The surface cleaning device for magnesium alloy castings comprises a lower shell, wherein a driving roller is arranged in the lower shell, an upper shell is arranged on the upper surface of the lower shell, a second hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the upper surface of the upper shell, the telescopic end of the second hydraulic cylinder penetrates through the upper shell to be connected with a fixing frame, the fixing frame is in sliding connection with the upper shell, an upper brush roller is rotatably connected below the fixing frame, a lower brush roller is arranged below the upper brush roller, driving motors are arranged on the front sides of the upper brush roller and the lower brush roller, a guide plate is arranged in the lower shell, two containing grooves are arranged below the guide plate, a filter screen is arranged on one side of the middle of each containing groove, a hydraulic door is arranged on one side of the filter screen, a pushing component is arranged in the containing groove on the upper side, an anti-blocking component is arranged in the containing groove on the lower side, a connecting plate is arranged on one side of the pushing component and the anti-blocking component, the connecting plate is connected with the telescopic end of an electric push rod, and the electric push rod is fixed on the lower shell through a bolt.

Further, the novel water pump comprises a water pump, the water pump is arranged on the front side of the lower shell, a water pipe is arranged at the water outlet end of the water pump, the water pipe stretches into the upper shell and is connected with a sprayer, and the sprayer is positioned on one side of the lower brush roller and one side of the upper brush roller.

Compared with the prior art, the application can push the scraps accumulated on the filter screen to one side for discharging by arranging the pushing component, and can flush the filter screen by air when in use by arranging the anti-blocking component, thereby avoiding the scraps from blocking the filter screen, improving the filtering efficiency of the cleaning water, reducing the labor intensity of workers, and being convenient for cleaning the filter screen by arranging the electric push rod and the connecting plate, and adjusting the positions of the pushing component and the anti-blocking component.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the application provides a surface cleaning device for magnesium alloy casting production, which comprises a lower shell 1, wherein a driving roller 3 is arranged in the lower shell 1, an upper shell 2 is arranged on the upper surface of the lower shell 1, a second hydraulic cylinder 5 is arranged on the upper surface of the upper shell 2, a telescopic end of the second hydraulic cylinder 5 penetrates through the upper shell 2 and is connected with a fixing frame, the fixing frame is in sliding connection with the upper shell 2, an upper brush roller 25 is rotationally connected below the fixing frame, a lower brush roller 23 is arranged below the upper brush roller 25, and driving motors 6 are respectively arranged on the front sides of the upper brush roller 25 and the lower brush roller 23.
Specifically, through the setting of driving motor 6, can drive upper brush roller 25 and lower brush roller 23 rotation to make upper brush roller 25 and lower brush roller 23 wash the magnesium alloy casting.
More specifically, the second hydraulic cylinder 5 can drive the fixing frame and the upper brush roller 25 to move up and down, so that the magnesium alloy sheet casting with different thicknesses is suitable.
The inside guide plate 7 that is provided with of lower casing 1, guide plate 7 below is provided with two and accomodates groove 26, and two are accomodate groove 26 middle part one side and are provided with filter screen 18, and filter screen 18 one side is provided with the hydraulic pressure door, is provided with pushing components in the storage groove 26 of leaning on, is provided with anti-blocking components in the storage groove 26 of leaning on down, and pushing components and anti-blocking components one side are provided with connecting plate 10, and connecting plate 10 one side links to each other with electric putter 8's flexible end, and electric putter 8 passes through the bolt fastening on lower casing 1.

More specifically, through the setting of pushing away material subassembly, can push away to one side in order to arrange the material to accumulational sweeps on the filter screen 18, and through the setting of preventing stifled material subassembly, can carry out the air washing to the filter screen 18 when using to avoid sweeps to block up on the filter screen 18, thereby improve the filtration efficiency of washing water, reduce workman's intensity of labour, through the setting of electric putter 8 and connecting plate 10, can adjust the position of pushing away material subassembly and preventing stifled material subassembly, thereby be convenient for clear up the filter screen 18.

In this way, compressed air is delivered to the movable air pipe 9 through the air inlet pipe, enters the air distribution plate 16 through the connecting air pipe 11, and is sprayed out from the air nozzle 17, so that scraps blocked on the filter screen 18 are cleaned.
Further, the pushing component mainly comprises a push rod 12, a push plate 13, a brush 14 and a scraping plate 15, wherein the push plate 13 is arranged in an upper storage groove 26, the brush 14 is arranged in the push plate 13, the scraping plate 15 is arranged on one side of the push plate 13, the push rod 12 is arranged on the other side of the push plate 13, the push rod 12 penetrates through the storage groove 26 to be connected with the connecting plate 10, and the push rod 12 is in sliding connection with the storage groove 26.
Specifically, the push plate 13 is composed of a long plate and a short plate, one end of the long plate is connected with the push rod 12, the other end of the long plate is connected with the short plate, the lower surface of the short plate is connected with the brush 14, and one side of the short plate is connected with the scraping plate 15.
The arrangement is that the electric push rod 8 drives the connecting plate 10, the push rod 12, the push plate 13, the brush 14 and the scraping plate 15 to move, so that the scraping plate 15 pushes scraps on the filter screen 18 to the hydraulic gate to discharge the scraps, and the brush 14 can clean the filter screen 18.
Further, the novel water pump comprises a water pump 20, the water pump 20 is arranged on the front side of the lower shell 1, a water pipe 21 is arranged at the water outlet end of the water pump 20, the water pipe 21 stretches into the upper shell 2 and is connected with a sprayer 22, and the sprayer 22 is arranged on one side of the lower hairbrush roller 23 and the upper hairbrush roller 25.
In this way, the filtered cleaning water is pumped out by the water pump 20 and is sent into the upper casing 2 through the water pipe 21, so that the upper and lower surfaces of the magnesium alloy plate-shaped castings passing through the sprayer 22 are washed by the sprayer 22.
Further, the upper brush roller 25 is provided with the compression roller 24 on both sides, and both sides rotate around the compression roller 24 and are connected with the mounting panel, and the upper surface of mounting panel links to each other with the flexible end of first pneumatic cylinder 4, and first pneumatic cylinder 4 is fixed on last casing 2.
Specifically, the compression roller 24 is located above the driving roller 3, and the first hydraulic cylinder 4 drives the mounting plate and the compression roller 24 to move up and down, so that the magnesium alloy plate type casting with different thicknesses is suitable for.
When the magnesium alloy plate casting brush is used, the mounting plate and the press roller 24 are driven to move up and down through the first hydraulic cylinder 4, the height of the press roller 24 is adjusted, the upper brush roller 25 is driven to move up and down through the second hydraulic cylinder 5, the height of the upper brush roller 25 is adjusted, filtered cleaning water is pumped out through the water pump 20 and is conveyed into the upper shell 2 through the water pipe 21, therefore, the upper surface and the lower surface of the magnesium alloy plate casting through the sprayer 22 are washed through the sprayer 22, the upper brush roller 25 and the lower brush roller 23 are driven to rotate through the two driving motors 6 respectively, the magnesium alloy plate casting through the upper brush roller 25 and the lower brush roller 23 are brushed, and the washed water is filtered through the filter screen 18 and is recycled.
When the cleaning equipment works for a period of time, the electric push rod 8 drives the connecting plate 10, the push rod 12, the push plate 13, the brush 14 and the scraping plate 15 to move, so that the scraping plate 15 pushes the scraps on the filter screen 18 to the hydraulic door to discharge the scraps, the brush 14 can clean the filter screen 18, when the electric push rod 8 drives the scraping plate 15 to recover, compressed air is conveyed to the movable air pipe 9 through the air inlet pipe, and the compressed air enters the air distribution plate 16 through the connecting air pipe 11 and is sprayed out from the air nozzle 17, so that the scraps blocked on the filter screen 18 are cleaned.
