(4) The size of the replacement sealing ring is consistent. The sealing rings with the same size are adopted strictly according to the requirements of the specification, otherwise, the requirements of the compression degree and the like cannot be ensured.
(5) Avoiding the use of old sealing rings. When a new sealing ring is used, the surface quality of the sealing ring is carefully checked, and the sealing ring is ensured to have no defects such as pinholes, bulges, cracks, grooves and the like and has enough elasticity for reuse.
(6) During installation, all parts of the opened hydraulic system should be strictly cleaned first, and special tools are preferably used for preventing the fingers from being scratched by sharp edges of metal.
(7) When the sealing ring is replaced, the groove of the sealing ring is strictly checked, dirt is removed, and the groove bottom is polished.
(8) To prevent damage from causing oil leakage, it must be handled on a regulatory basis and, at the same time, the machine cannot be overloaded for a long period of time or placed in a relatively harsh environment for operation.
The existing sealing ring basically meets the use requirement, but the following defects still exist:
1. Because the existing sealing ring is basically made of rubber, when the sealing ring is installed at a position needing sealing, the sealing ring can reach a preset position only by extrusion, and the excessive extrusion can exceed the compression resistance limit of the sealing ring, so that the service life of the sealing ring can be shortened;
2. When the sealing ring is installed, the nut is required to be screwed, and the torsion of the nut leads the surface of the sealing ring to be distorted during screwing, so that the sealing effect of the sealing ring is greatly reduced.
