The inventors of the present utility model have found that the pant-type absorbent article 10 shown in fig. 1 and 2 is disadvantageous in that the plurality of waist-elastic 12C arranged in the vicinity of the waist opening 15 is not reasonable in the distribution of the pressure applied to the user's lower abdomen.
This is because the plurality of waist elastic strands located in the front panel 11 and the back panel 12 are each arranged to extend in the horizontal direction (X direction) shown in fig. 1. Specifically, the plurality of waist elastics located in the front and rear panels 11 and 12 always press the user's lower abdomen in the horizontal direction (X direction), which makes it impossible to effectively lift the slightly sagging lower abdomen of the user to form a better fit with the cambered lower abdomen on the one hand, and on the other hand, if the pressure applied by the waist elastics 12C is too large, it is easy to push the flesh of the user's lower abdomen toward above the body, with the result that a visually-noticeable stepped portion or "swim ring" is formed between the body portion to which the menstrual pants are attached and the portion above the body portion to which the menstrual pants are not attached due to the squeezing of the flesh, which is unsatisfactory. Also, existing menstrual pants cannot be worn from the beginning of the menstrual period to eliminate various discomfort to the female user.
Pants-type absorbent article with micropressure
As a solution, the inventors of the present utility model propose a possible embodiment of a pant-type absorbent article 100 with micro-pressure according to the utility model as shown in fig. 3 to 4. Similar to the pant-type absorbent article shown in fig. 1 and 2, the micropressure pant-type absorbent article 100 according to the first embodiment of the utility model is also a pant-type absorbent article 100 formed by folding and bonding integrally formed pant main bodies (which may be made of a substantially inelastic or extensible nonwoven or other suitable nonwoven material, for example) to a closed configuration having a waist opening and leg openings, the closing of which is shown in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 3, a pant-type absorbent article 100 according to the utility model likewise generally comprises a front panel 101, a back panel 102 and a crotch region 103 arranged between the front and back panels 101, 102. Here, at least the front sheet 101 includes an inner nonwoven fabric on the body-facing side and an outer nonwoven fabric on the garment-facing side, with elastic, such as elastic, being sandwiched between the inner and outer nonwoven fabrics, wherein the inner and outer nonwoven fabrics are designed as nonwoven materials that are substantially inelastic or extensible. Similarly, the backsheet 102 may also be designed to include an inner nonwoven on the body facing side and an outer nonwoven on the garment facing side.
As shown in fig. 3, the front panel 101 extends generally along the longitudinal centerline L of the pant-type absorbent article 100 and has a pair of front panel side edges 101B (only the side edge on the right side of fig. 3 is shown here) and a front waist edge 101A for forming a waist opening, which are generally symmetrically arranged about the longitudinal centerline L, while the back panel 102 extends generally along the longitudinal centerline L of the pant-type absorbent article 100 and has a pair of back panel side edges 102B (only the side edge on the right side of fig. 3 is shown here) and a back waist edge 102A for forming a waist opening, which back panel 102 is generally symmetrically arranged with the front panel 101 along a transverse fold line T.
Thus, the front and rear panels 101, 102 are arranged generally symmetrically along the fold-over line T and are later folded over and interconnected along the transverse fold-over line T to form a waist region having a waist opening 105 enclosed by both the front and rear waist edges 101A, 102A for the waist of a wearer to be received therein and two leg openings enclosed by both the front and rear panels 101, 102 and the crotch region 103 for the thighs of the wearer to pass through. Wherein the crotch region 103 is arranged at the bottom of the waist region between the first leg opening and the second leg opening. Further, an absorbent core 108 of known structure and absorbent composition is removably or replaceably secured inside the crotch region 103 (inside refers to the side facing the crotch of the wearer).
Further, a plurality of waist elastic strands 101C are interposed between the inner layer nonwoven and the outer layer nonwoven in the front panel 101 near the front waist edge 101A in such a manner as to be aligned parallel to each other and to be uniformly spaced apart from each other. By way of example only, the spacing between the plurality of waist elastic strands 101C in the front panel 101 may be about 0.5 millimeters or more, preferably 0.5 to 2.5 millimeters, with a number of approximately 20-100. Here, these waist elastic 101C have been stretched to a certain stretch ratio when laminated between the inner layer nonwoven fabric and the outer layer nonwoven fabric in the front sheet 101. Here, the stretch ratio of the plurality of waist elastic strands 101C may be set to 150% or more, preferably 150% to 350%. Further, the front panel 101 also has a pair of front panel side edges 101B arranged substantially symmetrically about the longitudinal centerline L, where the pair of front panel side edges 101B are distributed at both lateral ends of the front panel 101, and the front panel side edges 101B also extend a certain length along the longitudinal centerline L of the pant main body.
Likewise, a plurality of waist elastic 102C is also laminated between the inner nonwoven and the outer nonwoven of the back panel 102 near the back waist edge 102A, thereby delivering acceptable strand downforce to the wearer, thereby providing good fit and comfort to the wearer without the adverse events of sagging or leakage occurring when the pant-type absorbent article 100 is worn.
Unlike the pant-type absorbent article 10 shown in fig. 1 and 2, as shown most clearly in fig. 3, between the inner nonwoven and the outer nonwoven of the front sheet 101, there are sandwiched 2 or more and 300 or less elastic strands 111 arranged in a generally smooth concave arc, here, for example, 3 to 7 elastic strands 111, more specifically 4 elastic strands, wherein the elastic strands 111 have an elastic fineness of 50 to 1000 deniers. The elastic rubber bands 111 shown here in the curved arrangement can have a distance from one another of approximately 1mm or more and 50 mm or less, preferably 2 to 5 mm. Here, these elastic strands 111 have been stretched to a certain stretch ratio when laminated between the inner layer nonwoven fabric and the outer layer nonwoven fabric in the front sheet 101. The stretch ratio of the plurality of elastic strands 111 may be set to 120% or more, preferably 120% to 300%. The elastic threads 111 which are arranged in a smooth concave arc shape can be sandwiched between the inner nonwoven and the outer nonwoven of the front sheet 101 in an on-line or off-line manner, that is, the manner in which the elastic threads 111 are laid can be freely selected by those skilled in the art.
More specifically, these elastic strands 111 are arranged in the front panel 102 in such a manner that they include a first section 111A and a second section 111B extending obliquely from both front panel sides 101B, respectively, on both sides of the front panel 101 in the transverse direction (X direction), wherein both the first section 111A and the second section 111B are substantially symmetrical about the longitudinal centerline L. Between the first and second sections 111A, 111B, a third section 111C is provided which is longitudinally inwardly convex in an arc shape with a certain radius of curvature towards the crotch region 103, wherein the third section 111C is smoothly transitioned with the first and second sections 111A, 111B at both ends thereof substantially symmetrical about the longitudinal center line L.
In more detail, as shown in the open state in fig. 3, the innermost edge of the third section 111C in the longitudinal direction (Y direction) of the elastic strands 111 is spaced apart from the front waist edge 101A in the longitudinal direction (Y direction) by a first height h1 in the range of 10 to 180 mm, preferably the first height h1 is in the range of 20 to 150 mm, when viewed from the front. At the same time, the opposite two outermost edges of the first and second sections 111A, 111B of the elastic strands 111 in the transverse direction (X direction) are spaced apart from each other by a first width w1 in the range of 300 to 900 mm, preferably the first width w1 is in the range of 500 to 700 mm. Based on the first height h1 and the first width w1 given above, these elastic strands 111 describe a gentle concave curve in the region of the front panel 101 of the pant-type absorbent article 100 that overlaps with the waist elastic strands 101C.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, when the pant-type absorbent article 100 in the closed state is worn by the user and viewed from the side, the innermost edges of the plurality of elastic strands 111 located in the front panel 101 are generally fitted to the most convex portions of the user's lower abdomen 201, so that after the pant-type absorbent article 100 is worn, the elastic strands 111 smoothly extend obliquely downward from both side edges of the waist cover 107 toward the crotch region 103 up to the most convex point of the user's lower abdomen 201. Thus, the plurality of elastic bands 111 in the front panel 101 added as compared to the prior art can effectively conform to the natural extension of the user's lower abdomen 201, thereby achieving better fit with the user's lower abdomen 201 than the prior art.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that since these elastic bands 111 in the front panel 101, which generally conform to the most convex portions of the user's lower abdomen 201, are formed as a stretchable member, the lower abdomen 201 is pushed toward the body along a plurality of positions where it conforms to the user's lower abdomen 201, forming a shape conforming to the user's lower abdomen 201 in a convex arc shape.
Herein, "body-facing direction" refers to a direction diagonally upward in fig. 6 toward the back panel 102 or waist seal 107 near the lower abdomen 201, denoted herein as the P direction. Specifically, the elastic band 111 lifts the naturally slightly sagging lower abdomen 201 obliquely upward from its lower side toward the rear panel 102 or the waist seal 107, thereby closely fitting the front panel 101 of the pant-type absorbent article 100 to the lower abdomen 201 of the user.
Here, with the plurality of elastic strands 111 configured as described above, the pants-type absorbent article 100 has a stretchability in the longitudinal direction (Y direction in fig. 3) in the front sheet 101 at the region where the plurality of elastic strands 111 are arranged that is greater than or equal to a stretchability with respect to the transverse direction (X direction in fig. 4), more specifically, an elongation in the longitudinal direction (Y direction) that is 1 to 3 times, most preferably 2 times, the elongation in the transverse direction (X direction). At the same time, the elongation recovery in the longitudinal direction in the region where the elastic strands 111 are arranged in the front panel 101 is 1 to 2 times, preferably 1.5 times, the elongation recovery in the transverse direction. The directivity of stretchability given here as an example is mainly adjusted by factors such as stretch ratio, fineness of the elastic strands 111 arranged in the front sheet 101, and distance between each other, and may be achieved by, for example, designing the stretch ratio of the elastic strands 111 of 4 here to 150% to 350% and the fineness of the elastic strands to 400 deniers spaced 3mm apart from each other.
It is also to be noted that although in the above as a preferred embodiment the elastic properties in the front panel 101 are changed by means of arranging a plurality of pre-stretched elastic bands 111 in a predetermined area of the back panel in an off-line or on-line manner, as an equivalent replacement of the above elastic bands 111, it is also possible to use an elastic film laminated between nonwoven layers of the front panel 101 with comparable elastic properties. It is even possible to achieve the above technical effects by means of a nonwoven fabric having a pronounced elasticity as part of the idea of carrying out the utility model. The above variants are all covered by the scope of protection of the present utility model.
The inventors of the present utility model found that by setting the ranges described above, on the one hand, the stereoscopic shape of the user's lower abdomen can be complied with, and on the other hand, an appropriate pressing force can be applied to the user's lower abdomen. If the setting parameters of the plurality of elastic bands 111 mentioned above are out of the range, for example, the elongation recovery rate in the above-mentioned region of the front sheet 101 is too large, at this time, it is easy for the front sheet 101 to fail to satisfactorily conform to the user's lower abdomen, especially when the user's lower abdomen is shaken, whereas if the stretchability in the above-mentioned region of the front sheet 101 is too small, excessive pressure is easily applied to the skin of the user, thereby forming tear marks in the user's lower abdomen or squeezing out the step portion or "swim ring" described above.
To better illustrate the technical effect of the present utility model, a situation in which a user wears the pant-type absorbent article 100 shown in fig. 3 according to the present utility model while remaining upright is shown in fig. 5. As shown in fig. 5, the plurality of elastic bands 111 extending from the waist seal 107 allow the front panel 101 to be placed against the user's abdomen 201 and do not form a visible step or "swim ring" as a result of the extrusion of meat from the abdomen as in the prior art.
As a further aspect of the utility model, a further possible embodiment according to the utility model is shown in fig. 7, which differs from the embodiment shown in fig. 3 mainly in that the first section 111A and the second section 111B of the elastic rubber band 111 in fig. 7 do not extend obliquely from the two front panel side edges 101B, respectively. Alternatively, the first and second sections 111A, 111B of the plurality of elastic strands 111 located in the front panel 101 each extend downwardly and toward each other from the front waist edge 101A.
Specifically, in the open state in fig. 7, when viewed from the front, the innermost edge in the longitudinal direction (Y direction) of the third section 111C of the plurality of elastic rubber strings 111 sandwiched between the inner layer and the outer layer nonwoven fabric of the front sheet 101 is longitudinally spaced from the front waist edge 101A by a second height h2 in the range of 10 to 180 mm, preferably in the range of 30 to 120 mm. At the same time, the first section 111A and the second section 111B of these elastic strands 111 are spaced apart from each other by a second width w2 in the range of 300 to 900 mm, preferably the second width w2 is in the range of 500 to 700 mm, from the front waist edge 101A along the opposite two outermost edges in the transverse direction (X direction).
Based on the second height h2 and the second width w2 given above, these elastic strands 111 describe a gentle concave curve in the region of the front panel 101 of the pant-type absorbent article 100 that overlaps with the waist elastic strands 101C. Similarly, when the pant-type absorbent article 100 is worn from the side view, the innermost edges of the elastic bands 111 are substantially in contact with the most prominent points of the user's lower abdomen 201, so that after the pant-type absorbent article 100 is worn, these elastic bands 111 extend smoothly obliquely downward from the side edges of the waist cover 107 toward the crotch region 103 up to the most prominent points of the user's lower abdomen 201. Thus, similar to the above description, the plurality of elastic bands 111 added in this manner or arrangement can also effectively conform to the natural extension of the user's lower abdomen 201, thereby ensuring better fit with the user's lower abdomen 201 than in the prior art.
Measurement of elongation and elongation recovery
In the present utility model, the elongation and elongation recovery can be measured using, for example, a constant-speed elongation tensile tester, such as a bench tester commercially available from the company ztec (Shanghai) under the trade name zwickiLine. For example, the front sheet 101 of the elastic band 111 having a substantially fan-shaped shape and used as a test piece was prepared with 4 sheets in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, respectively, and two sheets were used for the elongation test and the other two sheets were used for the elongation recovery test.
In the elongation test, the front sheet 101 with the elastic rubber band 111 added thereto as a test piece was placed on a tester with a clamping interval of 100mm by clamping the upper portion of 25mm and the lower portion of 35mm, and a load of 2.25kgf (22.1N) at a maximum was applied at a speed of 300 mm.+ -. 20 mm/min. Then, the elongation (%) was measured for the cases of 1.00kgf (9.8N), 1.50kgf (14.7N), and 2.25kgf (22.1N), and the integer bit of the average value of the two samples was calculated as the elongation.
In the elongation recovery test, the front sheet 101 with the elastic rubber band 111 added thereto as a test piece was set in the test machine in the same manner as in the elongation test. Then, the elongation was set using a predetermined elongation setting condition, and the elongation was repeated 3 times at a speed of 300 mm.+ -.20 mm/min, and a load-elongation curve was calculated with the vertical axis as the load and the horizontal axis as the elongation. From the curve, the elongation and tightening forces were measured from the test results of the 1 st and 3 rd times, and the integral of the average value was calculated. The elongation force here is a load at the time of rising, and the tightening force is a load at the time of falling. The elongation recovery was calculated from the load-elongation curve of the 1 st time. When the set elongation is L and the residual elongation (elongation after recovery from elongation) is L0, the expression ((L-L0)/L) ×100 (%). Finally, the integer bit of the average value of the two samples was calculated as the elongation recovery rate.
Consumer evaluation test
The pant-type absorbent article 100 of the first or second embodiment of the present utility model shown in fig. 3 to 7 was manufactured for consumer wear evaluation. 10M-sized experimenters were allowed to wear pant-type absorbent articles 100. In addition, as a comparative example, for the same number of experimenters, conventional menstrual pants (pant-type absorbent article 10 shown in fig. 1 and 2) without the elastic-elastic strands arranged as described above were worn. As a result, 10 of 10 questions for "if worn from the front of the physiological period to the physiological period" answer that "pant-type absorbent article 100" is good. This makes it possible to confirm that the pant-type absorbent article 100 of the present utility model is a menstrual pant that is more satisfactory to consumers and that is comfortable during menstrual periods.
Further, with respect to the pant-type absorbent article 100, the experimenter, when feeling the sign of menstruation, wears every day until the end of menstruation, solicits the opinion of the wearer. As a result, the following answers were obtained, namely, "lower abdominal pain was decreased by the former physiological period (6 out of 10 subjects)," lower abdominal pain was decreased by the former physiological period (7 out of 10 subjects), "lower back pain was decreased by the former physiological period (6 out of 10 subjects)," fatigability was decreased by the former physiological period (8 out of 10 subjects), "and" fatigability was decreased by the former physiological period ". Thus, it was confirmed that the above degree is not appreciated for the menstrual period and the vicinity period according to the present utility model, thereby significantly improving user satisfaction and consumption experience.
As can be seen from the above, the pant-type absorbent article 100 according to the present utility model has a function of applying a pleasant micro-pressure to the lower abdomen of a user when the absorbent article is worn on the user in a simple and easy manner, thereby effectively relieving various discomforts during the menstrual period (such as cramps or cold hands and feet, etc.), thereby effectively improving the user's satisfaction and consumption experience.

1. A micropressure pant-type absorbent article capable of being folded over and bonded to a closed configuration having a waist opening and leg openings by means of an open integrally formed pant main body, comprising:
A front panel extending generally along a longitudinal centerline of the pant-type absorbent article and having a pair of front panel side edges arranged generally symmetrically about the longitudinal centerline and a front waist edge for forming a waist opening, wherein a plurality of waist elastic strands spaced apart from each other in parallel are laid in the front panel;
A back panel extending generally along a longitudinal centerline of the pant-type absorbent article and having a pair of back panel side edges arranged generally symmetrically about the longitudinal centerline and a back waist edge for forming a waist opening;
The back panel and the front panel are arranged substantially symmetrically along a transverse fold line;
A crotch region between the front and rear panels and having an absorbent core thereon for absorbing body fluids;
Wherein the front panel further comprises a plurality of elastic strands arranged in a generally smooth concave arc shape, wherein the plurality of elastic strands comprises a) 2 to 300 elastic strands, b) an average strand spacing of 1 to 50 millimeters, c) an average fineness of 50 to 1000 denier, and d) an average prestrain of greater than 150%;
Wherein the plurality of elastic rubber strings comprises:
a first section and a second section extending obliquely from two front-panel sides of the front panel, respectively, wherein opposite outermost edges of the first section and the second section in the lateral direction are spaced apart from each other by a first width of 300 to 900 mm;
And a third section disposed longitudinally inwardly between the first and second sections and arcuately convex toward the crotch region, wherein the third section smoothly transitions with the first and second sections at substantially symmetrical ends thereof, wherein an innermost edge of the third section and a front waist edge of the front panel are longitudinally separated from each other by a first height of 10 to 180 millimeters.
2. The micropressure pant-type absorbent article of claim 1, in which the first width of the first and second sections, in which the opposite outermost edges in the transverse direction, are spaced apart from each other by a first width of 500 to 700 mm, and the first height of the third section, in which the innermost edge is spaced apart from the front waist edge of the front panel longitudinally, is 20 to 150 mm.
3. A micropressure pant-type absorbent article capable of being folded over and bonded to a closed configuration having a waist opening and leg openings by means of an open integrally formed pant main body, comprising:
A front panel extending generally along a longitudinal centerline of the pant-type absorbent article and having a pair of front panel side edges arranged generally symmetrically about the longitudinal centerline and a front waist edge for forming a waist opening, wherein a plurality of waist elastic strands spaced apart from each other in parallel are laid in the front panel;
A back panel extending generally along a longitudinal centerline of the pant-type absorbent article and having a pair of back panel side edges arranged generally symmetrically about the longitudinal centerline and a back waist edge for forming a waist opening;
The back panel and the front panel are arranged substantially symmetrically along a transverse fold line;
A crotch region between the front and rear panels and having an absorbent core thereon for absorbing body fluids;
Wherein the front panel further comprises a plurality of elastic strands arranged in a generally smooth concave arc shape, wherein the plurality of elastic strands comprises a) 2 to 300 elastic strands, b) an average strand spacing of 1 to 50 millimeters, c) an average fineness of 50 to 1000 denier, and d) an average prestrain of greater than 150%;
Wherein the plurality of elastic rubber strings comprises:
A first section and a second section extending obliquely from a front waist edge of the front panel, respectively, wherein opposite two outermost edges of the first section and the second section in a lateral direction are separated from each other by a second width of 300 to 900 mm;
And a third section disposed longitudinally inwardly between the first and second sections and arcuately convex toward the crotch region, wherein the third section smoothly transitions with the first and second sections at substantially symmetrical ends thereof, wherein an innermost edge of the third section and a front waist edge of the front panel are longitudinally separated from each other by a second height of 10 to 180 millimeters.
4. A pant-type absorbent article with micro-pressure according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the front panel has an elongation in the longitudinal direction of 1 to 3 times the elongation in the transverse direction in the region where the plurality of elastic strands are arranged.
5. A micropressure pant-type absorbent article according to claim 1 or 3, characterized in that the front panel has an elongation recovery in the longitudinal direction of 1 to 2 times the elongation recovery in the transverse direction.
6. A pant-type absorbent article with micro-pressure according to claim 3, wherein the second width of the first and second sections, which are opposite to each other in the transverse direction, is 500 to 700 mm, and the second height of the third section, which is longitudinally spaced from the front waist edge of the front panel, is 30 to 120 mm.
7. A micropressure pant-type absorbent article according to claim 1 or 3, characterized in that the front sheet comprises an inner nonwoven on the body facing side and an outer nonwoven on the garment facing side, wherein the elastic band is sandwiched between the inner and outer nonwoven, wherein the inner and outer nonwoven are designed as nonwoven materials which are substantially inelastic or extensible.
8. A pant-type absorbent article with micro-pressure according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the innermost edge of the third section of elastic is substantially conformed to the most convex portion of the lower abdomen of the user wearing the pant-type absorbent article when the pant-type absorbent article is in the closed state.
9. A micropressure pant-type absorbent article according to claim 1 or 3, characterized in that the absorbent core comprises an absorbent facing layer and a liquid-barrier bottom layer and is designed to be removably or replaceably fastened inside the crotch region.
10. A micropressure pant-type absorbent article according to claim 1 or 3, characterized in that the absorbent core is an absorbent structure sewn in the crotch region and comprising a wicking layer located closest to the body side, an absorbent layer located directly under the wicking layer and a barrier layer located outermost for preventing the extravasation of body fluids.
