In steel construction engineering, purlin pallets are typically required, and purlin pallets include transverse and vertical plates welded together vertically. Preferably, a second driving motor is arranged on one side of the processing table, a second threaded rod is fixedly connected to the output end of the second driving motor, the other end of the second threaded rod is rotationally connected to the inner side of the processing table, a supporting seat is connected to the outer surface of the threaded rod in a threaded mode, a welding head is mounted on the top of the supporting seat, and the outer side of the supporting seat is in sliding connection with the inner side of the processing table.
Preferably, the pushing mechanism comprises a fixed plate, an electric cylinder, a second connecting rod and a pushing piece, wherein the fixed plate is welded on the back side of the processing table, the electric cylinder is arranged on the back side of the fixed plate, the output end of the electric cylinder is fixedly connected with the second connecting rod, and the other end of the second connecting rod is fixedly connected with the outer side of the pushing piece.

Specifically, a second driving motor 211 is arranged on one side of the processing table 1, a second threaded rod 212 is fixedly connected to the output end of the second driving motor 211, the other end of the second threaded rod 212 is rotatably connected to the inner side of the processing table 1, a supporting seat 213 is connected to the outer surface of the second threaded rod 212 in a threaded mode, a welding head 214 is mounted on the top of the supporting seat 213, and the outer side of the supporting seat 213 is slidably connected with the inner side of the processing table 1.
Through the above technical scheme, the welding head 214 is connected with an external welding machine, when the steel member purlin supporting plate is fixed to the top of the processing table 1, the driving motor II 211 is started, the driving motor II 211 drives the threaded rod II 212 to rotate, the threaded rod II 212 drives the supporting seat 213 to move when rotating, and the supporting seat 213 drives the welding head 214 to move to weld different positions of the steel member purlin supporting plate.
Specifically, the pushing mechanism comprises a fixed plate 215, an electric cylinder 216, a second connecting rod 217 and a pushing piece 218, wherein the fixed plate 215 is welded on the back side of the processing table 1, the electric cylinder 216 is arranged on the back side of the fixed plate 215, the output end of the electric cylinder 216 is fixedly connected with the second connecting rod 217, and the other end of the second connecting rod 217 is fixedly connected with the outer side of the pushing piece 218.
Through the technical scheme, when the steel member purlin supporting plate is fixed to the top of the processing table 1, the electric cylinder 216 is started, the electric cylinder 216 drives the push piece 218 to move through the second connecting rod 217, and when the push piece 218 moves, the steel member purlin supporting plate can be pushed to different positions, so that the steel member purlin supporting plates with different sizes can be welded conveniently.
When the steel member purlin supporting plate welding machine is used, the connecting plate 114 drives the clamping blocks 116 to move through the first connecting rod 115 by adjusting the position of the connecting plate 114, when the clamping blocks 116 move inwards, the clamping blocks 116 are clamped on two sides of the steel member purlin supporting plate, the connecting piece 117 is adjusted in height, and the connecting piece 117 drives the pressing piece 118 to move downwards to clamp the steel member purlin supporting plate, so that the steel member purlin supporting plate can be stably welded.
