Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of toilets, in particular to electronic toilet equipment.
Background
Electronic toilets sold in the european market are equipped with a two-way water supply system, which is functionally divided, one water source being connected to the wall-mounted tank, dedicated to the cleaning work of the ceramic body of the toilet, the other being directly supplied to the inside of the sanitary washing device, serving the local cleaning needs of the human body. The corresponding components must strictly comply with the EN1717 european standard, and in design, an overflow protection mechanism meeting the regulatory requirements is configured.
In order to meet the regulations of the EN1717 standard, electronic toilets currently on the market are equipped inside the sanitary washing device with a separate water tank, which is specially responsible for supplying the water source required for the local washing of the human body. As product design trends move toward lighter, thinner, more streamlined, manufacturers have sought aesthetic and space optimization while adapting the overflow structure, i.e., placing the overflow port at the side wall of the sanitary fixture and ensuring it is below the top level of the ceramic body of the toilet bowl. However, this design is accompanied by potential safety hazards, namely, once the liquid level detection element built in the water tank fails, the water level in the water tank cannot be effectively limited to rise to a safe upper limit, and then an overflow mechanism is triggered, so that water is directly discharged to the ground of a bathroom through an overflow port, and in extreme cases, even large-area ponding is caused, so that unnecessary economic loss is caused.
Therefore, the key challenge facing the industry is to develop and implement a solution that combines innovative design and practicality, so as to ensure that the electronic toilet can meet the requirements of modern aesthetic and space saving, and also strictly follow the safety standards such as EN1717, so as to ensure that the user can fully enjoy the safety and reliability of the product in the use process.

The electronic toilet equipment integrates various advanced technologies and humanized designs, and forms a set of efficient, convenient and safe bathroom solution. The device comprises a mounting frame 1, a water storage tank 2, a toilet body 3 and a sanitary cleaning device 4. The mounting frame 1 is used as a stable foundation of the whole system, is made of firm and durable materials, ensures that equipment can be firmly fixed on a wall or other supporting structures through scientific and reasonable design, and simultaneously adapts to the installation requirements and pipeline layout under different environments. The water supply and drainage mechanism is arranged in the tank body 21 of the water storage tank 2. The front end of the box body is provided with an opening 23 which is convenient for maintenance personnel to operate, wherein the water inlet valve 22 can comprise a water inlet valve body, a pontoon and other elements, can automatically control water source replenishment and water level in the water tank according to a preset threshold value, correspondingly, the box body is internally provided with a water inlet joint 24 which is connected to the water source, and a drain valve (not shown) is quickly opened when the flushing action is triggered, and is automatically closed after the cleaning is finished, so that the water leakage phenomenon is prevented. In addition, in order to protect the water pipes and wires in the sanitary washing apparatus 4 from damage, a guide pipe 25 is provided beside the case, and the guide pipe 25 extends in a vertical direction and is connected to the inside of the case 21 at an upper portion.
The water supply pipe 5 connects the water storage tank 2 with the toilet body 3, and the structure thereof comprises a vertical extension part and a horizontal bending part, so as to reduce water pressure loss and adapt to different space layout requirements. The toilet body 3 is generally made of high-quality ceramic materials, has excellent dirt resistance and easy cleaning, and receives a water source from a water storage tank for high-efficiency conventional flushing through tight butt joint with the water supply pipe 5. The drain pipe 6 is arranged at the drain outlet of the toilet body 3, so that the cleaned dirt can be rapidly discharged.
The sanitary cleaning device 4 is an important component for the intelligent and comfortable characteristics of the electronic toilet. The device is carefully mounted on the rear part of the upper surface of the toilet body 3, and is composed of a housing 41 and a cover plate assembly 42. The shell 41 is internally integrated with a series of functional components, such as a heating component 43 for heating the cleaning water to a temperature suitable for human body use, so that the comfort level of a user in the use process is ensured, and the spray angle, the force and the mode of the spray nozzle component 44 can be flexibly adjusted by using an advanced spray nozzle technology, so that the accurate, mild and effective cleaning of the local part of the human body is realized.
The scheme of the application is to dispense with a special water tank which is originally arranged in the sanitary cleaning device, but to arrange a small water tank 8 in a water storage tank body 21, pump water stored in the small water tank 8 by a water pump 45 through a connecting pipe fitting 7 to enter a heating component 43, and then spray the water to a part of a human body by a nozzle component 44 for cleaning. In other words, the water used by the sanitary washing means comes from a small tank inside the tank 2. In this way, the potential safety hazards indicated in the background art can be avoided.
In a specific scheme, the top of the small water tank 8 is opened, and the overflow water level of the small water tank is limited by the top, and the overflow water level of the small water tank 8 is higher than the overflow water level of the water storage tank 2, so that overflow water is discharged into the water storage tank 2 when the small water tank 8 overflows. This means that when the water level in the small tank 8 rises to the top, excess water will flow into the storage tank 2 by crossing its top, thereby avoiding the risk of spillage.
In order to control the amount of water inside the small water tank 8, the small water tank 8 is provided with a water inlet control mechanism 81 that can automatically adjust the water level inside the small water tank 8 according to a preset threshold value. The water inlet control mechanism can work mechanically, or may be electronic. In the mechanical water inlet control mechanism, a pontoon, a floating ball and other parts are generally adopted to sense the change of the water level. For example, when the float or the float rises with the rise of the water level, the water supply is cut off by a lever or a valve mechanism to prevent water from continuing to flow into the small water tank 8 when the preset maximum water level is reached, whereas when the water level falls, the float or the float sinks to restart the water supply so that the small water tank 8 can be filled with water again. A conventional float-type water inlet control mechanism is shown in fig. 5, and its structural principle is basically identical to that of the water inlet valve 22 used for the water storage tank 2.
For the electronic control mode, the water inlet control mechanism monitors the water level through an electronic sensor according to the actual requirement of the sanitary cleaning device, or accurately controls the water replenishing and water stopping processes of the small water tank according to the preprogrammed instruction. As shown in fig. 6, the water outlet of the electronic water inlet control mechanism is arranged above the small water tank 8 and is isolated from the top of the small water tank 8 by a distance, so that even if the electronic control element fails, the water in the small water tank 8 cannot flow back into the water supply system, and therefore, the regulation of the EN1717 standard on preventing sewage backflow is met.
Meanwhile, in order to supply water to the small water tank, the water inlet joint 24 is connected with a water distributing piece 26 with double water outlet ways, so that special water supply to the small water tank is realized. Specifically, the water diversion member 26 is designed with two mutually independent water outlet paths. One of the water outlet paths 261 is directly connected to the water inlet valve 22, which part of the water flows into the tank 21 for flushing of the toilet body 3, while the other water outlet path 262 is designed to be connected to a water inlet control mechanism specific to the small water tank 8, so that a part of the water source can be directed into the small water tank to meet the water demand of the sanitary washing device.
As for the water intake mode, there are various modes. As shown in fig. 1-2, one end of the connecting pipe 7 is connected with the water inlet joint 411 of the sanitary cleaning device 4, and the other end of the connecting pipe passes through the guide pipe 25 from bottom to top and extends out of the water storage tank 2, the connecting pipe 7 is also provided with a water taking section 71, and the water taking section 71 enters the water storage area of the small water tank 8 from top to bottom for taking water. To ensure that the water intake section 71 remains in a stable and accurate position inside the small tank 8, a snap-fit mechanism (not shown) is provided in the tank, which may be a special fixture designed and manufactured in advance in the tank wall, typically in the form of an annular snap-fit or caulking structure. When the water intake section is installed, the outer contour of the water intake section can be precisely matched and locked with a buckle or a caulking groove in the water storage tank, so that firm mechanical connection is formed. Therefore, the water taking section can be ensured not to shift or loosen due to water pressure change or physical impact in the use process, and the stability and the reliability of water supply are ensured. The water intake section is preferably formed integrally with the connecting tube 7, which is understood to be part of the connecting tube 7. As shown in fig. 4, a water conduit 82 connected to the bottom of the small water tank 8 may be provided in the small water tank 8, and the water intake section 71 is connected to an interface at the top of the water conduit 82.
Another water taking mode is relatively simple, a water outlet can be arranged in the water storage area of the small water tank 8, the water outlet is connected with the connecting pipe fitting 7, and the water outlet is preferably arranged at the bottom of the small water tank 8. Thus, the water pump 45 can pump the stored water in the small water tank 8 through the water outlet.
Regarding the fixing of the small tank 8, as shown in fig. 4, it is possible to employ a method in which the water inlet valve 22 and the water outlet valve in the water storage tank are generally fixed in the inner space of the tank by a special fixing bracket 27. The small water tank 8 and the fixed support 27 can be directly connected, and an integral molding process can be adopted, namely, the small water tank 8 and the fixed support 27 are directly manufactured into a whole in the manufacturing process, which is beneficial to enhancing the structural integrity. Or a split connection mode can be adopted, namely, the small water tank and the fixed support are manufactured independently and then are assembled and installed through bolts, welding or other connection modes, and the mode is relatively flexible and convenient to detach and assemble.
For purifying the quality of the water for cleaning the local part of the human body, the water source can be pretreated by arranging a filter element at the water inlet of the connecting pipe fitting 7. The filter element can effectively filter impurities, particulate matters and other pollutants in water. In order to optimize the filtering effect and the water flow path, the distance between the water inlet of the connecting pipe fitting and the inner bottom surface of the water storage tank is preferably kept between 1cm and 10 cm. This distance ensures both a sufficient quantity of water and prevents the possibility of sediment at the bottom of the small tank being sucked into the connecting pipe.
Further, a sterilizing assembly 46 is provided in the flow path where the water pump sucks water and delivers it to the nozzle assembly. This means that the water drawn from the small water tank is sterilized before entering the water pump, so that potentially harmful microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses are effectively killed, and thus, healthier and safer cleaning water is provided. In addition, the sanitary washing device also comprises an intelligent control waterway switch 47 which is linked with the working state of the water pump 45. When the water pump is started, the water channel switch 47 automatically switches on the internal water channel, so that the sterilized water can smoothly flow into the water pump 45 and further be supplied to the nozzle assembly 44, and when the water pump 45 is turned off, the water channel switch 47 cuts off the water channel.
While the preferred embodiments of the utility model have been illustrated and described, it is to be understood that the utility model is not limited to the forms disclosed herein, but is not to be considered as excluding other embodiments, and that various other combinations, modifications, and environments are possible within the scope of the utility model herein, and may be modified by the foregoing teachings or by those of ordinary skill or knowledge in the relevant art. And that modifications and variations which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the utility model are intended to be within the scope of the appended claims.
