Background
In modern manufacturing, many products require good air tightness to ensure their proper operation and quality. Relates to the fields of electronic product industry, medical equipment industry, automobile industry and aerospace.
In order to ensure stability and reliability of product quality, enterprises need to detect the air tightness of products in the production process. The defective rate can be reduced, the production efficiency can be improved, and the after-sales maintenance cost can be reduced by timely finding and removing products with the air tightness problem.
Early air tightness detection mainly adopts a water soaking method, a soapy water smearing method and the like. The bubble water method is to immerse the object to be measured in water and observe whether bubbles are generated to judge whether leakage exists. The method is simple and visual, but can only detect larger leakage, is difficult to find for tiny leakage, has low detection efficiency and is not suitable for mass production. The method of applying soapy water also has similar problems and is prone to cause contamination to the object being tested.
With the continuous progress of technology, various advanced air tightness detection devices are developed. The direct pressure type air tightness detector, the differential pressure type air tightness detector, the flow type air tightness detector and other devices adopt a high-precision sensor and an advanced control technology, and can rapidly and accurately detect micro leakage. But the cost of professional instruments is high, the transportation and storage are inconvenient, and the test environmental conditions are limited.
The requirements of different industries and different clients on the air tightness detection equipment are different. Some customers require high precision, high speed detection equipment, while others pay more attention to the cost and ease of use of the equipment.
