As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present application provides a comfortable and breathable fire-fighting protective suit for firefighters, comprising a protective suit body 1, wherein a fabric 11 forming the protective suit body 1 comprises an outer flame retardant layer 111, a first waterproof and breathable layer 112, a second waterproof and breathable layer 113, a heat insulation layer 114 and a comfortable layer 115. The first waterproof and breathable layer 112 and the second waterproof and breathable layer 113 each use a nanofiber membrane. Wherein the inner side of the outer flame retardant layer 111 is connected with the outer side of the first waterproof and breathable layer 112. The inside of the second waterproof and breathable layer 113 is connected to the outside of the heat insulating layer 114. When the fabric 11 of the protective garment body is sewn, the inner side of the first waterproof and breathable layer 112 is in contact with the outer side of the second waterproof and breathable layer 113, and the inner side of the heat insulating layer 114 is in contact with the outer side of the comfort layer 115.
Specifically, the first waterproof and breathable layer 112 and the second waterproof and breathable layer 113 are both nanofiber membranes, but are not limited to nanofiber membranes, and the nanofiber membranes are preferred in the present application. The nanofiber membrane is an existing material, but the application of the nanofiber membrane in manufacturing fire fighter fire extinguishing protective clothing is one of improvements of the application. The nanofiber membrane is breathable and softer, unlike Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane processing. Therefore, compared with the existing firefighter firefighting protective clothing adopting a Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film, the comfortable breathable firefighter firefighting protective clothing adopting the nanofiber film has better air permeability and flexibility on the premise of meeting the existing standard, and can effectively improve the comfort level of wearing the firefighter firefighting protective clothing by a user (such as a firefighter).
Further, the inner side of the outer flame retardant layer is bonded to the outer side of the first waterproof breathable layer, but not limited to bonding, and bonding is preferable in the present application.
Further, the inner side of the second waterproof and breathable layer is bonded to the outer side of the heat insulating layer, but the bonding is not limited to the bonding, and the bonding is preferable in the present application.
Further, the outer flame retardant layer 111 is made of flame retardant fabric, but not limited to flame retardant fabric, and the flame retardant fabric is preferable in the application.
Specifically, the flame-retardant fabric is an existing material. The outer flame retardant layer 111 is used to resist the damage of flames, sparks and sharp objects, and thus, can be realized by using a fabric having high strength, high temperature resistance and flame retardant functions.
Further, the insulating layer 114 is made of, but not limited to, a heat insulating felt, and the heat insulating felt is preferable in the present application.
Specifically, the heat insulation felt is an existing material. The insulation layer 114 serves to reduce the impact of high temperature heat radiation on the firefighter's body.
Further, the comfort layer 115 is made of a blended fabric with the functions of absorbing moisture and discharging sweat.
Specifically, the blended fabric with the functions of moisture absorption and sweat release is an existing material. The comfort layer 115 serves to improve the wearing comfort.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the protective suit body 1 includes a protective headgear 12, protective suit and protective gloves 14, wherein the protective suit includes a protective suit jacket 13 and protective suit pants 15. The protective headgear 12 is connected with the neck of the protective coat 13, the hem of the protective coat 13 is connected with the waist of the protective trousers 15, and the cuffs of the protective coat 13 are connected with the protective gloves 14.
Furthermore, the protective clothing body 1 may be of an integral structure, or may be of a split structure having connecting members between the respective members.
