5 is fixedly connected with one end of the driving cylinder 4, the inside sliding connection of the first support plate 1 is provided with a sliding block 6, the outer surface of the first support plate 1 is provided with a fixing frame 7, the outer surface of the first support plate 1 is provided with two first limit grooves 9, the fixing frame 7 is fixedly connected with the sliding block 6 through the first limit grooves 9, the inside of the fixing frame 7 is provided with a sampling cylinder 8, the inside of the sampling cylinder 8 is provided with a pumping pump, and the output end of the pumping pump is communicated with the input end of the monitoring device through a hose.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, two second limiting grooves 10 are formed in the inner wall of the first support plate 1, a limiting piece 11 is arranged in each second limiting groove 10, each limiting piece 11 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the second support plate 2, and the limiting piece 11 and the second limiting grooves 10 play a limiting role in sliding of the second support plate 2.
Referring to fig. 4, a spherical plug 12 is rotatably connected to the inside of the sampling tube 8, the spherical plug 12 seals the sampling tube 8 by rotating, a water inlet hole 13 is formed in the outer surface of the spherical plug 12, and the orientation of the water inlet hole 13 is adjusted by rotating the spherical plug 12, so that water is conveniently introduced into the sampling tube 8.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the outer surface of the sampling tube 8 is rotatably connected with a telescopic rod 14, the outer surface of the sampling tube 8 is fixedly connected with a protecting shell, a power supply is installed in the protecting shell, the power supply is electrically connected with the telescopic rod 14 and a pumping pump, the other end of the telescopic rod 14 is rotatably connected with a rotating rod 15, the other end of the rotating rod 15 is fixedly connected with the outer surface of the spherical plug 12, and the telescopic rod 14 drives the rotating rod 15 and the spherical plug 12 to rotate through telescopic operation.
Referring to fig. 3, a filter screen 18 is fixedly installed at the bottom of the sampling tube 8, the filter screen 18 is used for filtering impurities with large particles, a plurality of filter holes are formed in the outer surface of the filter screen 18, and external water passes through the filter holes to enter the sampling tube 8, so that the impurities with large volume are blocked, and damage to the pumping pump and the monitoring device is avoided.
Referring to fig. 3, a cleaning brush 19 is disposed at the bottom of the sampling tube 8, one end of the cleaning brush 19 is rotatably connected with the center of the filter screen 18, the cleaning brush 19 is rotatably connected with a second connecting rod 20, and the second connecting rod 20 is used for driving the cleaning brush 19 to rotate, so as to scrape the filter screen 18.
Referring to fig. 3, a second motor 16 is fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the sampling tube 8, the second motor 16 is electrically connected with a power supply, a protecting shell is arranged outside the second motor 16, the output end of the second motor 16 is fixedly connected with a first connecting rod 17, and the other end of the first connecting rod 17 is rotatably connected with the other end of a second connecting rod 20.
The implementation principle of the portable water quality monitoring and collecting device is that a second support plate 2 is fixed at a proper position, a first motor 5 is started, the output end of the first motor 5 drives a driving cylinder 4 to rotate, the driving cylinder 4 drives a sliding block 6 to slide through rotation, the sliding block 6 drives a fixing frame 7 and a sampling cylinder 8 to move in a direction away from the monitoring device, meanwhile, the driving cylinder 4 and a threaded rod 3 drive the first support plate 1 and the second support plate 2 to slide relatively, the first support plate 1 slides in the direction away from the monitoring device, so that the submergence of the sampling cylinder 8 is realized, a second motor 16 is started, the output end of the second motor 16 drives a first connecting rod 17 to rotate, the first connecting rod 17 drives a cleaning brush 19 to rotate through a second connecting rod 20, the scraping and sweeping of a filter screen 18 are realized, a telescopic rod 14 is started, the telescopic rod 14 drives a rotating rod 15 and a spherical plug 12 to rotate, external water enters the inside the sampling cylinder 8 through the filter screen 18 and a water inlet hole 13, and a pumping pump is started, so that a sample is conveyed into the monitoring device, and the monitoring is completed.
