Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application includes a laundry treatment chamber for accommodating laundry to be treated, and a detergent dispensing device 100.
The form of the laundry treating apparatus is not limited, for example, a drum washing machine, a pulsator washing machine, a drum washing and drying integrated machine, a pulsator washing and drying integrated machine, and the like. The present specification describes a drum washing machine as an example.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 7, the detergent dispensing device 100 includes a mixing space 20A, a water spray port 201b, a first waterway 40A and a second waterway 50A. The first waterway 40A and the second waterway 50A are used for delivering fluid, the first waterway 40A is connected with the water inlet end of the water source and the mixing space 20A, and the second waterway 50A is connected with the water inlet end of the water source and the mixing space 20A. It is understood that both first waterway 40A and second waterway 50A deliver fluid to mixing space 20A.
The first waterway 40A refers to a fluid flow path, and is not particularly limited to a pipeline structure. The second waterway 50A refers to a flow path of fluid, and is not particularly limited to a pipe type structure. Referring to fig. 1 to 11, the dashed arrows in the drawings indicate the flow direction of the fluid.
The fluid of the first waterway 40A is a detergent mixed solution.
It should be noted that, the detergent mixed solution mentioned in the present specification is only for convenience of description, and refers to a mixed solution in which a detergent is dissolved, and the mass percentage concentration thereof is not limited, nor is it limited that the detergent is completely dissolved. The form of the detergent is not limited, and may be a powdery washing powder, a flowable washing liquid, a softener, or the like.
The fluid of the second waterway 50A is not limited, and may be tap water or a fluid in which detergent ingredients are dissolved, for example, in some embodiments, the laundry treating apparatus further includes a circulation pump, and the water inlet end of the second waterway 50A is connected to the water outlet of the circulation pump.
The fluid of the first waterway 40A merges with the fluid of the second waterway 50A in the fluid mixing space 20A, and the mixed fluid of the mixing space 20A is sprayed to the laundry treating chamber through the water spray port 201b, and the mixing space 20A is located in the laundry treating chamber.
It should be noted that, the mixing space 20A is a chamber formed in a solid structure, the mixing space 20A makes the detergent mixed solution in the first water path 40A and the fluid in the second water path 50A mix sufficiently, and then the mixed fluid is injected into the laundry treating chamber through the water spraying port 201 b.
In the clothes treatment device provided by the embodiment of the application, the mixed solution of the detergent is converged with the fluid of the second waterway 50A before being sprayed to clothes to be treated, and when the two fluids are converged, the two fluids are more fully mixed and impacted in the mixing space 20A, so that the dissolution of the detergent and the foaming of the detergent can be further promoted.
Since the mixing space 20A is located in the laundry treating chamber, the distance from the junction of the mixed fluid of the first waterway 40A and the second waterway 50A to the laundry to be treated can be shortened, the foam breaking degree of the foam detergent can be reduced, and a large amount of foam detergent can be easily added to the laundry to be treated, thereby improving the cleaning effect.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the distance from the intersection position of the fluid in the first waterway 40A and the fluid in the second waterway 50A to the clothes to be treated is shorter, and the water outlet form after intersection can be better preserved.
Referring to fig. 1, for example, the laundry treating apparatus includes a cabinet (not shown), a door (not shown), a drum assembly 10, and a door seal 60. The door seal 60 is disposed at the front side of the barrel assembly 10, the barrel assembly 10 is disposed in a case provided with an opening communicating with the inside of the barrel assembly 10, and the door is used for opening or closing the opening. The door seal 60 is used to seal the gap between the cartridge assembly 10 and the opening of the case, and when the door closes the opening, the door is sealingly attached to the door seal 60. Thus, the interior of the drum assembly 10, the door gasket 60, and the communication space formed between the door bodies constitute a laundry treating chamber.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the detergent delivery device 100 includes a detergent supply assembly 30, the detergent supply assembly 30 having a detergent delivery lumen through which fluid of the first waterway 40A flows. The detergent delivery chamber is used for containing the detergent, that is, the detergent supply assembly 30 is positioned on the first waterway 40A, and the detergent can be dissolved in the fluid of the first waterway 40A under the action of the fluid of the first waterway 40A, and forms a detergent mixed solution.
In other embodiments, the detergent supply assembly 30 is in communication with the first waterway 40A, and the detergent in the detergent supply assembly 30 is mixed with water and then is poured into the first waterway 40A to form a detergent mixed solution.
Illustratively, the water jet 201b is used to spray water downwardly toward the rear side of the laundry treating chamber.
That is, referring to fig. 5, the water jet 201b sprays water backward and downward, and the fluid at the water jet 201b has both a downward velocity component and a velocity component along the axial rear side of the laundry treating chamber. I.e., the centerline n of the spout 201b is at an acute angle phi with respect to the reference plane m. Wherein the reference plane m is perpendicular to the axis of the laundry treating chamber.
The value of the acute angle phi is not limited.
Illustratively, the center line n of the spout 201b forms an acute angle phi with the reference plane m of 30 deg. to 70 deg., i.e., 30 deg. to 70 deg.. For example, 30 °, 45 °, 50 °,60 °, 70 °, etc. In this way, the fluid sprayed from the water spraying port 201b is sprayed on the clothes in the clothes treatment cavity as much as possible, so that the clothes are soaked quickly, the utilization rate of the detergent is improved, and the cleaning effect is improved.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the water jet 201b is disposed on a wall of the mixing space 20 a. That is, the mixed fluid in the mixing space 20a is put into the laundry treating chamber through the wall surface of the mixing space 20a without providing an additional drain line, thereby reducing the influence of the fluid on the water outlet end of the mixing space 20 a.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 8, the water outlet end of the second water path 50A faces the water outlet 201b, so that the water outlet form of the water outlet end of the second water path 50A is advantageously maintained, so that the movement trend of the fluid sprayed from the water outlet end of the second water path 50A is kept as much as possible after the fluid sprayed from the water outlet 201 b.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 12 and 13, the wall of the mixing space 20A has a first port (reference y), from which the fluid of the first waterway 40A enters the mixing space 20A, and the first port forms the water outlet end of the first waterway 40A. And an additional pipeline structure is not required to be arranged, and the structure is simple.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 13, the water outlet end (reference x) of the second waterway 50A extends into the mixing space 20A. That is, the fluid of the second waterway 50A is ejected from the pipe structure in the mixing space 20A. In other embodiments, referring to fig. 12, the wall of the mixing space 20A has a second port, and the fluid in the second water path 50A enters the mixing space 20A from the second port, and the second port forms the water outlet end of the second water path 50A.
In some embodiments, for example, referring to fig. 9, the laundry treating apparatus comprises a first tubular structure 1001, a second tubular structure 1002, the second tubular structure 1002 extending at least partially into the first tubular structure 1001 in a direction intersecting with an extending direction of the first tubular structure 1001. The mixing space 20a is constituted as a projection cylindrical surface of the second tubular structure 1002 along the extending direction thereof, and is formed as an enclosed space within the first tubular structure 1001. The water jet 201b (reference z) is disposed on a wall surface of the first tubular structure 1001, and in this embodiment, a portion (reference y) of the first tubular structure 1001 upstream of the mixing space 20A defines a portion of the first waterway 40A, and a portion (reference x) of the second waterway 50A is formed of the second tubular structure 1002.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 10, the laundry treating apparatus includes a first tubular structure 1001, a second tubular structure 1002, and a third tubular structure 1003, which are combined in a "Y" shape. The mixing space 20a is constituted by an enclosed space formed by a projection cylindrical surface formed along the fluid movement direction at the intersection of the first tubular structure 1001 and the second tubular structure 1002, and an internal space of the third tubular structure 1003. Wherein the water jet 201b is disposed at one end (reference z) of the third tubular structure 1003, the first tubular structure 1001 forms part of the first waterway 40A therein, and the second tubular structure 1002 forms part of the second waterway 50A therein.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 11, the laundry treating apparatus includes a first tubular structure 1001 and a second tubular structure 1002, the second tubular structure 1002 extending at least partially into the interior of the first tubular structure 1001 along an extending direction of the first tubular structure 1001. The water jet 201b is disposed at one end (reference z) of the first tubular structure 1001, and the mixing space 20A is defined as a space from the water outlet end (reference y) of the second tubular structure 1002 to the water jet 201b inside the first tubular structure 1001, wherein a portion of the first tubular structure 1001 located upstream of the mixing space 20A defines a portion of the first waterway 40A, and a portion of the second waterway 50A is formed of the second tubular structure 1002.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the end of the second waterway 50A is provided with a reduced diameter section 22, so that the flow rate of the water outlet end of the second waterway 50A is increased. Illustratively, in some embodiments, the end of the reduced diameter section 22 forms the water outlet end of the second waterway 50A. That is, the fluid of the second waterway 50A is ejected from the end of the reduced diameter section 22. In other embodiments, the end of the reducing section 22 is further connected to an equal-diameter section and/or an enlarged-diameter section, and the equal-diameter section and/or the enlarged-diameter section form the water outlet end of the second waterway 50A.
In the direction of movement of the fluid, the flow area of the fluid in the reduced diameter section 22 is reduced, the flow area in the constant diameter section is substantially unchanged, and the flow area in the expanded diameter section is increased.
The reduced diameter section 22 can increase the impact force of the fluid by limiting the flow area when the fluid is sprayed out, and generates larger impact force on the fluid at the water outlet end of the first waterway 40A, thereby achieving better mixing effect.
Meanwhile, the reducing section 22 enables the water outlet end of the second waterway 50A to have a larger jet speed, and can generate obvious negative pressure in a relatively larger surrounding area, so that the fluid at the water outlet end of the first waterway 40A is sucked under the negative pressure to be mixed with the fluid of the second waterway 50A, and the mixing and foaming effects are improved.
In some embodiments, the detergent delivery device 100 includes a turbulence structure 21, the turbulence structure 21 being disposed in the second waterway 50A for providing a circumferential velocity component to the fluid in the second waterway 50A.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the detergent dispensing device 100 further includes a turbulence structure 21, where the turbulence structure 21 is disposed in the second waterway 50A, and is configured to provide a circumferential velocity component to the fluid in the second waterway 50A.
The above-mentioned provision of the circumferential velocity component means that the fluid passing through the turbulent structure 21 in the second waterway 50A has a velocity component in the circumferential direction of the second waterway 50A that is not zero, and the circumferential direction of the second waterway 50A is perpendicular to the extending direction of the second waterway 50A.
In this embodiment, the turbulence structure 21 makes part of the fluid have both the movement speed along the circumferential direction and the forward flow continuing speed, so that part of the fluid moves in a spiral manner, and when the fluid is ejected from the water outlet end of the second waterway 50A, the fluid is convenient to diffuse in a conical manner, so that the radiation range is wider and the visual effect is better.
Illustratively, the turbulating structure 21 includes one or more helical blades that divide at least a portion of the length of the second waterway 50A into a plurality of sub-flow passages.
The above-mentioned plurality means that the number of the blades is plural, and may be two, three or more, that is, the number of the heads of the spiral is not less than two, and the number of turns of the spiral is not limited.
After the fluid passes through the spiral blade, the spiral blade moves in a spiral mode, the spiral blade is simple in structure, good in turbulence effect on the fluid, small in resistance and capable of reducing energy loss when the fluid passes through.
In some embodiments, the laundry treating apparatus includes a spray head unit 200, the spray head unit 200 including a housing portion 201, the housing portion 201 being located radially inward of the door seal 60, the housing portion 201 being formed with a mixing space 20a and a water spray port 201b. The door seal 60 provides mounting support for the spray head unit 200.
It will be appreciated that the first waterway 40A and the second waterway 50A are each connected to the head unit 200 and deliver fluid to the inside of the head unit 200, such that the fluid of the first waterway 40A and the second waterway 50A is converged in the mixing space 20A and delivered to the laundry treating chamber through the water spray port 201 b. The head unit 200 functions to gather the first waterway 40A and the second waterway 50A.
Illustratively, the spray head unit 200 further includes a first connector tube 204 and a second connector tube 205, each of the first connector tube 204 and the second connector tube 205 being connected to the housing portion 201. The space within first fitting tube 204 forms a portion of first waterway 40A and the space within second fitting tube 205 forms a portion of second waterway 50A. The first waterway 40A delivers fluid into the head unit 200 via the first joint pipe 204, and the second waterway 50A delivers fluid into the head unit 200 via the second joint pipe 205.
The door seal 60 has a first mounting opening through which the first joint pipe 204 is inserted and a second mounting opening through which the second joint pipe 205 is inserted. In this manner, the circumferential position of the head unit 200 with respect to the door seal 60 is defined.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the head unit 200 includes a baffle 203, the baffle 203 is formed on a top side of the housing 201, and the first and second joint pipes 204 and 205 are formed on the same side of the baffle 203. When the head unit 200 is mounted, the shutter 203 may abut against the radially inner side of the door seal 60, defining the radial position of the head unit 200 with respect to the door seal 60.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the nozzle unit 200 includes a nozzle 202, the nozzle 202 is disposed in the mixing space 20A, the outlet of the nozzle 202 forms the water outlet end of the second waterway 50A, and the outlet of the nozzle 202 faces the water jet 201b.
The fluid of the second waterway 50A is sprayed from the outlet of the mouth 202, impacts the detergent mixture solution of the first waterway 40A in the mixing space 20A, and directly enters the laundry treating chamber through the water spray port 201 b. That is, the water outlet end of the second water path 50A has a smaller attenuation in the mixing space 20A, and drives the fluid in the mixing space 20A to be ejected in a form similar to that when the fluid is ejected from the outlet of the mouth 202.
Illustratively, the mouth 202 is formed with a reduced diameter section 22, and the turbulating structure 21 is disposed in the second connector tube 205 upstream of the reduced diameter section 22. After passing through the turbulence structure 21 and the reduced diameter section 22, the fluid of the second waterway 50A is ejected from the outlet of the mouth 202, and has a circumferential velocity component. Thus, the water outlet form of the water jet 201b can be in a cone shape with a visual effect, and the sprayed mixed fluid is more dispersed and directly sprayed on the clothes to be treated, so that the cleaning effect is improved.
The head unit 200 may be an integral member, that is, the case 201, the mouth 202, the baffle 203, the first joint pipe 204, and the second joint pipe 205 are integrally formed, for example, by injection molding or the like. Of course, the head unit 200 may be a separate member, and assembled after the completion of the machining.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7 and 8, a diversion channel 201a is formed inside the shell 201, the diversion channel is communicated with the mixing space 20A, the end of the diversion channel 201a forms the water outlet end of the first waterway 40A, and the flow cross section of the diversion channel 201a gradually increases along the flow direction of the fluid.
It will be appreciated that the flow channel 201a is at its end closest to the end of the mixing space 20a, where the flow cross section is greatest. When the fluid enters the shell portion 201, the fluid tends to concentrate toward one end near the mixing space 20A under the guide of the diversion channel 201a, so that the mixing space 20A is filled as much as possible, and the fluid is fully mixed with the fluid at the water outlet end of the second waterway 50A. The speed of the fluid of the first waterway 40A entering the mixing space 20A can also be reduced, and the impact effect of the fluid of the second waterway 50A on the same is more remarkable.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7, the outlet cross-sectional area y of the diversion channel 201a is larger than the outlet cross-sectional area x of the mouth 202 and smaller than the outlet cross-sectional area z of the water jet 201 b. In this way, the reverse flow phenomenon caused when the flow rate difference between the first waterway 40A and the second waterway 50A is excessively large, that is, the fluid in the mixing space 20A is prevented from flowing back into the first waterway 40A as much as possible, can be effectively suppressed.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, 6 and 7, the first connector tube 204 and the second connector tube 205 are aligned and the shell portion 201 extends in the first direction R. The first direction R is substantially tangential to the door seal 60. In this manner, the first joint pipe 204 and the second joint pipe 205 are facilitated to be arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the door seal 60. The distance between the first joint pipe 204 and the second joint pipe 205 needs to be such that it does not interfere when the joint pipes are connected.
The various embodiments/implementations provided by the application may be combined with one another without contradiction.
The above description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, but various modifications and variations can be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.
