At present, a photovoltaic control box is usually arranged on an air conditioner external unit and is used for collecting solar energy, so that the power consumption required by a compressor during the operation of the air conditioner is reduced, and the purpose of saving electricity is achieved. However, the photovoltaic control box is provided with an inductance element with larger heating power, which can cause the temperature of air in the photovoltaic control box to rise, thereby affecting the working performance of the photovoltaic control box.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present utility model proposes a photovoltaic control box, which aims to improve the working performance of the photovoltaic control box. In an embodiment, this photovoltaic control box includes box, automatically controlled board and inductance element, and this automatically controlled board and inductance element locate the different positions of box, can set up at a certain distance apart from, have avoided inductance element to generate heat and influence the performance of automatically controlled board, simultaneously, have also promoted the working property of photovoltaic control box.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the case 100 has a first side when the case 100 is mounted to a target device, and the case 100 has a first receiving chamber 111 provided near the first side and a second receiving chamber 112 provided away from the first side. It will be appreciated that, alternatively, the target device may be an external air conditioner, and the case 100 is disposed at a top end of the casing 400 of the external air conditioner, so that the first side of the case 100 is disposed close to or attached to the top end of the external air conditioner, that is, the first side is a side corresponding to a contact surface between the case 100 and the top end of the external air conditioner. The first receiving chamber 111 is located relatively close to the top end of the air conditioner external unit, and the second receiving chamber 112 is located relatively far from the top end of the air conditioner external unit, i.e., the second receiving chamber 112 is extended toward the inside of the air conditioner external unit. Therefore, two opposite and spaced accommodating cavities can be effectively formed to facilitate the subsequent heat insulation treatment, and the structure is used for distinguishing two installation spaces arranged at intervals, so that the electric control board 200 and the inductance element 300 can be respectively installed, and the influence of heat generated by the inductance element 300 on the operation of the electric control board 200 is effectively avoided, thus effectively increasing the working performance of the photovoltaic control box 10.
In this embodiment, the electric control board 200 is disposed in the first accommodating cavity 111, the inductance element 300 is disposed in the second accommodating cavity 112 at a position away from the electric control board 200, and the inductance element 300 is electrically connected to the electric control board 200 through a conductive member. Alternatively, the space of the first receiving cavity 111 may be larger than the second receiving cavity 112, that is, the first receiving cavity 111 is a main space of the case 100 of the photovoltaic control module 10 for mounting most devices, and the second receiving cavity 112 is an extension space of the case 100 of the photovoltaic control module 10 for separately mounting the inductance element 300 for effectively isolating the inductance element 300 from the electronic control board 200. In this way, the inductance element 300 is separately disposed in the second accommodating cavity 112, so that the heat emitted by the inductance element 300 can be prevented from affecting the inside of the photovoltaic control box 10, and the temperature rise of the photovoltaic control box 10 is prevented, so that the photovoltaic control box 10 has higher working performance.
In this embodiment, the electronic control board 200 is disposed in the first accommodating cavity 111, where the circuit board has a first side surface and a second side surface that are disposed opposite to each other, the first side surface of the circuit board is disposed near a position of the case 100 corresponding to the contact surface, and the electronic component is disposed on the second side surface of the circuit board. The inductance element 300 is disposed in the second accommodating cavity 112 at a position far away from the electric control board 200, so that the electric control board 200 and the inductance element 300 can be effectively spaced, and the influence of the heat emitted by the inductance element 300 on the whole photovoltaic control box 10 is avoided.
Alternatively, the case 100 may be a square body, a cylinder, a trapezoid, and the specific shape is not limited herein. In addition, the case 100 may be made of metal, insulating, or both metal and insulating materials, and the case 100 may be made of weather-proof material to increase the waterproof and dustproof capabilities of the photovoltaic control box 10.
It should be explained that, when the photovoltaic control box 10 is installed at the top and the side of the air conditioner external unit, the circuit board faces downward (i.e. the electronic components face downward), and most of the dust and moisture fall downward due to the gravity, so that the pollutants in the natural environment such as dust and rainwater are not easy to fall directly on the circuit board and the electronic components thereof, thereby avoiding dust accumulation. When the circuit board is arranged at the bottom, the circuit board is upwards arranged, so that the phenomenon of dust accumulation is caused. However, this is only a feature of dust deposition, and it is advantageous to make the target device compact regardless of the position of the target device in the space-saving feature.
In some example photovoltaic control boxes, the photovoltaic control box is disposed behind the target device, and the inductive element is disposed on the circuit board and is disposed together in the receiving cavity of the photovoltaic control box. That is, the exemplary photovoltaic control box only has a single chamber, and the problem of heating of the inductance element cannot be fully considered, so that heat dissipation is poor, the service life of the electronic element is possibly shortened, and the failure rate is increased. In addition, in a high-temperature environment, the over-high temperature inside the photovoltaic control box can also cause the starting of a protection mechanism, so that the normal operation of an air conditioning system is limited, and the user experience is influenced.
In summary, the present utility model proposes a photovoltaic control box 10, in which the electric control board 200 is disposed in the first accommodating cavity 111 of the box 100, the inductance element 300 is disposed in the second accommodating cavity 112 of the box 100, and the electric control board 200 and the inductance element 300 are disposed in different accommodating cavities separately, so that not only can the influence of the inductance element 300 on the electric control board 200 be effectively reduced, the interference caused by heat conduction and heat radiation can be reduced, but also a more stable working environment can be constructed, and the working performance of the photovoltaic control box 10 can be enhanced.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the case 100 includes a first case 121 and a second case 122, the first case 121 having the first receiving chamber 111, and the second case 122 having the second receiving chamber 112. It will be appreciated that the housing 100 of the photovoltaic control module 10 may be formed of two separate parts, a first housing 121 and a second housing 122. The first housing 121 includes a first accommodating cavity 111 for accommodating the electronic control board 200 and related electronic components, and the second housing 122 includes a second accommodating cavity 112 for accommodating the inductance component 300 with larger heating power. This design helps isolate the heat source from the sensitive electronics, thereby reducing the heat impact on the performance of the panel 200 and enhancing the performance of the overall photovoltaic control module 10.
On the other hand, the structure of the photovoltaic control box 10 is beneficial to heat dissipation, and can effectively discharge the heat dissipated by the inductance element 300, so that the heat dissipation performance of the photovoltaic control box 10 is enhanced. It should be noted that the photovoltaic control box 10 is equipped with a photovoltaic control (MPPT) module, which can automatically adjust the operating point under different illumination and temperature conditions, so as to ensure that the photovoltaic system always operates in an optimal state, and further maximize the energy output. Therefore, the photovoltaic control module 10 can perform better with enhanced heat dissipation.
Alternatively, the connection between the first and second housings 121, 122 may be achieved by means of a fixing 150, the fixing 150 being a screw, a snap or any other suitable mechanical connection, ensuring a stable coupling of the two parts while allowing the necessary disassembly and maintenance work. It will be appreciated that the benefit of the connection by the fasteners 150 is that it provides greater flexibility to the enclosure 100 so that maintenance or replacement of particular components can be conveniently performed when needed without having to replace the entire photovoltaic control module 10. In addition, this modular design also facilitates quality control during production and assembly, as each case 100 can be tested individually for its functional integrity prior to assembly.
Alternatively, the first case 121 and the second case 122 may be integrally formed and connected, for example, by a mold casting or injection molding process, so as to ensure no gap therebetween and be sturdy and durable. The integrally formed connection not only enhances the structural integrity, but also reduces the problems caused by loosening of the connection part, simultaneously simplifies the manufacturing process and reduces the production cost. For an air conditioner outdoor unit which needs to be exposed to an outdoor environment for a long time, the integrated box body 100 also has better waterproof and dustproof effects, and the reliability and the service life of the photovoltaic control box 10 are further improved.
It should be noted that, the specific connection form of the first case 121 and the second case 122 is not limited herein, and it is critical that the first case 121 and the second case 122 respectively accommodate the electric control board 200 and the inductance element 300, so as to better dissipate heat.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the photovoltaic control box 10 further includes a heat insulation member 130, where the heat insulation member 130 is clamped between the first box 121 and the second box 122, and it can be understood that the heat insulation member 130 disposed at the connection position of the first box 121 and the second box 122 can further enhance the heat insulation effect between the two accommodating cavities, ensure that the heat generated by the inductance element 300 does not significantly affect the working environment of the electric control board 200, and the heat insulation member 130 helps to maintain the electric control board 200 to operate at a suitable working temperature, and also can improve the working performance of the whole photovoltaic control box 10 and prolong the service life thereof. .
Alternatively, the insulation member 130 may be an insulation sponge, which achieves effective insulation while securing light weight and design simplicity of the photovoltaic control module 10. It should be noted that the specific material of the heat insulating member 130 is not limited herein, and the specific material of the heat insulating member 130 may be determined according to practical application requirements.
In this embodiment, the heat insulating member 130 is provided with a connection hole, and the electric control board 200 and the inductance element 300 are electrically connected through the connection hole. It will be appreciated that the connection holes are used to make electrical connection between the electronic control board 200 and the inductive element 300, ensuring smooth current transfer without obstruction. The location and number of the connection holes are optimized according to actual circuit requirements to minimize heat transfer while ensuring good electrical performance. According to the practical application requirement, the requirement of balancing the electric connection and the requirement of thermal management can improve the working efficiency of the photovoltaic control box 10.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the photovoltaic control module 10 further includes a heat dissipation member 140, the heat dissipation member 140 is disposed in the second housing 122, and the heat dissipation member 140 is disposed around the inductance element 300. It can be appreciated that the heat sink 140 is disposed in the second housing 122 and directly encloses the inductance element 300, so as to ensure that heat can be rapidly conducted from the inductance element 300 to the heat sink 140, and further dissipated through the heat sink 140. In this manner, the inductive element 300 is maintained within a suitable operating temperature range, thereby ensuring stable performance and extended service life.
Optionally, the second case 122 is made of metal plate, so that heat dissipation can be effectively performed.
Alternatively, the heat sink 140 may be made of a material with a high thermal conductivity, so as to quickly conduct heat away from the inductance element 300, and it should be noted that the heat sink 140 needs to be made of an insulating material, so as to avoid the inductance element 300 from being affected by an electrical appliance. In addition, the surface of the heat sink 140 may be specially treated or designed, such as to add fin structures, to use microchannel technology, or to be coated with a high emissivity coating. In this embodiment, the heat dissipation element 140 is a pouring sealant, which can better adapt to the shape of the second accommodating cavity 112 of the second box 122, and can firmly locate the inductance element 300 at a corresponding position, and can also realize an effective heat dissipation function.
In practice, the heat sink 140 may also be combined with an external cooling system, such as a natural air cooling or forced air cooling system. For example, when the photovoltaic control box 10 is disposed in a target device, such as an external air conditioner, the second box 122 may be disposed in the air duct 410 of the external air conditioner, and the air flow is accelerated by natural ventilation or forced ventilation of the fan 600, so as to take away the heat on the heat dissipating member 140, thereby realizing more efficient heat dissipation.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the case 100 includes a first case 121 and a second case 122, the first case 121 includes a first insulating case 1211 and a first protective case 1212, the first insulating case 1211 is disposed inside the first protective case 1212, and the second case 122 includes a second protective case 1221. It will be appreciated that the first housing 121 has a first insulating housing 1211 therein for housing the electronic control board 200 and its associated sensitive electronic components, the primary purpose of the first insulating housing 1211 being to provide electrical isolation against external electromagnetic interference (EMI) to the internal circuitry and to protect these components from environmental elements such as moisture, dust, etc. The first insulating housing 1211 is positioned within a larger first protective housing 1212. The first protection box 1212 not only provides physical protection for the internal insulation box 100 against external impact and vibration, but may also have waterproof, dustproof, etc. functions, ensuring that the entire photovoltaic control module 10 can operate stably in harsh environments.
In one example, the material of the first insulating case 1211 may be plastic, and the material of the first protective case 1212 and the second protective case 1221 may be sheet metal, which is not particularly limited, but is critical for its insulation and protection.
Optionally, the first and second protective cases 1212 and 1221 are fixedly connected by fasteners 150, it being understood that the connection is made using fasteners 150 such as screws, bolts or snaps, not only ensures a secure bond between the two cases 100, but also allows for easy disassembly and reassembly when desired. As such, it is particularly useful in applications that may require periodic maintenance or overhaul, such as the air conditioner outdoor unit photovoltaic control box 10.
Optionally, the first protection case 1212 and the second protection case 1221 are integrally formed and connected, and it is understood that the two are integrally formed by mold casting or injection molding process, so as to ensure no gap and durability therebetween. The integrally formed connection not only enhances the structural integrity and reduces the problems caused by loosening of the connection part, but also simplifies the manufacturing process and reduces the production cost. For an air conditioner outdoor unit exposed to an outdoor environment for a long time, the integrally formed box body 100 has better waterproof and dustproof effects, and the reliability and the service life of the photovoltaic control box 10 are further improved.
In this embodiment, the first insulating case 1211 has a connection hole corresponding to the second protective case 1221, and the electric control board 200 and the inductance element 300 are electrically connected through the connection hole, so that smooth current transmission is ensured without obstruction, heat transfer is reduced to the greatest extent, and operation of the electric control board 200 in a suitable operating temperature range is ensured. The number and the size of the connecting holes can be matched with the actual cable, and the electric connection is provided, and meanwhile, effective heat insulation is realized.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first protection box 1212 has a mounting groove 160 recessed toward the first protection box 1212, the second protection box 1221 is disposed in the mounting groove 160, and the size of the mounting groove 160 is larger than that of the second protection box 1221. It will be appreciated that the first protective housing 1212 is designed with a mounting recess 160 recessed therein, the mounting recess 160 being sized larger than the second protective housing 1221 such that the second protective housing 1221 may be embedded therein. This stepped design not only provides a secure mounting location for the second protective case 1221, but also effectively reduces the risk of water entering the interior of the photovoltaic control box 10. Specifically, if water attempts to enter the photovoltaic control module 10, it needs to pass over the edge of the mounting groove 160 and then pass through an additional curved path to reach the internal components, which greatly reduces the possibility of direct water entry. In addition, such a design ensures that even if water ingress occurs in extreme cases, the inductive element 300 does not become the lowest point of the overall box, avoiding the formation of water pockets.
As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, the present utility model further provides a refrigeration device 20, where the refrigeration device 20 includes a casing 400, a device main body 500, and a photovoltaic control box 10, and the specific structure of the photovoltaic control box 10 refers to the foregoing embodiments, and since the refrigeration device 20 adopts all the technical solutions of all the foregoing embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the foregoing embodiments are not described herein in detail.
It will be appreciated that since the refrigeration appliance 20 includes the photovoltaic control module 10, the refrigeration appliance 20 also has a higher performance in situations where the photovoltaic control module 10 can achieve a higher operating efficiency. Alternatively, the refrigeration device 20 may be a photovoltaic power generation air conditioner, and when the refrigeration device 20 is an air conditioner, the refrigeration device may be an external air conditioner, and the photovoltaic control box 10 may be a photovoltaic control box for converting light energy into electric energy. The photovoltaic control box is arranged outside the air conditioner, and can effectively collect light energy.
It should be noted that, when the refrigeration apparatus 20 is an air conditioner, it may be a central air conditioner, a stand air conditioner, a hanging air conditioner, or the like. However, the specific refrigeration device 20 is not limited herein, and emphasis is placed on the improved performance of the refrigeration device 20 when the photovoltaic control module 10 is mounted to the refrigeration device 20.
In one embodiment, the refrigeration device 20 includes a housing 400 and a device body 500 and a photovoltaic control module 10 disposed within the housing 400. In this embodiment, the housing 400 is disposed at a target position, and the first side of the housing 400 of the photovoltaic control module 10 is disposed at the top end of the housing 400.
It will be appreciated that the housing 400 serves as an outer shell for the entire refrigeration appliance 20, providing not only physical protection for the internal components, but also aesthetic and protective function. In this embodiment, the cabinet 400 is disposed at a target location, for example, mounted on an exterior wall or a dedicated bracket. In particular, the first side (i.e., the first protection box 1212) of the photovoltaic control module 10 is disposed at the top of the housing 400, so that the top of the housing 400 can fully utilize the natural convection effect, and heat can be more easily dissipated. Meanwhile, the problem of dust accumulation at the bottom is avoided, the influence of dust and moisture on the circuit board and electronic components thereof is reduced, and the working stability and the service life of the photovoltaic control box 10 are improved. More importantly, the whole photovoltaic control box 10 is in an inverted state, the second accommodating cavity 112 of the photovoltaic control box can be relatively close to the inside of the casing 400 and can be arranged in the air duct 410, and heat dissipation is enhanced through air in the air duct 410, so that the working performance is further improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the casing 400 is further provided with an air inlet and an air outlet that is communicated with the air inlet, an air duct 410 is formed between the air inlet and the air outlet, and the position of the box body 100 of the photovoltaic control box 10 corresponding to the second accommodating cavity 112 is disposed in the air duct 410. In this way, the air flow path is fully utilized to optimize the heat dissipation performance of the inductance element 300, and the cooling air is guided to directly flow through the heating component, so that heat can be ensured to be rapidly taken away, and the inductance element 300 is maintained to stably operate in a proper working temperature range.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the refrigeration device 20 further includes a fan 600 disposed in the air duct 410, and the position of the case 100 corresponding to the second accommodating cavity 112 is set away from the rotation plane of the fan 600. It will be appreciated that in order to ensure that the fan 600 is free to rotate without obstruction, the position of the casing 100 of the photovoltaic control module 10 corresponding to the second accommodation chamber 112 is deliberately set out of the plane of rotation of the fan 600. In this way, not only is physical interference prevented between the fan 600 and the photovoltaic control box 10, but it is ensured that the air flow can smoothly pass through the air duct 410, directly cooling the inductance element 300. The forced air flow generated by the fan 600 significantly enhances the heat dissipation effect so that the inductance element 300 can operate under more stable temperature conditions, thereby improving the operation performance of the entire refrigeration apparatus 20.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a fan blade avoidance area 190 is further disposed on a side of the case 100 near the fan 600, and the fan 600 is operated in the fan blade avoidance area 190. It will be appreciated that the purpose of the fan blade avoidance zone 190 is to provide sufficient space for the fan 600 to avoid collision or friction with the photovoltaic control module 10 during high speed rotation, while also ensuring smooth airflow. By precisely adjusting the relative position between the fan 600 and the photovoltaic control module 10, the airflow path can be optimized, so that the cooling air can more uniformly cover the surface of the inductance element 300, and the heat dissipation efficiency can be further improved. In addition, the fan blade avoidance area 190 also helps to reduce noise and vibration, provides a quieter and smoother operating environment, and improves the user experience.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the side of the case 100 corresponding to the first accommodating cavity 111 near the second accommodating cavity 112 further includes an opening 170, the electronic control board 200 further includes a heat sink 180, the heat sink 180 is disposed in the opening 170, so that the heat sink 180 is exposed out of the case 100, the heat sink 180 is at least partially disposed in the air duct 410, and the heat sink 180 is disposed avoiding a rotation plane of the fan 600. It is noted that the arrangement of the heat sink 180 also avoids the plane of rotation of the fan 600 to ensure that it does not interfere with the proper operation of the fan 600. In this way, the heat sink 180 may be directly exposed to the forced airflow, greatly improving its heat dissipation efficiency, and thus the operation performance of the refrigeration appliance 20.
