The electric bed is a bed which can electrically control the height of the head or foot of the bed board and freely adjust the bending degree of the bed board.
The electric bed has significant advantages in terms of angular adjustment. In particular, it is able to adapt more precisely to the degree of curvature of the human body, according to ergonomic principles. Whether the head, waist or legs, flexible and precise angular adjustment can be performed. For example, when an end user is required to sit for reading, the electric bed may raise the head to a suitable angle to relieve neck pressure, when the user wishes to relax the waist, the bed may provide suitable support to relieve tension in the waist muscles, and when the user wishes to promote blood circulation in the legs, the legs may be raised. This multi-angle adjustment allows a person to find a comfortable posture in various active and resting states.
In the related art, in order to make the mattress well adapt to an electric bed, the mattress is made of sponge or latex, and the mattress has good flexibility. However, the mattress has the characteristics of soft overall sleeping feeling and can not meet the requirements of different users on the softness and hardness of the mattress.
In view of the above, the embodiment of the application discloses a mattress liner, a mattress and an electric bed for adapting to the electric bed, wherein a bendable region is arranged between any two adjacent regions of a head back region, a buttock region, a thigh region and a calf region of a first comfort layer of the mattress liner, and the bendable region is arranged corresponding to a bending region of the electric bed. Wherein, the material in back of the head district, buttock district, thigh district and shank district is the same, but the elastic modulus in bending district is greater than the elastic modulus in back of the head district for but bending district is softer in back of the head district, helps making bending district laminating electric bed that can be better in order to make the mattress inner bag laminating electric bed that can be fine in the use. In addition, the elastic modulus of the head and back area is smaller than that of the supporting layer, so that the bending area of the electric bed can be well attached to the bendable area, and meanwhile, the head and back area can present harder sleeping feel, the hard mattress can be suitable for the electric bed, and the requirements of different users on the hardness of the mattress are met.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a mattress liner according to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of an exploded mattress liner according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a bendable mattress liner according to an embodiment of the present application. The mattress inner container 100 for adapting to an electric bed comprises a supporting layer 1 and a first comfort layer 2, wherein the first comfort layer 2 is arranged on the supporting layer 1, the first comfort layer 2 comprises a head back area 21, a buttock area 22, a thigh area 23 and a shank area 24 which are sequentially arranged along a first direction, a bendable area 25 is arranged between any adjacent two of the head back area 21, the buttock area 22, the thigh area 23 and the shank area 24, and the bendable area 25 is corresponding to a bending area 302 (see fig. 6) of the electric bed 300 (see fig. 6). The materials of the back-head region 21, the buttock region 22, the thigh region 23 and the calf region 24 are the same, the elastic modulus of the bendable region 25 is greater than that of the back-head region 21, and the elastic modulus of the back-head region 21 is smaller than that of the support layer 1. Wherein the first direction is the length direction of the first comfort layer 2.
By providing the bendable region 25 between any adjacent two of the dorsum region 21, the buttock region 22, the thigh region 23, and the calf region 24 of the first comfort layer 2, the bendable region 25 is provided corresponding to the bending region 302 of the electric bed 300. And the materials of the back head area 21, the buttock area 22, the thigh area 23 and the shank area 24 are the same, and the elastic modulus of the bendable area 25 is larger than that of the back head area 21, which is helpful for enabling the bendable area 25 to be easily deformed relative to the back head area 21, the buttock area 22, the thigh area 23 and the shank area 24, so that the bendable area 25 can be better attached to the bending area 302 of the electric bed 300 when the electric bed 300 is bent, and further is helpful for enabling the mattress liner 100 of the electric bed to be better adapted for the electric bed 300.
In addition, the elastic modulus of the back and head area 21 is smaller than that of the supporting layer 1, so that the back and head area 21 is harder than the supporting layer 1, and the mattress liner 100 of the adaptive electric bed can have a harder sleeping feel in a non-bending area, thus being beneficial to meeting the requirement that part of users want to sleep on harder mattresses and can bend.
It will be appreciated that the division of the first comfort layer 2 into the head-back region 21, the hip region 22, the thigh region 23 and the calf region 24 is an example, and in other examples, the first comfort layer 2 may be divided into the head region, the shoulder-back region, the hip region 22, the thigh region 23 and the calf region 24, etc., and may be specifically divided according to the use requirement of the user, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
It is to be understood that the length of the bendable region 25 along the first direction may be 6cm, 7cm, 8cm, or the like, and specifically, the length of the bending region 302 of the electric bed 300 is set according to the length of the bending region, so that the bendable region 25 has a sufficient bending radius, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It will be appreciated that the materials of the back and head region 21, the buttock region 22, the thigh region 23 and the calf region 24 are all palm-substituted cotton, and the palm-substituted cotton is harder, which helps to provide a harder sleeping feel for the user and better support for the user's body. Of course, as other examples, the materials of the dorsum manus region 21, the buttock region 22, the thigh region 23, and the shank region 24 may be jute, palm, or the like.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1-3, the pliable region 25 includes a first pliable region 251, a second pliable region 252 and a third pliable region 253, the first pliable region 251 being located between the dorsum-head region 21 and the buttocks region 22, the second pliable region 252 being located between the buttocks region 22 and the thigh region 23, and the third pliable region 253 being located between the thigh region 23 and the calf region 24. By providing the first bending zone 251 between the dorsum-head zone 21 and the buttocks zone 22, it is facilitated that the user can lie half on the mattress, for example, can read a book half. By providing a second inflection zone 252 between the buttocks region 22 and the thigh region 23, the user may be assisted in lifting his thighs and relaxing the thighs. By providing the third inflection zone 253 between the thigh zone 23 and the calf zone 24, the user's calf can also be lifted, and the user can be helped to relax the calf and accelerate blood circulation. By providing the first bending region 251, the second bending region 252, and the third bending region 253 between the back-head region 21, the hip region 22, the thigh region 23, and the calf region 24, respectively, the mattress inner 100 of the adaptive electric bed can be bent corresponding to the bending regions 302 of the electric bed 300, which is helpful for a user to flexibly adjust the lying and sleeping posture of the user on the electric bed 300. In addition, in the bending process of the electric bed 300, the situation that the body of a user is suspended due to the fact that the mattress liner 100 of the adaptive electric bed is not attached to the electric bed 300 is avoided, and accordingly the lying and sleeping experience of the user is improved.
It is understood that the first inflection region 251, the second inflection region 252 and the third inflection region 253 are made of the same material, for example, sponge. The sponge is softer, and the first bending region 251, the second bending region 252 and the third bending region 253 are made of sponge materials, so that the first bending region 251, the second bending region 252 and the third bending region 253 can be well attached to the bending region 302 of the electric bed 300, and further the attaching degree of the mattress inner container 100 of the adaptable electric bed and the electric bed 300 can be improved, and the lying and sleeping experience of a user can be improved. Of course, as other examples, the materials of the first bending region 251, the second bending region 252 and the third bending region 253 may be latex, memory cotton, or the like.
It will be appreciated that the lengths of the first inflection region 251, the second inflection region 252 and the third inflection region 253 in the first direction are the same, and the heights of the first inflection region 251, the second inflection region 252 and the third inflection region 253 in the thickness direction of the first comfort layer 2 are the same, that is, the sizes of the first inflection region 251, the second inflection region 252 and the third inflection region 253 are the same, so that mass production of the first inflection region 251, the second inflection region 252 and the third inflection region 253 can be performed, which helps to reduce the complexity of the production of the first inflection region 251, the second inflection region 252 and the third inflection region 253.
In addition, the heights of the first bending region 251 and the back region 21, the hip region 22, the thigh region 23 and the calf region 24 along the thickness direction of the first comfort layer 2 are the same, that is, the heights of the back region 21, the hip region 22, the thigh region 23 and the calf region 24, and the first bending region 251, the second bending region 252 and the third bending region 253 are the same along the thickness direction of the first comfort layer 2, so that the overall height of the first comfort layer 2 is consistent, on one hand, the flatness of the surface of the first comfort layer 2 is guaranteed, and on the other hand, the first comfort layer 2 is fixedly connected with other layers of the mattress liner 100 of the adaptive electric bed conveniently.
It will be appreciated that, for example, the length of the mattress inner 100 adapted to the electric bed is 200cm, for example, the length of the back-head region 21 may be 69cm, the length of the hip region 22 may be 36cm, the length of the thigh region 23 may be 27cm, the length of the calf region 24 may be 48cm, the lengths of the first bending region 251, the second bending region 252 and the third bending region 253 may be 6cm, and the thickness of the first comfort layer 2 may be 2cm, which may be specifically selected according to the partition of the first comfort layer 2 and the shape of different users, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the mattress inner 100 of the electric bed further includes a second comfort layer 3, the first comfort layer 2 is disposed on the second comfort layer 3, and the second comfort layer 3 is disposed on the support layer 1. Since the first comfort layer 2 may be divided into seven regions, for example, the head-back region 21, the hip region 22, the thigh region 23, and the calf region 24, and the first inflection region 251, the second inflection region 252, and the third inflection region 253, respectively, and the material of the inflection regions and the material of the head-back region 21, etc. are different. Based on this, the respective regions of the first comfort layer 2 can be separately produced and assembled, for example, the dorsum of the head 21 as one region module and the folded region as one region module, and then by disposing the second comfort layer 3 under the first comfort layer 2, the respective region modules of the first comfort layer 2 can be sequentially fixed to the second comfort layer 3, contributing to an improvement in connection stability between the respective region modules of the first comfort layer 2.
It will be appreciated that the dimensions of the second comfort layer 3 are the same as the dimensions of the first comfort layer 2, e.g. the length and width of the second comfort layer 3 are the same as the length and width of the first comfort layer 2, and the thickness of the second comfort layer 3 may be less than or equal to the thickness of the first comfort layer 2. For example, when the thickness of the second comfort layer 3 is smaller than that of the first comfort layer 2, the second comfort layer may be 1cm, and of course, in other examples, the thickness of the second comfort layer 3 may be 2cm, or the like.
It is understood that the manner in which the dorsum region 21, the buttock region 22, the thigh region 23, and the calf region 24 of the first comfort layer 2, and the first inflection region 251, the second inflection region 252, and the third inflection region 253 are fixed to the second comfort layer 3 may be adhesive, or may be connected by a connector, etc., which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
It is to be understood that the material of the second comfort layer 3 may be sponge or latex, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the support layer 1 includes a first support layer 11, a second support layer 12, and a third support layer 13, the second comfort layer 3 is disposed above the first support layer 11, the first support layer 11 is disposed above the second support layer 12, and the second support layer 12 is disposed above the third support layer 13. Wherein the second support layer 12 includes an independent cylindrical bed net 121 and a peripheral support portion 122, the peripheral support portion 122 is disposed around the outer periphery of the independent cylindrical bed net 121, and the independent cylindrical bed net 121 and the peripheral support portion 122 have the same height in the thickness direction of the first comfort layer 2. By providing the second support layer 12 comprising the independent cylindrical bed net 121 and the peripheral support part 122, the independent cylindrical bed net 121 and the peripheral support part 122 can provide supporting force for the user, thereby being beneficial to improving the sleeping experience of the user.
The heights of the independent cylindrical bed net 121 and the peripheral supporting part 122 along the thickness direction of the first comfort layer 2 are the same, so that the overall height of the second supporting layer 12 is consistent, on one hand, the flatness of the surface of the second supporting layer 12 is guaranteed, and on the other hand, the second supporting layer 12 is fixedly connected with other layers of the mattress liner 100 of the electric bed.
By arranging the first supporting layer 11 above the second supporting layer 12 and arranging the third supporting layer 13 below the second supporting layer 12, dust is isolated from entering the independent cylinder bed net 121, and then springs of the independent cylinder bed net 121 are protected, so that the overall service life of the mattress liner 100 of the adaptive electric bed is prolonged. On the other hand, it helps to avoid the situation where other layers are in direct contact with the separate cylinder bed 121, resulting in friction-induced damage.
It can be appreciated that the materials of the first supporting layer 11 and the second supporting layer 12 are the same as C cotton (Coreloft), and the C cotton is a synthetic fiber material, which has good compression resistance, and is helpful to make the first supporting layer 11 and the second supporting layer 12 have good supporting property, and further is helpful to provide good supporting property for the user, so as to improve the sleeping experience of the user. Of course, as other examples, the materials of the first support layer 11 and the second support layer 12 may be 3D cotton or 4D cotton.
Optionally, a layer of non-woven fabric is arranged above the independent cylinder bed net 121 along the thickness direction of the first comfort layer 2, and the independent cylinder bed net 121 is helped to have a shaping effect by arranging the layer of non-woven fabric. The second support layer 12 uses a separate cylindrical bed net 121, and the interaction between the springs is less compared to using whole net springs as the support layer 1, ensuring good resilience and interference resistance. Meanwhile, the independent cylinder bed net 121 is used, and a layer of dust-free cloth is arranged above the independent cylinder bed net 121, and the dust-free cloth is not arranged below the independent cylinder bed net to fix the springs, so that the bending area 302 of the electric bed 300 can be attached through gaps between the springs.
It can be appreciated that the material of the peripheral support portion 122 may be a high resilience sponge, which has better shock resistance, easily adjustable hardness, better rebound resilience and better air permeability than other materials such as pearl wool. Of course, as other examples, the peripheral support portion 122 may also be made of 3D cotton material or the like.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the peripheral support portion 122 includes two first guard edges 1221 and two second guard edges 1222, the two first guard edges 1221 are respectively disposed on two sides of the independent cylinder bed net 121 along the first direction, the two second guard edges 1222 are respectively disposed on two sides of the independent cylinder bed net 121 along the width direction of the first comfort layer 2, and the first guard edges 1221 and the second guard edges 1222 are not fixedly connected. By arranging the two first guard edges 1221 and the two second guard edges 1222 at the periphery of the independent cylinder bed net 121, dust is isolated from entering the independent cylinder bed net 121, and then the springs of the independent cylinder bed net 121 are protected, so that the overall service life of the mattress liner 100 of the adaptive electric bed is prolonged. The first safe edge 1221 and the second safe edge 1222 are fixedly connected, so that the first safe edge 1221 and the second safe edge 1222 cannot generate resistance to folding when the mattress is bent, the bonding degree of the mattress inner container 100 and the electric bed 300 is better, and the lying and sleeping experience of a user is improved.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, with reference to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a second protection edge according to an embodiment of the present application. The upper and lower surfaces of the second guard 1222 are respectively provided with a plurality of grooves 1222a spaced apart, the grooves 1222a being configured such that the second guard 1222 conforms to the bending region 302 of the electric bed 300 when the second guard 1222 is bent. By respectively forming the plurality of grooves 1222a on the upper and lower surfaces of the second guard edge 1222, when the second guard edge 1222 is folded, the second guard edge 1222 can be deformed by the grooves 1222a, so that the second guard edge 1222 can be well attached to the folding region 302 of the electric bed 300, and further, the whole mattress liner 100 of the electric bed can be well attached to the folding region 302 of the electric bed 300, so that the sleeping experience of a user is improved.
It is to be understood that the length of the independent cylinder bed net 121 is 162cm, the width is 182cm, the height is 14cm, the length of the first guard edge 1221 along the first direction and the length of the second guard edge 1222 along the width direction of the first comfort layer 2 are 8cm, which can be specifically selected according to practical requirements, and the present embodiment is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a mattress according to an embodiment of the application. In a second aspect, the present application also discloses a mattress 200, which comprises a fabric layer 201 and the mattress inner 100 of the electric bed, wherein the fabric layer 201 is wrapped and arranged on the periphery of the mattress inner 100 of the electric bed. The fabric layer 201 that the cladding set up helps the dust in the isolated air, protects the inside mattress inner bag 100 of adapting to the electric bed of mattress 200, avoids people's skin and the mattress inner bag 100 structure direct contact of adapting to the electric bed to produce wearing and tearing.
It can be appreciated that the fabric layer 201 may be a gathered cotton fabric, which helps to improve the sleeping comfort of the user. Of course, as other examples, the material of the fabric layer 201 may be a knitted fabric or the like.
The mattress inner container 100 for adapting to an electric bed in the embodiment of the present application may have the same structure as the mattress inner container 100 for adapting to an electric bed in any one of the above embodiments, and may bring about the same or similar beneficial effects, and specifically, reference may be made to the description in the above embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
In a third aspect, the present application further discloses an electric bed 300, the structure of which is shown in fig. 6, and fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of the electric bed according to the embodiment of the present application. The electric bed comprises an electric bed body 301 and the mattress 200 according to the second aspect, wherein the electric bed body 301 is provided with at least a bending area 302, the mattress 200 is arranged on the electric bed body 301, and the bendable area 25 of the mattress 200 is arranged corresponding to the bending area 302 of the electric bed body 301.
The mattress 200 in the embodiment of the present application may have the same structure as any mattress 200 in the above embodiment, and may bring about the same or similar beneficial effects, and specifically, reference may be made to the description in the above embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
It should be noted that the above embodiments are merely for illustrating the technical solution of the present application and not for limiting the same, and although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the technical solution described in the above embodiments may be modified or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced, and these modifications or substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solution deviate from the scope of the technical solution of the embodiments of the present application.
