Detailed Description
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the present application, a technical solution in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, not all embodiments.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment discloses a urine collector comprising a urine receiving bucket 1, a front-stage urine collecting bottle 2, a float ball 3, a middle-stage urine collecting bottle 7, and a urination tube 8.
Wherein, the urine receiving hopper 1 is funnel-shaped so as to conveniently receive urine, and the lower end of the urine receiving hopper is a liquid outlet end. The front section urine collecting bottle 2 is used for collecting front section urine, and the liquid inlet end of the front section urine collecting bottle is communicated with the liquid outlet end of the urine receiving hopper 1 through the connecting pipe 12, so that urine received by the urine receiving hopper 1 can flow into the front section urine collecting bottle 2 after passing through the connecting pipe 12. The floater 3 sets up in anterior segment urine collecting bottle 2, and when the urine flowed into anterior segment urine collecting bottle 2, floater 3 floated on the liquid level, along with the rising of liquid level, floater 3 constantly floats, and at last floater 3 can be with anterior segment urine collecting bottle 2's inlet shutoff.
When the device is specifically arranged, the top of the front section urine collecting bottle 2 forms a guiding inclined plane for guiding the floating ball 3 floating upwards to the liquid inlet of the front section urine collecting bottle 2. Namely, the top of the front section urine collecting bottle 2 is in an inverted funnel shape, and when the collected front section urine is increased continuously, the inverted funnel-shaped top can guide the floating ball 3 to the liquid inlet of the front section urine collecting bottle 2, so that the floating ball 3 can better seal the liquid inlet of the front section urine collecting bottle 2.
The mid-section urine collection bottle 7 is communicated with the connecting pipe 12 through the communicating pipe 6. When collecting urine, anterior segment urine directly gets into anterior segment urine collecting bottle 2, after floater 3 come-up and shutoff anterior segment urine collecting bottle 2's inlet, the middle section urine is sealed by the top of separating floater 3, along with the continuous increase of middle section urine, and when middle section urine overflowed the inlet end of communicating pipe 6, middle section urine was in through communicating pipe 6 entering middle section urine collecting bottle 7.
The feed liquor end of the urination pipe 8 vertically stretches into the middle section urine collecting bottle 7 from the bottom of the middle section urine collecting bottle 7, the length of the urination pipe stretching into the middle section urine collecting bottle 7 can be set according to the amount of middle section urine required to be collected, the longer the length of the urination pipe stretching into the middle section urine collecting bottle 7 is, the more middle section urine can be collected, the shorter the length of the urination pipe stretching into the middle section urine collecting bottle 7 is, and the less middle section urine can be collected.
Through the structure, after the middle section urine is collected into the middle section urine collecting bottle 7, excessive middle section urine can be discharged from the urination pipe 8, and only a proper amount of middle section urine is reserved in the middle section urine collecting bottle 7, so that the purpose of quantitatively collecting the middle section urine is achieved. When the urine drainage tube is specifically arranged, a long tube can be connected to the urine drainage tube 8 so as to drain urine.
As an alternative implementation, as shown in fig. 1, a front section urine collecting bottle 2 is provided with a front section urine discharging tube 4 at the bottom, and a first valve 5 is provided on the front section urine discharging tube 4. Thus, the front urine can be conveniently discharged out of the front urine collecting bottle 2 after use. The first valve 5 can be realized by a ball valve, and when the middle-stage urine is collected, the first valve 5 is closed, and when the front-stage urine is discharged, the first valve 5 is opened. If the front urine discharge pipe 4 is not provided, the front urine can be directly discharged by inverting the device.
As another alternative implementation manner, a middle-section urine discharge pipe 9 is arranged at the bottom of the middle-section urine collection bottle 7, and a second valve 10 is arranged on the middle-section urine discharge pipe 9. Likewise, the second valve 10 may be implemented using a ball valve. In addition, can be detachable be connected with the collecting pipe on the middle section urine discharge pipe 9, the collecting pipe can be connected with middle section urine discharge pipe 9 screw thread, and the right amount of middle section urine of collecting can get into in the collecting pipe, can be convenient after taking off the collecting pipe shifts middle section urine to urine analysis equipment.
Example 2
This embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1 except that, as shown in fig. 1, the communicating tube 6 in the urine collector of this embodiment is inclined downward at one end connected to the connecting tube 12 to form a choke section 65. That is, the end of the choke section 65 near the connecting pipe 12 is lower than the end far away from the connecting pipe 12, so that the front section urine can not enter the communicating pipe 6 before the floating ball 3 seals the liquid inlet of the front section urine collecting bottle 2, but directly enter the front section urine collecting bottle 2 until the middle section urine accumulated above the floating ball 3 is higher than the height of the choke section 65 far away from the connecting pipe 12 after the floating ball 3 seals the liquid inlet of the front section urine collecting bottle 2, and the urine can enter the middle section urine collecting bottle 7 from the communicating pipe 6, so that the front section urine and the middle section urine are prevented from being mixed.
Example 3
This embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 2 except that the communication tube 6 in the urine collector of this embodiment includes a joint head 61, a urine inlet tube 64, a connection sleeve 63, and a sealing gasket 62.
Wherein, one end of the connector 61 is fixedly communicated with the connecting pipe 12, and the choke section 65 is a part of the connector 61. One end of the urine inlet pipe 64 is fixedly communicated with the middle urine collecting bottle 7. The connecting sleeve 63 is sleeved outside the connecting head 61 and is in threaded connection with the connecting head 61. A sealing gasket 62 is provided on the abutting surface of the joint head 61.
The outer wall of the abutting end of the urine inlet pipe 64 is provided with threads, when the urine inlet pipe is installed, the abutting end of the urine inlet pipe 64 is abutted with the abutting end of the connector 61 and pressed, then a part of the connecting sleeve 63 is screwed on the urine inlet pipe 64, so that the urine inlet pipe 64 is fixedly connected with the connector 61, and the sealing gasket 62 enables the urine inlet pipe 64 to be well sealed with the connector 61.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the outer wall of the front-section urine collection bottle 2 is provided with a fastening member 11, and the middle-section urine collection bottle 7 is fastened to the fastening member 11. The middle section urine collecting bottle 7 can be fixed in an auxiliary way through the clamping piece.
Correspondingly, the outer wall of the middle-section urine collecting bottle 7 is provided with a limiting shoulder 13. After the middle section urine collecting bottle 7 is clamped into the clamping piece 11, the middle section urine collecting bottle 7 is moved up and down, the limiting shoulder 13 is abutted against the upper surface of the clamping piece 11, the middle section urine collecting bottle 7 is rotated, the urine inlet pipe 64 faces the connector 61, at the moment, the abutting end of the connector 61 is matched with the abutting end of the urine inlet pipe 64 in an up-down height mode, the abutting end of the connector 61 can be aligned with the abutting end of the urine inlet pipe 64 quickly, and connection of the connector 61 and the urine inlet pipe 64 can be facilitated.
The front section urine collecting bottle 2 and the middle section urine collecting bottle 7 in the embodiment can be detached and separated, and are convenient to store.
