It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "fixed" to another element, it can be directly on the other element or one or more intervening elements may be present therebetween. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or one or more intervening elements may be present therebetween. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a plug assembly 1000 includes a plug 1, a cable 2, a housing 3, and a first seal 4. The cable 2 and the plug 1 are connected with the shell 3, the cable 2 is electrically connected with the plug 1, the junction of the cable 2 and the plug 1 is located in the shell 3, the first sealing element 4 is arranged at the junction of the cable 2 and the shell 3, and the first sealing element 4 seals the junction of the cable 2 and the shell 3.
For the above-mentioned plug 1, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the plug 1 includes a plug body 11 and a connection terminal 12, one end of the plug body 11 is used for plugging with a socket 8 or a jack of an electrical device, the connection terminal 12 is fixed to the other end of the plug body 11, and the connection terminal 12 is electrically connected with the plug body 11, and the connection terminal 12 is used for being connected with one end of the cable 2.

In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the plug 1 further includes an elastic member 13, where the elastic member 13 is disposed at one end of the plug body 11, and the elastic member 13 is disposed adjacent to the connection terminal 12. When the plug 1 is connected with the shell 3, the elastic piece 13 is abutted against the inner wall of the mounting hole 311, and the elastic abutting force provided by the elastic piece 13 enables the plug body 11 to be in close contact with the mounting hole 311, so that the stability of the plug 1 in the shell 3 is enhanced, and the risk of loosening the plug 1 caused by vibration or external force impact is reduced.
In some embodiments, the elastic member 13 is provided with a guide slope 131, the guide slope 131 being disposed at an end of the elastic member 13 contacting the inner wall of the mounting hole 311, the guide slope 131 being disposed obliquely in a direction in which the plug 1 is inserted into the mounting hole 311. In the process of inserting the plug 1 into the mounting hole 311, the elastic piece 13 can smoothly slide into and abut against the inner wall of the mounting hole 311 along the guide inclined plane 131, so that the resistance during insertion is reduced, and the convenience of mounting the plug 1 on the housing 3 is improved.

In some embodiments, the housing 3 includes a case 31 and a cover plate 32, the case 31 is provided with a receiving groove 310 and a mounting hole 311, the cover plate 32 covers a notch of the receiving groove 310 to form the sealing cavity 30, and the cover plate 32 is provided with a through hole 321. The housing 31 and the cover plate 32 are detachably connected, and the plug assembly 1000 is assembled and maintained. By removing the cover plate 32, the junction of the terminal 12 and the cable 2 in the sealed cavity 30 can be easily inspected or damaged components can be replaced.

The second sealing element 5 protrudes from the annular groove 312 partially, and the part of the second sealing element 5 protruding from the annular groove 312 is abutted against the cover plate 32, so that when the cover plate 32 is connected with the box body 31, the second sealing element 5 is tightly abutted against the annular groove 312 of the box body 31 and the cover plate 32 to form effective sealing.
In some embodiments, the second seal 5 is an elastomeric seal ring that is sized to match the shape of the annular groove 312.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the cover plate 32 is provided with a first connecting hole 322, the box 31 is provided with a first screw hole 314, and the plug assembly 1000 further includes a first bolt 7, where the first bolt 7 is used to pass through the first connecting hole 322 and then be screwed to the first screw hole 314, so as to fix the cover plate 32 and the box 31. In some embodiments, the first sealing element 4 includes a post 41 and a plurality of annular protruding portions 42, the post 41 is provided with a through hole 410 through which the cable 2 passes, the plurality of annular protruding portions 42 are sequentially arranged on the post 41 at intervals along the axial direction of the post 41, the plurality of annular protruding portions 42 are all arranged around the post 41, and the plurality of annular protruding portions 42 are all abutted against the inner wall of the through hole 321.
