The overflow valve is one of pressure control valves, can be used for guiding excessive hydraulic oil back to the oil tank so as to avoid system damage caused by overhigh pressure, and is widely applied to various hydraulic systems. The overflow valve comprises an adjusting rod and a valve core assembly, and the set pressure of the overflow valve can be changed by adjusting the position of the adjusting rod. At present, in order to prevent dangerous situations such as oil leakage and the like caused by excessive adjustment of an adjusting rod, a common overflow valve is usually limited in a mechanical limiting mode, the first is that the valve seat is designed to limit the adjusting rod in a split mode, the parts of the overflow valve are more, the cost is high, the overflow valve is not suitable for current cost management, the second is that an installation groove is processed in the valve seat, and a steel wire check ring is arranged in the installation groove to limit the adjusting rod, so that the overflow valve has high processing precision requirement and low assembly efficiency.
In order to solve the above problems, as shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an overflow valve, which includes a valve seat 1, an adjusting rod 3 and a valve core assembly 4, wherein a limiting member 2 is disposed on the valve seat 1 through a mounting hole, the limiting member 2 partially protrudes out of an inner wall of the valve seat 1, the valve core assembly 4 is contained in the valve seat 1, the adjusting rod 3 is at least partially located in the valve seat 1 and abuts against the valve core assembly 4, the adjusting rod 3 can move along an axial direction of the valve seat 1, and the limiting member 2 abuts against the adjusting rod and is used for limiting a limiting position of the adjusting rod 3 moving outwards of the valve seat 1.
The setting pressure of the overflow valve can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the adjusting rod 3, so that the overflow valve can stably maintain the hydraulic system within a preset range, and the stability and reliability of the whole hydraulic system are improved. The limiting piece 2 is arranged on the valve seat 1 in a penetrating way through the mounting hole to limit the limiting position of the adjusting rod 3 moving outwards of the valve seat 1, so that complex split valve seats or mounting grooves machined with high precision in the traditional design are avoided, the number of parts is reduced, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the limiting piece 2 is an independent part and is arranged on the valve seat 1 in a penetrating way through the mounting hole, so that the limiting piece 2 is simple and convenient to mount, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, the limiting member 2 is in interference fit with the mounting hole. The tight connection between the limiting piece 2 and the valve seat 1 can be ensured, the limiting piece 2 is not easy to loosen, the limiting position of the adjusting rod 3 moving outwards of the valve seat 1 can be well limited, and the reliability is good.
In the specific implementation process, the size of the limiting piece 2 is slightly larger than the size of the mounting hole, and the limiting piece 2 is tightly penetrated in the mounting hole in a pressing-in or thermal expansion and contraction mode and the like, so that the interference insertion of the limiting piece 2 on the valve seat 1 is realized. The limiting part 2 is a cylindrical pin, the cylindrical pin has high strength and hardness, can bear high pressure and impact force, is used as a standardized element, has relatively low production cost, is easy to purchase and stock, and can reduce production cost and improve production efficiency and quality stability.
In an alternative embodiment, the limiting member 2 is in threaded engagement with the mounting hole. When the limiting piece 2 needs to be replaced, the operation can be completed only by reversely rotating the limiting piece 2, and complex disassembly and reinstallation processes are not needed, so that time and cost can be saved, and operation difficulty and risk can be reduced.
In the concrete implementation process, the hole wall of the mounting hole is provided with threads matched with the limiting piece 2, so that the limiting piece 2 is in threaded fit with the mounting hole. Specifically, the limiting part 2 is a screw, the screw is a common fastening piece, the production cost is relatively low, the purchasing and the stock are easy, the production cost of the overflow valve can be reduced, meanwhile, the installation and maintenance cost can be reduced due to the universality and the operability of the screw, and the overall economic benefit is improved.
In some embodiments, the number of the stoppers 2 is one. The overflow valve has the advantages that the structure is simpler, the number of parts and the time consumed by assembly are reduced, the production cost is reduced, and the production speed is improved.
In other embodiments, the number of the stoppers 2 is plural, and the plural stoppers 2 are distributed around the circumference of the valve seat 1. The impact force of the adjusting rod 3 on the valve seat 1 can be dispersed by the plurality of limiting pieces 2, the load born by the single limiting piece 2 is reduced, the structural strength of the overflow valve can be enhanced, the compression resistance and the service life of the overflow valve are improved, and the distribution of the plurality of limiting pieces 2 can provide more contact points for the adjusting rod 3, so that the stability and the reliability of limiting operation are improved.
Specifically, the outer side wall of the adjusting lever 3 is provided with a shoulder 31, and the shoulder 31 can abut against the stopper 2. When the adjusting rod 3 moves axially to adjust the set pressure, the shaft shoulder 31 thereon moves together and abuts against the limiting piece 2 when reaching the limit position, so as to prevent the adjusting rod 3 from moving continuously and prevent dangerous situations such as oil leakage caused by the fact that the adjusting rod 3 is screwed out of the valve seat 1.
Specifically, the adjusting rod 3 is screwed with the valve seat 1. That is, the adjusting rod 3 can be fixed with the valve seat 1 by screwing the adjusting rod 3, and the depth of the adjusting rod 3 inserted into the valve seat 1 can be changed by changing the screwing depth, so that the set pressure of the overflow valve is changed, and the overflow valve is convenient and quick and easy to operate.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the overflow valve further comprises a lock nut 5, the lock nut 5 is in threaded connection with a portion of the adjusting rod 3 located outside the valve seat 1, and the lock nut 5 abuts against the valve seat 1. The lock nut 5 is connected to the part of the adjusting rod 3 outside the valve seat 1 through threads, so that the adjusting rod 3 can be tightly fixed, looseness caused by vibration or pressure fluctuation in the working process is prevented, the stability of the adjusting rod 3 is improved, the pressure value set by the overflow valve is ensured not to be changed due to looseness of the adjusting rod 3, and stable operation of a hydraulic system is ensured. When the set pressure needs to be adjusted, the locking nut 5 is loosened, the adjusting rod 3 is screwed to a required position, and then the locking nut 5 is screwed to be abutted against the valve seat 1, so that locking and looseness prevention of the adjusting rod 3 are realized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, a valve port 12 and an oil inlet 13 are formed in the valve seat 1, the oil inlet 13 is communicated with the valve port 12 through an oil passing channel 14, the valve core assembly 4 is at least partially slidably arranged in the oil passing channel 14, an oil passing gap exists between the periphery of the valve core assembly 4 and the oil passing channel 14, hydraulic oil can flow into the oil passing gap through the oil inlet 13, and the valve core assembly 4 is used for opening or closing the valve port 12. When the pressure in the hydraulic system is greater than the set pressure, hydraulic oil enters the oil passing channel 14 from the oil inlet 13 and flows into the oil passing gap to generate pressure on the valve core assembly 4, wherein the pressure is the pressure of the hydraulic system, and the hydraulic oil can push the valve core assembly 4 to move leftwards to open the valve port 12 because the pressure of the hydraulic system is greater than the set pressure, namely greater than the pretightening force of the elastic piece 42, and after the hydraulic oil flows into the inner cavity 11, the hydraulic oil flows into the oil tank through the oil return port 15, so that the pressure of the hydraulic system is reduced, and then the valve core assembly 4 moves rightwards to reset to close the valve port 12 under the action of the elastic force, so that the hydraulic oil cannot flow out.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the valve element assembly 4 includes a valve element 41 and an elastic member 42, the elastic member 42 is disposed between the valve element 41 and the adjustment lever 3, and the valve element 41 is used to open or close the valve port 12. The pre-tightening force of the elastic piece 42, namely the set pressure of the overflow valve, is changed by adjusting the position of the adjusting rod 3.
Specifically, the elastic member 42 is a spring.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the overflow valve further includes a sealing member 6, wherein the sealing member 6 is sleeved on the adjusting rod 3 to seal the adjusting rod 3 and the valve seat 1 in a radial direction. The hydraulic oil flowing into the valve seat 1 is prevented from leaking by the provision of the seal 6.
In this embodiment, the adjusting lever 3 is provided with a mounting groove, and the sealing member 6 is mounted in the mounting groove. The mounting groove provides a fixed mounting location for the seal 6, ensuring that the seal 6 is accurately aligned with the area to be sealed. This helps to reduce the risk of leakage due to improper positioning of the seal 6, and the design of the mounting groove allows the seal 6 to be securely fastened to the adjustment rod 3, and the seal 6 is less prone to falling off or shifting even under high pressure or vibration conditions.
Specifically, the seal 6 is an O-ring.
