When a user is using the clothes dryer, the user hangs the clothes on the clothes hanger 100, and the clothes dryer main unit 200 has the duct member 210 capable of discharging hot air, and dries the clothes by the hot air.
In order to facilitate storage of the clothes dryer when the clothes dryer is not applied, referring to fig. 2, the telescopic rod 300 and the clothes hanger 100 of the clothes dryer can be stored in the main drying machine 200, and the main drying machine 200 can be folded to store the telescopic rod 300 and the clothes hanger 100 together.
In order to meet the requirement of the user for a high-power clothes dryer, the clothes drying host 200 needs a larger air duct member 210 to discharge more hot air, but the air duct member 210 is increased in size, and when the clothes dryer is stored, i.e., in the state of fig. 2, the air duct member 210 interferes with the clothes drying host 200 in the process of placing the clothes drying rack 100 in the clothes drying host 200, so that the clothes drying rack 100 cannot be normally stored in the clothes drying host 200.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, a clothes hanger structure is provided, the clothes hanger structure includes a frame assembly 10 and a clothes drying rod 20, a clothes hanging space 11 is formed around the frame assembly 10, the frame assembly 10 is connected with a telescopic rod 300 of a clothes dryer, so that the frame assembly 10 is supported above a clothes drying main machine 200 through the telescopic rod 300, an air duct piece 210 of the clothes drying main machine 200 faces to the clothes hanging space 11, and hot air output by the air duct piece 210 can dry clothes in the clothes hanging space 11.
The clothes hanger 20 is arranged in the clothes hanging space 11, the clothes hanger 20 is used for hanging clothes by a user, and the clothes hung on the clothes hanger 20 are also positioned in the clothes hanging space 11, so that hot air exhausted by the clothes drying host 200 can dry the clothes. Wherein, the two ends of the clothes-horse 20 in the first direction X are respectively movably arranged on the frame component 10, and the clothes-horse 20 is firstly movable on the frame component 10 along the second direction Y intersecting with the first direction X,
Thus, by movement of the clothes rail 20 relative to the frame, the clothes rail 20 is able to change position relative to the frame assembly 10 to accommodate different conditions of the dryer. Specifically, when the dryer is in an unfolded state to prepare for drying clothes, the clothes-airing rod 20 can be moved to a position in the middle of the clothes-hanging space 11, so that the clothes hung on the clothes-airing rod 20 can be close to the hot air outlet of the dryer, and the clothes-drying efficiency can be improved.
When the clothes dryer is in a folded state to be ready for storage, the clothes drying rod 20 can be moved to the edge position of the clothes hanging space 11, so that space is left for accommodating the air duct piece 210 of the clothes dryer, interference between the air duct piece 210 with the enlarged size and the frame assembly 10 can be avoided, and the drying power of the clothes dryer is improved while the normal storage of the clothes hanger structure is ensured.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 3, the frame assembly 10 is surrounded with a plurality of clothes hanging spaces 11, and the plurality of clothes hanging spaces 11 are arranged at intervals along the first direction X. The clothes-horse 20 also includes a plurality of clothes-horse 20, and each clothes-horse 20 is movably disposed in one of the clothes-hanging spaces 11. Thus, the plurality of clothes poles 20 can increase the number of clothes to be dried, and each clothes pole 20 can move relative to the frame assembly 10, so that the clothes hanger structure can be stored more flexibly.
In some embodiments, the frame assembly 10 includes frame members 12 and connecting members 13, the frame members 12 including two, two frame members 12 spaced apart along the first direction X, each frame member 12 defining a garment hanger space 11. The two connecting pieces 13 include two, and two connecting pieces 13 are arranged along the second direction Y at intervals, and each connecting piece 13 links to each other with two frame pieces 12 respectively in the both ends of first direction X, and two frame pieces 12 and two connecting pieces 13 enclose and establish a string clothing space 11.
Further, the clothes poles 20 include three clothes poles 20 disposed in the three clothes hanging spaces 11, respectively, for convenience of description, two clothes poles 20 disposed in the two clothes hanging spaces 11 of the two frame members 12 are defined as side clothes poles 21, and the frame member 12 disposed in the clothes hanging space 11 defined by the frame member 12 and the connecting member 13 is defined as a middle clothes pole 22. Each side clothes-horse 21 is slidably disposed on the corresponding frame member 12 along the second direction Y at both ends in the first direction X, and the middle clothes-horse 22 is slidably disposed on both frame members 12 along the second direction Y at both ends in the first direction X, respectively.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, two sliding grooves 14 extending lengthwise along the second direction Y are formed in each frame member 12, and two ends of each side clothes-horse 21 are slidably mounted in the sliding grooves 14, so that two ends of the side clothes-horse 21 are fixed and guided by the two sliding grooves 14, so that the side clothes-horse 21 can move along the second direction Y relative to the frame member 12.
In particular, in some embodiments, in order to avoid that the side laundry rod 21 is pulled out of the sliding groove 14, which results in that laundry on the side laundry rod 21 falls off, the sliding groove 14 has an opening 15 extending lengthwise in the second direction Y, and the two openings 15 of the two sliding grooves 14 of the frame member 12 are disposed opposite to each other. Referring to fig. 6, the side clothes-horse 21 has a rod body 211 and two guide portions 212, and the two guide portions 212 are respectively disposed at two ends of the rod body 211 in the first direction X and are disposed in the two sliding grooves 14.
In the third direction Z, the width of the opening 15 is smaller than the maximum width of the guiding portion 212, and the first direction X, the second direction Y and the third direction Z intersect each other two by two and are not coplanar. That is, the size of the guiding part 212 is larger than that of the opening 15, so that the guiding part 212 cannot be separated from the opening 15, and the side clothes-horse 21 is prevented from being separated from the sliding groove 14.
Further, since the size of the opening 15 is smaller than the size of the guide portion 212, the guide portion 212 cannot be directly mounted from the opening 15 into the sliding groove 14, and for this reason, referring to fig. 7, a mounting notch 16 is further provided on the frame member 12, the mounting notch 16 communicates with both the sliding groove 14 and the opening 15, and the guide portion 212 can be inserted into the sliding groove 14 through the mounting notch 16. I.e., the size of the mounting gap 16 is greater than the size of the guide 212, such that the guide 212 can pass through the mounting gap 16 into the sliding channel 14 and move along the sliding channel 14.
Further, during actual use, since the installation notch 16 communicates with the sliding groove 14 and the opening 15 of the sliding groove 14, the guide portion 212 may still be removed from the installation notch 16 during movement, and even if the guide portion 212 moves normally in the sliding groove 14, the installation notch 16 may easily allow clothes dust and the like to enter the sliding groove 14, thereby blocking the sliding groove 14 and affecting movement of the guide portion 212 in the sliding groove 14. For this reason, referring to fig. 9, the hanger structure further includes a blocking block 30, and the blocking block 30 is used to block the installation gap 16, thereby preventing the guide 212 from being removed from the installation gap 16 and reducing dust and foreign materials from entering the sliding groove 14.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 8, the side rail 21 may also be installed into the frame member 12 at the time of assembly of the frame member 12. Specifically, each frame member 12 further includes a frame body 17 and a support rod 18, and both ends of the support rod 18 in the second direction Y are detachably provided on the frame body 17, and the frame body 17 and the support rod 18 enclose to form the clothes hanging space 11.
The support rod 18 is provided with a sliding groove 14, the sliding groove 14 penetrates to at least one end of the support rod 18 in the second direction Y, so that the guide portion 212 can penetrate into the sliding groove 14 from the end of the support rod 18, and then the two ends of the support rod 18 are fixed on the frame body 17, so that the fixing of the guide portion 212 in the sliding groove 14 can be completed.
In particular, in one embodiment, the frame body 17 is also provided with the sliding groove 14, and the mounting notch 16, that is, one of the guide parts 212 of the side guide part 212 is mounted into the sliding groove 14 through the mounting notch 16, and the other guide part 212 is mounted into the sliding groove 14 in such a manner as to penetrate from the end of the support bar 18.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, two support bars 18 may be provided or two mounting notches 16 may be provided to mount two ends of the side clothes rail 20, which is not limited herein. Also, in other embodiments, the side clothes rail 20 may be slidably connected to the frame member 12 by means of a rail, a pulley, or the like, which is not limited thereto.
In practical use, the clothes hanger structure becomes larger due to the plurality of clothes hanging spaces 11, which is unfavorable for storage, and therefore, in some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 10, each frame member 12 is rotatable about a rotation axis, and the rotation axis is parallel to the second direction Y. In this way, both frame members 12 are turned towards the connecting members 13, so that the lateral dimension of the hanger structure is reduced, and the hanger structure is further facilitated to be stored.
Specifically, two rotation holes 31 are provided on each frame body 17, the two rotation holes 31 are arranged at intervals along the second direction Y, and each connecting member 13 is provided with a fitting hole 32 at both ends in the first direction X, the fitting holes 32 being capable of being aligned with the rotation holes 31. The frame assembly 10 further includes a latch that passes into the mating hole 32 and the rotation hole 31 to enable the frame body 17 to latch with respect to the connection member 13.
The two ends of the middle clothes-horse 22 in the first direction X are movably disposed on the two support rods 18 of the two frame members 12 along the second direction Y, and because there is a certain distance between the support rods 18 and the rotation hole 31 in the first direction X, when the engaging body drives the support rods 18 to rotate relative to the axis of the rotation hole 31, the support rods 18 will approach the connecting member 13 when the hanger structure is folded, at this time, the distance between the two support rods 18 of the two frame members 12 will decrease, and the middle clothes-horse 22 disposed between the two support rods 18 will prevent the engaging body from rotating relative to the connecting member 13. For this reason, the intermediate clothes-horse 22 is telescopic in the first direction X, so that the intermediate clothes-horse 22 is matched with the approach or separation between the two support bars 18 by the telescopic action of the intermediate clothes-horse 22, thereby avoiding the intermediate clothes-horse 22 from affecting the folding of the hanger structure.
Specifically, referring to fig. 11 and 12, the intermediate clothes-horse 22 includes a first link 23 and a second link 24, one end of the second link 24 in the first direction X is movably disposed on one of the frame members 12, the other end is provided with a movable hole 25 elongated along the first direction X, and one end of the first link 23 in the first direction X is inserted into the movable hole 25, and the other end is movably mounted on the other frame member 12. In this way, the first link 23 is driven to stretch out and draw back in the movable hole 25 during the movement of the frame member 12 relative to the support rod 18, so as to adjust the length of the intermediate clothes-horse 22 to adapt to the movement of the frame member 12.
Further, each frame member 12 has support bars 18 extending lengthwise in the second direction Y, the end of the first link 23 remote from the second link 24 has a first arcuate surface 26, the first arcuate surface 26 is in contact with the outer surface of one of the support bars 18, the end of the second link 24 remote from the first link 23 has a second arcuate surface 27, and the second arcuate surface 27 is in contact with the outer surface of the other support bar 18. In this way, by the fitting of the first arc surface 26 and the second arc surface 27 with the two support bars 18, both ends of the middle clothes-horse 20 can be mounted on the two support bars 18 and move along the surfaces of the two support bars 18.
Still further, referring to fig. 12 and 13, the intermediate clothes-horse 22 further includes an elastic member 28 elastically disposed in the movable hole 25, and two ends of the elastic member 28 in the elastic direction respectively abut against the bottom wall of the movable hole 25 and the first link 23. The elastic piece 28 can provide a pressing force for pressing the first cambered surface 26 and the second cambered surface 27 against the outer surfaces of the corresponding support rods 18, so that two ends of the middle clothes-horse 22 can be pressed against the two support rods 18 through the elastic piece 28, and the middle clothes-horse 22 is prevented from falling off.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the middle clothes drying pipe may be installed with one end mounted on the support rod 18 by adopting the first cambered surface 26 or the second cambered surface 27, and the other end may be provided with the guide portion 212, and the side of the support rod 18 facing the middle clothes drying rod 22 is also provided with the sliding groove 14, and the guide portion 212 is mounted on the sliding groove 14.
The embodiment of the application also provides a clothes dryer, which comprises a clothes drying host 200, a telescopic rod 300 and the clothes hanger structure in any embodiment, wherein two ends of the telescopic rod 300 are respectively connected with the frame assembly 10 and the clothes drying host 200, and accordingly, the frame main body 17 is supported above the clothes drying host 200 through the telescopic rod 300, and further, clothes hung on the clothes drying rod 20 are dried through hot air exhausted by the clothes drying host 200.
Wherein, in order to facilitate the storage of the clothes dryer, the clothes dryer main body 200 is provided with a storage cavity for accommodating the clothes hanger structure, and the clothes hanger structure can be stored along with the folding of the clothes dryer main body 200 by storing the clothes hanger structure in the storage cavity.
When the clothes drying host 200 is ready to be stored, the clothes drying rod 20 can be moved to the edge position of the clothes hanging space 11, so that a space is reserved for accommodating the air duct piece 210 of the clothes dryer, interference between the air duct piece 210 with the enlarged size and the frame assembly 10 can be avoided, and the drying power of the clothes dryer is improved while the normal storage of the clothes hanger structure is ensured.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
