As shown in fig. 2, when the pressure test plugging tool 20 is in actual use, the plugging cover 11 is aligned to the end opening of the pressure taking pipe 1, then the hoop 16 is fixed on the pressure taking pipe 1, the connecting screw 15 is rotated, the relative positions of the adjusting screw 13, the plugging cover 11 and the pressure taking pipe 1 are adjusted, the screw 13 is rotated, the screw 13 drives the plugging cover 11 to be tightly covered on the end opening of the pressure taking pipe 1, the sealing gasket 12 seals the end opening of the pressure taking pipe 1, and the end opening of the pressure taking pipe 1 is plugged.
The connecting pipe 9 is connected with an external pressure testing device, so that the flange pressure-taking orifice flowmeter can be tested for pressure testing, and the sealing performance and the connecting strength of structures such as welding seams at the connecting position (namely, the position B) of the orifice flange 2 and the pressure-taking pipe 1 can be verified.
After the pressure test is finished, the abutting rod 4 is reversely rotated, so that the sealing head 3 is separated from the inner wall of the orifice plate flange 2, and the pressure test connection tool 10 can be detached. The screw 13 is reversely rotated to separate the blocking cover 11 from the end opening of the pressure taking pipe 1, and the hoop 16 is loosened, so that the pressure testing blocking tool 20 can be disassembled.
