In the process of installing the lamp, the support column 2 needs to slide in from the opening of the vertical groove body 3111 and then slide in the horizontal groove body 3112, the support column 2 can be in contact sliding connection in the horizontal groove body 3112 to adapt to the chassis with different sizes, for example, when the chassis of the lamp is smaller, the clamping piece 3 can slide to the end of the support column 2, which is far away from the inner wall of the installation disc 1, to be matched with the clamping design on the chassis, the principle of disassembling the chassis is similar, the support column 2 slides to the end of the horizontal groove body 3112 and then slides out from the opening of the vertical groove body 3111, the disassembling is easily completed, the whole installation and the disassembling process are very convenient, other modes such as screw connection are not needed, and the operation is easy and convenient.
In practical application, the chassis is one of the component parts of the common lamp, and plays a role in structural support and the like for the common lamp.
As shown in fig. 1, both ends of the transverse groove body 3112 are of arc structures, and the width of the transverse groove body 3112 is adapted to the width of the support column 2. Through the design, in one example, the support column 3111 is beneficial in that when the support column 2 is a cylinder and slides into the horizontal groove 3112 from the vertical groove 3111, the cambered surface structure of the horizontal groove 3112 can better enable the support column 2 to slide in, good guiding effect is achieved, meanwhile, stress concentration can be reduced through the cambered surface structure, force generated by the support column 2 on two ends of the horizontal groove 3112 is dispersed on the whole cambered surface structure as much as possible, protection effect is achieved, the height of the horizontal groove 3112 is arranged in a manner of being matched with the width of the support column 2, the support column 2 is not easy to fall off in the horizontal groove 3112, the stability of clamping connection between the support column 2 and the clamping piece 3 is further enhanced, and the lamp is stable and safe in the mounting or dismounting process.
A ceiling lamp, as shown in figure 5, comprises a lamp body 4, wherein the lamp body 4 is clamped on an assembly mechanism. The lamp body 4 can be easily installed in the assembly mechanism or detached from the conversion mechanism through the clamping design of the chassis 41, and the lamp body is convenient to maintain and other activities.
As shown in fig. 4-5, the lamp body 4 comprises a chassis 41, a lamp shade 42 and a surface ring 43, wherein the lamp shade 42 is covered at an opening of the chassis 41, the surface ring 43 is wound on the outer walls of the lamp shade 42 and the chassis 41, the surface ring 43 is used for connecting and fixing the lamp shade 42 and the chassis 41, the chassis 41 is positioned below the mounting plate 1, a clamping slot 411 is formed in the chassis 41, and the clamping piece 3 is clamped with the clamping slot 411.
Through the above design, in one example, the beneficial lies in that the chassis 41 is provided with the clamping slot 411 which can be mutually matched with the clamping piece 3, so that the clamping piece 3 can clamp and fix the chassis 41, thereby limiting and fixing the whole lamp body 4, arranging the lamp body 4 in the mounting disc 1, when the lamp body 4 is to be dismounted from the mounting disc 1, only the support column 2 needs to slide in the horizontal slot 3112 and finally slide out from the opening of the vertical slot 3111, the mounting principle is identical and similar, and the repeated description is omitted.
In this example, the lamp body 4 further includes a light emitting and illuminating element such as a light source, which is disposed between the chassis 41 and the lampshade 42, so as to further ensure the power supply requirement of the whole lamp. Light-emitting lighting elements such as light sources are common prior art and will not be described in detail herein.
It should be noted that, the lamp bodies 4 (chassis 41 with different sizes) with different sizes are installed or disassembled in a manner that the clamping piece 3 is matched with the clamping slot 411 and the clamping piece 3 is matched with the supporting column 2, so that the lamp bodies 4 are installed in the installation disc 1 or disassembled from the installation disc 1, and therefore, various installation or disassembly manners exist, and the details are not expanded here.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, an end of the insertion block 32 remote from the support block 31 is inserted into the locking slot 411. The plug-in block 32 is inserted into the clamping slot 411, so that the clamping piece 3 can be firmly connected with the clamping slot 411, the angle formed by the plug-in block 32 and the supporting block 31 can be an acute angle or a right angle, and after the plug-in block 32 is inserted into the clamping slot 411, under the action of gravity, the plug-in block 32 and the clamping slot 411 have both an inserting connection and a clamping connection.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 6, the clamping slot 411 is further provided with a clamping interface 4111, and the clamping interface 4111 is clamped with the clamping hook 33. The clamping effect of the clamping connector 4111 and the clamping hook 33 can be further enhanced, so that the clamping member 3 and the clamping slot 411 are firmly connected, and are not easy to fall off.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the hook 33 is disposed perpendicular to the plug 32, and the card interface 4111 is disposed perpendicular to the card slot 411. Through the above design, in one example, when the hook 33 and the plug 32 are vertically arranged, they can mutually support to enhance the strength of the whole structure, and the card interface 4111 and the card slot 411 are vertically arranged, so that the hook 33 can be better aligned to the card interface 4111 to complete the card connection.
