Therefore, when the whole ironing machine is assembled, the wire harness and the water pipe can be inserted into the first inlet and outlet, and the wire harness and the water pipe are restrained by the first fixing piece, so that the wire harness and the water pipe are prevented from crossing and winding.
In one possible implementation manner, the handle structure provided by the application, the fixing assembly further comprises a second fixing piece, a second access opening is formed between the second fixing piece and the handle bracket, the second access opening is used for inserting at least one of the wire harness and the water pipe, and the second fixing piece is used for being abutted with the water pipe.
Thus, the wire harness and the water pipe can be sequentially inserted into the second access opening and the first access opening, and the wire harness and the water pipe are jointly restrained by the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece at different positions of the handle bracket so as to ensure that the wire harness and the water pipe are arranged along a designated path.
In one possible implementation manner, the handle structure provided by the application, the fixing assembly further comprises a third fixing piece, the second fixing piece and the third fixing piece are sequentially arranged at intervals along the length direction of the handle support, a third access opening is formed between the third fixing piece and the handle support, and the third access opening is used for inserting at least one of a wire harness and a water pipe.
Therefore, the wire harness and the water pipe are restrained in a sectional mode, the stable layout of the wire harness in the handle support is ensured, and the wire harness cannot be displaced or swung due to the use of the ironing machine. And the second fixing piece and the third fixing piece are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the handle support in sequence, so that the wire harness and the water pipe can be prevented from being bent or stretched greatly to cause damage.
In one possible implementation manner, in the handle structure provided by the application, the second fixing piece has a first length along the width direction of the handle support, and the third fixing piece has a second length along the width direction of the handle support, and the first length is smaller than the second length;
And/or a first interval is arranged between the second fixing piece and the handle bracket, a second interval is arranged between the third fixing piece and the handle bracket, and the first interval is smaller than the second interval.
Therefore, the caliber of the third access opening is larger than that of the second access opening, and the larger third access opening can more easily accommodate and guide the lead bundles and the water pipes to enter, so that the resistance is reduced. The smaller second access opening is mainly used for fixing and limiting the wire harness and the water pipe, and avoiding abrasion caused by shaking and swinging of the wire harness and the water pipe on the handle support.
In one possible implementation manner, the handle structure provided by the application has at least one of the second fixing piece and the third fixing piece in an arc shape;
and/or the second fixing piece and the third fixing piece are positioned on the same side of the handle bracket.
Therefore, the wire harness and the water pipe can be arranged in a straight line, bending is avoided, and abrasion of the wire harness and the water pipe can be avoided.
In one possible implementation manner, the handle structure provided by the application is provided with at least one through hole on the handle support, and the fixing component corresponds to the through hole.
Thus, part of the wire harness of the electric component in the ironing head can be electrically connected with the electric component on the mounting groove of the handle bracket through the through hole.
In a possible implementation manner, in the handle structure provided by the application, two ends of the handle support are respectively provided with at least one first connecting part and at least one second connecting part, the first connecting part is used for being spliced with a first to-be-connected piece on the handle body so as to limit the relative position between the handle support and the handle body, the handle body is provided with at least one third connecting part, and the second connecting part is detachably connected with the third connecting part.
Therefore, when the handle is assembled, the handle support can be inserted into the handle body, the first connecting part is spliced with the first to-be-connected piece, the relative position between the handle support and the handle body is limited, and then the second connecting part is connected with the third connecting part.
In one possible implementation, the present application provides a handle structure, the handle body including:
The holding part is internally provided with a part of handle bracket;
the supporting part is arranged on the holding part, the third connecting part is positioned in the supporting part, and the supporting part is used for being connected with the second to-be-connected piece.
Thus, the housing of the ironing machine can be connected through the holding part, and the supporting part is connected with the water tank assembly.
In a second aspect, the present application provides an ironing machine comprising an ironing base and a handle structure as above connected to the ironing base.
In one possible implementation, the ironing machine provided by the application comprises an ironing head and a water tank assembly, wherein the ironing head and the water tank assembly are connected through a handle structure.

In the related art, a handle assembly of an ironing machine includes a handle housing and a stand provided in the handle housing, the stand being used for mounting electrical components such as a water pump, a key controller, a suction motor, etc. The ironing machine may be assembled by first mounting the electrical components to the support and then mounting the support within the handle housing.
However, due to the narrow internal space of the handle housing, the arrangement of the wires of the electrical components is inconvenient, which easily causes the cross and winding between the wires, affecting the normal use of the ironing machine.
In view of the foregoing, embodiments of the present application provide a handle structure and an ironing machine. The handle structure comprises a handle body and a handle bracket. The handle body is provided with a power line inlet and a power line outlet, the handle support is arranged in the handle body, the handle support is provided with a mounting groove, the handle support is provided with a fixing component, the fixing component is used for limiting at least one of a wire harness and a water pipe in the handle body, and part of the fixing component is adjacent to the power line inlet and the power line outlet. Therefore, the wire harness and the water pipe can be restrained by the fixing component, so that the reasonable layout of the wire harness and the water pipe in the handle body is ensured, and the wire harness and the water pipe are prevented from being crossed and wound, and the normal use of the ironing machine is prevented from being influenced. The part of the fixing component is adjacent to the power line inlet and outlet, so that the handle body can be restrained and guided to smoothly lead out through the power line inlet and outlet.
For easy understanding, an application scenario of the embodiment of the present application will be described first.
The ironing machine provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to occasions such as clothing manufacturing, storage, sales or laundry. The object laundry ironed by the ironing machine should be understood in a broad sense, including but not limited to articles for wearing such as clothes, trousers, etc., and may also include fabrics such as curtains, bedsheets, quilt covers, etc., to which embodiments of the present application are not particularly limited, and will be collectively referred to as "laundry" hereinafter, and will not be specifically exemplified.
The following describes in detail the handle structure and the ironing machine according to the embodiment of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the handle structure 10 provided by the present application includes a handle body 100 and a handle bracket 200.
The handle body 100 is provided with a power line inlet and outlet 101, the handle support 200 is arranged in the handle body 100, the handle support 200 is provided with a fixing assembly 300, the fixing assembly 300 is used for limiting at least one of a wire harness 205 and a water pipe 206 in the handle body 100, and part of the fixing assembly 300 is adjacent to the power line inlet and outlet 101.
It will be appreciated that the handle structure 10 provided by the present application may be used in an ironing machine, which may comprise an ironing head 201 and a water tank assembly 202, the ironing head 201 being connected to the water tank assembly 202 by means of the handle structure 10. The user can hold the handle structure 10 by hand and perform ironing treatment on the laundry through the ironing panel on the ironing head 201.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the ironing board may be provided with a steam outlet and a suction opening. Wherein, ironing head 201 still includes the shell, and ironing panel lid is established on the shell in order to form and hold the chamber, holds intracavity and can be provided with steam boiler and suction motor, and steam outlet and steam boiler intercommunication on the ironing panel, inlet scoop and hold the chamber intercommunication. In this way, the water stored in the water tank assembly 202 may be delivered into the steam boiler through the water pump 203, and the water is heated to a boiling point by the steam boiler to generate high-temperature steam to steam iron the laundry. The suction motor may generate a negative pressure, sucking air through the suction opening, so as to enable the laundry to be adsorbed and cling to the ironing panel.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the handle body 100 may be coupled to a housing, and the handle bracket 200 may be provided with a mounting groove 210, and the mounting groove 210 may be used to mount the water pump 203, the key controller 204, and the like. The steam boiler, the water pump 203 and the water tank may be sequentially communicated through a water pipe 206. The wire harness 205 of the electric components such as the steam boiler, the suction motor, the water pump 203 and the like can be led out of the handle body 100 through the power line inlet and outlet 101 formed on the side surface of the handle body 100 so as to be electrically connected with an external power supply.

Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 9, in some embodiments, the securing assembly 300 includes a first securing member 310, the first securing member 310 being adjacent to the power cord access port 101.
The first fixture 310 forms a first access opening with the handle bracket 200 for insertion of at least one of the wiring harness 205 and the water tube 206, the first access opening also being for receiving a connector of the wiring harness 205.
Thus, when the whole ironing machine is assembled, the wire harness 205 and the water pipe 206 can be inserted into the first inlet and outlet, and the wire harness 205 and the water pipe 206 are restrained by the first fixing piece 310, so that the wire harness 205 and the water pipe 206 are prevented from being crossed and wound.
Referring to fig. 2 and 9, the first fixing member 310 is adjacent to the power line inlet 101, the connector of the wire harness 205 may be disposed in the first inlet, the wire harnesses 205 of the respective electrical components may be connected to the connectors through the first inlet, and then the connectors may be led out of the handle body 100 through the power line and connected to the plug, so that an external power source may be connected through the plug. Wherein the first fixing member 310 may restrain the wire harness 205 of each electrical component at the power line inlet 101 to ensure stable connection of the wire harness 205 of each electrical component with the connector.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 9, in some embodiments, the fixing assembly 300 further includes a second fixing member 320, a second inlet and outlet is formed between the second fixing member 320 and the handle bracket 200, the second inlet and outlet is used for inserting at least one of the wire harness 205 and the water pipe 206, and the second fixing member 320 is used for abutting with the water pipe 206.
The first fixing member 310 may be located between the second fixing member 320 and the power cord inlet 101, where the first inlet and the second inlet may be disposed along the length direction of the handle support 200, so that the wire harness 205 and the water pipe 206 are arranged along a straight line, and bending is avoided.
In this way, the wire harness 205 and the water pipe 206 may be sequentially inserted into the second and first entrances and exits, and the wire harness 205 and the water pipe 206 are commonly restrained by the first and second fixtures 310 and 320 at different positions of the handle bracket 200 to ensure that they are disposed along a designated path.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 9, in some embodiments, the fixing assembly 300 further includes a third fixing member 330, the second fixing member 320 and the third fixing member 330 are sequentially disposed at intervals along the length direction of the handle holder 200, and a third inlet and outlet is formed between the third fixing member 330 and the handle holder 200, and the third inlet and outlet is used for inserting at least one of the wire harness 205 and the water pipe 206.
The first fixing element 310, the second fixing element 320 and the third fixing element 330 may be sequentially disposed at intervals along the length direction of the handle support 200, so that the first inlet and outlet, the second inlet and outlet, and the third inlet and outlet may be sequentially disposed along the length direction of the handle support 200, so that the wire harness 205 and the water pipe 206 are arranged along a straight line, and bending is avoided.
In this way, the restraint of the harness 205 and the water pipe 206 is provided by means of segments, ensuring a stable layout of the harness 205 inside the handle support 200, without displacement or oscillation due to the use of the ironing machine. In addition, the first fixing member 310, the second fixing member 320 and the third fixing member 330 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the length direction of the handle bracket 200, so that the wire harness 205 and the water pipe 206 can be prevented from being greatly bent or stretched to cause damage.
Referring to fig. 2, the power cord inlet 101 may be provided at an end of the handle body 100 remote from the ironing head 201. When the whole ironing machine is assembled, the handle body 100 and the shell of the ironing head 201 can be connected first, and the wire harness 205 or the water pipe 206 of the electrical components (such as a steam boiler, a suction motor and the like) in the shell can be led out to the end of the handle body 100 far away from the shell. Next, referring to fig. 8, the handle holder 200 is inserted into the handle body 100, in which process the wire harness 205 and the water pipe 206 may be sequentially inserted into the third inlet and outlet, the second inlet and outlet, and the first inlet and outlet, and then the wire harness 205 may be led out of the handle body 100 through the power line inlet and outlet 101, the water pipe 206 may be docked with the water tank assembly 202, and finally the water tank assembly 202 may be mounted to the end of the handle body 100 remote from the housing.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the second fixing member 320 has a first length in the width direction of the handle holder 200, and the third fixing member 330 has a second length in the width direction of the handle holder 200, and the first length is smaller than the second length.
And/or, the second fixing member 320 has a first interval with the handle bracket 200, and the third fixing member 330 has a second interval with the handle bracket 200, and the first interval is smaller than the second interval.
Thus, the diameter of the third port is larger than that of the second port, and the larger third port can allow the wire harness 205 and the water pipe 206 to enter more easily, thereby reducing the resistance. The smaller second passageway is mainly used for fixing and limiting the wire harness 205 and the water pipe 206, and avoiding the abrasion caused by shaking and swinging of the wire harness and the water pipe on the handle support 200.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, at least one of the second and third fixtures 320 and 330 is arc-shaped.
And/or the second fixing member 320 and the third fixing member 330 are located at the same side of the handle bracket 200.
The first fixing member 310 may also have an arc shape.
In this way, the first fixing member 310, the second fixing member 320 and the third fixing member 330 may have an arc-shaped structure, and the arc-shaped structure may provide a smooth supporting surface, so as to prevent the sharp edge from damaging the wire harness 205 and the water pipe 206.
The second fixing member 320 and the third fixing member 330 are located on the same side of the handle support 200, so that the wire harness 205 and the water pipe 206 can be ensured to be arranged in a straight line, and bending caused by winding arrangement is avoided.
Specifically, the first fixing member 310, the second fixing member 320 and the third fixing member 330 are all located on the same side of the handle holder 200
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the mounting groove 210 of the handle holder 200 may be provided at the other side opposite to the fixing assembly 300, so that the wire harness 205, the water pipe 206 and the electrical assembly may be prevented from interfering with each other.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, in some embodiments, the handle holder 200 has at least one through hole 220 thereon, and the fixing member 300 corresponds to the through hole 220.
Wherein the through hole 220 may communicate with the mounting groove 210 on the handle bracket 200.
In this way, a portion of the wiring harness 205 of the electrical components within the ironing head 201 may be electrically connected to the electrical components on the mounting slot 210 of the handle support 200 via the through-hole 220.
For example, three through holes 220 may be provided on the handle bracket 200, and the three through holes 220 may be provided corresponding to the first, second and third fixing members 310, 320 and 330, respectively.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 9, in some embodiments, the handle support 200 has at least one first connection portion 230 and at least one second connection portion 240 at two ends thereof, the first connection portion 230 is configured to be plugged with the first to-be-connected member 102 on the handle body 100 to limit the relative position between the handle support 200 and the handle body 100, the handle body 100 has at least one third connection portion 103 thereon, and the second connection portion 240 is detachably connected with the third connection portion 103.
As shown in fig. 3, the third fixing member 330 is disposed near the first connecting portion 230, and the first fixing member 310 is disposed near the second connecting portion 240.
Thus, in assembling, the handle holder 200 may be inserted into the handle body 100, and the first connecting portion 230 may be inserted into the first to-be-connected member 102 to restrict the relative position between the handle holder 200 and the handle body 100, and then the second connecting portion 240 may be connected to the third connecting portion 103.
For example, the first connection portion 230 may be a buckle, and the first to-be-connected member 102 may be a slot.
Illustratively, the second connection part 240 may be a connection table, and the third connection part 103 may be a threaded column, and the connection table is provided with a through hole 220, and is screwed with the threaded column through the through hole 220 by a fastener such as a bolt, so as to realize detachable connection of the second connection part 240 and the third connection part 103. In other embodiments, the second connection portion 240 may be a buckle, and the third connection portion 103 may be a slot.
Referring to fig. 2, 7 and 9, in some embodiments, the handle body 100 includes a grip portion 110 and a support portion 120.
Part of the handle support 200 is located in the holding portion 110, the holding portion 110 is disposed on the supporting portion 120, the third connecting portion 103 is located in the supporting portion 120, and the supporting portion 120 is used for being connected with the second to-be-connected piece.
The first to-be-connected member 102 may be disposed at an end of the holding portion 110 away from the supporting portion 120, and the second to-be-connected member may be the water tank assembly 202.
Thus, the housing of the ironing machine may be connected by the grip portion 110 and the support portion 120 is connected to the tank assembly 202.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the ironing machine provided by the present application comprises an ironing main body 20 and the above handle structure 10 connected with the ironing main body 20.
In this embodiment, the ironing machine adopts the handle structure 10, so that the ironing machine has the advantages and benefits brought by the handle structure 10, and the description thereof will not be repeated.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the ironing base 20 comprises an ironing head 201 and a water tank assembly 202, the ironing head 201 and the water tank assembly 202 being connected by means of the handle structure 10.
The relevant structure of the ironing base 20 is described above, and will not be described further herein.
