Further, in the thickness direction of the drum plate body, the top surface of the first regulating block is flush with the top surface of the drum piece mounting structure.
Further, the top surface of the second adjusting block is an inclined surface, and the height of the top surface of the second adjusting block gradually increases along the direction approaching to the top surface of the first adjusting block.
Further, the top surface of the second adjusting block is a plane, and the top surface of the second adjusting block and the top surface of the first adjusting block form a step surface.
Further, the mutually close one ends of the first regulating block and the second regulating block are respectively provided with a mutually matched clamping structure.
Further, the first regulating blocks are plural, any one of the first regulating blocks is selectively arranged on the mounting opening, the distance between two ends of at least one of the first regulating blocks is different from the distance between two ends of other first regulating blocks in the length direction of the drum plate body, and/or the second regulating blocks are plural, any one of the second regulating blocks is selectively arranged on the first regulating block, and the shape and/or the height of the top surface of at least one of the second regulating blocks is different from the shape and/or the height of the top surface of other second regulating blocks.
Further, the drum plate assembly further comprises a connector, and the first adjusting block and the second adjusting block positioned at the same mounting opening are detachably connected through at least one connector.
Further, the drum plate assembly also includes a drum sheet and/or a shim disposed on the drum plate body.
According to another aspect of the present application there is provided a carcass drum comprising the above-described drum plate assembly.
By applying the technical scheme, the drum plate assembly comprises a drum plate body and adjusting structures, wherein the drum plate body is provided with two mounting openings and drum piece mounting structures extending along the length direction of the drum plate body, the two mounting openings are respectively arranged at two ends of the drum piece mounting structures in the length direction and extend along the directions away from each other, at least one adjusting structure is respectively arranged in each mounting opening, and at least one part of each adjusting structure can move along each mounting opening.
When the drum plate assembly is used, the adjusting structure is arranged on the drum plate body, so that the problem of poor rolling effect caused by uneven surface of the material cylinder after the glue materials are attached due to different thickness of different glue materials can be solved through the adjusting structure. Meanwhile, at least one part of the adjusting structure can move along the mounting opening, that is to say, at least one part of the adjusting structure can move along the length direction of the drum plate body, so that the distance between the adjusting structure and the end part of the drum plate body can be changed through adjusting the position of the adjusting structure in the length direction of the drum plate body, thereby being capable of adapting to sizing materials with different widths, and further solving the problem that the drum plate in the prior art cannot carry out shape-following adjustment according to the width difference of various sizing materials. Therefore, the drum plate assembly effectively solves the problem of poor service performance of the carcass drum plate in the prior art.

As shown in fig. 1, the drum plate assembly of the present application comprises a drum plate body 10 and an adjusting structure 20, wherein the drum plate body 10 is provided with two mounting openings 11 and drum sheet mounting structures 12 extending along the length direction of the drum plate body 10, the two mounting openings 11 are respectively arranged at two ends of the drum sheet mounting structures 12 in the length direction and extend along the direction away from each other, at least one adjusting structure 20 is respectively arranged in each mounting opening 11, and at least one part of the adjusting structure 20 can move along the mounting opening 11.
When the drum plate assembly is used, the adjusting structure 20 is arranged on the drum plate body 10, so that the problem of poor rolling effect caused by uneven surface of the material cylinder after the glue materials are attached due to different thickness of different glue materials can be solved through the adjusting structure 20. Also, it should be noted that, in the present application, when the position of the adjustment structure 20 over the length of the drum plate body 10 is adjusted, at least a portion of the adjustment structure 20 can move along the mounting opening 11 without being separated from the mounting opening 11. Meanwhile, regarding the distance between the adjusting structure 20 and the end of the drum plate body 10, both the adjusting structure 20 and the end of the corresponding drum plate body 10 are located at the same end of the drum sheet mounting structure 12.
Such an adjustable design of the drum plate assembly on a tire production line can significantly improve flexibility and efficiency in the production process. For example, when producing tires of different models or specifications, the position of the adjusting structure 20 can be adjusted without replacing the whole drum plate assembly, so that the size of various rubber materials can be adapted, and the production switching time is greatly saved. In addition, the design can also effectively improve the consistency of glue stock lamination, reduce the defects of tire finished products caused by uneven lamination, such as eccentric and local hardening, and the like, thereby improving the overall performance and the service life of the tire.
In one embodiment of the present application, the adjustment structure 20 includes a first adjustment block 21, a second adjustment block 22, the second adjustment block 22 being disposed on a side of the first adjustment block 21 remote from the drum mounting structure 12, and there being a height difference between a top surface of the first adjustment block 21 and at least a portion of a top surface of the second adjustment block 22 in a thickness direction of the drum plate body 10.
Alternatively, in the thickness direction of the drum plate body 10, the top surface of the first regulating block 21 is flush with the top surface of the drum piece mounting structure 12. In the present application, the drum mounting structure is a projection structure provided on the top surface of the drum plate body.
Alternatively, the top surface of the second regulating block 22 is a slope, and the height of the top surface of the second regulating block 22 gradually increases in a direction approaching the top surface of the first regulating block 21.
Alternatively, the top surface of the second regulating block 22 is a plane, and the top surface of the second regulating block 22 and the top surface of the first regulating block 21 form a stepped surface.
Of course, in the present application, the second adjusting blocks 22 may be divided into a plurality of groups, and the top surfaces of the second adjusting blocks 22 of the same group have the same shape, and the top surfaces of the second adjusting blocks 22 of different groups have different shapes.
Optionally, the ends of the first adjusting block 21 and the second adjusting block 22, which are close to each other, are respectively provided with a clamping structure that is matched with each other. The joint structure can ensure that the joint effect of one end of the first adjusting block 21 and the second adjusting block 22, which are close to each other, is better, so that the stability of connection between the first adjusting block 21 and the second adjusting block 22 is ensured. In addition, the clamping structures matched with each other in the application can be clamping grooves and clamping bulges, and can also be clamping surfaces matched with each other.
Alternatively, the first regulating blocks 21 may be plural, and any one first regulating block 21 among the plural first regulating blocks 21 may be selectively provided on the mounting opening 11, and a distance between both ends of at least one first regulating block 21 among the plural first regulating blocks 21 may be different from a distance between both ends of the other first regulating blocks 21 in the length direction of the drum plate body 10.
Optionally, the second adjusting blocks 22 are plural, any one second adjusting block 22 of the plural second adjusting blocks 22 is optionally disposed on the first adjusting block 21, and the shape and/or height of the top surface of at least one second adjusting block 22 of the plural second adjusting blocks 22 is different from the shape and/or height of the top surface of the other second adjusting blocks 22.
In a specific embodiment of the present application, the first adjusting blocks 21 and the second adjusting blocks 22 are plural, and the plural first adjusting blocks 21 may be two-by-two assemblies and have the same shape, and may be simultaneously mounted at both ends of the drum mounting structure 12. Similarly, the second adjusting blocks 22 may be grouped in pairs and used in combination with the first adjusting block 21. Meanwhile, the shape or the size specification of the first adjusting blocks 21 of different groups or the second adjusting blocks 22 of different groups can be different, so that the drum plate assembly can be ensured to be suitable for the production requirements of different types of rubber materials. Also, the first and second adjustment blocks 21 and 22 of different shapes may be selected and mounted on the drum plate body 10 according to different production requirements.
Optionally, the drum plate assembly further comprises a connection 30, the first adjustment block 21 and the second adjustment block 22 located in the same mounting opening 11 being detachably connected by at least one connection 30. In the present application, the connection member 30 may be a bolt and the bolt may sequentially pass through the first and second adjustment blocks 21 and 22 to achieve detachable connection of the first and second adjustment blocks 21 and 22.
Optionally, the drum plate assembly further comprises a drum sheet 40, a shim 50 provided on the drum plate body 10.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present utility model achieve the following technical effects:
