In order to be able to support the filter cartridge 2, a plurality of brackets 5 are arranged horizontally in the filter chamber 11, the plurality of brackets 5 being respectively located below the plurality of filter cartridges 2 to support the filter cartridge 2. In the above structural arrangement of the filter cartridge dust collector of this embodiment, when each filter cartridge 2 is installed, the end cap 3 is first detached from the second retainer ring 13, the filter cartridge 2 is inserted into the filter chamber 11 from the second through hole 14, the filter cartridge 2 is pushed to move along the corresponding bracket 5 until the filter cartridge 2 is inserted into the corresponding first retainer ring 41 and contacts with the partition plate 4, then the end cap 3 is clamped and fixed on the corresponding second retainer ring 13 by rotating the plurality of buckles 15 on the periphery of the second retainer ring 13, the piston rod 612 of the cylinder 61 extends to enable the sealing pressing plate 62 to abut against the end part of the filter cartridge 2, and the other end of the filter cartridge 2 abuts against the partition plate 4 to seal tightly, so that sealing of the two ends of the filter cartridge 2 is realized, the sealing performance is high, and the installation step of the filter cartridge 2 is simplified.
When the filter cartridge dust remover of the embodiment works, the dust-containing gas to be filtered is introduced into the filter chamber 11 through the connection of the air inlet 17 and the fan system arranged outside, the air enters the clean room 12 after being filtered by the filter cartridge 2, and finally is discharged from the air outlet 18, and the ash bucket 16 is convenient for collecting the filtered impurities.
