Furthermore, it should be noted that the present specification describes a number of features. Although certain features may be combined together to illustrate a possible system design, such features may be used in other combinations not explicitly described. Thus, unless otherwise indicated, the illustrated combinations are not intended to be limiting.
In the embodiments shown in the drawings, indications of orientation (such as up, down, left, right, front and rear) are used to explain the structure and movement of the various elements of the utility model are not absolute but relative. The film and television lamp can be used in occasions such as stage, concert hall and the like, and can be generally used for stage illumination and photographic illumination. For traditional high-power video lamps, the light source is usually a halogen lamp, and the light-emitting power of the halogen lamp can reach up to kilowatt or even up to Mo Wate. For a video lamp with an LED light source, the number of LED chips is large when the light emitting power reaches up to kilowatt or up to Mo Wate. If all the LED chips are arranged on the same plane, the arrangement area of the LED chips is greatly increased. For the LED light sources with large layout area, the heat dissipation problem becomes difficult. Meanwhile, the larger area LED light source also causes larger mounting caliber of the optical fitting adapted to the LED light source, resulting in larger size of the whole optical fitting, for example, a soft light box with a diameter as long as several meters, a soft light cover, a reflecting cup, a reflecting cover, a soft light ball, a projection cylinder, a fresnel lens, an electric focusing lens, a multi-page baffle plate and the like. The large-sized optical fittings also have poor optical effect on light, and thus, inconvenience is caused to use of the high-power LED film and television lamp.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a stereoscopic light source type video lamp 1 provided in the present embodiment includes a stereoscopic light source 10 and a liquid cooling device 20. The stereoscopic light source 10 is provided on a cooling device, which in this example is a liquid cooling device 20. Compared with the traditional plane light source, the three-dimensional light source 10 can greatly reduce the projection area of the LED chip on the light emitting surface. In addition, the liquid cooling device 20 can timely radiate heat of the stereoscopic light source 10, and ensures that the film and television lamp with larger power can work normally.
The three-dimensional light source 10 comprises a plurality of lamp panels 11, wherein the lamp panels 11 are arranged at an included angle to form a plurality of angles of luminous surfaces, and the luminous surfaces are distributed in three-dimensional space. The stereoscopic light source 10 can reduce the area perpendicular to the irradiation direction, which is beneficial to reducing the volume of the stereoscopic light source type video lamp 1 with larger power.
The lamp panel 11 includes a light source 111 and a circuit board 112. The light source 111 is disposed on the circuit board 112. The light source 111 may be an LED light bead, an LED chip, a laser light source, or the like. When the light source 111 is an LED chip, the LED chip may be directly integrated on the circuit board using the chip-on-board packaging technology COB (chip on board). The lamp panel 11 may also be a COB panel. When the light source is lit, the light source generates heat which is transferred to the circuit board 112.
The LED chips are uniformly arranged on the circuit board 112, and the arrangement shape of the LED chips corresponds to the shape of the light emitting surface forming the lamp panel 11. The LED chip arrangement shape may be rectangular, circular, etc. When the density of the LED chips is high, the heat generated by the LED chips is high.
The lamp panel 11 is also provided with an electric connection module 113, and the electric connection module 113 can be arranged at the outer side edge of the circuit board. The circuits of the LED chips on the COB board are integrated in the electrical connection module 113, the electrical connection module 113 leads out the cable 114 outwards, and the cable 114 can be used for supplying power to the lamp panel 11 and transmitting data signals.

Referring to fig. 2, the liquid cooling apparatus 20 includes a liquid cooling box 21. At least one liquid cooling cavity for circulating cooling liquid is arranged in the liquid cooling box 21. The liquid cooling box 21 is also provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet which are communicated with the liquid cooling cavity. The cooling liquid enters the liquid cooling cavity through the liquid inlet and is discharged from the liquid outlet. The flowing cooling liquid flows out of the liquid cooling cavity, and can take away the heat on the heat conducting surface 201, so that the heat dissipation of the lamp panel 11 is realized.
The liquid cooling box 21 includes a plurality of sub liquid cooling chambers, which are mutually communicated. Each sub-liquid cooling cavity can correspond to a heat conducting surface 201 to dissipate heat of the lamp panel 11 arranged on the heat conducting surface 201. The plurality of sub-liquid cooling cavities can be communicated in series or in parallel. As long as the circulating flow of the cooling liquid of each sub-liquid cooling chamber can be realized.

Specifically, the liquid cooling cassette 21 has a square shape. The two adjacent heat conducting surfaces 201 are mutually perpendicular, and the included angle between the two adjacent heat conducting surfaces 201 is a right angle. When the liquid cooling box 21 is in other shapes, such as a frustum or a polyhedron, the included angle between the heat conducting surfaces 201 may be an acute angle or an obtuse angle.
The liquid cooling cassette 21 has 6 sides. The 5 sides can be used as heat conducting surfaces 201, and the other side can be provided with a liquid inlet 212 and a liquid outlet 213, and are led out by circuits such as a liquid inlet pipe 63, a liquid outlet pipe 64, a cable 114 and the like. Or the sides may be used for assembly to secure the liquid cooling cassette 21 to an external support. Or the side surfaces can be provided with a clamping structure so as to realize mutual splicing between the liquid cooling boxes 21. Or in the case that the liquid inlet pipe 63, the liquid outlet pipe 64, the cable 114 and the like do not interfere with the operation of other lamp panels 11, the side surface can also be used as a heat conducting surface 201 for installing the lamp panels 11, so that the number of the lamp panels 11 arranged in the liquid cooling box 21 is increased.
The liquid cooling boxes 10 can be spliced with each other to form pyramid, column and other shapes. The plurality of liquid cooling boxes 10 are stacked with each other, so that the light source requirement of the photographic lamp meeting the design requirement can be formed. And when one of the liquid cooling boxes 10 is damaged, only the damaged liquid cooling box 10 is required to be disassembled and replaced, and other liquid cooling boxes 10 still work continuously, so that the liquid cooling device is convenient to maintain, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
The liquid cooling box 21 may have a liquid cooling chamber 211 formed therein, or the liquid cooling box 21 may be divided into a plurality of sub-liquid cooling chambers by a partition, a pipe, or the like. The division of the internal liquid cooling cavity of the liquid cooling box 21 is not limited herein, as long as each heat conducting surface 201 of the liquid cooling box 21 is correspondingly contacted with the liquid cooling cavity, and heat on the heat conducting surface 201 can be taken away by the cooling liquid. The liquid cooling box 21 is filled with low-temperature cooling liquid through the liquid inlet, so that each heat conducting surface 201 contacted with the liquid cooling cavity is cooled, the low-temperature cooling liquid absorbs heat generated by the light source on the lamp panel 11 through the heat conducting surface 201 to be changed into high-temperature cooling liquid, and the high-temperature cooling liquid is discharged from the liquid outlet.
