According to the packaging equipment provided by some embodiments of the application, the first adjusting assembly 422 is arranged and connected with the first film forming pieces 421, the first adjusting assembly 422 is used for adjusting the distance between the first film forming pieces 421 arranged in pairs, the distance between the first film forming pieces 421 arranged in pairs is matched with the size of the box body 61, and then the packaging box blanks 6 are rapidly formed.
In some embodiments, the first film member 421 is provided with a first guide member 425 at an end near the pressing mechanism, and the first guide member 425 contacts the first facial tissue 621 earlier than the first film member 421 during the downward movement of the box body 61, on one hand, to guide the first facial tissue 621 during the attachment to the box body 61, and on the other hand, to avoid damage to the facial tissue 62 caused by the first film member 421.

In some embodiments, the film forming mechanism 42 further includes a first lift assembly 43, the first lift assembly 43 being coupled to the second adjustment assembly 424, the first lift assembly 43 being configured to adjust the height of the second adjustment assembly 424.
The first lifting assembly 43 may be selected from one of a rack and pinion lifting module and a scissors lifting module. The first lifting assembly 43 may be a rack and pinion lifting module.
Some embodiments of the present application provide for the packaging apparatus to provide for height adjustment of the second adjustment assembly by providing a first lift mechanism 22.
In some embodiments, the film forming apparatus 4 further includes a second lifting assembly 44, the second lifting assembly 44 being disposed on a side of the finished package facing away from the pressing mechanism, the second lifting assembly 44 being configured to adjust the height of the finished package after the film forming is completed, so that the finished package after the film forming is mated with the second box holding mechanism.
The second lift assembly 44 may be selected as one of a rack and pinion lift module or a scissor lift module. The second lifting assembly 44 may alternatively be a rack and pinion structure lifting module.
According to the packaging equipment provided by some embodiments of the application, the second lifting assembly 44 is arranged to adjust the height of the finished packaging box product after film forming, so that the finished packaging box product after film forming is in butt joint with the second box holding mechanism.
In some embodiments, the film forming device 4 further includes a film collecting mechanism disposed on the first film forming member 421 or the second film forming member 423, where the film collecting mechanism includes a film collecting member and a film collecting driving assembly, and the film collecting driving assembly drives the film collecting member to move, and the film collecting member moves towards the package product and protrudes out of the first film forming member 421 or the second film forming member 423.
The film collecting driving component can be one of a telescopic cylinder or a linear module. The film collecting driving assembly can be a linear module.
Further, two sets of film collecting mechanisms are provided, and the two sets of film collecting mechanisms are disposed on two sides of the second film forming member 423, or the two sets of film collecting mechanisms are disposed on two sides of the first film forming member 421.
It should be noted that, according to the position of the edge finishing sheet 623, the packaging device provided by the application can perform film finishing on the edge finishing sheet 623 at different positions. For example, when the edge finishing paper 623 is disposed on both sides of the second paper 622, the package blank 6 is first subjected to the second film forming, that is, the second film forming member 423 is disposed above the first film forming member 421. When the edge finishing sheets 623 are disposed on both sides of the first sheet 621, the package blank 6 is first molded, that is, the first film member 421 is disposed above the second film member 423. For convenience of description, the following description will take an example in which the edge finishing sheets 623 are provided on both sides of the long edge sheet 62.
Some embodiments of the present application provide a packaging apparatus that, by providing a film collecting mechanism, enables the edge collecting sheet 623 on the first sheet 621 or on the second sheet 622 side to be attached to the outer side wall of the box body 61.
In summary, the film forming device 4 works on the principle that the first adjusting component 422 adjusts the distance between the first film forming pieces 421 arranged in pairs to enable the distance between the first film forming pieces 421 arranged in pairs to be matched with the distance between the two first edges of the box body 61, then the pressing driving component drives the pressing component 411 to press down, the pressing component 411 drives the box body 61 to move down in the pressing process, when the box body 61 moves down to pass through the first film forming pieces 421, the first film forming pieces 421 wrap the two first facial tissues 621, then the second film collecting driving component drives the film collecting pieces to move to wrap the facial tissues 623, then the second adjusting component 424 adjusts the distance between the second film forming pieces 423 arranged in pairs to enable the distance between the second film forming pieces 423 arranged in pairs to be matched with the distance between the two second edges of the box body 61, then the first lifting component 43 drives the second film forming pieces 423 to move up to wrap the second facial tissues 622, thus the facial tissues 62 are attached to the box body 61 to the outer side of the first lifting component 5, and finally the second lifting component 44 is moved back to the outer side of the packaging box 5.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 8, in some embodiments, the loading device 2 includes a first transfer mechanism 21 and a lifting mechanism 22, the first transfer mechanism 21 being configured to move the pack blanks 6, and the lifting mechanism 22 being configured to adjust the height of the first transfer mechanism 21 so that the first transfer mechanism 21 interfaces with the transfer device 3.
The first conveying mechanism 21 may be selected from one of a screw slide module or a synchronous belt slide module placed horizontally. The first conveying mechanism 21 may be a synchronous belt slipway module.
The lifting mechanism can be one of a gear rack structure lifting module or a scissor fork structure lifting module. The lifting mechanism can be a lifting module with a gear-rack structure.
According to the packaging equipment provided by some embodiments of the application, the first conveying mechanism 21 is arranged to realize the transportation of the packaging boxes, the lifting mechanism 22 is used for adjusting the height of the first conveying mechanism 21, the first conveying mechanism 21 is in butt joint with the transfer mechanism, the first conveying mechanism 21 and the lifting mechanism 22 are matched to realize the receiving of the packaging box blanks 6 from the upstream equipment, and then the packaging box blanks 6 are conveyed to the transfer device 3.
Further, the first conveying mechanism 21 is further provided with a guiding mechanism 23, the guiding mechanism 23 comprises two guiding rods arranged at intervals, the distance between the two guiding rods is matched with the size of the box body 61, the guiding mechanism plays a guiding role on the packaging box blanks 6 on the first conveying mechanism 21, and the packaging box blanks 6 are prevented from deviating from the first conveying mechanism 21.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 9, in some embodiments, the blanking device 5 includes a support frame 51 and a plurality of rollers 52, the support frame 51 is connected to the frame 1, the support frame 51 is disposed obliquely to a horizontal plane of the frame 1, and the plurality of rollers 52 are disposed on the support frame 51.
It is understood that the blanking device 5 is not limited to the above-described structure, but may be a conveyor structure, a robot structure, a vibrating structure, or the like.
According to the packaging equipment provided by some embodiments of the application, the support frame 51 which is obliquely arranged with the horizontal plane of the frame 1 is arranged, so that a finished product of the packaging box obliquely slides down through the support frame 51, and in addition, the support frame 51 is provided with the plurality of rollers 52, so that the moving friction force is reduced, and the finished product of the packaging box is conveniently transported to a preset position.

1. A packaging apparatus, comprising:
The feeding device is configured to convey a packaging box blank, and the packaging box blank comprises a box body and facial tissues on the box body;
The film forming device is arranged at the downstream of the feeding device and is configured to attach the facial tissues to the outer side wall of the box body to form a finished product of the packaging box;
the blanking device is arranged at the downstream of the film forming device and is configured to receive the finished packaging box product and transport the finished packaging box product to a preset position;
The transfer device is arranged at the downstream of the feeding device and comprises a driving mechanism, a moving part, a first box holding mechanism and a second box holding mechanism, wherein the first box holding mechanism and the second box holding mechanism are both connected to the moving part, the first box holding mechanism is configured to clamp a packaging box blank, the second box holding mechanism is configured to clamp a packaging box finished product, and the driving mechanism is connected with the moving part and drives the first box holding mechanism and the second box holding mechanism to synchronously move so that the packaging box blank on the feeding device moves to the film touch device and the packaging box finished product on the film touch device moves to the discharging device.
2. The packaging apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a frame, wherein the transfer device, the film forming device, and the blanking device are integrally disposed on the frame, the moving member is movably connected to the frame, and the driving mechanism is disposed on the frame.

The packaging apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the film forming device includes a pressing mechanism and a film forming mechanism, the pressing mechanism and the film forming mechanism being connected to the frame, respectively, the pressing mechanism being disposed above the film forming mechanism, the pressing mechanism being configured to press the package box downward, so that the film forming mechanism attaches the facial tissues to the outer side wall of the box body.

A packaging apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the film forming mechanism comprises a pair of first film forming members and a pair of first adjusting members, the first adjusting members being provided in the frame, each of the first film forming members and one of the first adjusting members being provided in correspondence, the first adjusting members being connected to the first film forming members so as to bring the two first film forming members closer to or farther from each other.
5. A packaging apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the film forming mechanism comprises a pair of second film forming members and a pair of second adjustment members, each of the second film forming members and one of the second adjustment members being disposed in correspondence, the second adjustment members being connected to the second film forming members so as to bring the two second film forming members closer to or farther from each other.
6. The packaging apparatus of claim 5, wherein the film-forming mechanism further comprises a first lifting mechanism coupled to the second adjustment assembly, the first lifting mechanism configured to adjust a height of the second adjustment assembly;
And/or, the film touch device further comprises a second lifting component, the second lifting component is arranged on one side of the finished packaging box, which is away from the pressing mechanism, and the second lifting component is configured to adjust the height of the finished packaging box after film touch, so that the finished packaging box after film touch is in butt joint with the second box holding mechanism.
7. The packaging apparatus of claim 1, wherein a distance between the first and second box holding mechanisms is consistent with a distance between the loading device and the film forming device.

The packaging apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first hug mechanism comprises a plurality of first telescoping assemblies and a plurality of gripping assemblies, the first telescoping assemblies being connected to the moving member, each of the first telescoping assemblies being connected to one of the gripping assemblies, the gripping assemblies comprising an adsorption member and a first jaw, the adsorption member being connected to the first telescoping assemblies, the jaw being connected to the adsorption member, the first jaw being configured to grip the cartridge body, the adsorption member being configured to adsorb the facial tissue.

The packaging apparatus of claim 1, wherein the second box holding mechanism includes a pair of second telescoping assemblies and a pair of second jaws, the second telescoping assemblies being connected to the moving member, each of the second jaws being connected to one of the second telescoping assemblies.
10. The packaging apparatus of claim 1, wherein the loading device comprises a first transfer mechanism configured to move the package blanks and a third lifting assembly configured to adjust a height of the first transfer mechanism to interface the first transfer mechanism with the transfer device.
