The first sealing member 100 forms a seal between the inner side of the outer ring rib 14 and the outer side of the installation joint 23 to prevent the filtering device from leaking out through the gap between the outer ring rib 14 and the installation joint 23, the second sealing member 200 forms a seal between the inner side of the inner ring rib 13 and the outer side of the shaft tube 331 to prevent the water from being mixed, the third sealing member 300 forms a seal between the outer sealing member 6 and the installation joint 23 and the shaft tube 331 when the filter element assembly is detached from the installation seat 1, respectively, the sealing effect of the outer sealing member 6 on the external waterway 4 is improved, the risk of leaking is reduced, specifically, for the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the third sealing member 300 can comprise a first sealing ring sleeved on the outer sealing member 6 and a second sealing ring sleeved on the outer side of the shaft tube 331 to form a seal between the outer sealing member 6 and the installation joint 23, and for the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the third sealing member 300 can only comprise a sealing ring sleeved on the outer sealing member 6 and the outer sealing member 23 and the installation joint 23.
