The wires in the junction box 1 can be connected with a main control board and a filter board in the electrical box 2, and are also used for connecting power wires.
According to the embodiment, through arranging various wire passing holes on the second wall 212 according to actual needs, independent wiring of leads of different types can be realized, wiring arrangement of the electric control assembly is tidier, wiring and maintenance are convenient, and the working reliability of the electric control assembly can be improved. Moreover, the lead wire which needs to be transferred into the electrical box 2 through the junction box 1 is separated from the lead wire which directly enters the electrical box 2, so that the overall size of the junction box 1 can be reduced, and the wiring difficulty of part of the wire harness can be reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the first via hole 24 is provided with an elastic sealing piece 25, a cross opening is formed on the elastic sealing piece 25, the second via hole 26 is embedded with an elastic sleeve 27, the elastic sleeve 27 extends towards the inside of the electrical box 2, and/or the third via hole 28 is embedded with an elastic sleeve 27, and the elastic sleeve 27 extends towards the outside of the electrical box 2.
The elastic sealing piece 25 and the elastic sleeve 27 may be made of rubber. The inner diameter of the elastic sleeve 27 can be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the wire harness passing through the elastic sleeve 27 so as to be convenient to pass through, and after the wire harness is penetrated, the elastic sleeve 27 can be tied and tightened by a rope so as to prevent dust and water vapor from entering, and the protection effect can be further improved.
As shown in fig. 4, the elastic sleeve 27 includes a tube body 271, a reinforcing portion 272 and two clamping portions 273, taking the second wire passing hole 26 as an example, the elastic sleeve 27 extends toward the inside of the electrical box 2, the reinforcing portion 272 is connected to the other end of the tube body 271, and plays a role in increasing the strength of the free end of the elastic sleeve 27, and the two clamping portions 273 are connected to one end of the tube body 271 at intervals and clamped on two side surfaces of the second wall 212 located at the edge of the second wire passing hole 26.
In the embodiment, the first wire through hole 24 is provided with the elastic sealing piece 25 with a cross opening, so that a power wire can conveniently pass through the elastic sealing piece, the four sheet structures can clamp the power wire to play a role of protection and also can protect the power wire, the second wire through hole 26 and the third wire through hole 28 are embedded with the elastic sleeves 27, the wire harness can be guided to pass through according to a preset path, the wire harness is protected from being damaged by a sheet metal part, and the protective effect can be also played to prevent water vapor and dust from entering the wire harness.

The second bracket 16 provided in this embodiment can improve the overall structural strength of the second bracket 16, be less prone to deformation, and improve the mounting stability by providing two first bending plates 162.

The third bracket 17 includes a second bending plate 171 and a fifth plate 172, the first end of the second bending plate 171 is connected to the fifth wall 112 and is located at a side of the wireless terminal device 14 away from the power wiring board 13, the first end of the fifth plate 172 is connected to the second end of the second bending plate 171, and the second end of the fifth plate 172 extends toward the power wiring board 13 outside the wireless terminal device 14, and a routing channel of the power line is formed between the fifth plate 172 and the first box cover 12.
Wherein the second bending plate 171 may comprise a vertical portion connected to form an L-shape, the vertical portion being in abutting connection with the fifth wall 112, and a lateral portion extending between the wireless terminal device 14 and a wall opposite the fourth wall 111. The second end of the fifth plate 172 is provided with a folded edge 154, and the folded edge 154 may be disposed on a side facing the wireless terminal device 14, so as to prevent the power line from being scratched, and also prevent the sharp end from damaging the power connection board 13. Further, by providing the first bracket 15, the second bracket 16, and the third bracket 17 on the inside of the first casing 11, the overall structural strength of the first casing 11 can also be increased.
In this embodiment, by providing the third support 17, a routing channel can be formed between the fifth plate 172 and the first box cover 12, the power line can be arranged in a specific channel without affecting the wireless terminal device 14, routing reliability can be improved, and routing can be performed conveniently after opening the first box cover 12.

The first plate section 61 of the suspension bracket 6 extends downwards in the first direction z, the connecting section 62 is connected to the bottom end of the first plate section 61 and extends in the third direction y towards the first wall 211, and the second plate section 63 is located at the inner end of the connecting section 62 and extends downwards in the first direction z. According to the embodiment, the electric elements in the electric box 2 can be overhauled through the overhauling box 3, whether the electric elements are in a normal working state can be judged through the operation data and the fault codes displayed by the display part, the third box cover 22 of the electric box 2 is not required to be opened, and the protection failure of the electric box 2 can be prevented.
Next, as shown in fig. 1, the present disclosure provides an air conditioner outdoor unit 100, which in some embodiments includes the electronic control assembly of the above-described embodiments.
In the embodiment, the electric control component in the air conditioner external unit 100 is set to be in a split type structure, and the independent junction box 1 and the maintenance box 3 are arranged outside the electric appliance box 2 according to functions, so that only the first box cover 12 of the junction box 1 or the second box cover 32 of the maintenance box 3 is required to be opened in the debugging process of engineering installation and maintenance, and electric appliance elements in the electric appliance box 2 can be always in a protected state. When the air conditioner external unit 100 needs engineering installation or maintenance, the protection structure of the electric box 2 can be prevented from being damaged, and the protection effect of the electric box 2 can be ensured, so that the working reliability and safety of the air conditioner external unit 100 are improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the air conditioner external unit further comprises a shell assembly, wherein the shell assembly comprises a shell 10 and a panel, one side surface of the shell 10 is provided with an opening, the panel seals the opening, the electric control assembly is arranged in a middle area of the shell 10 along a first direction z, the first direction z is a height direction, the electric control assembly is arranged close to the opening, and the first box cover 12 and the second box cover 32 are both towards the opening.
For example, the case 10 may have a rectangular parallelepiped structure, and the case 10 may include a first side plate 101, a second side plate 102, a top plate 103, and a bottom plate 104, the first side plate 101 and the second side plate 102 being disposed opposite to each other and adjacent to the opening. A top region within the housing 10 may be provided with an air duct member 30 and an electrical control assembly disposed in a lower region of the air duct member 30.
In this embodiment, the electric control assembly is close to the opening, so that the electric control assembly can be conveniently installed and maintained, the operation is convenient, the first box cover 12 and the second box cover 32 face the opening, the first box cover 12 can be opened for wiring after the panel is opened, or the second box cover 32 is opened for maintenance, and the convenience of maintenance of the air conditioner outdoor unit 100 can be improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the electrical box 2 includes a third box body 21 and a third box cover 22, where the third box body 21 has a first wall 211, a second wall 212 and a third wall 213, the third box cover 22 is disposed on the first wall 211, the first wall 211 is the largest surface of the third box body 21 and faces the opening, the second wall 212 is located at the bottom, and the third wall 213 is located at the top;
the junction box 1 is connected to the second wall 212, the third box cover 22 and the third wall 213 have a predetermined spacing area S, and the service box 3 is located in the predetermined spacing area S.
This embodiment connects the junction box 1 in the bottom area of the electrical box 2, which allows the junction box 1 to be shielded from the electrical box 2, facilitating wiring after opening the panel. Moreover, the first wall 211 of the electrical box 2 is closely pressed close to the maintenance box 3, and due to the small size of the maintenance box 3, the first wall 211 can be fully utilized to be located in the preset interval area S outside the third box cover 22, so that the overall structure layout is more compact, and the maintenance box 3 is located in the area, close to the top, outside the electrical box 2, so that the distance between the maintenance box 3 and the junction box 1 is far, and the maintenance box 3 and the junction box 1 are arranged in relatively independent areas, so that the mutual influence can be avoided, and the working reliability of an electric control assembly is improved. In addition, establish the area that is close to the top outside electrical apparatus box 2 with maintenance box 3, also do benefit to the suspension installation that realizes maintenance box 3.
Finally, the present disclosure provides an air conditioning apparatus including the electric control assembly of the above embodiment and the air conditioner external unit 100.
Because the electric control component with the split type structure is adopted in the air conditioning equipment, when the air conditioner external unit 100 needs engineering installation or maintenance, the protection structure of the electric box 2 can be prevented from being damaged, the protection effect of the electric box 2 can be ensured, and therefore, the working reliability and the safety of the air conditioner external unit 100 can be improved.

An electrical control assembly according to claim 1, wherein the electrical box (2) comprises a third box body (21) and a third box cover (22), the third box body (21) is provided with a first wall (211) and a second wall (212) which are adjacent, the first wall (211) is the largest surface of the third box body (21), the third box cover (22) is arranged on the first wall (211) and can be opened and closed, the third box body (21) is provided with a third wall (213), a preset interval area (S) is arranged between the third box cover (22) and the third wall (213) along the first wall (211), and the maintenance box (3) is positioned in the preset interval area (S).
4. An electrical control assembly according to claim 3, characterized in that the third cover (22) is offset with respect to the central region of the first wall (211) in a direction away from the third wall (213).
5. An electrical control assembly according to claim 3, characterized in that the second wall (212) and the third wall (213) are arranged opposite.
6. The electrical control assembly of claim 2, wherein the second wall (212) has at least one of a plurality of via holes disposed therein:
A first via hole (24) for introducing a power supply line from the junction box (1) into the electrical box (2), the first via hole (24) being shielded by the junction box (1);
A second via hole (26) for introducing a communication line from the junction box (1) to the electrical box (2), the second via hole (26) being blocked by the junction box (1), and
And the third wire through hole (28) is used for directly leading the cable into the electrical box (2), and the third wire through hole (28) is positioned outside the junction box (1).
