Description

模组式电话插头

本实用新型属电话线配件,更具体地说是一种模组式电话插头,广泛适用于电话配线。

现有的模组式电话插头在使用上常因结构问题,而使电话线的各条蕊线接触不良,插头易破损,且电话蕊线裸露出外皮部分较多,易受干扰。

本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种穿插快速、准确、结构坚固的模组式电话插头。

该插头由插头本体、嵌套片及屏蔽铁壳构成,其插头本体设有与电话插座嵌套定位的卡扣部,前侧开有八条相同间隔的槽道,及与槽道相通的预定空间;嵌套片上开有对应插头本体槽道的穿插管道,穿插管道前段向上有与槽道相通的槽孔,嵌套片两侧设有凸卡部;屏蔽铁壳具有两卡钩,对应嵌入插头本体的下方卡槽。

本实用新型的显著特点在于:1、在组配时电话线的各条蕊线不但可以同时先快速方便地对准插入嵌套片的若干蕊线穿插管道,更可以达到易于握持施力,而将嵌套片再对应插入插头本体的装配操作。2、嵌套片与插头本体的组装结构稳固,可确保产品质量。3、该插头使各蕊线的裸露出外皮部分相对减少,而电线包有外皮部分相对增长,可减少受干扰的机会。

嵌套片(32)开有对应插头本体(31)前侧槽道八条电话线(5)的蕊线穿插管道(321),两侧设有凸卡部(322);穿插管道(321)前段部位各自向上具有槽孔(3213),分别与插头本体(31)前侧开设的各槽道(312)相接通。

屏蔽铁壳(6)具有两卡钩(61),当插头本体(31)与嵌套片(32)完成组装后,可罩套该屏蔽铁壳(6),由其卡钩(61)对应嵌入插头本体(31)的下方卡槽(310),屏蔽铁壳(6)的尾翼片(62)可供束紧电话线(5)。

嵌套片(32)后段部位(326)为两侧具凸卡部(322)的板块体,以方便装配人员握持施力将其嵌插入插头本体(31)内,设嵌套片(32)的前段部位(320)则另设有卡勾(3201),对应嵌入插头本体(31)的预定空间(314)内的定位嵌孔(3151)内,确实防止该嵌套片(32)向外松脱位移;当嵌套片(32)的前段部位(320)嵌入插头本体(31)内之后,恰由该嵌套片(32)的后段部位(326)两侧凸卡部(322)的凹缘(3221)与斜面(3222)抵靠卡掣在插头本体(31)两侧的凸缘(316)与斜面(317),并且由该嵌套片(32)的后段部位(326)的前侧缘(3261)也抵靠在插头本体(31)的后侧壁上方(318),使嵌套片(32)与插头本体(31)的组合嵌套结构更稳固。

在组配时电话线(5)的八条蕊线(51)可以同时先快速而方便地对准插入嵌套片(32)的蕊线穿插管道(321),再将嵌套片(32)插入插头本体(31)内,令八条蕊线(51)前端上方对应着插头本体(31)前侧槽道(312)内的八片导电金属片(313),再经自动冲压机械的冲压,使每一导电金属片(313)恰嵌刺各蕊线(51)内预定深度。另外,该结构也使各蕊线(51)的裸露出电线外皮的部分相对减少,而电线包有外皮的部分相对增长,因而可减少干扰。

1.一种模组式电话插头,其特征在于插头本体设有与电话插座嵌套定位的卡扣部,前侧开有八条相同间隔的横道,及与槽道相通的预定空间;嵌套片上开有对应插头本体槽道的穿插管道,穿插管道前段向上有与槽道相通的槽孔,嵌套片两侧设有凸卡部;屏蔽铁壳具有两卡钩,对应嵌入插头本体的下方卡槽,屏蔽铁壳后部具有束紧电话线的尾翼片。
2.如权利要求1所述的模组式电话插头,其特征在于插头本体两侧具有凸缘和斜面,预定空间内具有定位嵌孔;嵌套片后段部位为板块体,前段部位有卡勾,两侧具有凹缘和斜面。
