The eccentric umbrella with the structure can increase the sunshade and rain-shielding area when being unfolded, and can be interlocked with the auxiliary umbrella surface 500 to be received into the inner side of the main umbrella surface 200 when being folded, thereby being convenient to fold, and being regular after being folded, and being convenient to store.
In an embodiment, the main canopy frame 120 includes a plurality of main struts 121 disposed around the central canopy 110, one end of the main struts 121 is connected to the central canopy 110, the auxiliary canopy frame 400 includes auxiliary struts 410, a single auxiliary strut 410 corresponds to the single main struts 121 and forms a composite rod group, the auxiliary struts 410 are identical to the corresponding main struts 121 in length direction and are in sliding fit with each other in length direction, the linkage frame 300 includes a main linkage frame 310, an auxiliary linkage frame 320 and a linkage member 330, the linkage member 330 is movably disposed at the central canopy 110, the main linkage frame 310 connects the main struts 121 and the linkage member 330 which do not form the composite rod group, the auxiliary linkage frame 320 connects the composite rod group and the linkage member 330, and when the linkage member 330 acts, all the main struts 121 are folded and unfolded by the linkage of the main linkage frame 310 and the auxiliary linkage frame 320, and the corresponding main struts 121 are retracted and extended by the auxiliary linkage frame 320. With the above structure, the auxiliary umbrella frame 400 comprises the auxiliary stay bar 410, the auxiliary stay bar 410 is additionally slidably arranged on the main stay bar 121 to form a composite rod group, and the auxiliary stay bar 410 can stretch and retract relative to the main stay bar 121 through the linkage of the auxiliary linkage frame 320, so that the auxiliary umbrella frame 400 stretches and contracts. In addition, the main stay 121 and the auxiliary stay 410 forming the composite rod group are linked by the auxiliary linkage frame 320, while the main stay 121 not forming the composite rod group is linked by the main linkage frame 310, and the main stay 121 and the main linkage frame 310 of the part can adopt the structure of a general folding umbrella, thereby being beneficial to simplifying the structure of the umbrella.
In an embodiment, the linkage 330 is slidably disposed on the central umbrella rod 110 along the length direction of the central umbrella rod 110, the main linkage frame 310 includes a plurality of main linkage rods 311 and a plurality of main sliding members 312, the main linkage rods 311, the main sliding members 312 and the main supporting rods 121 that do not form the composite rod group are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence manner, one end of the main supporting rod 121 is hinged to the central umbrella rod 110, one end of the main linkage rod 311 is hinged to the linkage 330, the other end is hinged to the corresponding main sliding member 312, and the main sliding members 312 are slidably disposed on the main supporting rods 121 along the length direction of the corresponding main supporting rods 121.
In the embodiment, the auxiliary linkage frame 320 includes an auxiliary linkage rod group corresponding to the composite rod group one by one, the auxiliary linkage rod group includes an auxiliary linkage rod 321, an auxiliary strut 322, a first auxiliary sliding member 323 and a second auxiliary sliding member 324, one end of the auxiliary linkage rod 321 is hinged to the linkage member 330, the other end of the auxiliary linkage rod 321 is hinged to the corresponding auxiliary strut 410, two ends of the auxiliary strut 322 are respectively hinged to the first auxiliary sliding member 323 and the second auxiliary sliding member 324, the first auxiliary sliding member 323 is slidably arranged on the auxiliary linkage rod 321 along the length direction of the auxiliary linkage rod 321, and the second auxiliary sliding member 324 is slidably arranged on the main strut 121 along the length direction of the corresponding main strut 121.
When the linkage 330 moves on the central umbrella pole 110, the main stay 121 which does not form the compound pole group can be unfolded and folded through the main linkage pole 311, and the main stay 121 and the auxiliary stay 410 in the compound pole group are unfolded and folded through the auxiliary linkage pole 321 and the auxiliary stay 322 by the linkage 330, and meanwhile, the auxiliary stay 410 is driven to slide and stretch relative to the main stay 121, so that the telescopic actions of the auxiliary stay 410 are synchronously linked when the main stays 121 are folded and unfolded.
It is envisioned that in other embodiments, the primary linkage frame 310 and the secondary linkage frame 320 are not limited to the above-described structure, and those skilled in the art may reasonably configure the specific structure according to the actual situation.
In the embodiment, a plurality of tip end pieces corresponding to the main stay 121 one by one are fixed to the outer circumference of the main canopy 200, and the other end of the main stay 121 is fixed to the tip end piece.
In an embodiment, the linkage 330 has an open position in which the main canopy frame 120 is open and a collapsed position in which the secondary canopy frame 400 extends relative to the main canopy frame 120, and in which the main canopy frame 120 is collapsed and the secondary canopy frame 400 is retracted relative to the main canopy frame 120, the central shaft 110 and linkage 330 being provided with a positioning mechanism to position the open position of the linkage 330. By adopting the structure, the umbrella can be firmly opened. In some embodiments, a positioning mechanism may also be provided that positions the linkage 330 in the position of the collapsible umbrella, thereby stabilizing the umbrella when collapsed.
In an embodiment, the positioning mechanism may be a snap-fit structure, a bayonet structure, etc., and there are many embodiments of the positioning mechanism for the linkage 330 of the folding umbrella in the art, which are not illustrated herein.
In an embodiment, the auxiliary stay 410 includes a stay body 411 and a connecting piece 412, the stay body 411 is fixed on the connecting piece 412, the connecting piece 412 is provided with a sleeve hole, the connecting piece 412 is slidably sleeved on the main stay 121 through the sleeve hole, and the other end of the auxiliary link 321 is hinged with the connecting piece 412. With the above structure, the main stay 121 and the sub stay 410 can be connected with each other with a simple structure, and the production and implementation are easy.
In an embodiment, the connection members 412 are provided at least two and are spaced apart along the length direction of the stay body 411, so that the structure is smoother.
In an embodiment, the connecting piece 412 near the central umbrella pole 110 is provided with a hinge lug, and the other end of the secondary linkage rod 321 is hinged with the hinge lug.
In the embodiment, two ends of the auxiliary umbrella surface 500 are respectively fixed to two main supporting rods 121 which do not form a composite rod group, the composite rod group is arranged at a position between two ends of the auxiliary umbrella surface 500, and one end, far away from the central umbrella rod 110, of the auxiliary supporting rods 410 in the composite rod group is fixed to the outer edge of the auxiliary umbrella surface 500. With the above structure, the auxiliary umbrella cover 500 is simple to connect, and the auxiliary umbrella cover 500 is smoother and more stable when being unfolded and folded.
In an embodiment, the composite pole sets are provided in at least two sets and are disposed adjacent to each other, so that the auxiliary canopy 500 can be more stably and uniformly lifted.
In the embodiment, when the auxiliary canopy 500 extends relative to the main canopy 200, the auxiliary canopy 500 is partially overlapped with the peripheral portion of the main canopy 200, so that rainwater can be effectively prevented from leaking to the inner side of the umbrella.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
